Alicia Silverstone Divorce Paying Ex-Husband $12k Per Month

Published | Updated

Alicia Silverstone's divorce agreement calls for her to pay her ex-husband spousal support -- but she's included a clause that gets her out of it sooner than usual.

Alicia and Chris Jarecki's divorce was finalized earlier this month, and according to docs ... she'll be forking out $12,000 each month to him in spousal support. They've also agreed to joint legal and physical custody of their 7-year-old son Bear Blu.

In the docs, obtained by TMZ, Alicia and Chris have agreed on a "cohabitation" clause. It means she will stop paying Chris if he shacks up with someone for 5 months within a 1 year period. Normally, spousal support has to pay until the other person gets married.

Clearly, Alicia wanted to make sure Chris couldn't slow play a new relationship ... just to keep getting the $12k monthly.

The exes were married for almost 13 years. For what it's worth, her rep says Alicia and Chris are "still close friends."

Khabib Nurmagomedov Calls Out Mayweather ... Trashes McGregor

Published | Updated

Khabib Nurmagomedov says he REALLY wants his next fight to be against Floyd Mayweather -- saying he's ready to prove all of the critics wrong.

And as for Conor McGregor ... Khabib says that guy was ALL TALK -- but ever since the fight, it seems Conor "forgot his tongue."

The UFC champ spoke with reporters for almost an HOUR at a press conference in Moscow on Monday and explained why he's dead serious about getting a shot with Floyd.

"Frankly, I think money-wise, and competition-wise, the bout against Mayweather would be much more interesting [than a UFC fight against Tony Ferguson]."

"It has always been very interesting ... Two undefeated fighters? It would be very interesting to see who wins."

Khabib admitted some people on his own training team don't think he has a shot to beat Floyd in a boxing match -- "Well, this motivates me."

As for McGregor, Khabib said a reconciliation with Conor might be possible down the line -- but not right now. He also said he's not sure if he would shake Conor's hand if they ran into each other on the street.

Khabib says he has not spoken with Conor since UFC 229 on Oct. 6.

During the fight, Khabib says Conor tried to explain that all the insults leading up the bout were "only business" ... but Khabib wasn't having it.

After the ass-whooping, Khabib says Conor didn't have much to say -- "Maybe he forgot his tongue at home."

Khabib also said he realizes he could have hurt himself when he jumped out of the Octagon to attack Conor's team.

"It just happened. And it was quite high. I could've easily have broken my leg. You never know how you are going to act in a certain situation. You have to control yourself."

"I don't take anything back. I did what I did. But if I were looking at this from a side, I can't condone such behavior."

As for Floyd, he previously told us he thinks the fight with Khabib will happen and predicts a 9-figure payday.

Bernardo Bertolucci 'Last Tango' Director Dead at 77

Published | Updated

Oscar winner Bernardo Bertolucci -- who directed Marlon Brando in "Last Tango in Paris" -- died Monday at his home in Rome.

Bernardo was surrounded by his family when he passed, according to his office. No cause of death was released.

The Italian director, hailed as one of the country's best ever, made his name with 'Last Tango' in 1972 -- which was banned in several countries, including Italy, for its erotic and brutal sex scenes.

Despite the controversy, Bertolucci and Brando were both nominated for Oscars for the graphic film about a middle-aged man's sexual relationship with a much younger woman.

However, he didn't win an Academy Award until 1988's "The Last Emperor." Bernardo won the Oscars that year for Best Director and Best Adapted Screenplay. His final feature film was "Me and You," a 2012 release in Italy.

He was also awarded lifetime achievement awards at the Cannes and Venice Film Festivals.

Bertolucci was 77.

U.S.-Mexico Border Crisis Tear Gas Thrown at Migrants, Kids As San Ysidro Crossing Closes

Published | Updated

4:34 PM PT -- CBP San Diego says pedestrian bridges between Tijuana and San Diego are now open again in both directions, heading north and south.

Tensions are at a boiling point at the U.S.-Mexico border in California, where migrants have started to clash with border agents ... who've also begun throwing tear gas at them and their children.

