RuPaul I'm a Chia Pet!!!

Published

RuPaul is ready to transform into a new look, although ... this one's gonna require a lot of growth.

The famous drag queen and host of "RuPaul's Drag Race" is now getting his famous mug molded into a Chia Pet ... just like Barack Obama and Bob Ross before him.

Yes, Chia Ru starts out bald -- just like its inspiration -- gone bald, but we're told it'll only take a couple of weeks before it's rocking a full head of very green hair. For best results, give it lots of attitude ... talking to plants helps 'em grow.

The terracotta figurine goes for $24.99 as an exclusive launch on Loot Crate ... and Ru says his Chia Pet is "the perfect metaphor for life -- to grow you must tend to your garden and love yourself."

Well said, Ru.

Travis Scott McDonald's Action Figure $55K Resale ... He Gifts One to Fan Battling Cancer

Published | Updated
UPDATE

7:08 PM PT -- A rep for Travis tells us he also gifted one of the super-rare action figures to a fan who is battling cancer and recently got out of the hospital. However, the young fan tells us he didn't list his action figure for sale.

UPDATE

There's a limited edition Travis Scott McDonald's action figure on the resale market ... and it's gonna cost you a lot more than his $6 signature meal.

Here's the deal ... someone who scored the super-rare figurine from Travis' collab with Mickey D's is looking to sell the action figure on reseller marketplace StockX for a cool $55,000 ... and that's not a typo.

The action figure depicts the rapper holding a McDonald's tray with his Travis Scott Meal -- a $6 deal that comes with a Quarter Pounder with cheese and bacon, medium fries with BBQ sauce and a Sprite.

The rare figurine was given out to a handful of lucky folks via sweepstakes ... and McDonald's says the figurines are handcrafted and numbered.

Fans have already shown an appetite for all things Travis and McDonald's ... his meal has been super popular at McD's locations across the nation, with some stores running low on ingredients after its launch, and Travis also released an extremely popular merch line with everything from chicken nugget-shaped pillows to t-shirts.

McMOBBED

The craze started with a bang too ... with Travis getting mobbed by a huge crowd when he showed up to celebrate the launch at a McDonald's in Downey, CA.

Travis and Mickey D's got fined $200 each for the mass gathering, which, like his $6 meal, pales in comparison to the action figure's $55,000 asking price.

NBA's Sterling Brown Reaches Settlement Over '18 Tasing ... $750K Plus Change!!!

Published | Updated

NBA player Sterling Brown has reached a $750k settlement with the City of Milwaukee, records show -- stemming from a 2018 incident when he was tased by cops.

Remember, the Milwaukee Bucks player was confronted by officers outside of a Walgreens while he was on a first date.

Cops had accused him of parking in a handicap space ... and things escalated from there.

Video showed officers taking Brown to the ground and tasing him -- despite the fact he never resisted or seemed to pose a threat.

THE DRAMATIC FOOTAGE

Brown filed a lawsuit after the incident -- and previously said he was offered a $400,000 settlement in exchange for his silence on the matter but refused, saying, "I can't be quiet."

Now, Brown HAS reached a deal ... but according to The Athletic's Shams Charania it's not just about money.

In addition to the $750,000 ... Shams says the "City of Milwaukee would in a statement admit to a constitutional violation and commit to incorporate changes to the Milwaukee Police Department standard operating procedures."

The City will above 180 days to start implementing the changes, Shams says.

President Trump Personal Chopper is Up for Grabs!!! ... Market Price, OBO

Published | Updated

One of President Trump's helicopters is up for grabs -- but, weirdly, he and his team don't seem to be looking for a specific price ... instead, they're putting the ball in a buyer's court.

DT currently owns three Sikorsky S76-B helicopters -- plus other private aircraft not associated with the White House -- and one of those choppers has found its way to an aerial retailer via Aero Asset, which is hawking the thing out of a hangar in New Jersey.

The funny thing ... there's no asking price, the listing just says "Make offer." So, basically, DT appears to have gone the route of Craigslist and will pretty much take what he can get!

