On 'TMZ Live,' we dissected the whole Arnold Schwarzenegger customs debacle a tad bit more -- especially now that we got video of the Terminator joking about it later the same day. If you haven't seen it by now ... Arnie was playing a straight-up stand-up comedian!

He obviously had a sense of humor about the whole thing ... and yeah, it was funny.

Heading on over to 'TMZ on TV,' the gang was eager to talk about Snoop Dogg's recent claim that he was offered a boatload of cash to show off his ding-dong on their site.

The dollar amount sounded a little too good to be true ... but that doesn't mean some of our staffers in the room wouldn't be willing to throw down dough to get a glimpse of it. 👀

Curb your fandom and excitement, because you're looking at A-list star Nicole Kidman in action! There are some "Big-Little Lies" in these two images, but before you start scoping out the scene, you may wanna make sure it's safe before crossing the street with Nicole!

The actress was on the wet, rainy set of the upcoming thriller film "Babygirl" in New York City earlier this week, and there appear to be some mishaps with her wardrobe/accessories. Can you find the minor switch-ups in the pictures?

David Tutera is famous for having planned celebrities' weddings over the years -- but now, he's gonna have to plan his divorce ... 'cause his husband's throwing in the towel.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Joey Toth just signaled in court that he wants a dissolution of his marriage -- citing irreconcilable differences ... and also listing the date of their separation as the same day he filed for divorce -- and that would be today.

There are a few things Joey wants right off the bat in his petition -- for starters, he wants David to be ordered to pay spousal support to him ... and for a judge to make it so David himself can't receive any alimony from Joey.

As far as their kids -- the couple shares two young children, aged 4 and 10 -- Joey has some thoughts on that too ... but on that front, he's more open to sharing. Joey is asking for joint legal and physical custody.

One last thing ... he's asking for is David being ordered to pay his attorney fees. The other interesting thing worth noting is the fact Joey actually filed for divorce from David in 2020 -- this after they got hitched in 2017 -- but he withdrew that at the time, per court records.

Sounds like things have gotten rocky again, 'cause he's pulling the plug officially.

George Clinton's forever etched in Hollywood history now ... because he just got his star on a famous stretch of pavement with A-listers' names up and down the boulevard.

The P-Funk legend was just honored with a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame ... and his Friday ceremony drew a huge crowd, with an even bigger celebration. We're not kidding either ... there were massive swaths of people lining the block to peep this thing.

Of course, George commanded attention with his sparkling, colorful and bedazzled outfit ... seriously, ya gotta see his getup ... he's shining from his shoes, to his pants, to his shirt, to his jacket, and all the way up to his headwear. It's amazing that this icon is 82.

As you know ... George has been leaving his mark on music since the 1960s ... he was huge in the 1970s and had a rebirth recently in the 'Trolls' movie franchise ... and now the homie is finally getting his due from La La Land with a certified star on the ground.

Just a quick list of his and his band's hits ... "Give Up the Funk," "Flash Light," "Aqua Boogie," "Atomic Dog," "Can You Get to That," "Mothership Connection," and so many more.

Paris Fashion Week is currently going full steam ahead ... and several of hip hop's flyest are illuminating the City of Light with their flashiest drip!!!

Chris Brown, Quavo, Rich The Kid, Pharrell, Pusha T, and IDK were among the artists hobnobbing at various events and runways for brands such as Amiri, Kenzo, Christian Dior and Louis Vuitton ... style sold separately, of course.

Breezy actually didn't need a catwalk to pull off a modeling look ... he looked snackable in the streets.

Pharrell has been earning rave reviews for his role as LV's men's creative director and gaining celebrity support all across the board ... Venus Williams, Lil Yachty, Bradley Cooper all supported him at his latest show.

Bre Tiesi is sharing her reasons for coming back to "Selling Sunset" after walking off the set in last season's finale ... and it sounds like money's a deciding factor.

We got the model/real estate agent Friday leaving The Oppenheim Group office in West Hollywood ... and our photog asked Bre why she's back on the Netflix series.

Remember ... Bre stormed off at the end of Season 7, and as recently as November she was undecided about returning for a third season, complaining about her pay.

Paparazzi saw Bre arriving to set earlier in the day, and when we got her leaving, she told us "maybe the money's a little different" ... and she also didn't want to leave the rest of the ladies on the 'Selling' cast.

Fact is ... the women do have a lot of fun on the show, and the girl talk is hard to beat ... like the time last season when Bre bragged about banging Michael B. Jordan.

Speaking of famous exes ... we also asked Bre about her baby daddy Nick Cannon saying he has no plans for a 13th baby.

Kanye West seems to be embracing Nazi sentiments yet again -- this time wearing a shirt with the face of a self-proclaimed neo-Nazi who's very well known in the metal scene.

