The woman suing Chris Brown over eye injuries she allegedly suffered on a music video shoot has a photo of her puffy peepers ... and it'll make you go, "ewwwww."

In the photo -- obtained by TMZ -- Danielle Griffin's eyes appear red, swollen and caked in a gross, greenish goop. We're told that's pus discharging from her eyes, so like we said ... eww.

Griffin claims in legal docs ... she was hired as a backup dancer in September 2017 to perform in a CB music video, which was shooting in Downtown L.A.

According to the suit ... sometime during the shoot, a wardrobe and makeup artist poured fake liquid blood on her head without eye protection and told her it was safe. Griffin claims it wasn't ... and the "dangerous substance" caused direct injuries to both of her eyes.

Griffin's attorney -- Arshia Mardasi of Allen, Flatt, Ballidis & Leslie -- tells us she had to go to 3 different hospitals in 24 hours to tend to her eye injuries. Mardasi says Griffin was also holed up for months while she recovered, which caused her to drop out of her master's degree program and miss several job opportunities.

We are told the music vid she was hired for was "High End," which features Future and Young Thug.

"Bachelor in Paradise" star Mike Johnson is a pro at reality TV, so it makes sense for him to be the perfect pretend boyfriend for a music video. Okay, 'Bachelor' Nation. Breathe easy!!!

So, here's the deal ... fan-favorite Mike was cast to play the love interest in singer Bailey Bryan's new music video for her track, "Where We Started." We're told the music video couple filmed Tuesday in N.Y.'s Chinatown ... where they held hands and kissed.

Again, easy 'Bach' crazies ... it's a music video!!!

Our sources say Bailey -- like most of America -- became a huuuuuge fan of Mike's charm and infectious smile during his time on Hannah B's season of "The Bachelorette." Mike turned up the charm again on 'BiP' ... and even though he was eliminated, America still swooned and hoped he'd become the next 'Bachelor.' Didn't happen ... but it wasn't all bad news.

Among the ladies crushing HARD for Mike ... one Demi Lovato. As you probably know by now ... they've reportedly exchanged flirty messages on social media and are hanging out.

So, breathe easy, Demi. Mike's just doing his job with Bailey. BTW ... the video will drop in October and will have a retro vibe to it. Enjoy!!!

Eddie Money really did have 2 tickets to paradise when he eloped 30 years ago with his wife, but the rock star managed to fulfill a lifelong dream to exchange church vows ... before he passed away.

Eddie and his wife, Laurie, renewed their vows back on February 7 at the California Community Church in the San Fernando Valley. The couple kept it a private ceremony, strictly for immediate family.

Laurie wore a Bob Mackie-designed wedding dress she had intended to wear when they eloped to Mexico in 1989 -- but the dress took 3 months to make. Turned out they didn't need it anyway because they ditched all formal wear for the beach ceremony.

The couple talked about exchanging vows in a church for YEARS but after he was diagnosed with esophageal cancer last fall, they finally formalized plans. The timing was perfect ... because just 3 months later, Eddie would also need to undergo a heart valve procedure.

Sadly, complications associated with his heart valve procedure led to his death last week.

The Money family tells TMZ ... they're thankful to all fans around the world who played Eddie's songs to celebrate his life and music after his passing. The family also set up the Eddie Money Cancer Research Fund at USC's Norris Comprehensive Cancer Center.

Tekashi69's ratting out his former fellow gang members in the Nine Trey Bloods, testifying they delivered a beatdown on Trippie Redd ... an alleged rival gang member.

The rapper's on the stand, nervously, for his second day of testimony and opened up about his beef with Trippie ... who he says was with another set of Bloods, along with Casanova. Tekashi testified he and Trippie were on the same label and did a track together, but there was a lot of jealousy that led to online disputes ... and then physical violence.

6ix9ine says he told his former manager, Shotti, he wanted something done to Trippie ... Shotti said he'd get the gang on it, and they orchestrated an attack on the rapper at his hotel. Tekashi says he stayed inside the vehicle while the attack went down.