Granted, the market value for one of these helicopters of the same year is said to be anywhere between $700k-$800k, with other estimates coming in closer between $1 mil and $2 mil for newer models. All in all, Trump probably wouldn't haul in more than $1.5M at best.

Sources confirmed to TMZ this was, in fact, Trump's Sikorsky -- which he'd been seen riding in the recent past ... including trips made during his 2016 campaign, as well as appearances for "The Apprentice" once upon a time. It even used to bear his last name along the tail.

No word on what sorta offers -- if any -- the person tapped to sell this has received thus far, but it looks like Trump's chopper here has been on sale since at least August, so quite a while. It's also got all the fixings of a typical piece of Trump property, with gold seatbelts and custom flooring and upholstered leather. Still, no one seems to have wanted to bite.

Waiting for your permission to load Vimeo video.

There could be any number of reasons Trump is selling this -- but the fact that his campaign of late has been reported to be fairly cash-strapped in the final stretch before the election ... makes the timing of this interesting. A mil here and there goes a long way, don't it?!?

Election 2020 Americans Turned to Wine ... While Waiting for Results

Published

It seemed like an eternity from Election Day, to the day Joe Biden was declared the projected winner, and while voters stressed over results, they turned to an old friend to help pass the time ... wine.

TMZ hit up some wine companies and asked how sales have been since the election, and the resounding answer was ... up, up, up!!!

Cellars Wine Club reported the biggest increase in sales over the prior week at 113%, but the company president noted ... heading into cooler weather may have contributed to the boost ... along with election anxiety.

Wine Insiders says it also saw a serious sales bump this week -- a 65% increase -- and like Cellars Wine Club ... its buyers were ordering reds over whites at a 3 to 1 margin.

Other nationwide wine companies reporting a 40% increase include Acker and Shoe Crazy Wine. A rep from Acker told us its increase was compared to the same time frame in 2019, but business definitely spiked over the past few days ... and customers were buying an average of 1 more bottle per transaction than usual.

The Acker rep added that these spikes have been observed in the past "anytime there is any form of uncertainty in the world." So, Election 2020 ... check!

Of course, Americans reaching for a bottle of wine last week falls in line with what they were ordering up on Election Day -- comfort calories and alcohol.

Britney Spears' Dad Pleads His Case to Stay On I Kept Estate in Tip-Top Shape!!!

Published

Britney Spears might want her father, Jamie Spears, out of the business of managing her conservatorship — but he says there wouldn't be much of a business without him in charge the last 12 years.

Jamie has filed new court docs in Britney’s conservatorship case, firing back at Britney's attorney, Sam Ingham, for recently asking a judge to kick Jamie out of his role as co-conservator of the estate. He makes numerous points for why this would be a bad idea.

For one, Jamie says he's doing everything he's supposed to be doing managing the estate  -- and that includes keeping it thriving and bridging the gap on any hiccups that could cost his daughter a fortune, including making sure a biz manager's in place.

Case in point ... Jamie says he has years-long record of managing her business affairs and assets incredibly well, and that he actually pulled her out of significant debt and looming lawsuits when he took over and got the estate to its current status of being worth around $60 million.

Jamie claims that financial ruin was avoided on his watch -- and that there's no substantive reason to ask that he be removed now. As for getting a new business manager in place after Britney's old managing entity, Tristar, recently exited the role ... Jamie says, technically, he and the other folks helping manage the estate aren't obligated to give Ingham any notice.

With that said, he explains why they departed -- which he says wasn't sudden at all, but gracious and well-planned. Basically, Jamie says a person named Lou Taylor -- who was a key player in managing Britney's business affairs -- was getting major death threats.

As such, he and the team started looking for a replacement -- for Taylor's sake -- and found someone they liked in Michael Kane. You’ll recall, this is the guy Ingham mentioned in his docs, complaining that his hiring didn’t give Britney any chance to explore alternatives.

Long story short ... Jamie says Ingham is overstepping his authority, noting the guy is just her court-appointed lawyer and doesn’t serve any conservatorship roles over business affairs. Now we’ll have to wait for a judge to weigh in on things.

'Full House' Famous Home Sells for $5 Million

Published

The iconic Victorian home famously used for exterior shots for "Full House" and "Fuller House" is no longer on the market -- as in, potential buyers can cut ... it ... out.

