Farrah Abraham's seen the last of Drita D'Avanzo's face ... Farrah doesn't run in pathetic circles and that's why Drita's slap to the face will NEVER come to fruition.

Farrah tells TMZ ... the ex-'Teen Mom' OG star has zero plans to ever be near the likes of the former "Mob Wives" star, and the reason's simple ... Farrah doesn't ever want to associate with someone like her. As Farrah put it, "I don't see pathetic people."

As we reported ... the reality stars are beefing after Farrah called out Drita on Instagram. Farrah tells us Drita's "lack of professionalism started it" when Drita bailed after dinner for the event they were supposed to co-host in Atlantic City. Drita reportedly said she was there and no one paid attention to Farrah.

Farrah scoffs at the notion she's an unknown. She says, "I'm sure she's not invited to the ESPYs."

As for reports her lawyers are gunning for a restraining order ... Farrah tells us the only thing her lawyers have fired off is a cease and desist to get Drita to stop making threats against her.

Michael Cohen is calling Michael Avenatti a "small-town carnival magician" who should be ordered to stop talking publicly about the Stormy Daniels case.

Cohen just filed legal docs saying Avenatti is using free speech as a justification for tainting the jury pool ... saying Daniels' lawyer is "pulling the First Amendment out of his tiny bag of tricks."

Cohen claims Avenatti is poisoning the jury pool by his numerous public appearances ... 170 TV interviews and 500 tweets. Cohen claims the upshot is that Avenatti is making it impossible to get a fair trial.

Lee Daniels says he knows exactly who is responsible for Mo'Nique getting blackballed from Hollywood -- Mo'Nique.

The famed director tells us it's past time for Mo'Nique to quit bitching and blaming Tyler Perry, Oprah and himself for shutting her out of the movie biz. Especially because Lee played a key role in her winning an Oscar.

As we reported ... Mo'Nique went after Lee, Tyler and O during a stand-up special last year at the Apollo Theater -- telling the Hollywood power trio they "can suck my d***, if I had one!"

Lee fired back at her on "Raq Rants" ... telling Raquel no one should confuse the Mo situation with what went down with Damon Dash. He insists he gave Mo'Nique as much as she gave him when they made "Precious" -- comparing it to "making love without having sex."

It's clear there's ZERO love now. He says Mo'Nique is playing herself, and it would be best for her to quit complaining -- but that's putting it nicely. Watch how he actually said it.

Drita D'Avanzo threatened to slap Farrah Abraham in the face if she comes across her in person again -- and now she's doubling down on that promise ... saying it's very real.

We spoke to the former "Mob Wives" reality star about her beef this weekend with the ex-"Teen Mom" OG after Farrah called her a "has been" and unprofessional following an event they co-hosted together in Atlantic City. Farrah even cropped a clown face over Drita on IG.

Drita responded to the hate on social media, saying she'd be happy to deliver an open-palm whack to Farrah's noggin if she came within arm's length. She now tells us she's serious about that hypothetical, and it sounds like she's willing to do jail time to send a message.

Meanwhile, Farrah has already threatened legal action -- and she's reportedly gunning to file a restraining order soon through her lawyers.

Drake has finally come clean -- admitting he's fathered a son -- even rapping about the paternity test he took to know it was for certain.

Drizzy released his album, "Scorpion," Friday and, as expected, it's full of glimpses into the rapper's personal life. His song "Emotionless" is the first to acknowledge his secret son Pusha T exposed in a diss track last month.

"I wasn't hiding my kid from the world. I was hiding the world from my kid."

The rapper reveals he's taken a paternity test for the kid too, leaving no doubts in the song "March 14."

"Yesterday mornin' was crazy. I had to come to terms with the fact that it's not a maybe. That sh*t is in stone. Sealed and signed. She's not my lover like Billie Jean. But the kid is mine. Sadie used to tell me all it takes is one time. And all it took was one time. S**t, we only met two times."

The album also features a previously unreleased track with Michael Jackson.

TMZ broke the story ... Drake's been financially supporting baby mama Sophie Brussaux since the birth of their son last year. Sources close to the rapper told us last month Drake was planning to take a paternity test to figure out any future legalities.

Ashanti didn't know her ex-bf, Nelly, had cut ties with his dad after she shared a video of herself hanging backstage with him, but she's hoping father and son will reconcile.

