Jeremy Renner is giving us regular progress reports after his horrendous snowplowing accident, and it's looking hopeful as he thanked the hospital staff the day before his birthday.

Jeremy posted a pic of himself in bed with a rather large group with the caption, "Thank you renowned medical ICU team for beginning this journey." The prayer emojis did not go unnoticed.

This is Jeremy's third post ... Tuesday he gave an update thanking his fans, with only a photo of his head, saying ... "Thank you all for your kind words. 🙏. Im too messed up now to type. But I send love to you all."

Then Thursday, he posted video of his sister shampooing/massaging his head ... calling it a "spa moment." So his sense of humor is clearly intact.

He's already had at least one surgery and presumably has a long road to recovery, but doctors are optimistic.

Miley Cyrus is seemingly throwing some shade at her ex-husband, Liam Hemsworth, because she's debuting a new track -- about loving herself better -- on his birthday.

The singer confirmed her new single release on social media, saying she's dropping "Flowers" on January 13. She didn't mention that happens to be Liam's 33rd bday, but, obviously, that's no secret.

She included a short snippet of the song ... you hear her singing the line, "I can love me better," and also shared posters put up worldwide with sayings like, "I can hold my own hand" and "I can buy myself flowers."

While some were excited to get new music from Miley, others in the comments pointed out the obvious ... with one commenting, "Not on Liam’s birthday 🤣🤣🤣💀 as she should."

As you know, Miley and Liam first met back in 2009 while shooting "The Last Song," where they played love interests.

They went on to date for years ... first getting in engaged in 2012 before calling it off the following year -- around the same time Miley dropped "Wrecking Ball," a song which many once again took as shade toward Liam.

The 2 finally got hitched in 2018 before Liam filed for divorce the next year ... Miley even told Howard Stern "there was too much conflict" in their on-and-off relationship.

Cleveland Browns quarterback Deshaun Watson is pouring his heart out on his girlfriend's birthday ... sending Jilly Anais an emotional tribute as she celebrates another trip around the sun.

The 3-time Pro Bowler and influencer/model have been going strong for years ... and judging by the special message he shared with his Instagram followers on Monday, they're still madly in love.

"Happy QUEEN Day Luv!!!!," Watson said on Jilly's 27th birthday. "Today is your day!!!!"

"May The Lord bless you and keep you; the Lord make his face shine on you and be gracious to you; the Lord turn his face toward you and give you peace! & Continue to bless you with many more years of happiness, love, and success!"

Of course, Jilly has remained by Deshaun's side as he faced accusations of sexual misconduct made by multiple massage therapists ... and was present as he returned to the football field following his 11-game suspension against his former team, the Houston Texans, in Week 13.

Amazing moment in Memphis on Sunday night ... Ja Morant gifted a kid the shoes off his feet following a game -- and the act was so generous, it brought the youngster to tears!!

The emotional scene happened after Ja and the Grizzlies beat the Sacramento Kings, 118-108 ... when Morant saw 9-year-old Zander Carr holding a sign that read, "Ready to JAM out in my JA 1's #summer2023."

The 23-year-old NBA superstar took off his pink, Ja 1 Nike kicks ... and walked over to the kid -- who was already sobbing at the up-close site of the Memphis point guard.

Eventually, Ja signed the shoes and gave Carr a hug -- which turned the youngster into a complete puddle of emotions.

Check out the video the Grizzlies posted of the interaction -- it's pretty awesome!!

Carr's mom, Krissi, could be heard in the clip in complete disbelief ... telling Morant the game was her son's birthday present. The three ultimately posed for a photo ... before Morant headed back to the locker room.

FYI, the kicks Carr got are Ja's debut sneakers with Nike ... that were released on Christmas Day. Morant had dedicated the new signature sneakers to his 3-year-old daughter, Kaari, whose name is actually imprinted on the inner half of the shoe.

Mason and Reign Disick were riding high at Mason's bar mitzvah, with partygoers hoisting the famous brothers up towards the heavens ... and new footage from the blowout party shows the epic moment!

Ya gotta see the video ... Mason and his younger brother are in the middle of a huge mob of people, with sparklers going off and Mason's bar mitzvah cake being carted over to him when suddenly he rises up ... hoisted on people's shoulders. FYI ... Jewish tradition is to hoist the bar mitzvah boy up on a chair, but hey ... lifting them outright is ok, too.

While it was Mason's bar mitzvah, he shares a birthday with Reign ... so they both got hoisted in the air ... even though Reign's still a few years away from becoming a man in the Jewish culture.

As you see, proud papa Scott Disick is beaming from the sidelines.

Scott rented out Offsunset lounge, a Hollywood hotspot on the Sunset Strip, for the bash.

There were 200 people at the party, including 100 of Mason and Reign's friends. Like any good bar mitzvah, the kids were on the dance floor all night partying with a disc jockey.

Meanwhile, our sources say the parents had a great time watching their kids dance ... all the Kardashians were there, but notable absences included Corey Gamble, Travis Scott, Travis Barker and Kanye West.

