Selena Gomez continues to be one with nature after completing treatment and returning back West following her emotional breakdown ... taking a hike with some friends.

The singer hit up Malibu with some folks for a mini workout, where she was decked out in a white sports bra, athletic pants and a baseball cap as they walked along a trail.

The hike comes just a day after she hit the slopes with friends in Big Bear, CA. She was bundled up in those photos, but not here. We gotta say, Selena looks fantastic.

We broke the story ... Selena entered a mental health facility a couple months ago after having what we're told was an emotional breakdown in the hospital. Sources say she'd become despondent after her kidney transplant.

Remy Ma is back in the hospital days after welcoming a baby girl, due to complications from giving birth ... TMZ has learned.

Sources tell us Remy was suffering from excessive bleeding Tuesday night and went right back to the hospital. The post-birth complications necessitated emergency surgery.

As we reported ... Remy and Papoose announced the birth of their daughter on social media, but didn't disclose her name. Papoose called it "tough labor." Mind you, Remy went into labor at age 38 -- Papoose is 40 himself -- and revealed last year she had recently suffered a miscarriage.

Amazingly, we're told she delivered her new baby naturally.

As for how things went on the operating table, Remy received blood transfusions ... and the good news, we're told the surgery was a success. We're told she's doing well, and she's expected to be released in the next day or so.

Get well soon, RM. And, of course, congrats on the kid.

KJ Apa might play a brooding musician with an acoustic guitar on TV, but in real life ... the dude can ROCK OUT on the axe.

The "Riverdale" star -- who plays Archie Andrews on the hit CW show -- hopped onstage with Canadian rock band The Steadies Saturday night at Guilt & Co. in Vancouver ... and tore it up for them on the electric guitar.

We are told KJ goes to the small club a lot to enjoy the live music -- because "Riverdale" films nearby -- but it was the first time he had ever performed there. Apa led the funky jams for the band out of Saskatoon for about 35 minutes ... and plans on joining them again.

Our sources say KJ might even play on The Steadies' next album ... and he has made it known, his real dream is to be a musician.

Rapper Juelz Santana has just been sentenced to 27 months behind bars in his airport drug case.

A judge handed down the sentence Wednesday morning in Newark, NJ. He'll also be under supervised release for 12 months after he's completed his time. No date was set on when the rapper will have to surrender.

TMZ broke the story ... Juelz was busted back in March after trying to take a loaded .38-caliber handgun and eight oxycodone pills in his travel bag at Newark International Airport. After TSA security found the gun, Juelz booked it but he later turned himself in.

The rapper -- a convicted felon -- ultimately pled guilty to unlawful possession of a weapon and possession of a controlled dangerous substance.

On a recent episode of 'Love & Hip Hop,' Santana revealed he believed he'd get 27 to 37 months for the crime ... turns out, he was spot on.

Fat Joe loves Lil Wayne ... but he doesn't love Wayne's sports takes, because he says Weezy is 100% wrong for saying Kobe Bryant is better than Michael Jordan.

Tunechi made the statement earlier this week, shooting content for Bumbu Rum's interview series, igniting barber shops all over the world ... and making people wonder if Wayne has lost it.

Fat Joe might be one of those people, because when we got him leaving Poppy with hip-hop super producers Cool & Dre (new music coming soon?) he said Wayne was definitely on one.

Amy Schumer says her call for performers to boycott the Super Bowl LIII halftime show over the mistreatment of players like Colin Kaepernick is working ... saying, "No one is stepping up to perform."

Back in October, Amy declared she wouldn't do any Super Bowl commercials this year and strongly suggested it was all because she feels black players like Colin are being punished for trying to stand up against inequality.

Amy had called for Maroon 5 to back out of the halftime show -- and while that hasn't happened, she clearly believes reports that the band is having a hard time finding a special guest to join them during the show because of the controversy surrounding the NFL.

Schumer took to social media Wednesday to speak out against sports reporters who have thrown shade her way over the calls for a boycott ... and also to pat herself on the back.

"The snooty lil digs about me in stories about the Super Bowl halftime talent is such a yawn," Schumer said.

"All out of touch white guys annoyed by me standing up for what I believe is right."

"I have done 2 Super Bowl commercials in the last couple years and I'm so stupid thinking my opinion would matter right? Well guess what? I may have made a difference. No one is stepping up to perform."

"Maybe they wouldn't have anyway. But at least I tried to help out and do what other people are too greedy or afraid to. Would you do that to stand up for people of color?"

"I may have made an impact. You can write about sports and even be the best at it but what have you done to help the marginalized or under represented?"

"I will continue to do everything I can. Even with all the snide little white sports writer making cutting remarks."