Tekashi testified defendant Anthony "Harv" Ellison punched Trippie in the mouth, and from that point on, he used Harv as his bodyguard.

He also dished more details about the money and leadership structure of Nine Trey -- saying he would make money for shows and appearances, and the gang would give him the front end of it -- at least half -- and take the rest. For example, he says if he would make $250k ... they would give him $185k and take the rest.

6ix9ine ID'd members of the gang again, including Shotti, "Harv" and the other defendant Aljermiah "Nuke" Mack. He also testified "Mel Murda," Billy Ado, and Seqo were Nine Trey members.

There's a lot more, including Tekashi talking about the shooting of another gang member named Snow, and a brawl that went down at a tribute party for A$AP Rocky's manager where he claims Ado stabbed a security guard.

He also describes what led to his infamous fight at LAX -- and under questioning had to, somewhat hysterically, admit he whiffed with every punch he threw. We already knew that, though, from the video we shot.

Britney Spears is expected to show up in court Wednesday for a conservatorship battle that multiple sources have described as "a fireworks show."

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... Britney's mom, Lynne, will ask the judge to terminate Jamie as Britney's conservator. Currently, Britney's care manager, Jodi Montgomery, is the temporary conservator per Jamie's wishes, and he's expected to retake the reins on January 20. But, we're told Lynne thinks Jamie is no longer fit to continue in that role.

A critical piece of evidence is expected to be unveiled during the hearing -- the report by a court-appointed evaluator who spent months gathering evidence on the care Britney has received. The evaluator looked at Britney's primary doctor, Dr. Timothy Benson, who died unexpectedly on August 24, suddenly at age 48. We're told the evaluator put Dr. Benson and Jamie under a microscope, but so far it appears only the judge knows what's in the report.

The good news for Jamie ... the D.A. just rejected a child abuse case against him for the August 24 altercation he had with Britney's eldest son, 14-year-old Sean.

The bad news for Jamie ... he's still under a restraining order that prohibits him from having any contact with either of Britney's 2 children.

And, there's more bad news for Jamie ... we're told Britney's furious at him over his confrontation with Sean where he allegedly laid hands on him. Our sources say Britney hasn't spoken to Jamie since the incident. And, we're told there's a "strong likelihood" Britney will show up in court and support Lynne, with whom she's gotten close with over the last 6 months.

But, there's this ... we're told Lynne will not ask to become Britney's conservator. We know Lynne did not object to Jodi Montgomery as the temporary conservator, but we don't know how she would feel about making it permanent.

Someone involved in the case tells TMZ, there will be "major surprises" in court.

Comedian Tony Rock says anyone hoping Jay-Z puts in a good word with his new NFL buddies for his old pal, Colin Kaepernick, is wasting their time, because Jay-Z doesn't care if Kap ever plays again.

NFL QB's are dropping like $100 million flies, with new job openings popping up in Jacksonville, Pittsburgh, New York and New Orleans all in the last couple of weeks.

People are waiting for Kap to get a call, more so since Jay-Z signed his deal with the league earlier this year.

We got Rock out in L.A. and he said that ain't gonna happen, telling our camera guy, Hov's NFL deal was all about Jay-Z and NO ONE ELSE.

"Jay-Z making his money. He doesn't care about Kaepernick playing no more. He did a deal that's about himself, it ain't about Kaepernick."

Ummm ... ouch?

There's been some criticism of Jay-Z for the deal, with a lot of people believing he sold Kap out. The backlash has died down since the NFL season started, but it's clear Tony has thoughts.

There's a new Monster of the Midway ... Nick Jonas!

The pop star turned 27 this week ... but there wasn't a crazy Vegas bender -- instead, Nick's wife Priyanka Chopra set up a touch football game at Soldier Field in Chicago.

Nick says Priyanka set the whole thing up as a surprise -- organizing for more than 20 of his closest friends to hit the field in custom "NJ" jerseys. The game was dubbed "The JonasBowl" with the jumbotron reading, "Happy Birthday Nick!"

