Donald Trump's sister, Maryanne Trump Barry, scorched her brother in hours of conversations which she did not know were being recorded, essentially saying he has lied and cheated his way through life.

Maryanne had various conversations with Trump's niece, Mary Trump ... never knowing Mary was pulling a Linda Tripp and recording everything, and boy did she unload.

She said as a kid her brother was a brat, and she believes he had a guy named Joe Shapiro take his SAT test, something Shapiro's widow denies. For her part, she says she did his homework.

Maryanne, who retired as a federal judge last year, was beside herself with Trump's tweets, saying, "His goddamned tweeting and lying, oh my God."  She also said, "He has no principles. None. None."

BTW ... the conversations were recorded in New York, where one party can legally record the other party without saying so. Mary Trump said she recorded Maryanne in the middle of a fight over a family inheritance, where Mary felt she was getting screwed.

"Selling Sunset" stars Mary Fitzgerald and Romain Bonnet pulled a fast one on their fans when it comes to love ... 'cause TMZ's learned they actually got hitched LONG before they started filming their Netflix show.

TMZ's got a copy of their license and certificate of marriage ... and it shows Mary and Romain got married March 9, 2018 at the Ventura Courthouse. Check out the doc ... a deputy commissioner of civil marriages officiated the ceremony and a woman named Nicole Young was a witness.

It's super interesting for several reasons. For starters, the 40-year-old high-end realtor -- married twice before -- tied the knot for a third time 4 months after her divorce from her second husband was finalized.

Secondly, the Netflix show started filming around July, 2018 ... meaning Mary and Romain had been legally married for at least 4 months before filming started. But, hardcore fans are very aware in season 1, Romain proposed to Mary while they relaxed and laid in bed.

And, one more thing ... season 2 was centered around Mary planning her wedding, shopping for a wedding dress and scouting venues. Her venue fell through, and then one of her clients offered his elegant L.A. house. And, that's where the TV wedding went down ... on October 12, 2019.

Now, it's possible Mary and Romain fell in love fast and raced to the courthouse. But, they certainly made it seem on the show they were taking things slow. She introduced him as her boyfriend and during a 1-year anniversary dinner, they talked about kids in their future. Romain didn't seem totally interested ... prompting Mary to respond with, "We should probably talk about this if we are thinking about a future together."

Then there's this ... when Romain met Mary's co-workers at Mary and Chrishell Stause's combined bday party, the girls grilled him about how long the 27-year-old's been dating Mary. He said a little over a year. The show's villain, Christine Quinn, then asked Romain if marriage is in their future. Romain played it off as ... we'll see.

Kim Kardashian seems to be expanding her beauty biz ... 'cause it looks like she's now ready to tackle the world of skincare!!!

Kim's legal team filed new docs to lock up the rights to "KKW Skin."

According to the docs, obtained by TMZ, Kim wants to sell "KKW Skin" products in retail outlets known for skincare and cosmetics.

Kim's planning to put her moniker on pretty much every skincare product under the sun ... preparations, moisturizers, lotions, creams, cleansers, toners, facial scrubs, body scrubs, facial mists, serums, masks, balms, facial oils, body oils, peels and powders.

Basically, everything you could possibly buy to take care of your skin and try and look like her.

TMZ broke the story ... Kim's beauty biz reached billion-dollar status in June, courtesy of a massive deal with cosmetic conglomerate Coty Inc., which forked out $200 million for a 20% stake in KKW's biz, valuing her co. at a cool $1 BILLION.

As we first told you ... Kim's deal with Coty would include skin, hair, personal and nail products.

More legal trouble for the woman accused of stabbing NFL star Terrelle Pryor ...

TMZ Sports has learned Shalaya Briston -- who officials say nearly killed Pryor in a Nov. incident -- was arrested months later in March for allegedly attacking her mom.

According to court docs ... officers responded to a call about a domestic disturbance at a residence in the Munhall, Penn. area at around 1 AM on March 15.

When cops arrived, they say in the docs Briston told them she had been in an argument with her mother.

Cops say when they were able to locate Briston's mom ... she told them Briston had attacked her, hitting her several times in the face.

In the docs, officers say they noticed a small laceration and swelling around the woman's lower lip. They also say the woman complained that her right eye "felt swollen."

Cops eventually arrested Briston ... and prosecutors ended up hitting her with a misdemeanor charge of simple assault.

But, a court official tells us the case was dropped on Aug. 19 ... after the alleged victim did not appear at the scheduled hearing.

Briston, though, still ain't out of the woods yet ... as we previously reported, she's still facing a felony assault charge in the Pryor stabbing case.

