Brody Jenner appears to have some thoughts about his recent ex locking lips with a newly single Miley Cyrus -- his message is simple ... new day, new page and lots o' laughs.

The 'Hills' star posted a photo Sunday that seemed to be in direct response to photos published by TMZ, showing Kaitlynn Carter, his estranged "wife"/fiancee/girlfriend -- whatever the hell she is to him -- smooching with Miley on the shores of Lake Como.

In the photo, Brody's standing near the edge of a cliff overlooking the ocean and staring back at the camera from afar. He captioned the pic, "Don't let yesterday take up too much of today." Vague enough to be about anything, right? Well, his costar, Brandon Lee, got explicit.

Brandon commented underneath, writing ... "Let's round this scandal out and post a pic of us making out," adding a kissing emoji for good measure. Brody then responded to that, saying ... "watch out! Pics of Liam and I holding hands on the beach coming soon."

Miley chimed in on the exchange, and shut it down ... writing, "@brodyjenner go take a nap in your truck and cool off #HotGirlSummer." Doesn't look like Brody carried on from there.

As you know ... Brody and Kaitlynn broke up about a week and change ago, because we're told he didn't wanna give her two things ... a baby and a legal marriage. About a year ago, they had everyone believe they'd tied the knot in Indonesia, but it wasn't legit.

Fast forward to Saturday, when Miley announced she and her husband, Liam Hemsworth, were separating ... less than a year into their marriage. Turns out, she and Kaitlynn had been getting cuddly the day before while vacationing in Italy ... locking lips, no less.

Miley Cyrus and Kaitlynn Carter are now both single -- both have separated from their husbands -- so why not celebrate by macking it up in fabulous Lake Como?

Miley and Kaitlynn were at a crowded pool at their hotel Friday, and decided to give the loungers something to talk about!

As we reported, Miley announced she's separated from Liam Hemsworth. Our Miley sources say there's nothing dramatic ... they've been together for 10 years and have just grown apart. They married last December.

And, Kaitlynn separated recently from husband Brody Jenner. Fact is ... they tried to tie the knot in June in Indonesia, but it wasn't official because they didn't have a marriage license. That didn't stop them from having a crazy party.

Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth are over -- the longtime couple, and recent newlyweds, have split less than a year after tying the knot.

A rep for Miley told People Mag, "Liam and Miley have agreed to separate at this time. Ever-evolving, changing as partners and individuals, they have decided this is what’s best while they both focus on themselves and careers. They still remain dedicated parents to all of their animals they share while lovingly taking this time apart. Please respect their process and privacy."

The news comes shortly after Miley posted a photo of herself where she doesn't appear to be wearing her wedding ring. She captioned the pic, "Mute me if you don't want SPAMMED."

Miley and Liam have had an on-again, off-again relationship since 2009 -- when they first met. He proposed to her in 2012. They broke up, and then got back together 2015. As we reported ... they obtained their marriage license in December of 2018 before finally pulling the trigger.

The writing might've been on the wall ... Miley told Elle magazine earlier this year about how she doesn't "fit into a stereotypical wife role," while also revealing she's attracted to women.

As for Liam ... he's been pre-occupied pumping iron with his brother, Chris, and plugging instant coffee. It's hard to tell, but it doesn't look like he's wearing a wedding band in this clip from a week ago. He last explicitly referred to Miley as his wife -- and himself as her husband -- in late May, and posted a photo of the two of them in June.

Djimon Hounsou and Kimora Lee Simmons are now locked in a bitter custody fight, and he's made the latest move by asking a judge for joint custody, and her side says he's threatened to move their 10-year-old to Africa.

It's been a bitter fight that has now bubbled over. As we reported, Djimon complained bitterly on Father's Day Kimora wouldn't let him see their 10-year-old son, Kenzo. He strongly insinuated she was regularly keeping the child away from him, but she maintained he was an absent father who rarely wanted to see the boy.

Our Kimora sources claim Djimon has threatened to take Kenzo to Africa and never bring him back. Russell Simmons, who was once married to Kimora and is still close to her, tells TMZ a few days ago he told Djimon he could take the boy for a visit if he would sign a document promising not to take Kenzo to Africa, but Djimon refused to sign.

