Todd Chrisley's Son Arrested on Drug Charges ... & Open Warrant for Threats

Published | Updated

"Chrisley Knows Best" star Todd Chrisley's oldest son was picked up by cops in Oklahoma on drug charges -- which led them to find he was also wanted in another state for allegedly threatening to kill his wife.

Kyle Chrisley was arrested last week and booked into Okmulgee County Jail for felony possession of methamphetamine, and was also held on an open warrant for his arrest out of Dekalb County, Georgia. It's unclear if Kyle was still behind bars as of Saturday -- the jail wouldn't confirm with us one way or another.

Regarding the allegations coming out of Georgia -- his estranged wife, Alexus Chrisley, told authorities there that Kyle made death threats against her back in January of this year.

According to the affidavit, obtained by TMZ, Alexus claimed that Kyle had threatened to kill her in a text message exchange, in which he allegedly wrote, "[N]ot before I end you. Im going to the streets I will get my s**t and take care of this problem with you because if I'm not with you nobody will be. Bye Alexus."

Per the docs, Alexus responded, "thats a threat to my life" to which he allegedly answered, "yes :Lexi it was. Goodbye." Police cited other text messages provided by Alexus which allegedly show Kyle pointing a weapon at his head, as well as drug usage.

A judge signed off on the warrant to bring him in around mid-January. Kyle shares a young daughter, Chloe, with a previous girlfriend of his, Angela Johnson, who appeared on his father's hit reality show. Kyle appeared on the USA series for only one season.

Speaking of his dad, Kyle has had a rocky relationship with Todd since at least 2014, when he publicly accused him of using Chloe for diversity ratings -- she's half black.

We got Todd around that time, and he openly told us that Kyle would undergo weekly drug testing, calling it a "necessity."

Todd has also said that Kyle suffers from bipolar disorder, and would continue to grapple with that for the rest of his life.

We've reached out to Kyle for comment, so far ... no word back.

Britney Spears Leaves Court Barefoot ... Judge Orders Expert Evaluation

Published

4:45 PM PT -- Britney and her parents agreed on one thing during the hearing. According to court docs, the judge ordered an expert evaluation.

The documents don't specify what the expert will be evaluating, but in conservatorship cases, it often involves a mental examination of the conservatee ... in this case, Britney. However, the judge says the parameters of that evaluation will be set by Jamie Spears and a court-appointed lawyer.

Additionally, we're told Britney asked the judge to allow her certain freedoms -- things she's not able to do under the conservatorship -- but the judge did not grant any of her requests.

The court's decision highlights what we've been reporting ... Britney's not doing well after her 30-day stay in a mental health facility.

3:40 PM PT -- Britney just left the courthouse in bizarre fashion ... no shoes, no socks -- barefoot. The courtroom was closed because her medical condition was discussed. Unclear so far what happened, but check back soon.

12:39 PM PT -- Several Britney fans have started to gather outside the courthouse with "Free Britney" posters and chants.

Britney Spears will make the drive from Thousand Oaks to downtown L.A. Friday ... appearing in court as her mom fights to get her medical files in what is turning into a family war.

Sources with knowledge tell us, Britney will appear with her mom, Lynne Spears, who is trying to gain access to her medical information. We're told Lynne does not want to become a co-conservator, which creates a weird legal argument ... the right to medical information but no right to act on it.

Britney's dad, Jamie Spears, has been her sole conservator for more than 11 years, and is widely credited with saving her life back in 2008, when the singer was off the rails.

As we reported, Lynne has been staying at Britney's home for more than a week. The 2 have been estranged for nearly 15 years. We're told Britney cut Lynne out of her life right after her breakup with Justin Timberlake. Over the last few months, Lynne has tried to reestablish a relationship.

TMZ has reported, Lynne became alarmed when she read various posts on social media that Jamie was allegedly forcing Britney into the mental health facility where she stayed for 30 days, and that he ordered doctors to ply her with certain drugs. FYI, Jamie does not have the power to do either.

Britney, we're told, will side with her mom in court, for obvious reasons. Jamie has imposed certain restrictions to keep her and her family safe, and Britney wants freedom ... it's what happens in most conservatorships. She's banking on Lynne easing the restrictions.

