Paris Hilton is celebrating her 40th birthday with some huge news ... she's once again engaged to be married.

Paris and her entrepreneur BF, Carter Reum, got engaged over the weekend on a private island where the couple kicked off her early birthday celebration. Paris celebrated the milestone Wednesday, and talk about one helluva gift -- Carter proposed with a ring reportedly designed by Jean Dousset ... the great-grandson of Louis Cartier.

Right after Paris said yes ... she posted a video showing Carter decked out in an all-white suit and down on one knee. She said, "When you find your soulmate you don't just know it. You feel it."

Paris and Carter, a Chicago native and venture capitalist, have been dating for a little over a year now but have known each other for 15 years. He's a longtime family friend ... so it makes sense why Paris' sister, Nicky, and Carter's brother, Courtney, were also on the island to celebrate the occasion. PEOPLE was first to report the engagement news.

This is Paris' fourth engagement. Her previous fiances were model Jason Shaw in 2002, Greek shipping heir Paris Kassidokostas-Latsis in 2005 and actor Chris Zylka in 2018.

We're told Paris will share more details about her birthday on her iHeartRadio podcast, "This Is Paris," on Monday.

Valentine's Day is usually rush hour at Las Vegas wedding chapels, but a bunch of Elvis pastors WILL be lonesome this weekend ... due to the pandemic.

According to the Graceland Wedding Chapel ... it conducted a whopping 75 ceremonies on V-Day 2020 -- just weeks before COVID-19 changed the world -- but it only has 50 on the books so far for 2021.

The famous chapel tells TMZ ... roughly half its business typically comes from international guests, but with coronavirus travel restrictions that number's a big, fat zero this year.

Graceland says it hopes to get 60 wedding ceremonies booked before Sunday, but that's still a significant decline of at least 20 percent.

A rep for Chapel of the Flowers tells us their wedding ceremony bookings are also down 20 percent this year compared to last ... but it's even worse at a couple other spots.

Viva Las Vegas Wedding Chapel says it's down 50 percent for V-Day, and like Graceland ... the lack of international couples is crushing its bottom line. As of now, it says it only has 17 wedding reservations for Sunday ... which is incredibly low.

The owner of Bliss Wedding Chapel, which just opened in October, tells us he's been banking on a Valentine's Day surge for some much-needed cash ... but it's not happening.

He says he's been in the biz for a while and would expect a solid 50 ceremonies under normal conditions ... but COVID's limited bookings to just 26, so far.

One thing the chapels cited for their struggles is having to operate at half-capacity. Like the Bliss owner put it -- weddings are the opposite of social distancing, so couples who would be forced to cut the guest list are simply opting to wait or go elsewhere.

Ron Perlman's a single man again, legally speaking, but likely not for long ... because he already has plans to get hitched again.

According to new legal docs obtained by TMZ ... the judge signed off on the "Hellboy" star's request to be declared single in his divorce from Opal Stone Perlman, leaving the rest of the details of the divorce to be handled down the road. It's called bifurcation in the divorce biz.

We broke the story ... Ron asked the court for single status in October, saying he's engaged to actress Allison Dunbar and ready to walk her down the aisle.

Ron filed for divorce from Opal in November 2019 after 38 years of marriage ... months after getting in a relationship with Dunbar, his costar on the TV show "StartUp."

Though the judge is restoring Ron's status as single, he and Opal still need to resolve the rest of their divorce issues ... like spousal support and division of property.

Forget a Super Bowl ring, Aaron Rodgers is getting a WEDDING RING -- because the superstar QB just announced he's engaged!!

Sooooo ... who's the future Mrs. Rodgers?!?!?

Aaron isn't saying ... yet ... but the smart money's on "Big Little Lies" actress Shailene Woodley!

Here's the deal ... the Green Bay Packers QB appeared at the NFL Honors event -- where he won his 3rd NFL MVP award -- and he dropped a pretty huge bombshell during his acceptance speech.

"2020 was definitely a crazy year," Rodgers told the crowd via ... "I got engaged!"

He proceeded to shout out some of the special people in his life -- including "my fiancee."

Rodgers didn't expand on engagement -- but there have been rumblings for months that he quietly began dating 29-year-old Woodley after his split with Danica Patrick.

