Matthew Perry and Molly Hurwitz have ended their 6-month engagement, and it begs the question ... could this BE any sadder?

The "Friends" star and Molly got engaged back in November 2020 after a couple of years of dating. It's unclear what exactly led to the breakup but Matthew told People, "Sometimes things just don't work out and this is one of them. I wish Molly the best."

The 51-year-old actor spoke glowingly about the 29-year-old literary manager back when they got engaged. He told People he decided to get engaged and "luckily, I happened to be dating the greatest woman on the face of the planet at this time."

Prior to his relationship with Molly, Matthew had been linked to "Masters of Sex" star Lizzy Caplan. They dated from 2006 to 2012.

The news comes on the heels of the highly-anticipated "Friends: The Reunion" special coming out last week. When the nearly 2-hour special was shot, it was only the second time the main cast had reunited since the show's epic finale nearly 2 decades ago.

The Oakland A's have FIRED the food vendor responsible for serving its minor league players meals that look WORSE than the Fyre Festival, the team announced.

Look at these terrible meals -- this is the crap players, coaches and staffers in the A's minor league system were served up during recent road trips ... and the players couldn't take it anymore!

Photos of the insultingly bad meals were posted on the Twitter page for the Advocates for Minor Leaguers group -- a watchdog group for minor league players.

The group explained, "Players in the Oakland A’s organization shared these photos of their recent post-game meals. No employer would serve these meals to employees they care about. Why are the A’s serving them to their future Major Leaguers?"

Great question, right?!

Enter Dave Kaval, president of the A's ... who claims the team was PISSED when it found out about the food situation -- and insists team honchos took immediate action.

"This was totally unacceptable," Kaval said ... "When we found out several weeks ago we terminated the third party vendor."

"We apologize to our players, staff, and coaches. We will redouble our efforts to provide the best options for our team at every level."

Note to players, if the team ever tries to screw you out of food or bottled water in the future, you know who to call ...

DaBaby is being questioned by Miami police following a shooting late Monday night that left 2 people injured -- one critically ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement tells us ... cops interviewed the rapper as part of their investigation into the incident, which went down near several popular Miami Beach restaurants just before midnight.

We're told detectives are actively following leads in the shooting, and though several people were initially detained ... so far no arrests have been made. Anyone with possible info is urged to contact Miami-Dade Crime Stoppers at 305.471.TIPS.

Our sources say one of the shooting victims has been treated at the hospital and released, but the other remained hospitalized and is listed in critical condition.

Earlier this year, TMZ was the first to report that DaBaby was arrested in Beverly Hills for allegedly carrying a loaded firearm.

We've reached out to the rapper's team ... no word back yet.

James Dean's "cursed" Porsche has been stripped for parts ... and a crucial one is now in the hands of Zak Bagans, who paid a fortune for the hunk of metal.

The late actor's 4-speed transaxle -- part of the Porsche 550 Spyder Dean was driving when he crashed and died in 1955 -- recently hit the auction block and sold for a whopping $382,000 ... but the winning bidder was anonymous, until now.

We've learned it was Zak who snapped it up, which makes total sense ... knowing his knack for collecting the most macabre memorabilia on Earth.

The "Ghost Adventures" host tells TMZ ... the transaxle's rep as an eternally doomed piece of equipment is obviously what drew him to the purchase -- he notes it's known as one of the only items from Dean's wreck that's still intact and in circulation. That means it's one of the final items around that might still carry the "curse" that's supposedly responsible for Dean's fatal wreck.

There's A LOT of occult-linked history behind James' crash -- not to mention what followed his death in the subsequent reselling and reuse of different parts from the car James drove that fateful night.

Short story long, several of those parts were refurbished/recycled ... and went on to help cause other crashes over the years -- including one that killed another guy who slammed into a tree.

The axle -- which was acquired by another private owner in 2020 before getting hawked again this year -- was put in a steel display stand that rolls on casters ... presumably to show it might still have some functionality.

It features a magnesium case that can house 4 forward gears, a reverse gear and a differential gear. The axle display also comes with a hydraulically-activated clutch release lever, swing-axle tubes, aluminum drum brake assemblies and a starter motor. Awesome, as long as ya don't believe in curses!

Paul Anka's gained a new generation of fans thanks to one of his classic songs being used for TikTok's "Silhouette Challenge" ... and he's capitalizing by re-releasing it, with the help of Olivia Newton-John.

TMZ's got the first look at the music video for Anka's "Put Your Head on My Shoulder," featuring the "Grease" star and fellow legendary singer.

Paul and Olivia released the re-recorded track in May as a duet, and it debuted at #1 on Amazon's Adult Contemporary chart ... but they're keeping the momentum going with this fun little animated music vid.

It's all part of an upcoming new album from Anka -- "Making Memories" -- that we're told will also include a cover of Frank Sinatra's "My Way" ... featuring Michael Buble and Andrea Bocelli.

