TMZ obtained video of Dalton and the "It Follows" star sucking face Thursday night during the Fred Again show at the Shrine Auditorium in L.A. -- a pretty good sign they're a couple now.

Folks who were there say Dalton and Maika were kissing throughout the opening act, and were very touchy with one another ... and that's backed up by what we're seeing in this footage.

Remember, Dalton and Maika were spotted making out last month at Jumbo's Clown Room, a "bikini bar" in Los Angeles, on the heels of officially finalizing his divorce from Ariana.

Seems this isn't a one-time thing ... and there is clearly a spark between them.

Ariana's already moved on too, as you know ... she's dating her "Wicked" costar, Ethan Slater.

We've seen Ariana and Ethan on a date night at Disney World recently, but Dalton and Maika are on a whole different level ... PDA-wise, at least.

Jeezy's got a lot to get off his chest amid his pending divorce from Jeannie Mai -- the trap pioneer is dropping a double album entitled, “I Might Forgive, But I Don’t Forget” ... so, sounds like it's about to get real.

According to the announcement, the 29-track project drops Friday and will address "trauma, obstacles, and personal growth," and set the stage for the Snowman to answer fans' pressing questions.

The album will mark Jeezy's first release since fulfilling his Def Jam contract after nearly 20 years and will shift focus to his independent label CTE New World. Def Jam recently recruited Wale to keep their ship steady as well.

Production on "I Might Forgive…" side of the album will be handled by ATL Jacob, Ricky Polo, Cubeatz, Hendrix and more -- while the “But I Don’t Forget” portion is produced entirely by Jeezy's longtime collaborators The J.U.S.T.I.C.E. League.

It's been a busy year for Jeezy ... he promoted life hacks from his New York Times bestselling memoir, "Adversity for Sale," this summer on "TMZ Live."

While Lance says everyone is entitled to their own opinion about Justin, he says people should take a note from Britney and just cut the guy some slack.

Britney's book has been a smash hit ... and Lance is glad she's been able to tell her side of things, joking about copying her and getting Michelle Williams to do the audio version should he ever write a memoir.

For his part, Justin's been pretty mum on Britney's tell-all ... but Lance has his back.

The debts keep piling on for Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann ... they've been ordered to pay approximately $230,000 to a bank that sued them.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, a court in Georgia just ordered Simmons Bank judgment against the estranged couple for $226,836.22 ... as well as $178.51 in interest, $2,071.57 in foreclosure fees and $1,945.31 in attorneys' fees.

That's $231,031.61 in total ... yikes!!!

The lawsuit, filed back in July had to do with a home equity line of credit the couple defaulted on.

This isn't the only lawsuit they're dealing with ... TMZ broke the story, the couple was sued back in August by SAKS/CAPITAL ONE the company claimed Kim's credit card had a $115,000 limit -- and she'd fallen behind on making payments -- the suit stated Kim owed $156,080.64 in total on the card.

We were also the first to report the couple recently listed their Georgia family home for $6 million, asking the court to halt a scheduled foreclosure auction on the property and allow them to sell it on their own.

Kim and Kroy are still living under the same roof at the home, but they've been ordered to keep their distance ... Kim's in the basement/nanny suite and Kroy gets the primary bedroom.

Ethan Slater is keepin' it quiet on his love life with Ariana Grande ... refusing to spill any relationship tea while stepping out of court after a divorce hearing.

The actor/singer was leaving a New York courtroom Friday following an appointment to handle the ongoing divorce and custody proceedings with his estranged wife, Lilly Jay.

Ethan didn't wanna chat, even when asked about Ariana. We also touched on his plans for co-parenting once his divorce is finalized, but all he gave was a smirk.

TMZ broke the story, Ethan and Ariana were spotted together last week on a date night in NYC, grabbing a a private table in the heart of Manhattan. Witnesses told us they were definitely flirty and touchy-feely during the night out.

They also took to Disney World last month, getting a VIP tour ... so their relationship certainly hasn't turned sour.

Remember, Ethan filed for divorce from Lilly in July, and sources told us Ethan "desperately" wants to co-parent their infant son.

According to court docs ... Card was once married, but got divorced in 2007, and his ex-wife cited "irreconcilable differences" as the reason. The divorce order included shared custody of their son, who was then a minor and primarily living with his mother.

Before his alleged killing rampage, Card wrote a note and addressed it to his son, leaving it behind at his Bowdoin home, ABC said. Investigators later found the rambling "suicide note," containing personal information and bank account details.

Card also reportedly "interacted with conspiratorial content" online, exploring a slew of topics such as COVID-19, LGBTQ+ issues, gun rights and political commentary about President Joe Biden.

After Wednesday night's massacre, Card fled in a white Subaru, which was left abandoned in Lisbon, ME, and recovered by police.

Hundreds of officers have fanned out across the region to try to find Card, who has eluded them so far, with some experts attributing this to his purported skills as an outdoorsman.

The authorities have instructed residents in several towns to shelter in place since Card is considered armed and dangerous with a military background.

In 2002, Card enlisted in the Army Reserve and became a petroleum supply specialist. He was responsible for receiving, storing and shipping petroleum-based products.

Harry Styles is the latest of Taylor Swift's exes to get shaded in a new vault track ... this according to fans who are convinced he's the "lying traitor" she's singing about.

On "1989 (Taylor's Version)," which dropped Friday, there's a new song -- "Is It Over Now?" -- and Swifties are convinced it's about her brief relationship with the former One Direction star.

Taylor and Harry dated from 2012 to 2013, and the original "1989" album came out in 2014, so the timeline's already telling ... but the lyrics are even a bigger clue, according to fans -- talking about a time her ex "lost control," resulting in "red blood" and "white snow."

Fans have started to connect the dots ... saying Taylor claimed in 2014 she got into a snowmobile accident with an ex. At the time, Harry was spotted with a bandage on his chin.