We got Ashanti Thursday at LAX and asked her if she thought her hang with Nelly's dad is what made the rapper publicly eviscerate his pops. She seemed shocked when we told her about the fallout from her video.

Ashanti told us she hopes the rift isn't because of her, but it seems pretty clear, based on the timing ... it is.

She and Nelly dated for a decade, but broke up more than 3 years ago ... so you'd think they would've moved on by now.

3:01 PM PT -- Bieber's legal team claims the singer provided alternative dates to sit down for a depo, but Schwartz's attorneys rushed to file warrant docs before trying to work something out. They also claim Bieber hasn't been personally served the lawsuit.

Justin Bieber skipped a scheduled grilling from lawyers, and decided to make out with Hailey Baldwin instead ... according to his ex-neighbor who now wants Justin arrested.

The Biebs was ordered by a judge to attend a deposition, which was scheduled for June 22, in his infamous and STILL ongoing egging case with former Calabasas neighbor, Jeffrey Schwartz.

Problem is, JB didn't show up. According to new legal docs, Schwartz believes it was because he was in NYC packing on the PDA with Hailey. So now, Schwartz wants the judge to issue a bench warrant for Bieber and fine him $1,000 bucks a day for each day he refuses to sit for the depo.

Schwartz also accuses Bieber of engaging in "obfuscation and delay tactics" and points out he's already skipped out on 5 scheduled depos in the past 2 years. The judge has yet to rule on the warrant.

We broke the story ... Schwartz -- who's being repped by John Carpenter and Brian Kim -- wants big bucks from Bieber from all the emotional distress he and his wife suffered from the 2014 egging and the aftermath.

Damon Dash says Lee Daniels had no problem asking him for money and exploiting his goodwill, but he has a major problem keeping his word to pay it back ... and Dame's sick of it.

The Roc-A-Fella mogul told us Wednesday on "TMZ Live" ... Daniels ended up millions in the hole to him after making 2 movies -- 2004's "The Woodsman" and 2005's "Shadowboxer."

According to Dame ... Daniels promised him he'd get his money back no matter what, but then blew him off -- which is why Dash started suing Daniels in 2014. As we reported, they struck a settlement deal, but Damon tells us Lee's sticking to his "culture vulture" ways ... and still hasn't squared up.

Before he filed a new suit, Damon confronted Lee at a Diana Ross concert about getting stiffed ... and Daniels appeared to be contrite. Apparently, not enough to please Damon and keep their issue out of court.

Jill Scott's refusing to fork over a copy of Prince's "Purple Rain" -- and a bunch of other crap -- according to her estranged husband.

Michael Dobson filed docs in his divorce case with Jill ... asking the judge to punish her and make her hand over his Prince album along with a bunch of other personal items.

In docs, obtained by TMZ, Michael says he's been pestering her to get his belongings from their house, but can't because she changed the locks back in September 2017. He says she's also got a grip on 5 hotel robes, a massage table, a Dewalt laser level and worst of all ... an extended shoehorn!

We knew the split was nasty -- as we first reported, she requested a restraining order in February, claiming Michael had been trashing her since she filed for divorce -- but now it's shoehorn-nasty.

That's what happened to Kendall Jenner on Wednesday ... but, there's one twist -- the guy with the grudge happens to have a body that SLAAAAYS.

Kaine says the real deal with Trump is ... he's obsessed with making life miserable for all immigrants -- legal and illegal -- and punishing kids, and his demand for more border security is just a guise.

President Trump got an earful in Congress -- not from an elected official -- but from an intern who yelled "F**k you!"

Tommy Lee is taking the most disgusting shot yet in the war with his son, Brandon Lee -- bitching about all the money he's spent on raising him ... including the tab for rehab.

The Motley Crue drummer says he spent $130k to get Brandon treatment, another $40k on his 21st birthday ... and $10k on his own medical bills after Brandon knocked him out earlier this year. Tommy's finishing touch -- "Son acting like a victim on social media on father's day: Priceless."

Dad's clearly still fuming over the fact Brandon posted video on Father's Day showing Tommy out cold after their fight back in March -- but Dad's tweet takes it to a really ugly level.

Brandon's never gone public with any substance abuse issues, so IF it's true ... his own father just outed him. Not to mention the whole people in glass houses thing -- Tommy's battled addiction in the past, and even gone to rehab himself.

He might have locked up Dad of the Year, though, with the last braggadocious line of his angry tweet. Mic drop? Nice touch.