If ya don't know ... Anka's 1959 song experienced a modern revival of sorts in early 2021 thanks to a Doja Cat remix used in the #SilhouetteChallenge. The challenge involves TikTokers dancing in normal lighting, and then ... the beat drops, the light goes red and things get sexier.

More great news for UFC superstar Henry Cejudo ... not only is he engaged to a Brazilian model -- he's also gonna be a daddy!!!

TMZ Sports has learned ... Triple C and his fiancée, Ana Karolina, are expecting their first child together -- a baby girl due in November.

Of course, Cejudo and Karolina first went public back in November 2020 ... and have been inseparable ever since.

Fun fact -- Cejudo previously said Ana was his crush for 4 YEARS before he finally got a chance to meet her through a mutual friend.

Now, the couple is set to welcome their baby girl in just a few months ... and have already decided on a name -- America.

We're told despite announcing their engagement on Instagram on Tuesday, 34-year-old Cejudo actually bent the knee in front of Ana's family in Sao Paulo back on April 29 ... and of course, she said "yes!"

Machine Gun Kelly and Megan Fox might be a ride or die couple on a typical day, but in this case they're more like ... ride and get fined.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... MGK was driving his motorcycle Tuesday afternoon in Sherman Oaks, CA with Megan on the back seat when an LAPD officer pulled 'em over.

We're told Megan was wearing a helmet -- you can see she still had it on as she sat off to the side during the traffic stop -- but her rock star BF apparently was not, and that's why the cop busted him.

During the stop, our sources say the officer also discovered MGK didn't have the proper endorsement to operate a motorcycle on his driver's license ... so he was cited for that along with no helmet.

Kinda hard to argue against either ticket, and we're told Machine Gun and Megan were both friendly and cooperative with the officer.

As you probably know ... the duo's been pretty inseparable since May 2020, when word first got out they were dating.

Lance Bass and his husband Michael Turchin are doubling their family fun -- and perhaps their number of sleepless hours -- they're expecting twins this fall, one boy and one girl!!!

The 'NSYNC singer says the twins are due in early November, and things are finally looking up this time after going through 9 different egg donors and tons of hurdles.

Lance and Michael told PEOPLE the stars finally aligned after a different surrogate suffered a miscarriage in March 2020, sending them back to square one.

The couple's crediting their actor friend Taylor Frey with turning them on to their current surrogate and egg donor, and despite the heartbreak from 2020 ... Lance and Michael felt comfortable telling family about the pregnancy after 9 weeks in.

Remember, Lance and Michael were in the super early baby planning stages back in April 2018, telling us how they were going to decide whose sperm to use.

The competition sounds like it ended in a tie ... Lance and Michael say they each fertilized one of the embryos.

Henry "Nacho" Laun -- the extreme eating star of "Wahlburgers" and one of Mark Wahlberg's OG entourage members -- has died after suffering a medical emergency a couple weeks ago ... TMZ has learned.

Sources close to Laun tell us he passed away Tuesday at a Massachusetts hospital.

We broke the story ... the reality star was on a road trip from Boston to Cape Cod in mid-May when he was found unconscious in his vehicle at a gas station.

Our sources say it's still unclear what caused his medical emergency, but after Laun was transported to the hospital his condition did not improve. We're told he was unresponsive and placed on life support because he couldn't breathe on his own.

We're also told family and friends had a glimmer of hope, as Nacho was showing signs of recovery in recent days -- but he took a final turn for the worse.

Laun was a fan favorite on "Wahlburgers" known for never shying away from an eating challenge and of course, for being Mark's buddy.

His attorney and friends have organized a GoFundMe to help with funeral costs.

Laun's attorney, James Neyman, declined to comment.

Laun was 54.

A California teenager rushed to defend her dogs from a family of bears, shoving the biggest bear off a wall and scaring it away ... and it's all on video.

The incredible scene played out Monday afternoon in the San Gabriel Valley, and you see a huge bear and two bear cubs walking along a backyard wall when four pet dogs scurry over and nearly get swiped by a huge bear paw.

With her dogs barking like crazy, a 17-year-old named Hailey rushed over to see what was the matter, springing into action when she realized there were bears on the prowl.

Ya gotta see the video ... the teen runs straight for the big bear, shoving it back into a neighbor's yard with both hands and rushing her dogs back to safety.

The bear gets back on the cement wall, but doesn't want any more of Hailey ... hightailing it off the property.

A drag queen from RuPaul's TV show got busted this weekend for allegedly pummeling her boyfriend -- who identifies as a man -- in what sounds like a bloody ordeal.

Widow Von'Du -- whose real name is Ray Fry -- was arrested and booked Monday for domestic violence on a warrant out in Jackson County, MO.

