George Lopez doesn't mind including President Trump's son, Barron, when criticizing DT's immigration policies ... and don't give him the "he's a kid" line, either.

The comic was leaving the Palace Hotel Saturday in NYC, where we got a chance to ask him about an IG post he'd just thrown up ... which basically calls out the Prez for being so harsh on immigrant children, while his own offspring have immigrant mothers themselves.

In the post ... Don Jr., Ivanka, Eric and 13-year-old Barron are referred to as an "anchor baby" -- meaning a kid born by a non-citizen mother in a country that offers birthright citizenship.

For the record, Ivana -- Trump's first wife, and mother of his older three children -- obtained citizenship in 1988, and her and DT's kids were all born before that. Melania obtained her citizenship in 2006 (the same year Barron was born) but it's unclear what month.

The bigger point here though ... was it appropriate to include Barron in the critique at all? Ya know ... since he is a minor?? George says absolutely ... especially in this administration.

Check it out ... he flips the question back on our photog, asking what's the difference between Barron and any number of the children being detained down by the border. The issue's timely -- Trump just announced he was gonna hold off mass ICE raids on families.

Halle Berry damn near returned to her home to find the locks changed and a strange man living inside.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... 59-year-old Ronald Eugene Griffin first showed up at an L.A. property owned by the actress in January and allegedly fiddled with the locks, but took off when he was approached by Halle's gardener.

A couple months later, in March ... cops received a trespassing call from workers at Berry's pad, who said Griffin was there with a locksmith trying to get in, claiming he was the new owner of the home and had the deed to prove it.

We're told he'd already managed to have one of the locks changed, and actually made a call to the police when he was confronted by the employees at the house. Yes, he was audacious enough to call the cops claiming ownership and pointing the finger at Halle's employees as trespassers!!!

According to law enforcement ... when police arrived Griffin maintained he was the owner of the house, but LAPD detectives quickly determined Griffin had fraudulently changed the title of the residence.

Halle told the detectives she had no idea who he was ... and definitely didn't give him permission to be at her home.

Griffin was later arrested and hit with a felony count of procuring and offering a false warranty deed and an additional count of petty theft. His bond's set at $36k.

Strangely enough ... we're told the guy didn't even know it was Halle's place. Just luck of the draw for her.

This isn't the first time Halle's had major issues with intruders. Back in 2011, she came home, walked in the kitchen and told cops, "As I opened my glass kitchen door and closed it behind me, all of a sudden I sensed someone behind me and turned to see the intruder standing less than a foot behind me, staring through my glass kitchen door." The guy was arrested.

Cindy Crawford's daughter, Kaia Gerber, truly got it from her mama -- which couldn't have been more clear than in these matching vacay views.

The supermodel is vacationing with her hubby, Rande Gerber, and their kid right now down in Miami, where mom and her little girl (who's 17, BTW) wore similar swimwear ... black bikini tops, revealing their great figures and spectacular family genes.

Like her ma, Kaia is also a well-established model in her own right. She's done campaigns for Chanel, Prada, Jimmy Choo, Alexander Wang and Marc Jacobs, among others. Definitely following in her parent's footsteps ... no question about that.

Just to drive the point home, check out the position they were both in at one point while relaxing by a pool. Interestingly, Cindy and Kaia both seemed to be a bit distracted as they laid out -- making it that much more obvious ... Kaia's a chip off the old block.

Considering how incredible Cindy still looks at age 53, ya know Kaia's gotta like her chances at a long and prolific career. Not too many mother-daughter combos that can do it like this.

Mick Jagger is unreal, and for that matter, so are all of The Rolling Stones. They performed for the first time since Mick's heart surgery and looked incredible ... but there's something even more shocking.

The Stones entertained 60,000 fans Friday night in Chicago at a sold-out Soldier Field concert, and if you closed your eyes it would be hard to hear the difference between circa 1965 and today.

Mick pranced up and down the stage was in top form ... this after undergoing heart valve replacement surgery in March.

The group was forced to postpone the first 14 days on its No Filter tour, but check out the video ... it was worth the wait.

This was not Mick and co. going through the motions. The concert was as much of a statement as anything ... the heart surgery was a bump in the road, but not a deal breaker.

They played a ton of hits -- 20 songs in all -- including "Sympathy for the Devil," "Honky Tonk Women," "Paint it Black," "Jumpin' Jack Flash," and "Start Me Up." Oh, and of course, "Gimme Shelter" and 'Satisfaction.'

In all, the concert lasted about 3 hours, and there was no sign of fatigue.

It's actually the first Stones concert since July 2018. Think of this ... The Beatles lasted a decade ... The Stones have been together for half a century.

This is actually hilarious ... ESPN put together a BTS web segment called "Name the 90's," in which a handful of players from the 2019 NBA Draft class were asked to identify people, items and shows from that glorious decade. Safe to say, they all had a hard time.

Guys like Coby White (Bulls), Jarrett Culver (Timberwolves) and Rui Hachimura (Wizards) shuffled through a bunch of cards with photos of stuff like a Super Nintendo, an Easy-Bake Oven, a fanny pack, Tia and Tamera Mowry, Destiny's Child and, of course, OutKast.

That last one really tripped up the young bucks, as most couldn't even say A3 or BB's names. Darius Garland (Cavs) is the ONLY one who said OutKast outright, and Coby did say the MCs' names correctly -- assuming we heard him correctly (Andre 2000???).