Among the people who showed ... Nick's brothers Joe and Kevin -- along with former Chicago Bears player Spice Adams.

Nick posted about the game ... saying, "I’ve been lucky enough to celebrate my 27th birthday over the past couple of days with family, friends, and fans in Chicago and St. Paul."

"My beautiful wife surprised me with a touch football game with some of my closest friends and family on the one and only Soldier Field in Chicago (!!!) followed by a few hours of Topgolf, and then a party where pizza, tequila, cake, and cigars were involved."

"The next day we played a sold out show in St. Paul where so many of you brought birthday signs and sang me Happy Birthday on stage."

Aaron Carter's ex-girlfriend says he has a warped view of the world right now -- thinking his family is out to get him ... and that his toxic fans are his closest allies.

We got Lina Valentina Tuesday night outside the Dream Hotel in Hollywood, and asked if she was concerned about her ex-BF in the wake of concerns regarding Aaron's prescription medication, gun talk ... and his mental state.

She tells us she truly is, and explains exactly why. BTW, Lina and Aaron dated for about a year before splitting up a month ago -- so she has some interesting insights.

First off, Lina says Aaron's family is not the enemy here -- this, of course, after Aaron's older brother, Nick, obtained a temporary restraining order -- which got aired out all over social media, with Nick claiming Aaron threatened to kill his pregnant wife.

Aaron denied that ... and went on to say he wants nothing to do with Nick or his family. It's just the latest sign for worry in Aaron's life.

He came on "TMZ Live" over the past couple days defending his mental state, claiming he's more than stable ... and, more importantly, NOT going to surrender his firearms. He's had a couple police visits lately too -- with attempts to 5150 him, to no avail.

However, we've learned authorities are looking into a way to seize Aaron's guns for his own good through the use of an obscure California law. Unclear if it'll work.

Travis Scott is definitely in the one percent -- not only does his new vehicle cost more than most new houses ... it's one of only 99 ever made in the whole world.

The rapper recently dropped a fortune on a white 2018 Maybach G650 Landaulet, an extremely rare G-Wagon that goes for $1.6 million and comes fully loaded.

Travis bought the G through Specialty Car Collection in L.A. a couple weeks ago after it purchased the ride from well-known car collector Obi Okeke ... AKA "Doctor Bugatti." We're told it was loaded in Austin and shipped to Scott in Houston.

Maybach only produced 99 of the Landaulets, but just to make it even more special ... Trav had it custom wrapped in brown. Goes well with the interior -- which includes a mini-fridge!!! It is $1.6 mil, after all.

Britney Spears' father will not face criminal charges after Kevin Federline accused him of abusing Britney's 13-year-old son.

The Ventura County District Attorney's Office says they found insufficient evidence to charge Jamie Spears after investigating Kevin's claim Jamie had roughed up Sean.

You'll recall ... Kevin alleged to cops Jamie broke down a door on August 24 to get to his grandson and grabbed him by his arms. The Sheriff's Dept. investigated and turned over its findings to the D.A.'s Office.

A lot's changed in Britney's world since Kevin made the allegation. While he was under investigation, Jamie said he needed to step aside from some of his duties as Britney's conservator. He filed docs to put Brit's care manager, Jodi Montgomery, the temporary conservator until at least January 2020.

Jamie said he needed to make the change due to his personal health issues -- but clearly the fact Kevin got a restraining order forcing Jamie to stay away from Britney's children ... would also hamper his duties to care for her.

Nick Carter says his brother, Aaron, has left him with no choice but to seek legal protection after he claims Aaron threatened to kill Nick's pregnant wife and unborn child ... though Aaron says he'd never harm family.

According to the temporary restraining order obtained by TMZ ... Aaron has to stay at least 100 feet away from Nick, Nick's wife, their kids and other family members, specifically their residence in Las Vegas.