According to the probable cause affidavit, obtained by TMZ, Von'Du came home early Friday morning in what her boyfriend described to cops as an intoxicated state ... and was apparently upset when she found her BF sleeping there, even though the boyfriend says he'd notified her he was gonna crash.

The BF went on to tell police that what happened next was nothing short of a vicious beatdown -- claiming Von'Du proceeded to punch his face 4 to 5 times, strangle him, drag him across the floor and eventually push him into a bed frame ... which the BF says knocked him unconscious after he hit his head, making him bleed profusely.

Eventually, Von'Du's boyfriend said he was able to escape, found help and was hospitalized ... where the report notes he needed 14 stitches in his face and head. The cops say they saw the BF's injuries and, after a preliminary investigation, found probable cause to get an arrest warrant for Von'Du.

The cops say they tracked Von'Du down on Monday and took her into custody ... where she posed for this mug. We're told she was kept on a 24-hour hold, and that her bond was set at $50k. She's facing 1st and 2nd-degree domestic assault charges.

Another thing of note -- the police say Fry partially denied some of the assault claims, but did fess up to an IG Live video in which she said ... "Some White boy tried me and got his ass beat."

Casey Anthony knows a thing or 2 about the law, because she's conversant with the meaning of a police incident report ... something she requested from the 911 operator after a woman allegedly threw a drink on her ... a woman who dated the same man as Anthony.

TMZ has obtained the 911 audio of a call Casey made last week in West Palm Beach, claiming the other woman has been harassing her over an ex they'd both dated. She claimed to have been the recipient of a free drink ... which she says the other lady hurled at her.

Casey is clearly agitated but hellbent on getting the alleged incident documented so she could file for a restraining order. Casey claimed she had been repeatedly harassed by the woman.

Here's what's strange ... as eager as Casey seemed to go down the path of getting a restraining order, when push came to shove she backed off when cops arrived and spoke with her. The other woman had already left the bar.

IT'S OFFICIAL -- Jake Paul's next boxing opponent is ex-UFC welterweight champion Tyron Woodley!!

Both sides have signed contracts to clash on August 28 on Showtime -- and Jake is already talking all sorts of trash!

"I have a list of people I plan on knocking out and as I enter my fourth pro fight," Paul said ... "I am excited to cross the first one off the list by challenging myself against Tyron Woodley, a 5 time UFC Champion known for his knockout power."

24-year-old Paul is 3-0 as a pro, with victories over Nate Robinson and UFC fighter Ben Askren.

39-year-old Woodley won the UFC welterweight championship in 2016 with a ferocious knockout of legendary striker Robbie Lawler. He has victories over stars like Carlos Condit, Stephen "Wonderboy" Thompson and Darren Till.

But, Woodley is currently on a 4-fight losing streak -- after falling to stars like Kamaru Usman, Gilbert Burns and Colby Covington.

Jake insists he isn't afraid of Woodley -- saying, "Tyron ran his mouth a little too much in the locker room when I knocked out his best friend Ben and earned himself a top spot on the Problem Child death list."

"Tyron’s a seasoned striker who has fought the best MMA fighters in the world but will be dropped by a Disney teen star in 2 rounds."

DMX's music is still living on through his daughter ... she took the stage at a show in his honor, and she put her own twist on her father's famous songs.

X's 8-year-old daughter, Sonovah Hillman Jr., grabbed the mic and did her thing Saturday at the Wildcatter Saloon in Katy, TX ... remixing a few classic DMX songs like "Slippin'" and "Ruff Ryders' Anthem."

TMZ broke the story ... the late rapper was set to play at the venue in late May, but after X's death, the bar decided to throw a tribute concert instead.

The tribute show developed into a family affair, with DMX's fiancée, Desiree, and their son, Exodus, in attendance ... thanking fans for all their prayers. Sonovah's mother was also there.

Up-and-coming Texas rapper Lil Loaded died this weekend ... TMZ has confirmed.

The Dallas Medical Examiner's Officer tells us Loaded -- whose real name is Dashawn Robertson -- died Sunday in Dallas County. An official cause of death hasn't been released, but we're told Cedar Hill Police is investigating.

Loaded's attorney, Ashkan Mehryari, seems to believe his client killed himself ... saying, "Sadly, Mr. Robertson passed away earlier today as a result of a reported suicide."

The young MC reportedly posted an ominous message sometime before his death, which read in part, "Dear most high, please forgive me for my shortcomings and all of the times I’ve fell short of making you proud."

He added, "I ask for entrance into your kingdom thru all of my mistakes. I know you love all your children, and I’m ready for my heart and soul to join you."

LL had recently been charged with manslaughter for the 2020 shooting death of his friend, Khalil Walker, and was supposed to be in court this week over the case ... according to the NY Post. He had been arrested in connection to the killing but was out on bond.

Loaded was signed to Epic Records in 2019 after his song "6locc 6aby" went viral online.

He was only 20 years old.