Funny enough ... almost all the players were quick to ID Kenan Thompson and Kel Mitchell's classic 1997 flick, "Good Burger" -- without skipping a beat, really.

The Tupac Estate, Tom Petty's ex-wife, Hole and countless others involved in the most epic songs in history are suing Universal Music Group, claiming UMG screwed them out of more than $100 million by secretly pocketing money it got after a fire destroyed hundreds of thousands of master recordings.

It's a class action lawsuit and could include the likes of Elton John and many others.

Here's the backstory ... a fire destroyed as many as 500,000 master recordings in UMG's archive vaults on the Universal Studios backlot warehouse.

The suit alleges there was a deal where UMG and the artists split profits from master recordings 50/50.

UMG told Billboard shortly after the fire, "We had no loss, thankfully. We moved most of what was formerly stored there earlier this year to our other facilities." The suit claims that was a big, fat lie.

According to the lawsuit, UMG filed insurance claims of at least $150 MILLION based on the fact the master recordings were destroyed ... and they did not share a penny of that with the artists. The suit claims UMG intentionally tried to deceive the artists by concealing the payments.

The suit asks for more than $100 mil. No word on other artists who may join the class action.

Amber and her BF, Alexander "AE" Edwards, hit up Staples Center Friday night, where they took in a concert with the likes of Meek Mill, YG, A-Boogie Wit da Hoodie, and Blueface.

Amber announced on April 3 that she's pregnant, and she showed off the work in progress in spectacular fashion.

There's an interesting connection with AE. He's Tyga's best friend. As you know, Tyga and Blac Chyna had a kid together and Chyna is Amber's best friend.

Nicki made the announcement Friday on her "Queen Radio" show ... saying, "I think I have what I was striving for, just happiness. It was hard to get to a happy place. Now that I'm here I don't want to compromise that for anyone or anything."

The timing is interesting ... Nicki released a music video for "MEGATRON" earlier Friday, and it heavily featured her ex-con boyfriend, Kenneth Petty, and was met with immediate backlash, which she brushed off.

Nicki and Kenneth started dating last year after rekindling their flame ... and she says she's convinced he's matured from a checkered past that includes convictions for attempted rape and manslaughter.

It will be Nicki's first marriage.

The maker of the insanely successful "Angry Birds" mobile game is seeing red ... claiming in a new lawsuit an L.A. restaurant straight-up jacked its name and logo.

Rovio Entertainment -- the media company that launched the "Angry Birds" franchise -- is suing David and Mary Mkhitaryan, alleging they lifted the famous name and logo when they slapped "Angry Birdz" on a couple of L.A. joints they own.

Rovio says in the lawsuit it sent the Mkhitaryans a cease and desist letter in February but that went nowhere, so it's now suing for trademark infringement.

Rovio says the similarities between the name and the font the restaurant used prove the Mkhitaryans intended to profit off the enormous fame of "Angry Birds" -- its been downloaded more than 4 BILLION TIMES!!! - and confused consumers into thinking the game and the restaurant are somehow affiliated.

Lil Durk -- the rapper accused of attempted murder -- wants to stay on the straight and narrow path after bonding out of jail ... and his childhood pastor's taking up the cause.

We've learned Durk's going back to his roots by placing himself back under the wings of his pastor who presided over the church he attended as a kid in Chicago. The pastor -- who's like a second father to Durk -- he flew from Chicago to Atlanta to vouch for the rapper at a recent hearing -- plans to use his ATL connections to get Durk involved in the community.

Durk apparently plans to spend time at shelters and soup kitchens. We're told he wants to get his hands dirty ... just like he used to in Chicago with the guidance of his pastor. He'd mentor kids there but, for obvious reasons, Durk's work in Chi-Town's been put on hold given the serious charges.

As we reported ... Durk posted $250k bond Friday after a judge agreed he's not a flight risk. Dude was so ecstatic getting outta jail ... he literally skipped all the way to his waiting SUV. Durk will have a curfew and have to wear an ankle monitor.

He turned himself in nearly a month ago after an arrest warrant was issued in connection to a February shooting outside a restaurant called The Varsity. A detective said in court, cops have surveillance video showing Durk firing a weapon from a car. The victim, shot in the thigh, survived.

If Hollywood decided to green-light a movie about heavyweight boxing champ Andy Ruiz -- there's another huge star who's already making his pitch for the role ... Gabriel Iglesias!!!

The superstar comic is a big-time boxing fan -- and says he was STOKED when Ruiz put a beating on Anthony Joshua in the upset of the decade.

In fact, Ruiz says he REALLY wants to see Joshua sign on for the rematch so Ruiz can prove to the world it wasn't a fluke, and he's the real deal.

"It wasn't a lucky punch," Fluffy says ... "He got dealt with that night!"

Ruiz's story is pretty amazing ... he was a massive underdog who took the fight on short notice and put on the performance of his life to upset the undefeated heavyweight champion of the world.

Iglesias says he'd LOVE to play Ruiz on the big screen ... but he knows he'd have to drop a few lbs before getting in front of the camera.

"Every actor says they gotta gain weight ... I gotta lose weight to play Ruiz!"

It takes two to tango ... And survive in Hollywood.
