Kevin Hart's sex tape partner who just filed a $60 million lawsuit against him said back when the story first broke ... Kevin, like her, was a victim and she was not going to sue him.

Montia Sabbag stood by attorney Lisa Bloom's side as Bloom stated their case ... that Kevin had no idea their sexual liaison was being secretly filmed in a Las Vegas hotel suite. Bloom also made Sabbag's position clear ... she didn't want a cent from Kevin -- rather she wanted to hunt down the perpetrator and bring him to justice.

Our sources say a subsequent lawyer for Sabbag -- her third -- recently made a secret financial demand to Kevin ... asking for "low six figures," and Kevin's lawyer rejected it and didn't offer a penny.

TMZ broke the story ... that lawyer who now reps Sabbag has filed a $60 million lawsuit against Hart and J.T. Jackson -- Kevin's former friend who was arrested for and charged with extortion.

So, now Sabbag has turned on Kevin, saying he was in on it so he could get more publicity -- strange, since even back then Kevin was one of the biggest movie stars in the world and the last thing he needed was media attention over cheating.

What's more ... sources with first-hand knowledge tell TMZ, Kevin has been working with the District Attorney for 2 years on the case. It seems odd he'd be so involved if he was secretly one of the perpetrators. As one source put it, "Kevin is working with the D.A. a lot because J.T. f**ked him over."

Mama June has been indicted by a grand jury on a charge of felony drug possession stemming from her arrest earlier this year ... TMZ has confirmed.

The charge relates to the bust at an Alabama gas station, in which cops say she was in possession of crack cocaine and a glass pipe. As we reported, her boyfriend, Geno, was also arrested on drug charges ... as well as domestic violence.

The grand jury also hit June with a misdemeanor charge for paraphernalia ... her boyfriend is facing the same charges.

Mama June was not at the Alabama courthouse Friday, but her sister was with a camera crew. We're told she hoped to stage an intervention with June ... but to no avail.

As we've reported ... Mama's life has seemingly gone off the rails in the recent months. Since her March arrest ... Honey Boo Boo and the rest of the fam already had one intervention for her and begged her to go to rehab.

She didn't, and has continued to stick with Geno. June and Geno held a bizarre garage sale and gutted her Georgia home before selling it and taking off for life on the road ... in an RV.

Rihanna shined bright like a diamond at her annual gala -- the brightest in the room -- and that's saying a lot considering the shindig hosted TONS of other celebs.

Riri threw her 5th annual Diamond Ball Thursday night in NYC. The soiree benefits the Clara Lionel Foundation ... it's the name of her grandparents. The org helps impoverished communities around the world with funding for education and health.

'Late Night' host Seth Meyers hosted the event where there was no shortage of big stars ... Cardi B, Meek Mill, A$AP Rocky, Carmelo and La La Anthony just to name a few.

Some of the performers included Pharrell, DJ Khaled, G-Eazy, 2 Chainz, Fat Joe, Fabolous, A$AP Ferg and Yo Gotti. Interesting to note ... no sign of Rihanna's billionaire boyfriend.

One thing's for sure ... she knows how to throw one helluva party.

Mac Miller left behind some very valuable property, including millions of dollars in master recordings.

Mac's estate filed new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, which list some of his assets. Among them ... nearly $5 million in master recording assets, $1.5 mil in music royalties, and $180k in Mac Miller LLC.

The docs also reveal Mac had an extensive jewelry collection, which includes a $31k 18 karat Presidential bracelet, a $20k Rolex and another $14k Cuban link necklace.

He also left behind $20k in household furniture, $15k worth of electronics and a 2009 BMW 5 Series valued just over $6k.

In all, the items total around $7 million.

TMZ broke the story ... Mac died from a lethal combination of fentanyl, cocaine and alcohol on September 7, 2018. His assistant found him unresponsive on his bed in a "praying position" at his L.A. home.

Last week, charges came down against 28-year-old Cameron James Pettit, whom the feds allege supplied Mac with counterfeit oxycodone pills that contained fentanyl in a new 42-page criminal complaint out of the Central District of California.

Per the docs, prosecutors claim Mac had asked Pettit for "percs" -- short for percocet, a prescribed painkiller full of oxycodone -- and that the dealer ended up supplying the pills that contributed to Mac's accidental overdose death last year.

Fans of "Love & Hip Hop: New York" will be ecstatic to hear the show's coming back, but day-one diehards will really love the fact some season 1 faves are returning too.

You heard right ... season 10 is actually being shot right now in Brooklyn, according to our sources, and we also got word on who's been involved. The list includes some OG cast members from seasons 1, 2, 3, 4 and an assortment of new couples and exes that looks like an all-star roster:

-- Joe Budden and Cyn Santana (They're broken up now, but will be featured regardless.)