As we have reported, Britney is not doing well. The meds that stabilized her for years stopped working and doctors are still struggling to find the right combination. Multiple sources have told us she did not come out of the mental health facility in great shape and her judgment is impaired.

It's an odd ask to look at medical records when you're not part of a conservatorship. Legally speaking, Lynne's parental rights are trumped by the conservatorship, and she doesn't want to be part of it.

We'll be at the courthouse, so stay tuned.

Legends Football League Star Chugs Beer In Stands With Mom ... After Epic Game

Published

A female football player ran into the stands and chugged a beer with her mom after a Legends Football League game last Saturday night ... and the video is AWESOME!!!

LFL superstar ChrisDell "The Ferrari" Harris went off in Austin Acoustic's win over the Chicago Bliss last weekend ... and she was rewarded with a beer for her MVP performance.

But, slamming some suds by herself after the 11-carry, 115-yard, 2-TD game wasn't enough ... so she got Mom involved!!!

The clip is amazing ... Harris sprints straight from the field into the stands, runs up into the crowd and meets Mom at the top of the stairs.

After an emotional embrace ... Harris hands over the bottle -- and Mom takes a big swig!!!

Harris finishes the beer off ... and just so the fans don't feel left out -- she sprays them down with the leftovers!!!

Awesome moment for Harris ... but the Bliss players probably needed that beer more -- trying to tackle "The Ferrari" all night long must've sucked!!

Rapper Skinnyfromthe9 Handcuffed in Weed Bust ... But Gets Off Easy

Published

Skinnyfromthe9 found himself in cuffs at the end of fun night in Hollywood, but luckily ... cops cut him a break.

Video of the incident -- obtained by TMZ -- shows the rapper standing outside a white ride being detained by a police officer, then led away toward the sidewalk in handcuffs.

Law enforcement sources tell us the car was pulled over for illegal tinted windows and for not having front plates, but during the traffic stop marijuana was found out in the open in the vehicle ... so everyone was ordered out.

We're told cops asked the rapper for his ID and he didn't have it, but he informed them he was on probation and was approved to be in L.A. Once officers looked into it ... they let Skinny and his crew go.

Our law enforcement sources say everyone got a warning, but that's it. As you may know ... recreational marijuana is legal in California, but it needs to be in a sealed container in a car or locked away in the trunk.

As for why he was in Hollywood ... Skinnyfromthe9 had just come from Cardi B's booty-poppin' performance down the street for the launch of her Fashion Nova X spring-summer line collection.

Looks like he had a great time.

Dennis Rodman Accused of Clothing Heist ... Captured On Video

THE BIZARRE VIDEO

The owners of an upscale yoga studio are accusing Dennis Rodman of participating in a brazen daytime clothing heist ... and the whole bizarre thing was captured on video obtained by TMZ Sports.

Here's the deal ... the NBA Hall of Famer entered VIBES Hot Yoga in Newport Beach around 12:45 PM on Tuesday with 3 companions -- 2 women and 1 man.

Almost immediately after they arrived, things got weird -- the owner tells us Dennis began distracting employees while the woman in a long-sleeved green shirt began stuffing clothing into her purse.

At one point, the woman hides behind Rodman while she tucks a shirt away.

Then, things get weirder ...

Rodman's male companion grabs a large $2,500 crystal art piece from the front desk and tries to place it on a steel dolly, insisting he wants to buy it.

But, the guy drops the crystal -- which shatters all over the floor -- and while the staff is distracted, the woman in the green-sleeves grabs another clothing item and again stuffs it into her purse.

Eventually, the entire crew leaves the store with the shattered crystal piece on the dolly. The owner tells us everyone in the group refused to pay. Dennis actually blamed the staff for the broken crystal.

The owner tells us ... the gang left the store with more than $500 in stolen clothing, plus the broken crystal -- so they went to police and filed a theft report.

The owner also says the employees working that day say everyone in Rodman's group reeked of alcohol.

VIBES is a popular spot for the rich and famous in Newport Beach -- everyone from Selena Gomez to Kobe Bryant has been there.

We reached out to the Newport Beach PD -- but they're not commenting.

We also spoke with Rodman's attorney who told us, "We would decline comment. It's premature."

