Cardi B's got Offset under her thumb leg -- and she proudly showed that off with a newly revealed tattoo while chatting with her hubby.

Offset posted a very up-close and personal snapshot Sunday of what appears to be a Facetime convo he was having with Cardi B, in which she hoisted up her leg and showed him a tat bearing his name on the backside of her thigh. Awww? Sure, why not.

He captioned his post, "CAN'T WAIT TO GET HOME," throwing in a bunch of tongue emojis for good measure. Offset also put a tongue-out emoji over his mug.

What's interesting about the tat is that it appears to have flown under the radar until now. We already knew Cardi was covered in ink (she's got upwards of 8 documented tattoos), but it's pretty sweet she's got her husband etched in too, considering their ups and downs.

Even more cool is the fact that Offset also has himself a Cardi tat on his neck, under a pic of Buttercup from "The Powerpuff Girls." It made its debut early last year, and CB herself sure seemed to like it in a video she posted of the body art.

Looks like Cardi returned the favor between then and now. That's amore, alright.

MLB All-Star Game MVP Shane Bieber is on one helluva hot streak right now -- not only is he one of the best pitchers in all of baseball ... his girlfriend is insanely attractive!!

The Cleveland Indians ace wished his lady, Kara Kavajecz, a happy birthday on Thursday ... saying "Man ain’t she somethin?! Cheers to this beautiful birthday girl. I love you!"

Biebs and Kara celebrated the big day with a cute little pizza-making date (take note, fellas).

The couple -- who are both UC Santa Barbara alums -- took their romance to social media in December 2017 ... and they've been going strong ever since.

As for Kara ... she just turned 21, just graduated college and is dating one of the best players in baseball. So yeah, things are going well for both.

Joe Jonas and his bride, Sophie Turner, are still honeymooning under the Southern Italian sun -- and even though they're two weeks deep ... they're treating each day like it's their first.

The couple was spotted Sunday near the shores of the cliffside village of Positano -- and as they made their way down a set of stairs to board a boat ... Joe made sure to capture all the moments.

Sophie had his back too -- he was looking one way firing off shots of the coast, and she was keeping watch on the other side ... making sure he didn't miss anything. Teamwork makes the newlywed dream work!

Before their boat ride, Sophie and Joe enjoyed themselves a couple refreshing spritzers with some smooching in between. It's like they just left the altar!

The couple's been in Italy for at least 14 days now -- they got hitched in late June over in France ... and then jetted down to Italy to soak in some rays ... like just about every other famous traveler, it seems. The also-freshly-married Kat McPhee and David Foster were also honeymooning on a nearby yacht.

The real-life Peter Parker is staying true to the comics -- cuddling up with a beautiful blonde who's reminiscent of Spidey's first love, and who's also a big fan of beer!

"Spider-Man: Far From Home" star Tom Holland was spotted Sunday hanging out with a mystery chick at British Summer Time Hyde Park Festival in London, where the pair could be seen double-fisting beers and what appeared to be water cups as they went off to watch music acts. 

We're told Tom and his lady friend were spotted watching The Black Eyed Peas and Robbie Williams at different points. Based on what we see here, things seem pretty romantic between 'em.

The woman is definitely rocking a Gwen Stacy vibe, and was pretty handsy with Tommy boy ... putting her arm around his waist, and even giving him a pat on the booty. As they strolled along, they got closer and closer -- practically linking arms.

Funny enough, Tom's way more of a smooth operator here than he is on camera opposite Zendaya -- who plays MJ. As Petey P, Tom's a goofy, awkward teen navigating love. 

Here, he's more like notorious playboy Bruce Wayne (pardon the Marvel-DC crossover).

If you think you saw Vanessa Hudgens walking with Elvis Presley in L.A. Monday afternoon, you're sorta dead-on ... since her BF is about to step into the king's blue suede shoes.

The former Disney star was hand in hand with Austin Butler on the heels of the big Hollywood casting news -- he's playing Elvis in an upcoming biopic, and beat out heavy hitters like Ansel Elgort, Miles Teller and Harry Styles.

The decision to go with Austin caught some folks by surprise -- fact is, he's relatively unknown compared to his competition, but looks at these pics and it's easy to see why he was tapped for the role. Dude's got the hair and the look working!

His appearance and acting skills obviously impressed director Baz Luhrmann and co. enough to land the potentially career-changing gig.

As for Vanessa, she wrote on social media Monday that she was "OVERRRR THE F***ING MOOOOOOOOONNNNN" for her man, with whom she's been with since 2011.

BTW, just 'cause you might not have heard of Austin before today ... that doesn't mean he's a hound dog in the acting game. He's been in the biz since 2006, having appeared in numerous hit series like 'Ned's Declassified,' "Zoey 101," "Life Unexpected," "Switched at Birth," "The Carrie Diaries," "The Shannara Chronicles" and tons of other shows and movies.

Baker Mayfield and his new bride, Emily Wilkinson, just shared their wedding photos ... and it looks about as epic as you might imagine.