The four-bedroom, 3,728-square-foot home on San Francisco's picturesque "Postcard Row" sold last month for a cool $5,350,000.

Waiting for your permission to load the Instagram Media.

"Full House" creator and executive producer Jeff Franklin had owned it since 2016, and put it on the market last summer. He had intended to make it look exactly like it did on TV. In fact, he started by painting the front door it's familiar red shade from the show, but as you can see, the door is now black.

Neighbors raised a fuss over Jeff's renovation plans due to a potential increase in tourists, and his building permits got pulled. With his dreams dashed, he put the home up for sale ... and now it's off his hands entirely.

The three-story interior, which was not ever seen on the show (it was filmed in a Hollywood studio) ... features a master suite on the top level, complete with a fireplace, walk-in closet, spa-like bath and views of San Francisco Bay.

While Jeff's plans had to be scrapped, the new owner is getting one piece of show memorabilia. A backyard garden has cement tiles featuring handprints and signatures from the "Full House" cast. Super cool!

Batman 1939 Comic Sells for $850k!!! Caped Crusader's Debut

Published

Batman was first revealed in a comic book way back in 1939, and though kids could have bought it then for 10 cents ... a collector just paid $849,999.90 more to get his hands on one.

Detective Comics No. 27 is the vintage comic in which the Caped Crusader makes his first appearance, and there are fewer than 70 copies still remaining in the world ... according to online auction house ComicConnect.

One of those copies just sold for a whopping $850k, making it the second-highest sale price ever for that particular issue ... and one of the top comic book sales of all time.

Vincent Zurzolo -- co-owner of ComicConnect, which managed the sale -- says the comic probably would have gone for even more if it was in better condition, but it's only a 6 out of 10 on the CGC grading scale.

By contrast, another copy of No. 27 that was graded an 8 sold for a staggering $1,075,500 in 2010 ... setting the record for the Batman comic.

Zurzolo says the recent $850k sale reflects how the collectibles market is booming right now. As we've reported ... that's been evidenced by a Mike Trout rookie card netting a stunning $3.9 MILLION in August, and a LeBron James rookie card fetching $1.8 mil in July.

As for comic books ... Superman still reigns supreme. A copy of the 1938 edition of Action Comics No. 1 where the superhero debuted sold for $1.5 million, smashing all previous records.

Jeff Bezos Judge Throws Out Defamation Suit by GF's Brother

Published

Jeff Bezos just scored a big legal victory, annihilating his girlfriend's brother in court.

A judge just told Michael Sanchez to take a hike, dismissing his defamation suit against the richest man in the world. As we reported, Sanchez, the brother of Jeff's GF Lauren Sanchez, claimed Bezos told reporters it was Michael who leaked those graphic texts and nude photos of JB to the National Enquirer. It appears Lauren sent the texts and photos to Michael but never thought he'd try and sell them.

Michael insists he was not the source of the leak, and sued Bezos for allegedly trashing him to reporters ... with claims that "spread like wildfire."

The judge said Michael's assertions were all hearsay ... he had no proof Bezos trashed him to anyone, so he dismissed the case.

It's interesting ... Bezos accused the National Enquirer of trying to extort him over graphic photos of him and Lauren, but said, "Rather than capitulate to extortion and to blackmail, I've decided to publish exactly what they sent me, despite the personal cost and embarrassment they threaten."

Unclear whether Sanchez will appeal the ruling.

Lori Loughlin I'll Be Home for Christmas!!!

Published | Updated

Lori Loughlin's starred in her share of Hallmark movies, and now her real life might mimic one ... because she's set to get out of prison and return to her family on Christmas Day.

The Bureau of Prisons has given the actress an official release date -- Sunday, December 27 -- but here's the deal ... an inmate whose release date falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or legal holiday can be released on the last preceding weekday.

Bingo! Make some room in that sleigh, Santa ... Lori's got a great shot at freedom on Friday, December 25 -- or maybe even Christmas Eve, since Friday's a national holiday.

If you recall, this is what happened to Felicity Huffman -- she only had to serve 11 days of her 2-week sentence because she got sprung early on a Friday.