U.S. Customs and Border Protection closed the San Ysidro border crossing outside of San Diego Sunday, as hundreds of migrants trying to enter the U.S. -- many of whom are seeking asylum -- gathered at the border and demanded entry. Some of them even started throwing rocks at agents, and U.S. agents reportedly responded by throwing tear gas into the crowd.

The move is drawing heavy criticism, as there are children among the migrants. No shots have been fired, but remember ... President Trump essentially gave the green light for retaliation a few weeks ago as the migrant caravan made its way north.

Needless to say, it's an intense scene. As for a possible solution ... the Trump administration reportedly struck a deal with the incoming Mexican government to keep asylum seekers south of the border as their cases are heard in court.

Unclear what a short-term fix might look like, though, as run-ins between authorities and migrants continue to escalate.

Lakers Co-Owner Jesse Buss Buys $10 Million Mansion ... In LeBron's Neighborhood

Published | Updated

Lakers co-owner Jesse Buss doesn't have to go too far to check in on his star player ... 'cause dude just bought a mansion right up the street from LeBron James!!

Jesse -- the youngest of the 6 Buss siblings -- ponied up $10 MILLION for a pad in Brentwood just feet from LBJ's palace ... and the place is sick.

It's 6,500 square feet, has 3 stories, 6 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms, a home theater, a yoga room ... AND an infinity pool.

Ari Shram and Jen Beron of The Agency -- a high-end real estate firm -- helped Jesse land the spot ... which also has a pretty epic view from the backyard.

So, big question is -- how does it compare to Bron's?? It doesn't really ... LBJ's $23 MILLION crib is 15,846 square feet and has its own freakin' basketball court!

Don't feel too bad for Jesse ... guy's still worth a fortune and his family runs one of the biggest sports teams on the planet.

INSIDE THE MALL

11/24 10:30 AM PT -- Police are now saying that the man shot and killed Thursday night at the Alabama mall "likely did not fire" the shots that wounded and hospitalized 2 people, an 18-year-old and a 12-year-old.

Authorities say they mistakenly believed 21-year-old Emantic Fitzgerald Bradford Jr. was the shooter, but admit now "our initial media release was not totally accurate." Bradford -- who was shot and killed by an officer as he fled the scene -- is believed to have been involved in the altercation ... but was not the gunman.

The actual suspected gunman is still at large.

A confrontation erupted at an Alabama mall on Thanksgiving night, and it ended with a gunman injuring 2 before he was shot dead.

The incident went down at Alabama's largest enclosed mall -- the Riverchase Galleria in the Birmingham suburb of Hoover.

There was an argument between a 21-year-old man and an 18-year-old male. The 21-year-old pulled out a gun and shot the 18-year-old twice in the torso. An armed, off-duty cop who was working security shot the gunman as he fled, killing him.

A 12-year-old girl was shot in the melee, although it's unclear if the bullet was from the gun of the shooter or the officer.

The 2 victims are expected to survive. The 12-year-old girl had to undergo surgery. She's in stable condition.

The mall was crowded with shoppers and there was pandemonium after the shots rang out.

Phil Mickelson Loses $200k Bet to Tiger But Wins $9M Pot!!!

Published | Updated

5:07 PM PT -- Phil might have lost the battle but he did NOT lose the war ... 'cause he's walking away with $9 MILLION after beating Tiger!!! Phil needed a sudden-death playoff to fend off Tiger in the winner-take-all match. Mickelson won 3 side bets worth $600k while Tiger won 1 side bet worth $200k. That money will go to a charity of each player's choice.

Well, it's already been a pretty costly day for Phil Mickelson ... that $200,000 bet with Tiger Woods didn't exactly go his way.

Remember, earlier this week, Phil bet Tiger $100,000 that he would birdy the 1st hole at the big pay-per-view golf match on Friday. Tiger was so confident, he told Phil to "double it."

Phil didn't completely botch the hole -- he had a perfect opportunity to win the bet ... but when he hit the putt that woulda given him the birdy, it stopped short.

He hit the next shot for par -- but the damage had already been done.

Tiger smirked and commented, "That hurts the pocket."

The two tied on the first hole. They've been super friendly throughout the match so far, talking about everything from their kids to how cool Samuel L. Jackson is.

They're expected to make more side bets during the match as they compete for that $9 million winner-take-all grand prize.

Good luck!