Scott's fingerprints were all over Mason's bar mitzvah ... the lettering on the cake and banners hung around the party mirrored the clothing brand Chrome Hearts ... duds Scott likes to wear around town.

One of Kris Jenner's grandkids is officially a man, at least in Jewish culture, because Mason Disick was bar mitzvah'd Saturday!

Mason turned 13 just a few days ago, so on Saturday he stepped up and read a passage from the Torah, at least that's what we're assuming.

We don't know which temple did the honors, but Kourtney and Scott hosted a reception at Offsunset in L.A. Saturday night.

We're told a number of Kardashians joined in the celebration, including Kris, Kim and Kylie.

We don't see Travis Barker in the photos, so we don't know if he was there or if it was just too weird given the "situation."

As for Scott and Kourtney ... we're told they got along fine.

Scott arrived hand-in-hand with Reign, who is younger but shares a birthday with Mason.

Kourtney posted a throwback pic with the caption ... "December 14th … one of the best days of my life, twice and forever. my birthday boys ❤️❤️"

Even though it was a school night, the stars still came out to celebrate Rich Paul's birthday on Thursday ... including his GF, Adele, and his BFF, LeBron James!!

The trio -- plus Tristan Thompson, Clippers head coach Tyronn Lue, and others -- hit Olivetta in West Hollywood for the festivities ... despite everyone having a lot going on this week.

James' Lakers play Friday night. Adele's Vegas residency continues then, too. Lue, meanwhile, coached the Clips in a loss to the Suns before hitting the bash.

Still, everyone appeared to be in great spirits ... and most (aside from Adele, who bolted early to presumably get back to Nevada) stayed out until midnight -- when Paul officially turned 41 years old.

The sports agent looked dapper for the party ... rockin' an all-brown 'fit, capped off with a pair of brown shoes.

James, meanwhile, looked great as well -- as did his wife, Savannah, who accompanied him on the date.

Didn't seem anyone brought gifts to the dinner for Paul ... but we're pretty sure at least one of the millionaires at the table picked up the tab for the guy.

Jane Fonda got a terrific early birthday present -- because she's revealing her cancer's gone into remission just before her 85th bday.

The actress and activist shared the fantastic news online Thursday ... calling the discovery the "BEST BIRTHDAY PRESENT EVER!!!" She says she was told by her oncologist last week that her cancer went into remission, and she can stop undergoing chemotherapy.

She goes on to say how blessed and fortunate she feels, thanking everyone for their good thoughts and prayers ... adding "I am confident that it played a role in the good news."

Jane acknowledges her latest chemo session was "rough," and the effects from it lasted 2 weeks -- "making it hard to accomplish much of anything."

She does say it wore off in time for her to march at the "first live, in-person Fire Drill Fridays rally" -- a gathering that invites firefighters to fight for a healthier and greener world.

As we reported, Jane shockingly announced she was diagnosed with non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma in September, saying she was set to do chemo for 6 months.

LeBron James got an awesome early birthday gift last night ... playing one of his favorite video games, Madden, in an empty SoFi Stadium, on the huge video board -- all while drinking his Lobos tequila.

James -- who turns 38 on Dec. 30 -- started celebrating early this year ... partaking in one of his favorite past times, playing video games, in arguably the NFL's best stadium.

And, he had it all to himself!

"Happy Early bday gift from my guy DJ Bamboozle," James wrote on Instagram. "Appreciate you, bro."

In addition to the dope setup, DJ Bamboozle had the words "Happy Birthday LeBron" written on the scoreboard.

Naturally, LBJ spent most of the night on the sticks, playing a friend in Madden. It's unclear who won. In between plays, Bron sipped on his Lobos 1707 tequila.

Offset is finding reasons to smile again ... hanging with his wife Cardi B, her sister Hennessy and other friends and fam during his 31st celebration in Jamaica.

The Migos rapper puffed on a massive J Wednesday as he was serenaded with Stevie Wonder's "Happy Birthday" song ... capping off a feast of giant lobsters and other various seafood at the Lobster Dave Seafood Restaurant and Sports Bar in Ocho Rios.

Cardi hypnotized Offset with sexy looks all night ... and the group took shots and danced the night away in the Jamaican moonlight!!!

Offset's had a rough 2022 due to the untimely death of his Migos brother Takeoff ... with Cardi even admitting she was in a hopeless bind attempting to cheer up her hubby.

Britney Spears put a cap on her birthday week with a little booze, a lot of cake and a middle finger for her haters.

Decked out in a red jumpsuit and set to Eartha Kitt's "Santa Baby" ... Brit broke out some of her usual dance moves, and seemed to indulge in champagne.

Near the end of the video she puts her whole face in a creamy birthday cake, and happily smears it everywhere.

The celebratory post is one of her first since last weekend's head-turning shout-out to her sister. As we reported, the seemingly sweet note to Jamie Lynn Spears caught everyone off guard, since Britney's been on the warpath against her -- along with their mom and dad -- for years.