By the way, Rodman is still on probation stemming from a Jan. 2018 drunk driving incident -- so, this could become a VERY big deal for the 57-year-old.

Danica Patrick Fan Buys Her A Drink ... Right In Front Of Rodgers!

Published

Here's either the friendliest fan in Milwaukee or the bravest ... 'cause this guy bought Danica Patrick a drink Wednesday night -- directly in front of her MVP boyfriend, Aaron Rodgers!!

The mesmerizing scene all went down in the third quarter of the Bucks' playoff game against the Celtics -- when wine was delivered to the court-side area where A-Rodge and Patrick were sitting.

A fan hands off what appears to be a cup of wine to the ex-NASCAR superstar ... but when she tries to throw cash his way for the drink -- he refuses!!!

The scene set social media on fire -- mostly because it raised a BILLION questions ...

1. Was this guy shooting his shot RIGHT in front of the NFL's best QB?!

2. Exactly how much money was Patrick trying to throw the guy's way for the drink?

3. Did Rodgers react appropriately?!?!

Whatever the case was for the situation ... everybody ultimately seemed happy with it in the end.

Especially Rodgers -- a minority owner for the Bucks -- 'cause Milwaukee beat Boston and is now moving to the Eastern Conference Finals!!!

Mama June Dumped by Lawyer on Crack Case ... Says She's Gone Dark

Published | Updated

Mama June and her boyfriend are in the market for a new lawyer in their crack cocaine arrests ... 'cause the one they had is done trying to defend 'em since they won't even talk to him.

George B. Bulls II filed a request to be taken off the case, and the judge signed off on it. Bulls says ever since June and her BF, Geno Doak, were busted back in March ... he's made several attempts to contact his clients, but to no avail.

Bulls says aside from June and "Cracky Bear" NOT communicating with him ... he claims they've "failed to comply" with their attorney/client agreement.

You'll recall ... the couple was busted for possession of crack cocaine and paraphernalia -- including a needle and a pipe -- while at an Alabama gas station.

While they're not talking to their now ex-attorney, June and Geno still appear to be thick as thieves. Just a few days after their arrests ... they were trying to hit the jackpot at a casino ... and they've been spotted there multiple times since.

They're gonna need some winnings for a new retainer.

Luann de Lesseps Nailed for 2 Mimosa Violation!!! Probation Dept. Blows Whistle

Published

Luann de Lesseps admitted to downing 2 mimosas ... and that's landed her a date in court with a judge.

The 'Real Housewives of New York' star told her probation officer last week she drank "2 glasses of mimosas after a performance" in Chicago ... according to docs obtained by TMZ. That, of course, is a HUGE no-no because she's supposed to lay off booze for a year under the plea deal in her 2017 Christmas Eve bust.

The probation officer presented Luann with 2 solutions -- immediately enroll in outpatient treatment for the failed sobriety test or submit to wearing an ankle monitor. According to the NY Post, Luann refused both ... saying her schedule's too busy for treatment, and the ankle monitor was too intrusive.

As a result, she's now due in court on May 23 for a probation violation hearing.

Not coincidentally, we think, Luann was accused back in February of not taking her probation seriously.

She tells us, "I am looking forward to my day in court to present evidence clarifying these allegations."

Kim Kardashian Helped Free 17 Inmates in 90 Days ... Reuniting Them with Families

Published | Updated

Kim Kardashian is helping free inmates at an amazingly high rate, and she's been doing it rather quietly ... until now.

We've learned Kim and her legal team helped 17 prisoners gain freedom over the last 3 months or so -- each of them having served years of life sentences without parole ... for low-level drug offenses.

It's all part of the 90 Days of Freedom campaign launched by Kim's lawyer, Brittany K. Barnett, in partnership with lawyer MiAngel Cody of The Decarceration Collective. The campaign puts the First Step Act -- signed by President Trump last year -- to work for prisoners who received Draconian sentences.

Kim is footing the bill while Barnett, who also co-founded the Buried Alive advocacy group, and Cody handle the lawyering. We're told Kim's been secretly funding the campaign over the past few months.

We've known about a few cases Kim's backed -- Jeffrey Stringer in Florida, Cyntoia Brown in Tennessee, Alice Marie Johnson in Alabama -- but now we know the list is much longer.