The Browns quarterback threw up a bunch of his favorite shots from the ceremony last week -- which went down in Malibu and featured a bunch of his teammates, including OBJ -- writing a sweet caption that read, "The Mayfields... Last week was a real life dream. Unbelievable day surrounded by family and friends. Excited to start the next chapter of our journey together @ewilkinson, love you Em Lou."

Emily and Baker got engaged last summer after first being linked in January of 2018. They were spotted out in public at a couple Clippers games together, nearly back-to-back.

The couple is enjoying their honeymoon right now at an undisclosed location. Where it is ... it looks nice as hell. It also looks like BM is getting his work in ahead of the 2019-2020 season.

Heidi Klum is a married woman, and has been for several months now ... TMZ has learned.

Heidi and Tom Kaulitz essentially pulled off a secret marriage the same way Justin and Hailey Bieber did, but looks like they were way better at keeping it under wraps.

According to a public document, the German rocker and supermodel obtained a marriage certificate, and sources familiar tell us they said their "I dos" way back in February of this year.

They were seen out on February 22 on what we thought was just a dinner date at Mr. Chow -- but now we know they were quietly celebrating becoming Mr. and Mrs. just a few hours earlier. 

BTW, that's a significant date for the couple -- Heidi's said they first met on Feb. 22, 2018.  

You'll recall ... Heidi said yes when Tom, guitarist for the band Tokio Hotel, popped the question back in December -- she posted a grinning pic of them and flaunted her engagement ring.

This is Heidi's third marriage -- after Seal and Ric Pipino -- and Tom's second. He doesn't have any kids ... of course Heidi has 4 from her previous marriages. Welcome to stepfatherhood, Tom.

Dina Lohan's done with the California man she's had an online relationship with but has never actually met, but not because of that ... it's because he's buddied up with her ex-husband.

A rep for Lindsay's mother tells TMZ ... she's called it quits -- officially this time -- with Jesse Nadler for a "myriad of reasons," but most significantly ... due to Nadler being in constant contact with Dina's ex-husband, Michael.

Dina's side says despite her having an abusive relationship with Michael, he "makes a habit of inserting himself in her life even after many years apart and remarrying" ... including getting close to Nadler.

Apparently the guys' connection was the final straw for Dina, who was already miffed at her catfish-questionable boyfriend for going to the media to air their personal biz.

Dina's rep says Jesse "became obsessed with having his name in the press and then made delusional statements of proposals, diamond rings, elaborate meet ups and breakups," adding it was all "grossly exaggerated for his personal notoriety."

As we've reported ... the couple's been on-and-off ever since Dina revealed their e-relationship on "Celebrity Big Brother" last year. It appeared to be over in April, but then Jesse claimed he bought her an engagement ring and planned to propose once they finally met. They never did.

News of another breakup came in June, but the 2 seemingly reconciled -- based on lovey-dovey social media comments -- as of just days ago.

According to Dina's rep ... there'll be no more of that, and insists the relationship between the couple was just a friendship.

Turns out Lewis Hamilton hasn't added another name to the ridiculous list of hot women he's dated, because reports he's hooking up with bikini model Zahra Elise are untrue ... so says Zahra.

Lewis has been connected to a bevy of beautiful women in the past such as Nicki Minaj, Kendall Jenner, and Nicole Scherzinger, so when outlets saw him hanging out with Zahra at Kevin Hart's 40th bday party this past weekend, they thought it was on. 

It's not on ... we spoke to Zahra, a huge model on IG with 1 million followers, and she says she's known Hamilton for years, and it was all innocent.

"Just friends, saw each other at the same party, and just decided to hang out. Nothing romantic."

As for reports they left the party together, also not true says Zahra. Saying that while they left at the same time, they did so in separate cars.

Amber Portwood's boyfriend and baby daddy wants an emergency hearing to get sole custody of their child ... according to new legal docs.

Andrew Glennon filed docs Tuesday seeking custody of their 1-year-old son, James, following Amber's arrest last weekend for domestic battery. 

We broke the story ... Portwood was arrested Friday in Indianapolis just before 6 AM. According to police, Andrew claimed she assaulted him around 2 AM during a heated argument, but more importantly, while he was holding James. 

Dispatch audio of the incident reveals Andrew claimed his and little James' lives were in danger. According to the police report we obtained, he texted an officer that very thing and added, "I need help."

The report says Andrew told cops Portwood hit him with her shoe on the right side of his neck, causing pain and abrasions. An officer saw the marks on his neck and took photos for evidence. Andrew said James was unharmed.

According to the report, Andrew told officers this was not the first time she had struck him, and added Amber threatened to physically harm him countless times.

Portwood allegedly admitted hitting her baby daddy, but said it was lightly on his shoulder -- and also claimed she only did it because he was recording her.

Amber and Andrew just had a pregnancy scare on "Teen Mom OG," and she also hinted they might soon get married.

Kendall Jenner and Lakers star Kyle Kuzma might like yacht rock, but the yacht they were on together was NOT rocking -- not from them hooking up, anyway.