Rapper Lil Mosey can't legally drink yet, but he's old enough to have some adult trouble with the law after getting arrested for carrying a concealed weapon.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... the 18-year-old "Pull Up" rapper was busted in Burbank when cops pulled over a 2016 Cadillac Escalade with 3 people inside -- Mosey, his driver/bodyguard and a juvenile.

We're told cops initially made the stop last Sunday around 1 AM because they didn't have plates. That turned out to be the least of Mosey and his crew's problems.

Cops say things got serious when they noticed an empty holster sitting on the driver's lap, which prompted an immediate search ... and the discovery of 3 loaded 9mm semi-automatic pistols.

One was allegedly on the juvenile, one in the glove box and one in the center console. And, bonus round ... our sources say cops also found 4 credit cards in the bodyguards backpack that did NOT belong to any of the occupants.

All 3 occupants were placed under arrest -- all 3 got booked for felony concealed weapons since no once claimed the 2 weapons found in the glove and console.

"Knight Rider" star Rebecca Holden and her record producer husband, Joel Diamond, got a rude awakening in the dead of night ... an oak tree came crashing down onto their property, and cost 'em a car in the process.

Joel tells TMZ ... he and Rebecca were awoken late at night Friday by a loud noise literally tearing through their Calabasas home. It turned out to be part of a nearby 6-ton oak tree that had toppled over for some reason. We're told the tree burst through their bedroom window ... and also crushed three vehicles down below.

Unfortunately, one of those cars happened to be Joel's prized classic Jaguar -- the back end of which was absolutely demolished by the fallen timber. A total loss, no doubt. What sucks is Joel tells us he'd just gotten the whip back from an auto body shop 2 days prior.

Nobody was harmed, thankfully, but it sounds like a few of Joel's friends were pretty impressed with the freak phenomenon. Singer Tony Orlando -- known for his #1 hit, "Tie a Yellow Ribbon Round the Ole Oak Tree" -- made a crack ... saying out of all the trees he'd ribbon'd over the years, Joel and Rebecca's was by and far the most outstanding.

A police officer caught on camera shooting and killing a fenced-in dog on its own property after it tangled with her own K-9 through a gate ... and the footage is horrible.

This incident was captured on a home security cam somewhere in Detroit, and it shows a medium-sized white pooch on his property behind a fence, following a cop and her K-9 walking on the sidewalk ... until they reach the end, and the two dogs get into it.

From the looks of the clip, it appears the cop did not have control of her dog ... and its snout gets latched onto by the white one through the rails. Rather than try to pull her dog away -- or literally anything else at all -- the officer is seen pulling out a weapon of some sort and discharging it right in the white dog's face.

People online are claiming she shot it with her gun, and that the dog died. Before that, however, you can see it twitching violently on the ground as other officers surround the scene. The video cuts shortly after that.

At a bare minimum, the cop is in clear violation of the leash law ... the dog was on a leash, but the officer did not adequately control the animal by keeping it away from the fence.

But, it's already catching national attention -- ex-Democratic presidential candidate Julian Castro is demanding answers and accountability ... as are many others.

The Georgia police officer who used his Taser on a Black woman and continued to use what many consider excessive force afterward is now without a job ... according to his bosses.

Officer Michael Oxford was terminated this week from his job at the Gwinnett County Police Dept. after viral video surfaced showing him tasing and forcibly arresting an African-American woman on her front porch while surrounded by family members.

GCPD says they canned Oxford Friday for conduct they considered to go against their core values -- even though they do say he was technically in the right to try and arrest the woman, Kyndesia Smith. She was reported as a potential suspect who'd allegedly vandalized a neighbor's car and threatened them and their kid ... Oxford responded to check it out.

The department writes that while Oxford did have probable cause to detain and arrest Smith for obstruction of a law enforcement officer, they disagreed with how he went about doing it ... despite them saying his use of force was within their policy. Seemingly contradictory, but the bottom line here ... he didn't take the proper steps to try and keep the peace.

GCPD says their investigation looked into whether proper de-escalation techniques were used and whether Oxford had violated their standards in handling things. They add, "Our policy states that each member of this department shall consider it his or her duty to be of service to the general public and to render that service in a kind, considerate, and patient manner." Basically, they're saying he went above and beyond to be a jerk.

Another telling line from the department ... "One of our core values is courtesy. We strive to conduct ourselves in a manner that promotes mutual respect with the community and our peers." They went on to say that Oxford simply didn't meet that, so they cut him loose.

Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez is back in town to help save the Postal Service from being gutted -- and she's got a word of advice for those who wanna help, including Cher.

We got AOC Saturday on Capitol Hill, where she and other House Dems convened a rare session to pass a $25B emergency relief bill to keep the tattered USPS intact through November ... this after alleged attempts at dismantling under the Trump administration.