Reps for both Rodgers and Woodley aren't saying anything more about the engagement -- but c'mon ... at this point, the cat's outta the bag.

The timing of the announcement is interesting -- either Rodgers was trying to steal some headlines before the big game he's not playing in ... or he was hoping the announcement would fly under the radar amidst all the Super Bowl hoopla.

37-year-old Rodgers previously dated Olivia Munn. His brother Jordan Rodgers found love on "The Bachelorette" back in 2016 when he got engaged to Jojo Fletcher.

The Denver Broncos aren’t in the NFL Playoffs, but no sweat for star RB Phillip Lindsay ... he’s got a ring on the way -- a wedding ring!!

26-year-old Lindsay -- the 1st undrafted offensive player to make the Pro Bowl as a rookie back in 2018 -- popped the question to longtime GF Morgan Stanton ... and she said yes!!

Lindsay and Stanton were having dinner at a fancy restaurant ... when the NFL star dropped down on 1 knee and pulled out the big rock.

The couple has been together for a long time. They both attended the University of Colorado. Morgan was on the soccer squad ... and Lindsay was a star on the football team.

Stanton also gave birth to the couple’s first child last year.

FYI, Lindsay is set to be a free agent after a red-hot start to his career ... registering back-to-back 1,000-yard rushing seasons. It’s unclear if he’ll return to the Broncos.

Stanton announced the engagement on social media, saying ... “You have exceeded every expectation I have ever had in terms of friend, partner and parent. So lucky I get to love you forever.”

Pamela Anderson tied the knot -- for the fifth time -- and this time she said "I Do" to her bodyguard.

The actress and her muscle, Dan Hayhurst, got married Christmas Eve in a private ceremony at Pamela's Vancouver Island home in Canada ... according to the Daily Mail.

Pamela says she fell in love with Dan during coronavirus lockdown, when they were together 24/7, so they got hitched over the holidays.

The ceremony, reportedly in the backyard of a home Pam originally bought for her grandparents, was super small ... no bridesmaids, no groomsmen, no family or friends, just a local pastor and a witness.

Hey, when ya fall in love and get married during a pandemic lockdown, it's hard to invite a lot of people to a wedding in the middle of said pandemic. Pamela says both of their families gave their blessings, as did their friends.

As we said, Pamela's done this 5 times now with 4 different grooms ... and that's not even counting last January when she said "I Do" to movie mogul Jon Peters before breaking up 12 days later having never filed legal docs to become mister and missus.

Dan joins Tommy Lee, Kid Rock and Rick Salomon (twice) as Pamela's other halves.

Mitch Trubisky is already off to a pretty great offseason -- he just got engaged to his smokin' hot girlfriend, Hillary Gallagher ... and take a look at that ring!!!

The Chicago Bears QB popped the question at The Breakers luxury beachfront resort in Palm Beach, Florida ... where he got down on his knee and whipped out a diamond ring the size of a knuckle!

... and she said, "Yes!"

The two have been dating for years -- they were first spotted together in 2019. She's a private pilates instructor. He was the 2nd overall pick in the 2017 NFL Draft.

Hillary posted about the engagement on social media -- writing, "Can’t wait to spend forever with my soulmate."

The other question in Mitch's life ... where's he gonna play next season?

MT will be a free agent in March and it's unclear if the Bears will try to sign him to a near deal or move on.

But, don't feel too bad for the guy, he's already banked $29 million in contract money over his 4 seasons in the NFL and should sign a hefty new deal no matter where he goes next.

Lindsey Vonn will not be walking down the aisle with P.K. Subban after all -- they've called off their engagement ... and their romantic relationship, altogether.

The sports power couple -- who've been together since at least 2018 -- made a joint announcement Tuesday afternoon ... both posting the same photo with similar captions.

Lindsey writes, "Over the past 3 years PK and I have had some incredible times together. He is a kind, good man, and someone I respect a great deal."

She goes on to add, "However, after much consideration we have decided to move forward separately. We will always remain friends and love each other immensely. We ask that you please respect our privacy during this time."

The NHL star expressed a similar sentiment ... saying he will always treasure the time they spent together as a couple and the many laughs they shared.