Rapper JPEGMAFIA posted a pic Friday showing him standing next to Ye ... with the latter flashing his new platinum "teeth" and JPEG just muggin'. Just a few days ago, JPEG was publicly griping that KW wasn't acknowledging his talents in the studio ... now, this.

On its face, it looks like he and Ye made peace and came together for this photo-op -- but the bigger takeaway is Yeezy's wardrobe here ... specifically, what he's wearing up top.

It's a band T-shirt for the Norwegian black metal group BURZUM, and a photo of their lead singer Varg Vikernes plastered right below. The problem ... Varg is a known antisemite, something that's been well-documented in his career, for which he's faced legal trouble too.

The question ... why the hell is Ye wearing a shirt with a known neo-Nazi on it???

Of course, Kanye himself has been embroiled in nonstop controversy over the past year and change as it pertains to antisemitism -- and while he has attempted to walk those statements back of late, here he is within the past day or so rockin' a freaking BURZUM shirt.

It's possible Ye doesn't know about Varg's neo-Nazi ties -- but frankly, it's way too much of a coincidence considering the timing of everything. There's also an album cover connection.

When Kanye revealed the cover art for his new album "Vultures" ... folks quickly noticed that it looked very similar to BURZUM's album cover art over the years -- like, down to a T almost.

Now, if Kanye is aware who Varg is and what his ugly history entails -- which many suspect to be the case -- it would certainly seem to lend more credence to the notion that his apology in Hebrew last month was ... well, kinda meaningless.

We already shed light on the fact that his mea culpa may well have been generated by AI -- and remember, we just reported that he was said to have recorded some lengthy new apology on camera quite recently ... which we're told was rambling and all over the place.

Suspected serial killer Rex Heuermann allegedly has a twisted internet search history ... but his lawyer says everyone Googles weird crap, and it doesn't make him a murderer.

Heuermann -- the alleged Gilgo Beach killer -- had his alleged internet search history revealed in new court documents, with prosecutors saying he was looking up autopsy photos, violent hardcore porn and deviant sex acts.

But his lawyer, Michael Brown, is pushing back ... telling reporters this week, "Searching the internet, ask yourselves what you search on your computers and your phones."

Brown brushed it off this way ... "One thing leads to another -- you see a show about something, you start searching, and they talk about how somebody got killed. You start searching, and then they talk about another way, and you start searching."

Prosecutors claim Heuermann's Google searches included ... "tied up fat girl porn," "medieval torture of women," "skinny black girl slave porn," "autopsy photos of female," "wooden pony porn," "skinny white teen crying porn" and "how I was raped audio" ... just to name a few.

What's more, Heuermann allegedly had over 200 searches about the Gilgo Beach murder case and other known serial killers.

But his lawyer says ... "Think about if they looked at your own personal search history, how all of a sudden you're guilty because of your search history?”

As we reported ... earlier this week Heuermann was hit with a fourth murder charge.

All four women worked as escorts near his home on Long Island ... and his internet history allegedly includes searches for all kinds of escorts -- running the gamut of identities ... racial, sexual and otherwise.

Bills and Chiefs fans with a blank space in their tummies are in luck this weekend  ... Buffalo's food service partner just revealed it's going to sell some Taylor Swift-themed snacks at the big game Sunday!!

Delaware North -- which has brought tasty treats to Highmark Stadium all season long -- announced this week it's packing two new options for the divisional round playoff game against Kansas City with odes to Swift in them.

One of the meals is called the "Bad Blood waffle fries" ... and it features two feet of fries topped with a grip of Buffalo and Kansas City food staples -- including blue cheese and BBQ pork.

The other option is named the "Karma Quesadilla" ... and it's got chicken tenders, bacon and pork belly all over it.

It's not quite clear if Swift will get the opportunity to enjoy the grub -- it hasn't been confirmed yet if she'll make the trek to Orchard Park to watch her boyfriend, Travis Kelce. But, considering she battled the snow to catch his game last weekend against the Miami Dolphins, it seems like it's a good bet.

Julia Lemigova is trading in the horsepower in her classic Mustang for goat power ... and one lucky buyer -- with a whole lot of cash -- can benefit from a sweet new ride.

"The Real Housewives of Miami" star is selling her vintage 1966 Ford Mustang 2+2 Fastback ... a car decked out in gorgeous maroon paint with a heck of a lot of features and just 12,486 miles on it.

The car's got a 289 V8 engine, vintage air conditioning, custom aluminum wheels -- that look just like the OGs -- and a custom grill, parchment pony interior, wood steering wheel, retro sound custom stereo and fold-down rear seat ... talk about a blast from the past!