Nick says both he and his sister were forced to seek the order against Aaron, "In light of Aaron's increasingly alarming behavior and his recent confession that he harbors thoughts and intentions of killing my pregnant wife and unborn child."

A rep for Aaron tells us, "I am astounded at the accusations being made against me and I do not wish harm to anyone, especially my family."

Aaron responded to Nick on social media after he filed the restraining order, saying he should send a cease and desist letter while he's at it. Aaron adds he hasn't seen Nick in 4 years, and they ain't planning on a reunion.

As we've reported ... Aaron's family has been super concerned with his mental state lately, and the singer has raised concerns over his own mental stability.

Nick says, "We love our brother and truly hope he gets the proper treatment he needs before any harm comes to himself or anyone else."

Aaron appeared on "The Doctors" and at least from the show, it seemed like he's suffering from anxiety, schizophrenia, multiple personality disorder and manic depression -- another term for bipolar.

L.A. County Sheriff's deputies recently went to Aaron's Lancaster, CA home for a welfare check ... and he claims they visited him again over the weekend and tried to place him on a 5150 psychiatric hold.

Aaron's been flaunting his gun collection -- he says he owns a 9mm handgun, 2 assault rifles and other firearms -- and we've learned cops are looking into an obscure law that could be used to take his guns away.

Aaron came on "TMZ Live" Tuesday disputing the notion he's struggling with his mental health, and telling his family to leave him alone.

Clearly, the feeling is mutual.

Tekashi69 has completed his first day on the stand in federal court where he's clearly panicked about testifying against his former fellow gang members of the Nine Trey Bloods.

Altogether, he spent nearly 2 hours on the stand -- wearing blue prison scrubs, a white undershirt and still rocking his rainbow colored hair, styled in pigtails. In a courtroom potentially filled with current or former Nine Trey members, he testified he became a member in November 2017, and participated in violent crimes ... including shootings, assaults and drug trafficking

At one point, 6ix9ine even ID'd the 2 men who are on trial. He nervously pointed at the defendants, Aljermiah "Nuke" Mack and Anthony "Harv" Ellison, and ID'd them as Nine Trey Gang Members.

Tekashi testified extensively about his hit song, "Gummo," and how the August 2017 music video shoot introduced him to many of the Nine Trey members. For instance, he says he first met Seqo Billy and told him he wanted to do a music vid with authentic gang members. Tekashi says on the day of the shoot, he bought 3 dozen red bandannas for them to wear on camera.

He said this is when he met Shotti ... who became Tekashi's manager.

Prosecutors showed stills from the music video, and Tekashi pointed out and identified various gang members who appeared on camera. He also claimed Trippie Redd was a gang member, but from a rival Bloods sect from Nine Trey.

Tekashi testified he never had to go through an initiation to the gang, or personally shoot anyone. The gang simply wanted him to keep making hits in order to bankroll its activities.

The snitching, which 6ix9ine agreed to do when he took a plea deal -- will provide key testimony for the prosecutors' case. In fact, he testified he started cooperating with the feds the very day after he was arrested, back in Nov. 2018.

As we've reported ... Tekashi was staring down a minimum of 47 years in prison after being busted by the feds on racketeering charges, but he cut a deal in return for his full cooperation.

The feds fear for Tekashi's safety, and he's being held behind bars in a facility filled with other snitches. U.S. Marshals took Tekashi through a secure tunnel to the courthouse, and he's under heavy guard.

Aaron Carter's family is worried about his mental health, and so are cops. We've learned they're looking at an obscure law that could be used to take his guns away.

Aaron himself has raised concerns over his mental stability. He appeared on "The Doctors" and it seemed from the show Aaron was suffering from a multiple personality disorder, anxiety, schizophrenia and manic depression -- another term for bipolar. Aaron walked it back on "TMZ Live" Monday, saying "The Doctors" was edited to make it look like he had these conditions.

Fact is ... family members have been concerned enough that L.A. County Sheriff's deputies have gone to Aaron's home for a welfare check ... especially because he flaunts his gun collection.

