Hailey Baldwin is dunzo! Instead, Hailey Bieber is taking her place in the most meaningful way possible ... on social media.

Justin Bieber's wife just changed her Instagram handle to @HaileyBieber, a move Biebs himself put in motion. Our IG sources tell us Justin's team reached out to the platform Friday to ask about updating her account.

We're guessing Hailey's 15.3 million followers -- not to mention his 102 million -- will go berserk over this. The name change comes roughly two months after they got hitched in a super secret ceremony at an NYC courthouse.

She was already wearing the name proudly on a denim jacket Thursday night at an NYC Levi's event.

There were signs Hailey had rebranding on the brain ... because, as we reported, she filed to trademark her new name -- in case she wants to slap it on some merchandise, and also to block anyone else from doing it.

Point is ... she's becoming a true Belieber, in spirit and name.

Amanda Knox must really be into sci-fi ... 'cause her proposal had a definite theme, and a ton of production from her BF-turned-fiancé. Spoiler alert: she said yes!

New logo means big turn up ... 'cause Derek Jeter partied at one of Miami's newest hot spots to celebrate the unveiling of the Marlins' new duds Thursday night!!

D.J.'s been makin' an effort to wash the stench of losing off the Marlins since he took over the team last year ... trading star players, punting their ugly center field statue and now changing their look.

To celebrate ... Jeter grabbed (a very pregnant) Hannah Jeter and hit David Grutman's Bar Bevy for a little turn-up.

Ex-Yankees star Jorge Posada and current Miami baller Lewis Brinson were also there ... and Jeter -- who was also celebrating being Ocean Drive Magazine's new cover boy -- seemed to love it all.

Khloe Kardashian and Tristan Thompson are NOT broken up or on the rocks, contrary to reports -- but they could very well be breaking up a turkey wishbone very soon ... TMZ has learned.

Sources tell us ... rumors that Khloe and TT have split or are no longer talking in the wake of his cheating scandal are simply false -- they're still together and going strong.

We're told the reason Khloe hasn't been in Cleveland lately is that she's filming a new season of 'KUWTK.' Meanwhile, he's in the middle of his NBA season with the Cavs. Our sources say Khloe was supposed to fly out to Cleveland last week, but stayed in L.A. on account of the fires that were ravaging hers and surrounding communities.

And besides, would a couple on the verge of a split be spending time together on Thanksgiving? Probably not ... which is exactly what we're told Khloe's doing for the holiday. Sources say Khloe's going to Cleveland next week to be with Tristan and baby True as a family.

As we reported ... Khloe was at Tristan's game in Cleveland a couple weeks ago cheering him on. Her visit must've left some magic behind, 'cause Tristan's been on a tear lately. He racked up 21 rebounds in the Cavs' win over Charlotte Tuesday night.

11/15 -- Stormy Daniels has just released a statement on the incident, saying, "These are serious and obviously very troubling allegations, but right now that is all they are: allegations. We should all reserve judgement until the investigation -- an investigation Michael has said he welcomes -- is complete, and that's what I'm going to do."

She continues ... "But of course I do not condone violence against women and if these allegations prove true I will be seeking new representation."

5:50 PM PT -- Avenatti bailed out and held a brief news conference, saying, "I have never struck a woman. I will never strike a woman." He added he's looking forward to the investigation and is confident he'll be "fully exonerated."

4:50 PM PT -- Law enforcement sources tell TMZ, the LAPD has already obtained an emergency protective order, prohibiting Avenatti from going near the alleged victim. We're told they will serve him with the legal docs before he's released from custody. We're told he will be released on $50,000 bail.

4:10 PM PT -- We were initially told by our sources the alleged victim was Avenatti's estranged wife. We now know it was not. The incident involved a different woman.

Michael Avenatti, who became famous for representing Stormy Daniels in her battle with President Trump, has been arrested for felony domestic violence ... law enforcement sources tell TMZ.

Our law enforcement sources say Avenatti was arrested Wednesday after a woman filed a felony DV report. We're told her face was "swollen and bruised" with "red marks" on both cheeks.

Our sources say the alleged incident occurred Tuesday night, but there was another confrontation Wednesday between the two at an exclusive apartment building in the Century City area of L.A.

We're told Wednesday afternoon the woman was on the sidewalk on her cellphone with sunglasses covering her eyes, sobbing and screaming on the phone, "I can't believe you did this to me. I'm going to get a restraining order against you."

We're told security brought her inside the building, took her upstairs and Michael showed up 5 minutes later and ran into the building. He screamed repeatedly, "She hit me first." We're told he angrily added, "This is bulls***, this is f***ing bulls***." We're told he tried getting into the elevator but security denied him access.

Cops showed up and escorted Avenatti into a corner of the apartment lobby and spoke with him for 5 to 10 minutes and then took him into custody.

A law enforcement source says on Tuesday, Avenatti "kicked her out of the apartment" and that's when the alleged domestic violence occurred. We're told she went back to the apartment on Wednesday to retrieve her belongings and called police to stand by in case things got heated.

We're told Avenatti is currently in custody.

Aaron Rodgers and Danica Patrick are a happy, loving couple these days ... and they can thank Jim Carrey for that -- so says the ex-NASCAR driver herself.

Danica was delivering a motivational speech in North Dakota on Wednesday ... and afterward, she fielded some questions about her relationship with the Packers star QB.

One of the questions ... what was Aaron Rodgers' first line that got you to (eventually) go on a date with him?

That's when D.P. said the future Hall of Famer went straight to the "Dumb and Dumber" quote well to catch her attention.

"He was at the bar, puttin' out the vibe -- 'Dumb and Dumber,' you know?" Danica says.

"And, I remember he was doing movie lines! And, people that love movie lines, LOVE movie lines. So, I think we had a dialogue in movie lines, and I was like, 'This guy is really funny!'"

Danica says that all went down at the ESPYs back in 2012 ... and it helped lay the foundation for their future relationship, 'cause they kept in touch until they got serious about a year ago.

As for the actual first date ... Danica wasn't spillin' many beans there, but did say, "We were cooped up. We were cooped up. We weren't out in public."

In other words .... touchdown, Rodgers?!?!

Hilary Duff and baby daddy Matthew Koma are quickly getting their newborn daughter adjusted to the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

The pair was spotted out in Studio City Friday with their baby, Banks Violet Koma, running a couple of errands. Matthew gave Banks some fresh air first, carrying the infant through the parking lot before Hilary loads her into the car.

Duff announced her pregnancy with Koma back in June ... the pair had previously been off and on before Hilary confirmed the two were back together last December.

Banks was born on October 25 and, in a recent podcast interview with Dr. Berlin, Duff revealed she drank her placenta in a smoothie after the birth.

One of Dwyane Wade's Miami Heat teammates is already angling to be the godfather of the new baby -- it's Udonis Haslem ... and he's ready to kick some ass!!

As we previously reported, D-Wade and Gabrielle Union welcomed a brand new baby girl earlier this week via surrogate -- after trying to get pregnant themselves for several years.

The couple says the baby is nothing short of a "miracle" -- and they're super excited about it!

So is Haslem, who's played 15 seasons with Wade. In fact, Haslem was on the Heat when Wade was drafted back in 2003.

UH clearly thinks he's got a good shot at being named "godfather" ...