Of course, another major selling point is its previous owner ... JL's got the car up for $42,500, and she doesn't really wanna part with it -- but she tells TMZ she needs the space for hay and animal food now that her goat, Elvis, is staying with her a few nights a week.

Julia tells us she loved the idea of riding around South Beach with her wife, tennis legend Martina Navratilova, in the passenger seat ... but found she's more of a pickup truck girl instead.

Not only is she not getting enough miles out of it, but Lemigova says it's taking up space -- space she needs to store Elvis' hay and animal food since he's staying with the couple a few nights a week now ... he used to stay full-time at their farm but apparently he's more of a house goat now.

Don't worry animal lovers ... JL and MN have arranged temporary accommodations for their happy friends while they unload the car -- so he's not out wandering the streets of Miami.

Potential owners beware -- the car's got a manual transmission which Julia tells us she learned to drive while still living in Europe -- so you'd better know how to drive a stick!!!

The fact Scott Peterson's case has been taken up by the L.A. Innocence Project could result in the convicted murderer getting a new trial ... and his former attorney couldn't be happier.

Mark Geragos, Peterson's lawyer during his 2004 trial, joined us Friday on "TMZ Live," and we asked him about the startling development -- Innocence Project lawyers citing "new evidence" in court filings obtained by ABC News.

Mark says he feels "gratified" to have another set of eyes looking over Scott's case ... and also cites Peterson's reduced sentence as just one of many reasons the case needs more review.

Peterson's death sentence -- for murdering his wife Laci Peterson and their unborn child -- was knocked down to life without parole after the California Supreme Court said some jurors were improperly dismissed during jury selection.

Geragos says a hearing was ordered at the same time as the resentencing, and he thinks that's what drew the Innocence Project's attention  ... plus, Mark says the case against Scott is an "abomination."

Geragos says he can debunk all of the evidence from Peterson's trial, but thinks the jury was laser focused on Peterson's admission he was cheating on his wife.

The Innocence Project is a nonprofit that works to exonerate people who've fallen victim to wrongful conviction -- something Peterson has maintained is the case since the beginning.

The org confirmed it's repping Peterson, and added it's "investigating his claim of actual innocence" -- though they haven't elaborated beyond that.

In the court filing, the L.A. Innocence Project claims Peterson's state and federal constitutional rights were violated and his claim of actual innocence "is supported by newly discovered evidence."

As you may know ... Laci was 8 months pregnant with Peterson's child when she disappeared on Christmas Eve 2002. Her body was found in the San Francisco Bay months later.

Peterson became a prime suspect when it was revealed he was having an affair with his massage therapist, and cops arrested him in April 2003. He was found guilty of first-degree murder and second-degree murder.

ABC says the Innocence Project's asking for a ton of items related to the case it couldn't find ... including Laci's watch, evidence from a 2002 burglary across the street from the Petersons' home, and interviews with several witnesses.

The Stanislaus County D.A.'s Office, which prosecuted Peterson, says, "Mr. Peterson, like all individuals convicted of crimes, is afforded the legal right to appeal his conviction with representation of his choosing."

Arnold Schwarzenegger is a man of many hats -- and heading into the weekend, he put on his wings and picked up a wand to play a musical cupid for none other than Matt Iseman.

Check out this video, obtained by TMZ, showing the former Mr. Olympia doing his best conductor work Friday out in Austria ... where he's there for a mix of business and pleasure. As you can see, he was leading a band and singing a tune, with a lot of people around.

We're told this was actually at a pre-party ahead of the Hahnenkamm Races -- a major skiing event out there that they do annually ... and which draws big crowds across the world.

Anyway, while Arnie was doing his thing with the band ... Mr. Iseman -- famous for hosting "American Ninja Warrior," not to mention winning the "New Celebrity Apprentice" with Arnold in 2017 -- was also there enjoying the fun ... but then, things turned romantic with his GF.

Our sources say Matt accompanies Arnold for pretty much all his appearances -- remember, he was just hosting this big auction for that troublesome watch -- and he MCs those too.

That's probably why Arnold helped him propose to criminal defense attorney Britton All ... who was clearly not expecting to get engaged right then and there. Arnold was obviously in on it. Oh, BTW ... John Kerry was in the mix there too -- like we said, a who-who type shindig.

2:27 PM PT -- Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... The Micheal Jackson estate hasn't tried to shutdown "MJ Live" during its run in Nevada due to state laws protecting impersonator shows. However, Michael's estate is now taking action because they view the show as low class and don't want it running in states like California, New York and others. Plus, the estate is already behind "MJ: The Musical" which is currently on Broadway.