Tekashi69 might have way more legal woes on the horizon than the full plate he's already dealing with, 'cause the feds are looking into the Chief Keef shooting case, in which cops think 6ix9ine implicated himself on tape.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... the shooting case -- which has gone unsolved so far with the NYPD -- is now under review with federal prosecutors, who are combing over the evidence to see if it might lead to any additional charges.

We broke the stories ... police who've been investigating the June shooting in NYC already believe Tekashi was involved and might very well have put a bounty out on Keef's cousin, Tadoe, as the rainbow-haired rapper seemed to say in this clip.

We're told the video TMZ posted of Tekashi saying he's got a "30 pack" on Tadoe, with whom he'd just gotten off the phone, is a key piece of evidence the feds are looking at. And, remember, one of the guys who police say tailed Chief Keef prior to the shooting is a "known associate" with direct ties to Tekashi.

Ya know, Tekashi can't be happy to hear that. He's already facing a number of racketeering charges as it is.

Selena Gomez is back doing fun things with her friends, because she was just tagged in a bunch of pics with her pals... and it looks like they're all having a grand ole time on the slopes.

Selena is smiling and looking cute in the photos, the first images we've seen of her since she went to a mental health facility to get treatment for what sources called an emotional breakdown.

A source close to Selena tells us she's healthy and happy to be home.

Selena and her actress friend Bailee Madison hit up Big Bear, CA, Tuesday for some snow tubing ... and naturally, the girls took TONS of pics.

We broke the story ... a few months ago Selena was hospitalized twice when sources say she became despondent and emotional after her kidney transplant. We were told she had "a meltdown" and "freaked out."

The snow day is good news for Selena, who will hopefully spend the holidays with her friends and family.

Kris Roe was involved in a scary car accident Monday night in Hollywood ... and The Ataris lead singer tells us he's surprised he lived to tell his story.

Kris tells TMZ ... he was driving his tour van through Hollywood late Monday night when a police pursuit ended with an out-of-control car smashing into his vehicle, injuring him and sending his bulldog, Gracie, flying.

As you can see in the photos ... Kris' ride was totaled after a Dodge Charger barreled head-on into his Ford van.

Kris says he was covered in fluids after the wreck, and he initially thought his dog was dead. Fortunately, Kris and Gracie are on the mend, although they're admittedly both shaken up from the crash.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... the suspected reckless driver was arrested and booked for evading police.

Kris tells us he's exploring his legal options, and would ultimately like to see justice served.

Ariana Grande is explaining the meaning behind the Christmas tree hanging upside down in her NYC apartment, by relating the odd decoration to a topsy-turvy existence.

Ariana was leaving her apartment building Tuesday when she was asked about her backwards Christmas dec, and her response was somewhat telling of the crazy year she's been through.

As you can see, Ariana turned her Christmas tree on its head, suspending it from the ceiling. And, in the video ... she's hinting her funky tree is a metaphor for a difficult year.

Wearing a black coat with fur trim, Ariana was heading to NBC Studios, this only days after rushing to 30 Rock to try and comfort ex-fiance Pete Davidson, who refused to see her after posting an apparent suicide threat.

Ariana had a trying last few months, even before Pete started posting ominous notes ... she and Pete called off their engagement, she wrote a smash hit about her exes and she lost Mac Miller to a drug overdose.

Ariana's right, sometimes life just be upside down.

10:32 AM PT -- Law enforcement sources tell TMZ that they have taken an official vandalism report, and detectives are now investigating.

10:19 AM PT -- TMZ has obtained a clear shot of the graffiti at Meek's grandma's house, and it reads "ACORN." According to Meek's camp ... acorn is a term that relates to white privilege/power. We've also learned that Meek himself is in the process of filing an official police report.

Meek Mill says a white guy spray painted his grandmother's Philly home with racist graffiti ... and he's got video of the crime.

The "Championships" rapper tweeted about the incident Tuesday, saying it all went down Monday night. He also posted surveillance footage of the street outside which shows the guy casually tagging the side of a building. It's hard to make out what he wrote, but Meek says it was a racist remark that referenced white privilege.

He also seems to suggest the tagging is a result of his grandma's neighborhood becoming gentrified, saying it was a black neighborhood 20 years ago ... but no longer.

Meek sends out a clear warning to the perpetrator, calling him a coward ... and telling him he better hope Meek and co. don't catch him on the streets.

Law enforcement sources tell us, although they have not had any official reports filed about the vandalism, they're aware of the incident. Sources close to Meek, meanwhile, say he's troubled by the act as his grandmother's home was one of only a few that were vandalized in the area. No word yet on whether she plans to report it to cops.