Here are a few examples:

Jamelle Carraway is back with his family after serving 11 years of a life sentence in federal prison.

Jamelle, who was 31 when he was arrested for cocaine possession, is living and working in Illinois as he makes the slow transition back to society.

Eric Balcom is back home in Florida, and seeing his mother for the first time in 16 years after serving hard time in federal prison.

He was convicted on a drug charge when he was 29, and was sentenced to life without parole.

Terrence Byrd is finally free after spending half his life -- 25 years -- in federal prison on drug possession charges. We're told he's been reunited with his 96-year-old grandmother, the woman who raised him.

Kim, Brittany and MiAngel aren't done working miracles, either -- we're told they're on top of several more cases.

Britney Spears In Dire Shape ... According to Mom

Published | Updated

Britney Spears is in dire straits and a judge needs to protect her ... this according to Lynne Spears, who's acting quickly to make sure her own lawyer can argue her cause.

Lynne has filed new court docs, asking a judge to let her attorney appear at a court hearing Friday in Britney's conservatorship case. At the hearing, Lynne will ask the judge to order Britney's dad to include her in her daughter's treatment plan.

Jamie Spears is Britney's conservator and we know there is an extreme conflict between the 2 parents. Lynne is not asking to become a co-conservator with Jamie ... but she clearly has beef with him over the way Britney is being managed.

Lynne's lawyer says it is in Britney's best interest for her to have a voice in the situation.

As we reported, Britney is not doing well after her 30-day stay at a mental health facility. As we told you, her meds stopped working and doctors have been unable to find the right combination of drugs. As one source said, "Britney is making bad decisions and it's a problem."

Jamie has been trying to provide structure and discipline, and we're told the conflict is that he believes Lynne is way too permissive and just wants Britney to like her.

Britney Spears Mom in Conflict with Dad ... Over Singer's Treatment

Published | Updated

Britney Spears' mother has just filed legal docs asking the judge in her conservatorship case to clue her in on her daughter's medical treatment, and we've learned this is the latest move in what has become a conflict over the singer's condition.

Our Britney sources say, Lynne Spears has become upset with Britney's condition, which landed her in a mental health facility over the last month, and believes she is not getting the appropriate treatment. Jamie Spears has been Britney's conservator for more than 11 years, and is widely credited for literally saving Britney's life when she was in serious danger of dying back in 2008.

We're told Lynne read reports about Britney being held against her will and pumped with drugs she didn't want ... both, by the way, demonstrably untrue because the conservatorship does not give Jamie that power.

According to our sources, Lynne, who is best friends with the wife of Louisiana's Governor, got the help of the Governor's family to find a lawyer ... it is unclear if the lawyer who is now representing Lynne was the one recommended. But, it looks like Lynne believes some of the stories she's read and is now angling for a voice in her daughter's treatment.

Lynne is not asking to become a co-conservator, but she wants to know what's going on. Our sources say Lynne is currently in L.A. and is staying with Britney.

Fact is ... Britney is out of the facility but not doing great. She still has significant mental health issues and her meds are a work in progress.

The court hearing is Friday.

Jake Paul Woman Claims She Was Drugged ... During Desiigner's Party at Jake's House

Published

2:05 PM PT -- Jake's attorney, Larry Stein, tells us, "We take this claim very seriously, and are working with authorities to make absolutely sure we do our part to uncover the truth."

Jake Paul hosted a massive party for Desiigner's birthday, and one female guest says things got so out of control ... someone drugged her, and now cops are investigating.

Law enforcement tells TMZ ... officers were contacted Sunday about a possible case of unwillful impairment that occurred Saturday night at the YouTube star's mansion in Calabasas.

We're told cops are looking into whether the alleged victim -- a female in her early 20s -- unknowingly took something that severely impaired her. The investigation is in its early stages, and law enforcement is asking anyone with information to reach out to the L.A. County Sheriff's Department.

Important to note ... neither Jake nor Desiigner is accused of anything. We reached out to Jake's reps, but no word back.

Our sources say paramedics made multiple house calls during the party, one shortly before midnight for a sick person transported to the hospital. Another call was made for the same thing after 1 AM, and a third call happened around 3 AM for an adult who fell and got injured.