Aaron says he owns a 9mm handgun, 2 assault rifles and other firearms as well.

As for the little-used California law ... it's called a Gun Violence Restraining Order. If someone owns guns and a family member or law enforcement believes the person could use a weapon to hurt themselves or another person, the family member or cop can go to court and ask for the restraining order.

A judge can take the person's guns away, and order them not to possess other guns or ammo.

Our law enforcement sources tell us ... cops are looking at the law right now and deciding whether they'll go to court. And, as for the order, a lot depends on nailing down Aaron's true mental state, which is a difficult proposition because Aaron shares only what he wants to publicly share so it's hard to paint a complete picture.

Leave it to Diddy to flip the strip club game on its head -- causing chaos outside Magic City in Atlanta by pulling out a fat stack of cash, handing it to fans ... and then bolting with Lori Harvey.

The wild scene went down Saturday night, when the mogul walked out of the club and started passing out money to people on the street. It's the kinda "making it rain" move we're used to seeing IN the club, but the crowd went nuts and clearly appreciated Diddy's generosity.

He was whisked into a waiting Bentley, but someone was missing ... Lori!!!

Turns out, Diddy's GF was in the Rolls-Royce following Diddy's car, but when his team realized .. they quickly reunited the couple. Can't leave ya girl behind!!!

Speaking of which ... Diddy also didn't forget to shower the Magic City strippers with a mountain of cash, He spread it around, along with mega-producer Jermaine Dupri, Mack Wilds and Jim Jones. Ballin'!

Diddy, Lori and co. hit up Magic City and had an interesting guest tagging along -- Diddy's son Justin Combs.

LeBron James is paying tribute to the late Nipsey Hussle while on his yacht vacation ... rockin' a dope custom Crenshaw jersey on Tuesday to honor the rapper.

Nipsey was gunned down in front of his Marathon Clothing store in South L.A. back in March. After his death, several high-profile athletes including LeBron, praised Nipsey for being a respected community leader who always gave back.

Clearly, his memory is still strong with LeBron who paid homage to Nipsey with the new personalized threads.

"I know you smiling down back at me my G! The Marathon will Always Continue all around the world with me! #TMC," LeBron said on Instagram.

The jersey is sick -- featuring Nip's famous Crenshaw logo on a blue Lakers alternate jersey.

And now, with Bron's stamp of approval, don't be surprised if people push to see these in an NBA game.

After Nipsey's death, LeBron spoke out on the tragedy ... calling it "one of the most unfortunate events that has happened in American history."

LBJ also wore a shirt to honor his friend at a Lakers game in the days that followed.

Nipsey was only 33.

Aaron Carter's arsenal isn't going to be taken from him ... at least not yet, but that could change if authorities decide he's mentally unfit to own firearms.

Carter has been erratic lately ... friends and family have been so worried they've called police to do welfare checks.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... until a court, board, commission, judge or other lawful authority determines Aaron suffers from a mental illness or condition that causes him to be a danger to himself or others, he can keep his guns.

If this were to happen, we're told Carter would possibly be asked to voluntarily hand over his weapons first, but then if he failed to comply ... ATF could seize his collection.

That said, the L.A. County Sheriff's Dept. tells TMZ the Dept. is investigating the entire matter and dealing with Aaron's family members who have expressed concern and even alarm.

Aaron spoke with TMZ Monday, telling us cops responded to a call Sunday night and showed up at his home with the intent of taking him away on a 5150 psychiatric hold.

The singer says he warned deputies he had loaded weapons scattered around his home, but he also convinced them and a mental evaluator he was not a danger to himself or others.

He also claims he doesn't know who sent the authorities to his house, but one thing he's clear about -- he's not going to give up his guns because he says he fears for his safety.

Aaron's been adamant with us recently that he's mentally stable, despite going on "The Doctors" and rattling off that he's been diagnosed with bipolar disorder and schizophrenia. When he spoke to us Monday, he refuted that and claimed he's passed all the mental health checks to own a gun.