Of course, there's still the chance Lori could get out well before Christmas too ... but it would have to be related to COVID issues -- if there's an outbreak at California's FCI Dublin, it's likely a judge would grant her an early compassionate release.

And, as we've reported ... once Loughlin is released, she's still got 2 years of supervised release as part of her sentence in the college admissions scandal.

Jay Cutler Reality Star Dog Goes Missing ... Offers $1,000 Reward

Published

Jay Cutler needs help -- the ex-NFL quarterback's beloved dog, Bane, has gone missing in Tennessee ... and he's asking everyone in the area to join the search to bring him home.

Bane joined Cutler and Kristin Cavallari's family as a pup in February 2015 -- and was featured on their reality show, "Very Cavallari." He also became a regular on Kristin's IG page.

Jay was particularly close with the German Shepherd -- and when Jay and Kristin broke up earlier this year, he apparently kept Bane at his Tennessee home.

But, Bane is now M.I.A. and Jay is concerned -- posting a call to action on social media to help find his pet.

"Ok Instagram it's time to do some good today," Cutler said. "Bane is missing. 80lb German shepherd. Last seen on Old Hillsboro in Franklin, TN."

"$1000 dollar reward for his return. Let's find him."

There have been issues on Jay's ranch this year -- remember, his chickens were being massacred by a mysterious predator that turned out to be a raccoon.

Jay personally sat watch to protect his chickens -- ya gotta believe he's on the ground searching for Bane too.

Hopefully, this story will have a happy ending -- we'll keep you updated.

Canelo Alvarez I'm Done with Oscar De La Hoya ... I'm a 'Free Agent' Now

Published | Updated
UPDATE

1:15 PM PT -- Oscar De La Hoya tells TMZ Sports there's no bad blood with Canelo, saying ... “The lawsuit was resolved to everyone’s satisfaction, and we wish Canelo the best going forward."

UPDATE

"In strong partnership with DAZN, we will continue showcasing our wide array of talent, including rising superstars like Ryan Garcia, Jaime Munguia and Vergil Ortiz Jr., all of whom have the talent and potential to become the next biggest star in our sport.”

Canelo Alvarez is declaring his independence from Oscar De La Hoya -- claiming he's cut ties with Golden Boy Promotions and is now a "free agent."

Canelo had previously filed a $280 million lawsuit against Golden Boy, Oscar and DAZN claiming they're preventing him from getting back in the ring and continuing his fighting career.

The boxing superstar had famously signed an 11-fight, $365 million deal with DAZN in October 2018 -- a deal put together by Golden Boy -- but Canelo has only fought 3 times since then.

Long story short ... there have been issues about potential opponents, including a 3rd fight with Gennady Golovkin. Plus, Oscar and Canelo have been at odds for months.

It's become obvious the relationship between the two former friends is seriously damaged.

Fast-forward to Friday, when Canelo's manager, Eddy Reynoso, issued a bombshell statement claiming Alvarez is now a free agent and is working on setting up his next fight ... THIS YEAR.

"Starting today, November 6th, ‘Canelo’ becomes a free agent, so we are ready to continue with his boxing career," Reynoso says.

"All this time we have been working very hard in the gym with a lot of responsibility and discipline, to be in great physical shape and ready to fight this year and it will be!"

"We will announce date, rival and place very soon, and we will return stronger than ever to keep growing and showing that Mexican boxing is the best."

ESPN is reporting Golden Boy and DAZN have formally released Alvarez from his contract -- after days of negotiations to try and save the relationship.

Bottom line ... Canelo is set to move on.

We reached out to Golden Boy -- but they have no comment at this time.

Las Vegas Raiders Hit with Huge Fine, Stripped of Draft Pick ... Over COVID Violations

Published

The NFL just dropped the hammer on the Las Vegas Raiders for repeatedly violating COVID-19 protocols ... stripping the team of a draft pick and levying huge fines.

The league made the moves Thursday, according to multiple reports ... taking away Vegas' 6th-round pick in the 2021 draft and fining the team $500,000.

Head coach Jon Gruden was also hit with an additional $150K fine.