Houston Texans Owner Bob McNair Dead at 81

Published | Updated

Houston Texans owner Bob McNair -- who made a fortune in energy plants and brought the NFL back to Houston after the Oilers bolted for Tennessee in 1997 -- has died.

McNair died peacefully in Houston Friday surrounded by his wife, Janice, and family by his side, the team announced. McNair had reportedly been battling skin cancer for several years now. McNair's son, Cal, is expected to continue to run the team.

McNair was awarded the 32nd NFL team in 1999 and paid a whopping $700 million for the expansion team that would ultimately become the Texans, which joined the league in 2002. He was the team's owner since the franchise's inception.

While McNair was one of the most powerful owners in the NFL, he was no stranger to controversy. McNair drew tons of backlash in October 2017 when he said, "you can't have the inmates running the prison" when it came to players kneeling in the NFL.

McNair apologized but his players still let him have it -- star WR DeAndre Hopkins skipped practice in the wake of the comments and tons of players took a knee during the anthem a couple days later.

Texans president Jamey Rootes released a statement saying McNair "was an amazing champion for Houston and worked hard to make sure our city received maximum value from the presence of the Texans and the NFL ... We will all miss him dearly."

McNair is survived by his wife, four children and 15 grandchildren. He was 81.

Steph Curry In Black Friday Car Crash ... Appears Okay

Published | Updated

NBA superstar Steph Curry was in a multi-car wreck on an Oakland highway early Friday morning -- his Porsche was smashed up -- but he appears to be okay.

It all went down around 9 AM -- the Golden State Warriors star was driving on Highway 24 when a car spun out a collided with Steph's black Porsche. Then a second car smashed into Curry from behind.

The road conditions appeared to be a factor -- it's been raining in the area and the roads are wet.

An ambulance and the California Highway Patrol arrived at the scene, but Curry, along with everyone involved in the accident, seems to be fine -- no serious injuries -- according to the CHP.

The Warriors are scheduled to play the Portland Trailblazers Friday night, but Curry won't be in the lineup due to an unrelated groin injury.

Stay safe out there, people.

Rita Ora Lip-Sync Fail At Parade John Legend Defends Her

Published | Updated

Rita Ora is taking tons of heat for lip-syncing her performance at the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade ... but with freezing temps and technical issues, the deck appeared to be stacked against her.

Check out the clip ... Rita is standing on a float, doing her best to put on a show, but everything is totally out of sync.

Social media users were quick to blame Rita, but Macy’s blamed the hiccups on tech issues and apologized, saying the problems were out of the artist's control.

John Legend, who also performed in the record-low temps, quickly came to Rita's defense, explaining why lip-syncing was necessary for the parade ... and they both said vocals at their shows are 100 percent live.

Rita might've been the turkey in the eyes of some, but it looks like the snafu wasn't her fault.

Michael Avenatti Domestic Violence Case Not a Felony ... Says District Attorney

Published | Updated

Michael Avenatti will not face a felony in his domestic violence case ... according to the L.A. County District Attorney's Office.

The D.A. has referred the matter to the L.A. City Attorney's Office. The City Attorney will now have to decide whether to charge Avenatti with misdemeanor domestic violence.

TMZ broke the story ... Stormy Daniels' lawyer was arrested last week for felony domestic violence after his girlfriend, Mareli Miniutti, filed a police report, alleging Avenatti had gotten physically violent with her during an argument in their high-rise apartment in the Century City neighborhood of L.A.

Mareli also got a restraining order against Avenatti.

As soon as he got out of jail, Avenatti denied striking her -- and now says, "I am thankful that the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office has rejected filing any charges against me after a fair, careful and thorough investigation. I have maintained my innocence since the moment of my arrest."

It's unclear when the City Attorney's Office will make its decision.

Adrian Peterson I Still Use Switch To Discipline Kids ... After Child Abuse Case

Published | Updated

Adrian Peterson says he still disciplines his children using a switch ... despite nearly going to jail for striking his infant son with one 4 years ago.

You'll remember ... the NFL superstar beat his then-4-year-old child with a switch so badly in 2014 -- the boy had bruises and lacerations on his lower back, buttocks and scrotum.

A.P. was charged with felony child abuse ... but was able to get that charge reduced to misdemeanor domestic violence after striking a plea deal in exchange for a no contest plea.