-- Juelz Santana and Kimbella Vanderhee (Kimbella was also on season 2.)

-- Yandy Smith-Harris and Juju C. (She's been there from the beginning, and Juju since season 8.)

-- Safaree and Erica Mena (They're engaged now, and Mena hasn't been on since season 8.)

Now, here are the big fish that back in the mix -- Jim Jones, Chrissy Lampkin and Somaya Reece. Sorry for those who wanted to see Cardi B back, but as we all know ... she's on to bigger things.

Felicity Huffman wants to make it clear to the judge sentencing her -- what she did in the college case didn't hurt anyone, and therefore there's no precedent to put her in prison for even a day.

Sources directly familiar with Felicity's case tell TMZ ... the "Desperate Housewives" actress and her defense team have 2 arguments for her to spend no time behind bars, despite prosecutors recommending a 1-month sentence.

We're told Felicity and co. are pointing to the Probation Department's findings that she should get as little as zero months, because nobody suffered any loss due to her actions. You'll recall, Felicity pled guilty to conspiracy charges for paying $15k to give her daughter a leg up on her college entry exam.

Obviously, Felicity agrees with that "no loss" argument put forth by the probation department. However, in new court docs obtained by TMZ, she also says the prosecution is drawing unfair comparisons between her and other defendants in the case.

According to team Felicity ... the prosecution has cited 2 dozen old cases in which prison time was often handed down to the ring leaders. Felicity says she wasn't the big fish in this scheme, and shouldn't be sentenced like one. In short, she was just a customer of Rick Singer, not a mastermind of his plot.

She cites one case the prosecution is attempting to use as precedent ... where a guy got prison time for hacking a university's system. Felicity says that's an apples to oranges comparison.

Bottom line ... Felicity is hoping the judge recognizes she didn't harm anyone -- especially because her kid didn't even end up attending college this year.

Rob Gronkowski says the 2019 Patriots are a bunch of "BEASTS" -- and he's even joking about unretiring and getting back with his squad in week 14!

The 30-year-old tight end was RAVING about his former (?) team on the way out of Barstool Sports on Monday night ... where he joked with El Pres Dave Portnoy that week 14 would be a great time to come back to the Pats!

As we previously reported, Gronk said he retired because his body was just too banged up and he wasn't having fun playing football anymore. But, he left the door open for a return if he felt good.

Fast-forward to Monday ... one day after his Pats smashed the Steelers and Gronk couldn't have been happier for New England.

"Patriots killed it last night, man!! They're a good team! They're always gonna be good man ... They got Brady, Belichick and Kraft. Never gonna beat that!"

As for Antonio Brown, it's clear Gronk thinks AB will help an already impressive offense -- "They're beasts! They're all beasts! Everyone's a beast on the Patriots, baby!"

Kevin Hart is already back on his own two feet -- but he's miles away from a full recovery ... TMZ has confirmed.

Sources connected to the comedian tell us that Kevin is, in fact, walking again -- as Tiffany Haddish mentioned Friday at the Harper's Bazaar ICONS event in NYC -- but he's not nearly as "good" as she made it seem. We're told he's walking slowly and gingerly at this point.

We're also told KH's starting physical therapy this weekend at the hospital he's currently being treated at. That's great considering he just underwent surgery days ago.

While he may be taking steps in his road to full health, make no mistake ... we're told Kevin is in excruciating pain as he heals, but that he's also maintaining a relatively positive mood.

TMZ broke the story ... Kevin was involved in a nasty car accident last weekend that sent his 1970 Plymouth Barracuda flying into a ditch off a highway in Malibu Hills. He suffered 3 spinal fractures, and went into surgery soon afterward for his back.

Chris March, a costume designer who appeared on "Project Runway" -- and dressed huge stars like Beyonce and Meryl Streep -- is dead ... TMZ has confirmed.

Sources close to Chris' family tell TMZ ... he died Thursday afternoon at 1:45 PM from a heart attack. We're told Chris had been in and out of the hospital for the last year, but the heart attack came as a surprise to doctors and relatives.

Despite his medical battles -- related to a nasty fall he suffered 2 years ago -- we're told Chris was still designing dresses until the end.

Chris was a finalist on season 4 of "Project Runway" ... he also appeared on "Project Runway All Stars" and had his own show on Bravo called "Mad Fashion." He also made cameos on "The Real Housewives of New York City" ... helping find elaborate costumes for Sonja Morgan.