A Michael Jackson tribute show in Las Vegas says the late singer's estate is trying to shut down their show ... and now they're duking it out in court.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, the folks behind the "MJ Live" show at the Tropicana claim the Michael Jackson estate recently began sending cease and desist letters threatening them with legal action over the show, claiming it's using the estate's trademarks without permission.

Thing is ... "MJ Live" claims they've been doing their thing for well over a decade -- performing for over 2.5 million people -- and the estate has only recently started making legal threats. In other words, they're suggesting this came out of nowhere ... unjustly.

In the docs, "MJ Live" says the act is going on the road and Michael's estate is trying to shut down shows scheduled at venues in California, Florida, Illinois, Ohio, and Wisconsin.

Meanwhile, the tribute show points out the estate is starting up a tour of its new Broadway show, "MJ: The Musical" ... suggesting the timing of the legal beef may be related to the estate trying to cash in with their own MJ show.

They even go so far as to claim that the MJ estate is actually the one infringing on their own intellectual property with "MJ: the Musical" ... basically arguing, they were their first doing their own thing -- and that their brand as "MJ Live" has established its own reputation/brand.

Anyway, the "MJ Live" producers want a judge to declare that the art they use to promote their show doesn't infringe on the estate's trademarks because their artwork is distinct and causes no confusion to the public.

A rep for MJ's estate tells TMZ, "This lawsuit -- including the claim that this impersonator show somehow owns a ‘trademark’ in ‘MJ,’ a trademark owned by Michael Jackson’s Estate and long associated with Michael and his Estate -- is beyond frivolous. The Estate, as always, will vigorously defend all intellectual property rights of Michael Jackson."

Alec Baldwin is being dragged back into criminal court in the "Rust" case -- and he's facing the same charge as before ... involuntary manslaughter.

The actor just got hit with a new grand jury indictment out of Santa Fe -- and it says he's being rung up on one count of involuntary manslaughter involving negligent use of a firearm. However, there's an alternative charge he could face ... involuntary manslaughter without due caution or circumspection.

The reason there are 2 charges listed is because the grand jury basically agreed there is enough evidence for him to be prosecuted on either ... but the D.A.'s office will presumably only pursue one of these.

Remember, Alec has already been put through the wringer on this front -- he was charged with involuntary manslaughter, but those charges were eventually dropped.

He might've thought he was out of the woods, but prosecutors have been signaling for months they were leaving the window open to possibly re-charge ... and now they've followed through with the grand jury's indictment.

Four people have been hit with criminal charges after officials allege they were responsible for hurling a dead longhorn onto the front yard of an Oklahoma State University fraternity house last month.

According to KOCO 5 News, three 19-year-olds and one 20-year-old were charged with misdemeanor unlawful disposal of a carcass in relation to the case.

You'll recall ... the steer was found on Dec. 1 at around 6:30 AM in front of the FarmHouse Fraternity in Stillwater, Okla. -- in what appeared to be some sort of twisted message sent to the Cowboys ahead of their Big 12 championship football game against the Texas Longhorns.

The body of the animal was discovered with its stomach cut open ... and on its side, someone had written "F*** FH."

At the time, OSU officials said they were "appalled at the disturbing display of animal cruelty" ... and promised to take "appropriate action" against the perpetrators following an investigation into the incident.

Authorities said in court documents obtained by KOCO 5 News that the four suspects were members of the Alpha Gamma Rho Fraternity looking to play a prank on the FarmHouse Fraternity with the steer.

Ashley Park is thankful for her good health ... revealing she was sent to the hospital while on vacation over the holidays with an infection that affected several of her organs.

The actress/musician shared a few snaps to IG on Friday featuring her laid out in a hospital bed ... with her "Emily in Paris" costar and rumored beau, Paul Forman, by her side.

In the caption, AP wrote she had a bout of tonsillitis around New Year's ... normally a relatively routine ailment to deal with -- but unfortunately for Ashley, it spiraled into full-blown critical septic shock. She added she was improving "despite what we had initially been told" ... sounds like doctors thought this was gonna be a whole heck of a lot worse.

She also divulged she was forced to go to three different hospitals and spent a full week in the ICU ... and thanked Forman for being by her side through all of the scary moments -- seemingly confirming their romance by saying she loved him "More than I can ever say."

'EIP's leading lady Lily Collins wished her well, commenting on the post, "I can hardly look at these without crying. I love you sister and I’m forever grateful you’re on the other side" ... she added she couldn't wait to give Park and Forman big hugs when she saw them.

Park's no stranger to hospitals ... she beat leukemia when she was just a teenager -- but still a scary few weeks for the star whose career is taking off like a rocket!

On top of 'Emily,' Ashley starred in the most recent season of "Only Murders in the Building" ... and fans can catch her in theaters teaching French to Regina George and her cronies in "Mean Girls."
