"Teen Mom 2" star Jeremy Calvert says a video appearing to show him pissing on a homeless person was just a piss-poor attempt at humor ... because he claims there was not any pee or homeless person involved.

Jeremy, Leah Messer's ex-husband, tells TMZ ... he is just pretending to pee in the vid ... over a pile of trash that happened to look like a person lying on the ground, and it was all one big joke.

The video, which was shot in San Diego, caused a furor Monday on social media ... and you can see Jeremy was having a great time yukking it up in front of the camera.

But, Jeremy says all the pissing and moaning over the video is unwarranted ... 'cause the whole thing was fake.

In case you don't remember, Jeremy and Leah were hitched from 2012 to 2015 and they have a 5-year-old daughter together.

9:20 AM PT -- Law enforcement sources in the U.K. tell TMZ that Emma Fairweather's suggestion that she's been ignored by police investigating the crash or that there's some sort of cover-up happening is simply not true. We're told the Norfolk Police are treating this collision as they would any other, and the fact Prince Philip was involved bears no weight in how cops have handled things. Our sources say the only thing that's unique about this case is that a family liaison officer was assigned to Emma, due to its high-profile nature.

Interestingly enough, Emma claims the liaison officer who was assigned to her promptly resigned ... allegedly because she was asking too many questions and was difficult to deal with. Our law enforcement sources dispute that characterization, saying Norfolk Police reached out several times over the weekend to answer any lingering questions she had, and that she never called back.

Regarding the investigation, we're told that it's ongoing and that any "appropriate action" necessary will be taken by the time it's over.

A Norfolk Police spokesperson tells us that officers plan to take Emma's statement on Tuesday, adding that arrangements to do so were made last Friday.

The woman who was hurt in a crash involving Prince Philipsays she was told to shut her yap and also claims the gravity of her injuries have been seriously downplayed by what she suggests is a cover-up effort by police on behalf of the Royals.

In an interview with the Mirror, Emma Fairweather says she was told by authorities not to speak to anyone following the accident and to expect a call from the Palace ... presumably from Philip or the Queen herself to offer an apology, well-wishes or ... something.

She claims that personal call never came, and instead ... a police family liaison officer phoned, passing on some vague message from the Royals.

Emma also claims the family liaison officer would call to check in on her in the aftermath of the accident ... adding that shortly after speaking with the officer, a report came out detailing her status, which she says mischaracterized her well-being just 'cause she'd been discharged.

Emma -- who was a passenger in the vehicle that Philip hit -- suffered a broken wrist in the accident on Thursday, and says at one point she was circling the possibility of surgery.

None of that was reflected in the reports that came out though, which she doesn't seem too pleased with. Adding insult to injury ... Philip was back behind the wheel over the weekend, without a seat belt, no less.

Police say they issued a warning to Philip after photos of him driving without a seat belt went around the web.

1/20/19 -- The student who came face-to-face with Nathan Phillips has released a statement to the media about what he claims actually happened Friday. Nick Sandmann, a junior at Covington Catholic High School, says he and his classmates were waiting for their busses to arrive at the Lincoln Memorial when a handful of African-American protesters began shouting "hateful things" at the group of boys. Sandmann says that he and his classmates were given permission by their adult chaperones to sing their school spirit chants in response. At some point during this chanting, Sandmann says a separate group of protesters from the Indigenous People's March approached his group, and claims that Nathan Phillips then "waded" into the crowd with his drum. Other videos that have surfaced online appear to show Phillips doing exactly that.

Sandmann says Phillips singled him out for some reason and walked right up to him ... and the clip that has since gone viral is what happened shortly after. Sandmann says he did not provoke Phillips, nor did he block him from going anywhere. He says he only smiled because he sensed Phillips and his group were trying to incite a larger confrontation, and he wanted to communicate that he wouldn't engage. Sandmann says he respects Phillips for his service as a Marine vet, but does not approve of his methods -- namely, getting in people's personal spaces. Sandmann also says he will be cooperating with his school's investigation into the matter. His full statement can be read below.