It's a surprising breakup -- Lindsey and P.K. were one of those duos who looked very much in love, and never had any public signs of turbulence since linking up. You'll recall, he popped the question in the summer of 2019, and she returned the favor in December.

They vacationed all over together too ... always looking super lovey-dovey, and posting tons of cheeky pics along the way. Lindsey was especially proud of the engagement ring he got her as well -- she even wore it prominently at events with him.

It's crazy -- they were actually supposed to get hitched this year but postponed it due to the pandemic. As recently as November, Lindsey told us on "TMZ Live" they were looking forward to rescheduling it sometime in 2021.

Well, that's off the table now. 😟

Khloe Kardashian looks like she might be engaged to Tristan Thompson ... and by "looks like" we mean the bling on her left ring finger is big enough to make Rose from "Titanic" green with envy.

Khloe was sporting a huge ring on THAT finger during an outing in Boston Tuesday with TT and their daughter, True. The rock's got everyone talking and thinking engagement.

Seriously, look at this thing. It's HUGE.

As you know ... Khloe and Tristan first revealed their relationship back in September 2016, but after True was born in April 2018, videos surfaced showing TT cheating on KK.

Khloe and Tristan have been off-and-on ever since, but over the last year or so, they've appeared to be getting tight once again.

As we've told you ... Khloe and True are helping Tristan get settled in Boston, where the NBA star just signed a big contract with the Celtics. Still, Khloe says she won't leave L.A. for Beantown permanently.

Ariana Grande is ready to say "I do" again -- this time, she's set to get married to a relatively new lover who's low-key ... but who has clearly stolen her heart.

Ari broke the news Sunday on Instagram with a series of photos of her and BF-turned-fiance Dalton Gomez ... showing off shots of the two of them lying on the floor together, as well as some close-ups of her massive new rock, which she proudly wore on camera.

She captioned her post, "forever n then some." So yes, it looks like AG is gearing up to walk down the aisle once more -- this not too long after she broke off her previous engagement.

Remember, it was just a couple years ago that Ariana and then-fiance Pete Davidson were supposed to get married. They dated for a bit in 2018, and then all of a sudden ... they were engaged. She seemed pretty smitten over PD at the time, but in October ... they called off the engagement amid news that Mac Miller died, plus other circumstances were at play.

Ari's dating life was pretty low-key after that -- but earlier this year, it became increasingly apparent she had a new man -- as she'd been seen hanging with Dalton in recent months ... not to mention smooching him in public, albeit on the DL.

The guy's a young real estate wiz who handles multi-million dollar listings for A-listers in Hollywood. By the looks of the engagement ring he gave her ... dude does very well.

Taylor Swift sent her fans into a spiral -- believing the dress she wears in a new music video means she's hitched -- but we're told there's still no Mrs. before her name.

Taylor dropped her 9th studio album "Evermore" Friday and gave fans a music video for the single, "Willow." In the video, she sports a white-lace dress with a flower headband -- a sure sign, for fans -- that she had recently gotten hitched to her long-term boyfriend, Joe Alwyn.

However, despite what fans want to believe, sources with direct knowledge tell us Taylor and Joe are not married ... and the dress is just that. A dress.

Not to fear, there are still other nuggets in the album's lyrics for fans to find hidden messages. The song "Long Story Short" seems to reference Taylor's 2016 feud with Kim and Kanye, singing, "I tried to pick my battles 'til the battle picked me."

There's another possible reference to her failed relationship with Tom Hiddleston, "Clung to the wrong lips. Long story short. It was the wrong guy."

One of the NBA's hottest hunks is officially off the market -- with Golden State Warriors star Kelly Oubre, Jr. popping the question to his GF, Shylyn ... and she said YES!!!

The 24-year-old forward announced the big news via Instagram just minutes ago ... sharing emotional footage of the proposal at a private and romantic location.

Oubre and the model first went public earlier this year ... and have been inseparable ever since.

They wasted no time taking things to the next level ... with the Dope Soul brand man getting on one knee and putting a massive diamond on his lady's finger.