Peterson -- in addition to serving out a lengthy NFL suspension -- was sentenced to 80 hours of community service and ordered to pay a $4,000 fine.

Adrian said afterward he would find different ways to punish his kids, saying, "I won't ever use a switch again."

But ... fast forward to now -- and Peterson is singing a different tune, telling Bleacher Report he not only still uses a switch to discipline his kids sometimes ... he also recently used a belt too.

"I had to discipline my son and spank him the other day with a belt," Peterson said.

For his part ... A.P. says he doesn't take the punishments as far as he did back in 2014 -- claiming he uses the physical discipline only far enough to teach his children lessons he feels they need to learn.

"My kids love me. When they want something, they come ask dad," A.P. says ... "They enjoy being around me."

Aaron Rodgers Bro Rips QB You Ignored Mom During the Fires!!

Published | Updated

Aaron Rodgers' bro says the QB is a fraud who ignored his own mother during the California fires -- while she was getting ready to evacuate.

Yeah, it's getting nasty again.

Aaron's bro is Jordan Rodgers -- you know him from "The Bachelorette."

After Aaron went public with his $1 million donation to wildfire victims near his hometown in Northern California on Wednesday, Jordan called the NFL star out on social media ... saying the whole thing "feels like an act."

MAKING AN IMPACT

"PLEASE DONATE, SPREAD AWARENESS & SEND LOVE," Jordan wrote ... but then it got nasty.

"But when your own Mom is home alone during the fires, car packed ready to evacuate, & you miss the fundamental first step of compassion; calling your parents to make sure they are safe...."

"Everything else just feels like an act."

Ouch.

The beef between Aaron and his family is well known -- they even played it up during Jordan's season on "The Bachelorette" -- and Aaron's ex, Olivia Munn, previously said there were jealousy issues with Aaron's father and brothers.

But, Munn also noted, "I don't think either side of the road is clean."

Clearly ... the feud is far from over.

DeSean Jackson Rodney King Cleat Tribute ... For Bucs-49ers Game

Published | Updated

DeSean Jackson will wear Rodney King-themed cleats for the Bucs game Sunday ... featuring the words "Black Lives Matter" and a depiction of a police officer raising a baton.

For the next few weeks, the NFL is allowing players to raise awareness for causes they support using custom kicks as part of the league's "My Cause, My Cleats" program.

DeSean chose black-and-blue colored spikes for his cause ... a clear message he's trying to help end police brutality in America.

The cleats feature King's face ... the "Black Lives Matter" slogan ... Florence and Normandie street signs (a major point of the riots and where Reginald Denny was attacked) ... and a shadowy drawing of an officer raising his baton at 5 open hands.

What's interesting ... DeSean's set to debut the kicks against the 49ers -- the team Colin Kaepernick famously started his kneeling protests with to help raise awareness for social injustice in America.

The NFL will allow Jackson to auction off the spikes after the game ... with 100 percent of the profits going to the charity of his choosing.

Kevin Durant Blasts NBA Heckler 'Corny and Weak'

Published | Updated

This is amazing video ... Kevin Durant was on-camera the moment he was fined $25,000 for cussing out a heckler at an NBA game over the weekend -- and the reaction is incredible.

Durant was doing Chris Haynes' podcast for Yahoo Sports when the NBA reporter broke the news to him live on camera about the punishment for telling a Dallas Mavs fan to "shut the f**k up and watch the f**king game."

"I knew I was gonna get fined. How much they gonna fine me?" Durant asked.

Once he learned the number, Durant went off ...

"More fans should understand what that means ... Grown men can't come to a game and heckle grown men. That's corny and that's weak."

KD continued to mock the fan ... "You coming to a game to heckle another grown man, 'You soft. You weak. Draymond this, Draymond that. You a bitch.'"

"You going to sleep as a grown man doing that to another person."

As we previously reported, Durant approached the fan who sitting courtside at the Mavs vs. Golden State Warriors game on Saturday.

Witnesses told us the fan had been going off on KD for a while calling him names like "Cupcake."

The Warriors lost the game -- and now KD lost $25k -- which is really no big deal to him considering he's in the middle of a 2-year, $61 MILLION contract.