5:56 PM PT -- A spokesperson for the Roman Catholic Diocese of Covington says the confrontation between a horde of Catholic high school boys and the Native American war vet is under investigation, adding that students could be expelled. In a statement, the spox says ... "We condemn the actions of the Covington Catholic High School students towards Nathan Phillips specifically, and Native Americans in general, Jan. 18, after the March for Life, in Washington, D.C. We extend our deepest apologies to Mr. Phillips. This behavior is opposed to the Church’s teachings on the dignity and respect of the human person."

A mob of MAGA hat-wearing teenagers swarmed around a Native American man to harass and drown out his peaceful demonstration -- and the scene was tense.

The face-off went down Friday at the D.C. National Mall -- near Arlington National Cemetery -- where Omaha elder Nathan Phillips was drumming and singing toward the tail end of the Indigenous People's March. Phillips was a marine during the Vietnam War, though he was never deployed.

According to local reports, a large group of men -- including many young boys who were wearing MAGA gear -- descended upon Phillips and began mocking him ... with one student getting right up in his face as he peacefully tried reciting his song.

What's depicted here is alarming ... many of the boys are mimicking Phillips' singing in a demeaning manner as they surround him and a few lingering marchers. As you can see, one of the boys stands face-to-face with Phillips with a smug grin on his face as he continues to drum.

Phillips addressed the altercation afterward in an emotional explanation of why he was singing, and how he internalized what had just happened to him. He explains how youth used to interact with elders, and how times have changed for the worse.

Fortunately, there are no reports of violence breaking out ... but it appears these kids were on the verge of something nefarious. Some of the boys have been reported as Covington Catholic High School students in Park Hills, KY. It's unclear why they were in D.C., but it's possible they were there in support of the March for Life, which took place the same day.

Covington's website temporarily crashed Saturday as tons of people demanded answers from Principal Bob Rowe and other faculty. A communications rep for the Roman Catholic Diocese of Covington released a statement on the matter saying, "We are just now learning about this incident and regret it took place. We are looking into it."

Ironically, CCHS' mission statement reads ... "At Covington Catholic, our primary purpose is to embrace the gospel message of Jesus Christ in order to educate young men spiritually, academically, physically, and socially. With this focus, we are Building Minds and Living Faith."

We've reached out to Covington Catholic High School for comment ... it appears their phone line is busy, as calls are not going through.

Lionel Richie's only son, model Miles Brockman Richie, had a run-in with cops at a U.K. airport after allegedly claiming he had a bomb and then slugging a security guard ... TMZ has learned.

A spokesperson for the Metropolitan Police in London tell us a 24-year-old man "accepted a caution" Saturday for "communicating false information causing a bomb hoax and battery following an incident at Heathrow (Airport) Terminal 5."

Our law enforcement sources say it was Miles who was issued the caution. We're told he was detained, later accepted the caution from police, and then released.

As far as what went down, eyewitnesses tell us Miles was trying to get on a flight, but for some reason wasn't allowed. He became angry and allegedly claimed he had a bomb in his bag, which he'd detonate if he wasn't let on to the plane.

We're told security showed up and Miles allegedly punched one of the guards. That's when police intervened, detained him, and issued him the caution on site.

According to Metro, accepting a caution in England is essentially the same thing as accepting responsibility for an offense.

When a caution is issued, the person who receives it is not booked or charged with a crime. They also don't need to appear in court. The caution does, however, go on their permanent record. It's a way to keep low-level crimes out of court and a means of unclogging the criminal justice system.

YoYo is still reeling from something that happened with R. Kelly sometime ago when she went to his recording studio with her daughter and the singer's people slipped her daughter his phone number.

The rap legend was in Atlanta Saturday night for the Trumpet Awards at The Cobb Energy Performing Arts Center when she revealed the story her daughter told her.