Kimora got served Friday with Djimon's joint custody petition.

Russell tells TMZ Djimon now is asking not just for joint custody, but child support, yet Russell claims Djimon hasn't paid her support. We don't know, however, if a court ordered him to do so.

Joanna Kerns, the mom from "Growing Pains," is about to be back on the market ... she's filed for divorce just short of a milestone anniversary.

Joanna, who played Maggie Seaver on the hit '80s sitcom, filed divorce docs Friday in L.A. County Superior Court ... officially calling it quits with architect Marc Appleton.

They married back in September 1994, so they were coming up on their silver anniversary. Our romantic side wants to imagine they'd have been somewhere singing along to the "Growing Pains" theme -- "We got each other, sharing the laughter and love."

No dice.

Joanna's not acting as much, but she's still killing it Hollywood as an extremely successful TV director. She's worked on episodes of huge hit shows like, "Pretty Little Liars," "The Goldbergs," "Jane the Virgin" ... as well as "Nashville" and "This Is Us."

Marc and Joanna didn't have any kids ... so, the divorce won't include any child custody or support battles.

Colton Haynes and Jeff Leatham are one giant step closer to being single again after hammering out a divorce settlement.

According to docs, obtained by TMZ, Colton's attorney, Marci Levine, filed the settlement Wednesday in L.A. Superior Court ... a little more than a year after he filed for the divorce.

You'll recall, the "Teen Wolf" star and celeb florist Jeff had only been married for about 6 months when they split up. Sources connected to the ex-couple say they did not have a prenup, but they were still able to reach an amicable split.

We're told there was no hassle over finances -- both sides agreed to keep their earnings during the brief marriage separate. One source told us by the end of the settlement negotiations it was as "amicable" and "peaceful" a divorce as can be ... especially in Hollywood.

It didn't last long, but boy did it start spectacularly. Remember, Jeff proposed in Cabo, complete with fireworks and a video appearance from Cher. Their celeb-packed wedding ceremony in Palm Springs was officiated by Kris Jenner and guests included Sofia Vergara, Joe Manganiello and Jesse Tyler Ferguson.

No ifs, ands or buts about it ... a judge has ruled Ron White and Margo Rey are officially married.

The ruling came down Tuesday in L.A. Superior Court where a judge sided with Margo and declared the couple was in a common-law marriage under Texas law. The judge just wasn't buying Ron's assertion that the October 2013 wedding in Texas is invalid because Margo refused to sign a prenup.

The judge made it crystal clear ... Ron shelled out $100k for the extravagant wedding, wanted money to be donated to a specific charity in lieu of gifts and the couple was pronounced husband and wife by an officiant under the powers granted to him by the state of Texas.

What's more ... Ron moved forward with the wedding despite Margo never signing the prenup. The judge says it's significant that, despite having 2 separate attorneys, Ron took no steps to halt the 300-person wedding.

In short ... the judge said if it looked like a marriage and acted like a marriage, they're married.

As we reported ... a family friend said Ron professed his love for Margo and referred to Margo as "my wife." Now that this is settled ... the case can move forward. As you might know by now ... she demanded $81k per month in spousal support claiming Ron left her high and dry.

So much for taking their relationship to the next level -- The Weeknd and Bella Hadid have called it quits again ... and it sounds like a case of history repeating.

Sources close to the on-and-off couple tell TMZ ... Abel has been hyper-focused on his new album and hasn't been putting the time into their relationship. So, it's probably no coincidence he just tweeted this ... which seems to back that up.

As we've reported ... this isn't a first for Bella and The Weeknd. They've broken up and gotten back together a few times since they were first linked at Coachella in 2015.

They reconciled again about a year ago, and it seemed they were getting more serious than ever in October ... when he got a fancy condo in NYC and asked her to move in with him.

Still, distance has always been an issue for the 2 with their respective careers, and there have been reports it's been extra rocky for them lately ... and they actually haven't been together for months.

Blac Chyna is NOT getting back together with YBN Almighty Jay ... even though she crossed paths with him several times over the weekend in Texas.