She tells us what her party wants to see with the money they hope to get passed -- and it goes beyond just stopping any more drastic changes than what has reportedly taken place ... AKA, removing mailboxes and sorting machines, cutting overtime for employees, etc.

AOC says this bill seeks to bring all of those things BACK to handle the influx of mail-in ballots and other Postal Service products people usually expect to be up and running ... especially ahead of a crucial presidential election. Time will tell if it passes the Senate.

Now, as for what people can do on the ground to help the cause -- like Cher recently expressed interest in doing -- Rep. Ocasio-Cortez keeps it real ... but practical too.

Alec Baldwin and Kim Basinger's daughter, Ireland Baldwin, says she got roughed up by an alleged druggie who beat her and robbed her ... but luckily, this story has a just ending.

The model posted two gnarly photos of her injuries this weekend, and they show just how bad the attack really was out in NYC. Her entire right side is completely bruised ... it looks like the woman left behind a massive shiner with what Ireland describes as a sucker punch.

She writes, "Yesterday in the late afternoon, I was attacked by a woman who was high out of her mind on drugs and desperate for cash," adding," She decked me in my face in a parking lot and took my belongings and jumped in a getaway car while her husband took off."

It appears the case is well on its way to justice -- Ireland says she alerted cops and they've already made an arrest. She also says police told her this is happening quite a bit these days since folks are strapped for money during the pandemic, and resorting to violence.

Ireland says she posted this just as a warning to others that they should be mindful of their surroundings. She finished her thoughts with, "These are really difficult times and we need to look out for one another."

LeBron James could quit the NBA and get hired as a caption editor somewhere -- 'cause he knows a funny clip of himself when he sees one, and what to say about it too.

The King played up a viral moment that was captured during Thursday's game between the Lakers and the Blazers -- during which a hyped up LeBron got up from the bench after realizing it was his team's ball after a play by Damian Lillard. It goes from 0-100 real quick.

Watch ... LeBron -- at first, not sure if it is in fact the Lakers' ball -- questions whether they get the possession or not. He soon realizes it may, in fact, be their ball and jumps up from his seat on the bench and starts screaming it with certainty, and all the Lakers agree.

It was hilarious to see it live during the game, especially since LBJ was mic'd up and his enthusiasm came through so clearly on TV sets at home. Well, LeBron took notice of the memes and jokes ... and did one himself that takes the cake.

He captioned the clip, "How you act when someone take your ball at the park when you with your suburban white friends COMPARED to when you’re with your friends from the hood! 🤣🤣🤣🤣."

This is both frightening and interesting ... Germany is putting thousands of volunteers in harm's way in the middle of the pandemic, to see if indoor events -- like concerts --can resume.

The research study -- sanctioned by the government -- solicited 4,000 folks between the ages of 18 and 50 ... all of whom are healthy. They have agreed to attend one of 3 concerts performed by singer Tim Bendzko.

The stated purpose of the concerts ... "to investigate the conditions under which such events can be carried out despite the pandemic."

The volunteers will get face masks and they will have tracking devices to determine if they have socially distanced and if not ... how close they got to others. They are also using some sort of electronic device which is supposed to show how aerosolized particles spread.

The first concert went down Saturday in Leipzig, Germany, where 2,000 people showed up.

The Minister of Economics and Science said, "As long as there is a risk of infection, major concerts, trade fairs and sporting events cannot take place. This is why it is so important to find out which technical and orginisational conditions can effectively minimise the risks."

Machine Gun Kelly has mad skills on a wakeboard ... as he proved Friday on a famous Utah lake.

MGK and his daughter were vacationing at Lake Powell, and Dad showed off his moves behind a boat that created a respectable wake.

He's up for a while before eating it, but he definitely wins bragging rights. It's pretty impressive.

It's unclear if MGK's GF, Megan Fox, joined him and his 11-year-old daughter on the trip. BTW, if you haven't been to Lake Powell, put it on your list. The scenery is indescribable.

A Black man was fatally shot and killed by cops -- shot 11 times -- as he walked away from them, and it was all caught on video.

The man was at a gas station in Lafayette, Louisiana when someone called police to report a disturbance. At least half a dozen police arrived, and according to the eyewitness --who shot the video -- he appeared to be holding a knife.

You hear cops order the man on the ground, but he continues to walk. The woman who shot the video says she saw police tase him, but he was still upright.

As the man reaches the door of the gas station convenience store, shots ring out -- 11 shots, and the man is dead.

A spokesperson from the Louisiana State Police says the man was involved in an altercation in an intersection. It's unclear from police reports, but it appears cops may have followed the man for half a mile before the fatal encounter at the gas station.

The officers have all been placed on administrative leave with pay pending an investigation.