YoYo says her daughter was over 21 at the time, but R. Kelly didn't know that. She clearly felt betrayed by him and said at that point she knew something was up but didn't know the scope of the problem.

5:40 PM PT -- Nancy Pelosi seems to have changed her a tune a tad in light of the President's announcement, saying Dems will vote next week to "add additional border security funding for ports of entry, advanced technology for scanning vehicles for drugs & immigration judges."

That doesn't sound like she's budging on the issue of the "wall." Time will tell, though.

President Trump wants to strike a new deal with Democrats to reopen the government -- but his plan is already being shot down by the party's leaders.

DT made his pitch Saturday in a nationally televised address from the White House, where he basically offered limited protections for current DACA recipients and immigrants with temporary protected status in exchange for the border security funding he's demanded.

Trump said he'd give 700,000 people eligible for DACA three years of legislative relief and extend TPS for 300,000 immigrant beneficiaries if Congress would give him his big ask of $5.7 billion for a border structure (which he says will only consist of about 230 miles of steel barriers rather than a 2,000-mile-plus concrete wall).

He's also asking for $805 mil to implement new drug smuggling technology, another $800 mil for humanitarian assistance at the southern border, about 2,750 border agents to be hired on, 75 new immigration judges as part of his package.

Unfortunately for the Prez, word about what he'd be proposing leaked early ... and House Speaker Nancy Pelosi released a statement which in effect turned him down before he could even get a word out. She says his new proposal is one that's been discussed in the past and is literally a "non-starter."

Either way, Trump says Senate Leader Mitch McConnell is going to introduce these new proposals in a bill on the Senate floor this week. Unclear if it'll pass in the House though.

In other words ... we're still in shutdown mode, for now.

Conservative talk show host Ben Shapiro's got some interesting thoughts on baby Hitler.

Ben's at March for Life in D.C. Friday -- joining the annual rally of pro-life folks who oppose the practice and legality of abortion -- and he dropped his take on the age-old question -- If you could go back in time and kill Hitler as a baby, would you do it?

Shapiro says it's actually a no-brainer for anyone who's truly pro-life ... because the key word here is "baby."

Dave Chappelle says R. Kelly and his "goons" bum-rushed him over his famous skit mocking the singer's urination video -- but Dave's sense of humor definitely saved the day.

The comic hopped onstage at the WeHo Improv Monday night with his friend and "Chappelle's Show" costar, Donnell Rawlings. Dave revealed Kelly and his crew approached him in Chicago -- during a Common concert -- and made it clear they were, umm ... pissed about his "Piss on You" skit.

Dave says things never got physical, but he says Kelly grilled him about the skit and asked how he could possibly have done such a thing.

The irony of that question was not lost on Dave, who had the most awesome and hilarious response. Check out the video ... classic story.

Chappelle also addressed some of the criticism he's faced in the wake of Lifetime's "Surviving R. Kelly" docuseries -- saying he wants comedians to call out things that are wrong with the world, period.

Dave Chappelle was noncommittal on his feelings about some old skits that mocked some shocking behavior by R. Kelly.

We got the comic in WeHo Tuesday night leaving Craig's, and asked about his sketches from "Chappelle's Show" where he created a music video -- titled "Piss on You" -- mocking the real video of R. Kelly urinating on what appears to be a teenage girl.

Dave also did a comedy sketch on the jury selection process in the criminal trial, and used R. Kelly's scandal as material for years.

Dave said he didn't have a vivid memory of the sketches and needed a relook.

Our photog also asked if he had regrets over not participating in "Surviving R. Kelly." The show's EP, Dream Hampton, claimed Chappelle was among a number of celebs who turned down interviews.

Chris Hansen got the Chris Hansen treatment, sort of, when Connecticut cops confronted him and then busted him ... for bouncing checks.

The former host of "To Catch a Predator" was arrested Monday in Stamford for larceny. Cops say he failed to pay a local vendor nearly $13,000 for stuff he'd purchased in 2017 ... and allegedly gave the guy the runaround with 2 bounced checks.