Oubre, Jr. has been linked to names like Kendall Jenner and Sports Illustrated cover model Jasmine Sanders in the past ... but as we previously reported, in September 2019, he said he wasn't ready to settle down just yet.

Things have clearly changed since then ... 'cause the guy is ready to be a married man.

WWE superstar, reality TV legend ... and now, wedding singer?!

The Miz tells TMZ Sports he's ready to add that last item to his resume ... saying he deserves the role at Alexa Bliss' and Ryan Cabrera's upcoming nuptials -- 'cause he helped set them up!!

The 40-year-old has been buds with Cabrera for nearly two decades -- and after he met Bliss through the WWE, he says he basically helped bring the two together.

Now, as somewhat of a reward, he says he's gunnin' to belt out some tunes at their impending reception!!

"Ryan played mine and [my wife] Maryse's wedding, like he played our first song -- our first dance," The Miz told us. "So, I think it's only right for me to return the favor."

And, if it ends up going down ... The Miz says don't expect him to be all that bad!!

The WWE star says all the lessons he learned putting out his "Hey Hey" diss track prior to WrestleMania this year should give him a leg up if it comes time to grab the mic at the wedding.

"To have me play your wedding, he did it for me, I should do it for him!" The Miz says. "It's just tit for tat."

As for the newly engaged couple, The Miz says he's straight-up thrilled they've found love with each other ... telling us, "They're happy. That's all that matters!"

Missy Elliott's helping dreams come true for a bride-to-be on a tight budget ... by covering the cost of the wedding dress she'd been eyeing.

Ireanna Bradshaw's getting married in March, but she and her fiance, Roderick Purdie, are also trying to move into their own place while planning the wedding, and long story short ... the costs were pilling up.

Ireanna shared that she found her dream dress -- a beautiful floral plus-size style from David's Bridal for $1,300 -- but didn't think she'd be able to afford it ... and that's when Missy stepped in.

The rapper congratulated Ireanna, but also followed up with a message saying "Your Dress is paid for now." Sure enough, Ireanna tells us she was in a restaurant with her mom when she saw Missy sent the money in full ... and broke down in tears.

Ireanna says Missy's been an inspiration for a long time -- one who helped her love herself and be open to love ... which brought her to Roderick.

She says without the financial gift she would have had to settle for a simple white dress or something much cheaper. Ireanna tells us Missy "literally made it possible for me to have my dream dress and be confident on the most precious day in my life."

Singer Ryan Cabrera and WWE star Alexa Bliss have something to celebrate during these bleak COVID times ... THEY'RE ENGAGED!!!

Ryan posted a pic of the question-popping Saturday night, with the caption, "tonight was the best night of my life!!! And it's just the beginning!!!"

Bliss added Ryan popped the question one year after they met. She said, "One year ago we said hello, tonight I said YES."

Cabrera and Bliss met at a Smackdown event with The Miz doing the honors as matchmaker ... they all hung out during the show, and Ryan and Alexa clearly had a connection.

Alexa had been engaged to fellow wrestler Buddy Murphy, and Ryan ended his relationship with “The Hills” star Audrina Patridge 2 years ago.

What a difference a week makes ...

Lamar Odom and Sabrina Parr are apparently BACK ON -- just one week after Parr announced they had broken up so Lamar could focus on his personal issues.

The two hopped on a plane early Thursday morning for a quick romantic getaway. Unclear where they were headed, but once they touched down, the two posed or a kissy face photo, seemingly to show social media they're back together and happy.

Parr says they are celebrating the 1-year anniversary of their engagement -- so, is that back too?

Remember, it was just a week ago Sabrina went public about their split -- suggesting Odom is still dealing with personal demons that were getting in the way of their relationship.

"Y'all know I'm honest and transparent so I have to be the first to let you guys know that I am no longer engaged to Lamar," Sabrina Parr posted last Wednesday night on IG.

"Lamar has some things that he alone needs to work through," Parr said ...adding, "I love him dearly but I am no longer able to be by his side while he seeks the help he so desperately needs."

So, what changed? We're trying to find out.

40-year-old Odom had proposed to Parr (a fitness and life coach) at Myles Chefetz's Prime 112 restaurant in Miami back in November while dining with pal Nene Leakes.