BS shut down her IG a few days after that -- leading some to believe the Jamie Lynn love-in was either a sarcastic jab or not really posted by Britney.

She acknowledged her IG pause in Friday's caption, saying ... "Yep it's my b-day all week and I know my Instagram has been down a few times but honestly I did the last two times myself !!! Oops ... I accidentally pressed wrong button."

Not sure her suspicious, and protective, fans will buy that, but she's back ... with a face full o' cake.

BTW, Britney also dropped some early New Year's resolutions -- including her desire to crash a wedding and sing a few songs.

A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie is making good on his promise to celebrate his birthday all month ... even if has to cut the festivities short to conduct an interview!!!

The Bronx-born rap star stumbled into The Breakfast Club on Friday still lit from his latest birthday celebration to promote his long-awaited comeback album "Me Vs. Myself."

When the ball dropped at midnight, the newly minted 27-year-old was front and center in Times Square soaking up love from his adoring fans.

A Boogie says he later fell through Starlets strip club for the after-party ... and graciously gifted Charlamagne with the stacks of singles in his designer jacket during the interview!!!

A Boogie says he tossed $30K in strip clubs over the past two nights ... which means he hasn't been sleeping and flexed the Walmart-sized bags under his eyes to hammer home his point.

He also had been under the impression they were $100 bills. A gracious Charlamagne accepted the generous gift but also stressed the importance of donating to charity ... to which A Boogie agreed.

A Boogie's new album features guest spots from Lil Durk, Tory Lanez, G Herbo and Kodak Black, who hops on the follow-up to their nearly-diamond collab "Drowning."

Floyd Mayweather pulled off the ultimate feint ... the boxing legend took friend, businessman Robert Smith to look at property -- at least, that's where the billionaire investor thought they were going -- but in reality, the 50-0 legend delivered Smith to his surprise 60th birthday party!

"When Robert walked into his house he was shocked to see us all there. He was really surprised and had no clue that his family threw him a surprise party," Mayweather tells TMZ Sports.

And, the Palm Beach, FL party was awesome ... the theme was James Bond: 0060, to commemorate Smith -- who Forbes estimates is worth around $8 billion -- for turning 60 years old earlier this month.

Everything from the decorations to the cake was Bond-themed!

Robert is a big collector of Bond writer Ian Fleming first editions ... hence the theme.

We're told only 60 of Robert's closing family and friends were in attendance ... and cell phones were taken at the door.

A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie turned 27 today and will have even more celebrating to do when "Me Vs. Myself" -- his first album in nearly 3 years -- is unleashed on the world.

Unfortunately, A Boogie had to complete the project without his longtime collaborator and ex-Atlantic Records labelmate PnB Rock, who was murdered in September.

A Boogie and PnB have several songs together, including a joint on A Boogie's last album, and the Bronx rapper figured out a way to honor his late friend ... with a feature on the "Me Vs. Myself" deluxe version down the line.

He tells Apple Music ... "When it comes to PnB Rock too, that was a big one right there, that was the end of my album."

He added, "I didn't expect that right there. I had to put him on the album at the same time as not making it. I don't like to do that when it comes to people passing away, putting [out] their music. It feels like a weird tension towards that ... I separated his song from my album and I'm dropping it solo as a deluxe."

Kanye West is embroiled in controversy, but that doesn't mean Kim Kardashian is holding him from his kids -- inviting Kanye to celebrate their son's 7th birthday together at her home.

Ye spent several hours at Kim's Hidden Hills estate Monday night for Saint's birthday. Unclear if other members of Kim's family were present for the party, but Kanye's attendance truly speaks to Kim's commitment to keeping Kanye in their kids' lives ... no matter what he's going through publicly.

Earlier in the day, Kim and Kourtney took Saint and Reign -- who turns 8 next week -- to Disneyland to celebrate.

On top of that, Kim took Saint and a bunch of his friends to the L.A. Rams game to celebrate his birthday on Sunday ... where they got field access, watched the game from a suite and even got to meet Rams' star Jalen Ramsey.

Kanye was not present for the friend bday party on Sunday, but it was clearly something Kim had organized on her own.

TMZ broke the story -- Kim and Kanye settled their divorce last week, he's paying $200,000 per month in child support and it was agreed they'd have "equal access" to the kids.

Milwaukee Bucks superstar Giannis Antetokounmpo turns 28 on Tuesday ... and he wants to celebrate his big day by knockin' boots.

The 2-time MVP revealed his birthday plans with reporters after the Bucks' 109-102 win over the Orlando Magic ... saying he was hoping for a cake, a card and maybe some jewelry -- but there was one thing he was really looking forward to.

"Once I put my kids to bed you never know what can happen," Giannis said while holding a Homer Simpson doll. "Might get a little bit freaky."

The champ had a big ass grin on his face as he seemingly spoke the idea into existence ... even giving the media a wink.

The journalists in attendance couldn't help but laugh ... but it's unclear if his longtime girlfriend, Mariah Riddlesprigger, found it funny.