According to Stamford PD, Chris bought 355 mugs, 288 t-shirts and 650 vinyl decals from a mom-and-pop shop in town for marketing events he planned to attend. The owner says the goods were delivered, but Chris bailed on his $12,998.05 tab.

The owner says after the first check bounced, he threatened to go to cops. Chris allegedly offered to make 4 partial payments, but the owner rejected that deal.

Chris then bounced a second check, and begged for more time. The owner claims Chris sent emails saying he was selling his boat to come up with the cash, but a check -- a good one -- never came ... and a warrant was issued for Chris' arrest.

He turned himself in Monday, and was booked and released from jail.

1:53 PM PT -- We've obtained an extended version from Kanye's service on Sunday, and he never mentions R. Kelly. In fact, Kanye keeps the conversation almost entirely about himself and his experiences in 2018. Our sources say Kanye's quote about documentaries was nothing but bad timing.

11:39 AM PT -- Kim is shutting down everyone who believes Kanye's supporting R. Kelly, saying, "I want to make it very clear, he is not condoning anyone’s actions or unacceptable disgusting behavior. My husband’s words are being taken out of context due to timing."

Kanye West says it's still okay to play R. Kelly or Michael Jackson's music -- or so it seemed after Kanye's Sunday service, but Kim Kardashian says that's not what her husband meant to say.

Kanye seemed to refer to Kelly and MJ Sunday when he said, "They want art from the artist. But, anytime they do anything erratic, they just gonna pull up the full documentaries on him."

"And then, they gonna come with the Michael documentary. We can enjoy all their music all we want."

As you know, R. Kelly has come under intense scrutiny following the Lifetime docuseries, "Surviving R. Kelly." The #MuteRKelly movement is in full swing and some artists have pulled their Kelly collabs off streaming services.

Kanye seems to be comparing Kelly's situation to the new documentary making allegations of sexual abuse by MJ.

Ye went on to say if we start removing artistic works ... "let's go ahead and take da Vinci out The Louvre. Let's take down all the art."

Even though it sure sounds like it, Kim says Kanye wasn't going there. She says, "Kanye was speaking about his own experience of everyone quick to say they are cancelling him because of differences in opinion & not being perfect. The analogies were in context to his own experiences, not defending anyone else."

12:13 PM PT -- A rep for Ciara tells us she's taking steps with Sony to have her collab with R. Kelly, "Promise (Go and Get Your Tickets Mix)," taken down from streaming services and iTunes.

R. Kelly's vast catalog of duets and collaborations remains mostly available to the public, as most artists are not pulling them -- most notably Jay-Z, who has 2 full albums with R. Kelly.

Out of 50-plus notable songs that feature R. Kelly, only two are being pulled from streaming services by the lead artist -- those being the tracks from Lady Gaga and Celine Dion -- but everyone else hasn't signaled a move one way or another.

A few artists who've collaborated with R. Kelly include Diddy, Snoop Dogg, Ciara, Justin Bieber, Fat Joe, Rick Ross, Usher, Mary J. Blige, Chris Brown, Nas, Twista, Nick Cannon, Ty Dolla $ign, Mariah Carey and The Pussycat Dolls and, of course, Jigga ... who by far has the most joint works with Kelly out of everyone.

Jay and R. Kelly teamed for 2002's "The Best of Both Worlds" and 2004's "Unfinished Business."

Here's what's weird. No artist is obliged to remove their R. Kelly collabs, but the way showbiz normally works is ... celebs follow the trend. With 2 enormous artists like Gaga and Celine taking a stand on the R. Kelly scandal, you'd expect others to follow suit.

It's interesting that hasn't happened, so far -- even as R. Kelly feels the heat from prosecutors and the public.

Little Mix member Jesy Nelson is catching tremendous backlash for playfully singing along to one of R. Kelly's most famous songs in the wake of Lifetime's docuseries.