WILD TIMES

As for the party ... Jake's celebration for Desiigner's 22nd bday had a ton of celeb guests, including Chris Brown, Lamar Odom, Bella Thorne, Swae Lee, Justin Combs, Paris Brosnan, Trey Songz, Famous Dex and Cameron Dallas. The party featured live boxing matches and motorcycle stunts.

As a result ... we're told there were private ambulances and paramedics in the driveway of Jake's home, at the ready if anyone needed medical treatment. Still, the 911 calls were answered by county firefighters, not the private ones.

Additionally, sources involved tell us security at the party was supervised by a retired Sheriff's deputy, and they had 38 guards on site to check IDs.

Olivia Jade Living Her Best Life Her Parents? Not So Much!

Olivia Jade's a walking testament to what Sunday Funday looks like ... never mind her parents are engulfed in the biggest college admissions scam in American history.

We got Lori Loughlin's youngest daughter out Sunday in L.A. where she was dressed like your regular ol' college student but without the responsibilities anymore. We got her arriving at Fred Segal and took another stab at getting her take on her parents allegedly paying $500k in bribes to get her and her sis into USC under false pretenses.

But, check out the clip ... Olivia's clearly looking out for Numero Uno and her friends are there to make sure she adjusts back to her normal life amid the scandal. We've also got some pics ... showing Olivia surrounded by friends drinking what appear to be mimosas.

And, as kids do these days, they were also glued to their phones. You'll recall we also got Olivia out Friday leaving IKEA with a mystery man ... more evidence she's doing what she wanted to do in the first place -- pre-college.

As for her parents ... they're in the fight of their lives after pleading not guilty to a slew of charges.

Kim Kardashian Mission Accomplished ... Helps Free Another Inmate

Published | Updated

Kim Kardashian and her legal team have helped free another inmate serving a life sentence for a low-level drug offense ... this time in Florida.

Kim made the announcement Friday, saying a prisoner named Jeffrey Stringer would be walking free and reunited with his family soon after serving 22 years of a life sentence.

She posted this shot of Jeffrey's family members, who are clearly thrilled he's been granted a reduced sentence after more than 2 decades behind bars.

Sources connected to the case tell us Jeffrey was convicted for drug possession when he was 25, but because he had 2 drug priors ... he got life under the federal three-strikes law.

His attorney, Brittany K. Barnett -- who Kim credited for securing Jeffrey's release -- tells TMZ ... they went to court and successfully argued he should be released under the First Step Act, which President Trump signed into law last year.

Barnett, who co-founded the Buried Alive advocacy group for inmates like Jeffrey, says his "case epitomizes the catastrophic effect of 3 strikes." We're told he'll be released on Monday.

While Barnett did the lawyering, it appears Kim foot the bill. As she put it, "It gives me such joy to fund this life saving work."

As you know ... Kim's been dedicating much of her time to prison reform, helping Tennessee inmate Cyntoia Brown secure clemency, and playing a major role in freeing Alice Marie Johnson and Matthew Charles. She's even taken her cause to the Oval Office, meeting with President Trump ahead of Alice's release.

She's also studying hard to become a lawyer, and co-starring in her pal, Paris Hilton's music videos.

Busy woman.

Vince Vaughn DUI Case Dismissed ... Pleads No Contest to Reckless Driving

Published | Updated

Vince Vaughn got a good result in his DUI case ... the DUI and other charges have all been dismissed after the actor pled no contest to "wet reckless" driving.

TMZ broke the story ... Vince was arrested in Manhattan Beach, CA, back in June, after being snagged at a DUI checkpoint. Cops say he was uncooperative when officers told him and his passenger to step out of the vehicle.

Vaughn was charged with driving under the influence, driving with a .08 blood alcohol level or higher, and disobeying a police officer ... all misdemeanors.

The 3 charges were just dismissed, and Vince -- who was not in court but was represented by his lawyer, Blair Berk -- pled no contest to wet reckless -- which is a reduced charge when someone drives with alcohol in their system, but it is not a DUI.

Vaughn will pay a $390 fine -- plus various penalties which ups the payout to around $1,700 -- and he must attend an alcohol ed course, and he'll be on informal probation for 3 years.