Sources close to Blac Chyna tell TMZ ... she's NOT rekindling her flame with Jay, despite social media posts to the contrary. We're told the exes are keeping things strictly platonic this time around.

The rumor mill was spinning like crazy after pics and videos showed BC and YBN hanging together at Houston restaurant Turkey Leg Hut and a nightclub ... but we're told they bumped into each other at the eatery and went to the club as old pals.

Blac Chyna was in Houston for business, not to visit YBN ... and we're told after they danced the night away at the club, they went their separate ways. No after-hours hookups.

It's been over a year since BC and YBN broke up -- they dated for several months in 2018 -- and we're told Jay is now fully entrenched in the friend zone.

There's usually no coming back from that.

Brody Jenner is living the single life again ... we've learned he and Kaitlynn Carter are calling it quits a year after they got married -- or so we thought.

Sources close to the former couple tell TMZ ... Brody and Kaitlynn are done, and she's already moved out of the house they shared together.

We're told Kaitlynn wanted 2 things from Brody -- a baby and a legal marriage -- but Brody ultimately decided he didn't want to do either, so they broke up. She wanted a legal marriage because turns out they never made it official after holding a ceremony last summer in Indonesia.

You'll recall ... Brody and Kaitlynn had a big blowout celebration on the island of Nihi Sumba in June 2018, complete with fireworks -- in the sky and among the guests. Remember, Brody's dad, Caitlyn Jenner, had skipped the nuptials to attend a gala in Austria.

We've confirmed Kaitlynn and Brody never followed up to get a marriage license here in the States ... meaning they never had a legal union.

Seems Brody is already fully embracing life as a bachelor, recently hanging with his boys for a night out on the town. You'll notice ... the wedding ring he slipped on at his "wedding" is no longer on his finger.

Wendy Williams and Kevin Hunter are looking to unload the New Jersey mansion they called home for many years ... the estranged couple just put their former family home on the market.

Wendy and Kevin, who are going through a divorce, just listed their sprawling Jersey residence for a cool $1.895 million.

The pad is pretty sweet ... the 5,700-square-foot home has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, including a master suite with huge walk-in closets, plus a marble bath, jacuzzi and steam shower.

The amenities are top-notch too ... the backyard features a basketball court, patio and a koi pond.

There's a wood-burning fireplace in the family room, a home office, and a gourmet kitchen decked out with granite, custom cabinetry, high-end appliances, walk-in pantry and a huge island ... oh, and there's a two-story rotunda.

Kurt Rappaport, who is one of the richest and most successful realtors in the United States, claims his Guess-model wife of 16 months has been extorting him with threats to ruin his life and that of his celebrity friends if he doesn't tear up their prenup and cough up millions.

Rappaport filed for divorce from Sarah Mutch back in February. In a new civil lawsuit just filed, Rappaport says almost immediately after their lavish, $3 million wedding, Mutch began bitterly complaining about the terms of the prenup and demanded -- "violently at times" -- that he change the terms or "the marriage is over."

His lawsuit goes on to say ... when he refused to tear up the prenup, she went wild with his credit card, charging hundreds of thousands of dollars for various things. The suit claims Mutch threatened that if he didn't pay her bills, she would "release false information about [Rappaport] and his friends to the press and social media outlets."

He says after he filed for divorce, she went on a rampage, demanding millions of dollars or she would "go to the press and f*** s*** up" by disseminating false information about him and his celebrity friends.

Rappaport filed a police report in April, detailing some of the alleged threats. According to the report, obtained by TMZ, Rappaport says Mutch "threatened to fabricate a 'Me Too' sexual harassment report at the hands of his wealthy friends." He says she threatened to go to the media with the allegations if he didn't give her "millions and millions of dollars." He told cops she said, "If I don't get what I want, I'm going to drop a bomb and end your career in a week!"

He says one of her demands was that he give her partial ownership of a $60 million property he owns.

Rappaport says when he refused to put the property in her name or tear up the prenup during the marriage, she began berating him, calling him "selfish, cheap, greedy and disgusting."

The $3 million wedding in September 2017, was crazy ... Christina Aguilera performed. The guest list included Diddy, Ryan Seacrest, DJ Khaled and Larry King.