As for the rules the Raiders violated ... ESPN's Adam Schefter says there were several, including Gruden continually dropping his mask on the sideline.

The NFL, per Schefter, also punished the Raiders for players not properly wearing face coverings at a Darren Waller fundraiser event in September.

Schefter added the Raiders also allowed an unauthorized guest into their locker room earlier this season -- a big no-no in pandemic times.

Of course, this ain't the first time the Raiders were punished for violating coronavirus protocols ... back in Sept., Gruden and the team were fined for the coach not properly wearing a face-covering during games.

In October, Raiders players were hit with fines for the mask violations at Waller's event as well.

COVID has hit the Raiders particularly hard this year ... Gruden said he contracted the virus over the summer -- while star offensive lineman Trent Brown is back on the COVID reserve list after initially being diagnosed with the virus on Oct. 21.

THE HORRIBLE ABUSE

The dog owner who was caught on camera slapping around his dog has just been charged ... TMZ has learned.

The Santa Monica City Attorney's Office charged Jeffrey Previte, CEO of an environmental consulting firm in L.A., with 1 count of animal neglect ... a misdemeanor. If convicted, he faces up to 6 months in county jail and a maximum fine of $500.

As we reported ... Previte snapped on the dog, Bici, back in August in the hallway of his Santa Monica apartment building. The video was pretty damn disturbing ... showing Previte dragging, choking and slapping his poor dog after it started peeing.

Previte ultimately apologized for the incident and went as far as saying the pup would be getting a new home. As we first reported ... Previte said he truly regretted the way he attempted to discipline Bici. Previte fessed up to losing his temper and said he "took unreasonable and unjustifiable action."

Patrick Mahomes Holy Grail Card Collection For Sale ... For $7.5 MILLION!!!

Published | Updated

A Holy Grail collection of Patrick Mahomes cards is up for sale ... and some of the pieces in the set are so rare and unique -- the asking price is a cool $7.5 MILLION!!!

The owners of the cards -- 29-year-old Robert DeArmitt Jr. and his wife, Heidi -- tell TMZ Sports the collection took about 3 years to amass ... and it all started as an investment project for the couple back in 2017.

According to Robert, he and Heidi saw Mahomes play often as Texas Tech fans ... and they just had a feeling the quarterback was going to be a beast after being drafted by the Chiefs -- so they started acquiring pieces.

Robert says one of his first big purchases was a $275 card that he bought shortly after Mahomes' first start as a rookie in K.C.

That card, Robert says, is now worth around $400K!!!

In total, Robert says he and his wife poured in around $20,000 making the collection ... and they're now looking to part ways with over 33 of the pieces for a small fortune.

Robert tells us he's already had "7-figure offers" for the set ... but he says he believes at its floor, the collection is worth AT LEAST $7.5 mil.

As for the cards in the collection ... most are 1-of-1 prints -- aka the only versions of the pieces in existence.

Almost all of the cards have some sort of Mahomes autograph or patch ... and most have perfect Gem-Mint 10 grades on them.

Robert's listed it all on eBay ... and, yeah, there is a "best offer" option.

Hope ya got enough cash!

YNW Melly Sued for Millions By Alleged Victims' Estates

Published

YNW Melly has a new problem, on top of his trial for murdering 2 of his friends ... the rapper is now being sued by their estates for tens of millions of dollars.

The estates of Christopher Thomas and Anthony Williams filed the wrongful death lawsuits. According to the docs, obtained by TMZ, Christopher's estate claims "damages are in the millions or tens of millions of dollars or more."

According to the suit filed by Anthony's estate ... Melly murdered him because of money. The suit says tension began to develop among Melly's friends about how money should be distributed, claiming greed was a factor in the alleged murders because it left fewer people to split up the cash.

YNW Melly's mom, Jamie King, and his manager, Jameson Francois, are also named in both suits. The Williams family claims Melly's manager played a role in the alleged murders, including an allegation Francois transported YNW Melly from the shooting location.

As you know ... Melly's been sitting in a Florida jail for over a year, awaiting his double murder trial for his friends' deaths. When he caught COVID-19, he asked to be let out and placed on house arrest, but the judge said no.

The same families suing him now said he should rot in jail with the virus.