Sources close to the situation tell TMZ ... those 4th of July pics of Kendall and Kyle yachting off the coast of Malibu last week were kinda deceiving. The closeup shots certainly made it seem like Kendall and Kyle were having a romantic day at sea -- but the wider shots revealed more. As you can see there were others on board. 

We're told this was a friendly outing for about 20 people, and that's it -- Kendall has not hooked into a new NBA BF on the heels of her split from Ben Simmons. The other guests were mostly Kendall's GFs, plus a few guys.

As we told you, once they got back to shore, Kuzma was spotted at a house party with Kendall. Again ... with more friends. A few days later, she was back in the ocean -- but all the way over in Greece and sans Kuzma.

Well, this about seals it ... NFL star Christian McCaffrey and model Olivia Culpo holding hands in Mexico, confirming what everyone suspected -- they're dating and they're beautiful together. 

Seriously, look at these people ... she's one of the hottest models on the planet and the Carolina Panthers running back looks like he was sculpted out of granite. It's insane.

There have been rumblings about the two getting close recently ... and we know they've been in Cabo together for the past few days -- but these are the first pics of Olivia and Christian showing affection.

27-year-old Culpo is coming off a wild breakup with 33-year-old NFL star Danny Amendola, a wide receiver for the Detroit Lions. 

Of course, Culpo was the 2012 Miss Universe winner. She was also a Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Edition model and was recently named #1 on the Maxim Hot 100 list.

Shawn Mendes and Camila Cabello are looking like they're more than just friends, cuddling together in a booth during some late-night eats ... images that will add more fuel to the dating rumor fire.

We're told Shawn and Camila hit up Kitchen24 in West Hollywood around 5 AM Sunday morning, and as you can see, they sat on the same side of the table ... ya know, the type of thing clingy couples do.

Sources close to Shawn tell TMZ ... he's not putting on a show for the cameras, and his relationship with Camila is genuine and not a publicity stunt. 

Dua Lipa and Anwar Hadid let the cat out of the bag that they're dating by snuggling at a UK festival show -- but we've learned before they cozied up to music, they played their own music.

Sources connected to the couple tell TMZ ... Anwar and Dua are, in fact, dating, and things started with a mutual appreciation of their respective musical talents. We're told Anwar had relayed he was a fan of Dua -- a friend of his sister, Gigi -- and she was actually a fan of his too.

Dua is a huge pop star, and as it turns out ... Anwar dabbles in his own tunes as well. Our sources say Dua peeped his new album, "Bleach," this year and told him she dug it.

Well, we're told things really started to snowball around early June when Anwar caught wind that Dua had broken up with her BF, and reached out to her for a date. Our sources say the 2 went out, had a good time and liked each other enough to run it back.  

After that, we're told Anwar invited Dua to his 20th birthday party around mid-June -- where eyewitnesses tell us it was obvious to everyone that something was going on between them, as they looked very much so like a romantic pair.

We're also told Dua spent several days in L.A. before flying back to London, where she lives.

Fast-forward to this past weekend in London, and we saw what we're told was a foregone conclusion ... Anwar and Dua kissing in public at the British Summer Time Hyde Park music fest.

Our sources tell us prior to linking up with Dua in the U.K., he was in France for the Maison Valentino Fashion Show ... but then immediately flew to England to be with Dua. 

So far, it's looking like a long-distance relationship -- but we're told Dua and Anwar are committed to making it work ... for now, anyway. 

Shawn Mendes and Camila Cabello are either really, really, REALLY good friends who hold hands and embrace each other in public -- or they're freakin' dating ... maybe.

The two pop stars -- who recently collabed for their new single, "Señorita" -- were spotted Sunday leaving brunch together in WeHo hand in hand, and in lockstep with one another. They were both beaming, and sure looked like boyfriend/girlfriend.

The dating rumors have been swirling for almost two weeks now -- ever since they put out their duet ... they've been seemingly inseparable, especially through the long 4th of July weekend. SM and CC were reportedly holding hands and cozying up on the holiday itself, and Camila even crashed Shawn's concert on Friday, giving him affectionate praise.

As for whether this is actually a thing or not, the two singers have been pretty tight-lipped. Camila hasn't publicly indicated a relationship one way or another, but Shawn does appear to have denied it himself. Someone asked him flat-out during a Q&A, and he shook his head "no."

Faith Evans and Stevie J are presenting a united front against all the buzz there's trouble in their marriage -- but the jury's still out based on palpable tension between them in New Orleans.

Faith and Stevie were leaving the Essence Festival Sunday when our guy asked 'em if there's really trouble in paradise ... as they approach their 1-year anniversary.

Rumors their marriage hit the rocks started swirling after the couple unfollowed each other on Instagram. Faith has since followed him back but Stevie hasn't. Adding fuel to the fire ... Stevie's cryptic string of tweets, from "Drunk people always speak their truth," and "Ones insecurities can damage them" to "All that glitters ain't gold" and "Cherish what you love just know nothing will last forever."

For what it's worth ... Faith's Instagram profile pic features the couple and Stevie's been posting videos and pics with her and praising her talent.

But, watch the video -- Stevie tries his best to show they're solid, and Faith coyly says don't believe what you hear.