Nikki Bella says she's "so happy" John Cena has found love again ... but don't expect the old couple to break bread together with their new partners anytime soon.

As we previously reported ... Cena was spotted makin' out with his new GF, Shay Shariatzadeh, on a steamy date in Tampa over the weekend.

TMZ Sports spoke with Bella -- who's now dating dancer Artem Chigvintsev -- about her ex's new romance .... and she's showing a lot of love for Cena.

"Oh my gosh, so happy for him," Bella says.

Of course -- Cena and Bella dated for years before breaking up in July 2018. John didn't give up on the relationship without a fight though ... he publicly pleaded to get Nikki back.

But, that's all old news and both sides have moved on ... and Nikki says she's down to be friends with Cena.

But, as for a double date with Artem, John and Shay??? Probably not gonna happen.

Tisha Campbell's nasty divorce from Duane Martin seems to have hit a new low -- he says she's accusing him of stealing, but only because she's having mental breakdowns.

Duane makes the claims in new divorce docs -- obtained by TMZ -- saying he's concerned about her mental and emotional well-being. In the docs, Duane says Tisha had multiple breakdowns, including a "severe" episode back in August 2017, and she's become paranoid and anxious.

Tisha's ex also claims she's not herself anymore, and says she's been "fabricating stories that clearly are untrue." Duane also claims she's been "raging" against others.

According to the docs, Duane's legal team had to take breaks during Tisha's deposition because she was unable to control her emotions.

A source close to Tisha calls the new allegations "nonsense" and a continuation of the "gaslighting" he did to her throughout their marriage. We're also told Tisha's working on a new sitcom set to debut in the fall, plus a couple of high-profile reality shows.

Point being ... she's doing just fine post-Duane.

As we reported ... back in February, Tisha and Duane reached a temporary custody deal for handling exchanges of their kids. At the time, it seemed like a promising sign in their nasty split.

Jordyn Woods and James Harden aren't anything more than 2 people with mutual friends who happened to run into each other at a bar ... at least that's what we're told.

Sources close to Jordyn tell TMZ ... the 2 didn't make plans to party together in Houston Wednesday night -- it just happened to work out that way. We're told despite video showing her dancing right in front of him ... there's nothing brewing.

Our Jordyn sources say she'd been working on a project in New Orleans and made a quick trip to Texas to go out with some friends. She ended up in a VIP booth at Belle Station, coincidentally next to the NBA star and his crew ... who we're told are friends with some of her gal pals.

Jordyn didn't arrive or leave with Harden, and hardly spent any time with him, according to our sources ... and all the hookah smoking and dancing was just her having a good time.

Other sources, however, have told us Woods has been hanging out with Harden for months ... even before she kissed Tristan Thompson, ruining her friendship with Kylie Jenner. We're told Jordyn told friends Khloe was totally cool with her hanging with Harden, but Khloe had no idea.

Of course, the sight of Woods hanging with another one of Khloe Kardashian's ex-boyfriends following the Tristan Thompson cheating scandal raised eyebrows.

Fabolous is going off on our report that he and his longtime girlfriend, Emily B, have broken up ... but our sources say he's just in denial.

The rapper claims he and Emily have not split, and insists they're a "couple working on our relationship." He adds that the mystery woman he was seen with at a Mexican restaurant last week was not a date ... rather a lunch meeting with a teacher.

Fabolous says he loves Emily B and our story is baseless. He's also threatening legal action for defamation.

Here's the thing -- sources close to Emily tell us the 2 haven't been together for nearly a year ... and it was her decision to call it off. Despite Fab's claims they're still trying to work it out -- we're told, for now, Emily says it's over -- and Fab is trying to save his family.

Emily's recent post on her Instagram Story seems to bear this out. She says this year's all about prioritizing mental health over relationships. According to the post, Em's mindset is ... "I'll lose anyone and anything before I lost my mind."

As you know ... they had major issues, especially after video surfaced of Fabolous' physical altercation with Emily in March 2018. He was indicted for domestic violence in October, but struck a plea deal early this year to avoid jail time.