The British singer was at a dinner party in London Saturday night with some friends, and she recorded herself dancing in her seat and singing Kelly's "Ignition (Remix)" as it played over the speakers. Her buddy who was sitting next to her got in on the fun as well.

In the clip -- which has since been deleted from Jesy's IG story -- you hear her say, "'Ignition,' R. Kelly" with an added "Ooh" for emphasis. She continues to sing along to the first verse as she playfully touches her pal's face. It's clear she had no issue with the song.

Welp, her fans didn't like that a whole lot. Tons of people tweeted their criticism at Jesy, both with shock, disgust and disappointment. One user wrote, "Jesy Nelson what the f**k? First you film a white person saying the n word and put it on Instagram and now you are bopping along with R Kelly after what has just happened?"

The user continued... "Shame on you... I'm done with you, CANCELLED. You just ruin LM's reputation too. Bye sis."

Little Mix did not comment one way or another on the allegations leveled against Kelly in "Surviving R. Kelly." It's interesting too -- Kelly has continued to secure bookings for shows in Germany despite the airing of the docuseries and the uproar it's caused in the States.

Justin Timberlake needs to check his "Happy Gilmore" impressions at the door the next time he decides to take some cuts at Topgolf, because the company says they just might tattle on JT if he keeps breaking their rules.

If you've ever been to Topgolf -- and if you haven't, get on it STAT -- you know they really frown on anyone channeling Adam Sandler's famous character in their super fun driving range. But, Justin was a bad boy last weekend and broke their safety code with a textbook windup swing.

Topgolf tells us they're quite aware of Justin's rule-breaking ways, and they're issuing him a hilarious warning ... saying, "we aren't necessarily mad, we're just disappointed in him. We'll try to reach out to his reps, BUT we may just have to call his mom."

Fact is, the "Happy Gilmore" is a well-known violation -- it's even on the waiver you sign before starting the game -- so the company and social media went crazy after Justin posted video from his awesome time at the Topgolf in Charlotte, N.C. during a stop for his Man Of The Woods tour.

Still, it's pretty hard to be mad at JT ... and if you ask us, he totally nailed Sandler's famous swing.

We're told Justin LOVES Topgolf and frequents their locations across the country, so it's gonna be interesting to see if he pulls this stunt again.

R. Kelly and his record label are now being attacked by ground AND air, because a women's rights group flew a banner over the record label's owner, calling him a "sexual predator."

UltraViolet is the group behind the move ... and they just had an airplane tow a banner over Sony Music HQ in Culver City Friday morning, and it reads "RCA/SONY: DROP SEXUAL PREDATOR R KELLY."

On Thursday, Kelly's daughter released a statement denouncing her dad, saying, "The same monster you all confronting me about is my father. I am well aware of who and what he is. I grew up in that house."

With calls to drop and mute R. Kelly intensifying in the wake of Lifetime's "Surviving R. Kelly" docuseries, RCA has largely remained silent. RCA, which is owned by Sony Music, has been Kelly's label throughout his successful solo career.

R. Kelly is feeling the heat in the wake of Lifetime's docuseries, because while law enforcement hasn't nailed him yet, he's been suffering panic attacks severe enough to require medical attention.

Sources connected to the embattled singer tell us the panic attacks started in the days leading up to "Surviving R. Kelly" airing last week. The firestorm that erupted after it aired is affecting him, too, because we're told they've continued ... with one attack being so serious, he sought treatment at a hospital.

Our sources say, more often, he's had doctors make house visits. We're told the episodes are triggered by the overwhelming backlash Kelly's getting from celebs and the general public. He's shocked how the tables have turned ... with most people now believing his accusers.

We're told Kelly's aware the pendulum isn't swinging his way right now in the court of public opinion.

As for his birthday celebration Wednesday night ... we're told Kelly's looking for reasons to get out of his house. Quite frankly, we're told he still believes he's done nothing wrong and doesn't want to seem like he's hiding.