Known for his avant-garde style, Chris had major A-list clients. He designed for Madonna, Lady Gaga, Jennifer Coolidge and, as we said, Bey and Streep. He was responsible for Meryl's 2010 Golden Globe and Oscars gowns.

Chris also designed costumes for Cirque du Soleil and a slew of Broadway performances.

He had struggled to fully recover from a June 2017 fall in his apartment where he'd hit his head. Chris laid there for 4 days, finally woke up and called 911 before being rushed to the hospital.

He had to be placed in a medically induced coma, and suffered organ failure ... including a collapsed lung.

Chris was 56.

The lawyer who initially represented A$AP Rocky in his Swedish assault case was shot by someone who appears to have been lying in wait for him ... TMZ has learned.

We're told Henrik Olsson Lilja was leaving his apartment building early Friday morning in downtown Stockholm when a gunman walked up to him and shot him in the head and the chest. Cops tell us the lawyer was inside the building at the time of the attack.

The gunman jumped into a waiting SUV, which then sped off.

We don't know the lawyer's condition, but we're told he actually called the police. TMZ has seen a photo of him on the street and the head injury is too gruesome to post.

The lawyer repped A$AP when he was first taken into custody after assaulting a man who was harassing him on the streets of Stockholm. Olsson Lilja was replaced before the trial began.

So far we don't know if there's any connection to Olsson Lilja's representation of A$AP.

The shooter is still at large.

Serena Williams absolutely destroyed her opponent at the U.S. Open on Tuesday ... and NO ONE was happier for her than Tiger Woods ... who was losing his mind in the stands!!

The golf legend has been a spectator at the major tournament with his GF, Erica Herman, and his 10-year-old son, Charlie, this week ... even geeking out over meeting Rafael Nadal after his match on Monday.

Serena's 44-minute-long quarterfinal match against Wang Qiang was no different ... with Woods front and center for Williams' 6-1, 6-0 dominant performance ... and giving his classic fist pump celebration during the match!!

There were other huge names in the crowd to watch Serena ball out ... from her bestie, Priyanka Chopra, to NBA commish Adam Silver to Martha Stewart and singer James Blake.

As for Serena, next up is #5 ranked Elina Svitolina in the semifinals ... and if it's anything like what we saw on Tuesday, that woman's in trouble.

We spoke briefly with Serena in NYC on Wednesday morning -- and she told us if she wins the event this year, racking up her 24th grand slam ... she'll be back next year to try and claim #25!

Our guy also wished Serena's daughter a belated happy birthday -- and Serena politely reminded us that she's a Jehovah's Witness and therefore, they don't celebrate birthdays.

R. Kelly is finally out of solitary confinement and will join the general population, even though prosecutors called BS on his isolation woes.

The singer's attorney, Steven Greenberg, tells TMZ ... Kelly was moved Tuesday and claims the singer was only kept in solitary by prison officials as a form of punishment -- due to his celebrity and the prurient nature of his alleged crimes.

Greenberg tells us that although R. Kelly will be in gen pop -- which is normally considered more dangerous, especially for high-profile inmates -- he claims there are going to be security measures in place that should keep his client safe.

We're told R. Kelly will now be allowed 10 non-attorney visits instead of the previously allowed one. He'll also have a longer leash for phone calls and emails.

Perhaps most important -- for R. Kelly it seems -- is the fresh air he'll be able to experience now with other prisoners during rec time. He'll get to hit the yard if he wants.

Now, prosecutors confirmed R. Kelly was being moved to gen pop in a court filing of their own -- but added he was only in solitary briefly and at his request.

In the docs, obtained by TMZ, state prosecutors say R. Kelly had previously asked to be placed in a secluded wing of the prison called the Special Housing Unit with no cellmates, at first. They say he eventually did get cellmates.

Bre and Johnny split up earlier this year, so you'd expect a little spreading of the wings now that she's a single woman, and she's certainly flying.

Another dog has died aboard a KLM flight ... a tragedy that's becoming far too common.

The tragic incident went down on July 26 after 9-month-old French Bulldog boarded flight KL617 from Amsterdam to Boston. The family's attorney, Evan Oshan, tells TMZ ... the family's father was shipping his 6-year-old son's dog to their home in the states. Oshan says when the boy's grandmother went to pick up the dog at the airport, officials broke the tragic news to her.

The family had a necropsy performed on Roger and according to the docs provided by Oshan, Roger died of heat exhaustion and dehydration. The cause of death is listed as respiratory distress/heat stroke. The report also says "limited panting in a stressful, hot or humid environment, combined with a lack of water, would have placed Roger at high risk for heat stroke."

The family now wants answers and has hired Oshan, who has sadly dealt with similar cases. As we first reported ... a Central Asian Shepherd was found dead back in in March in the cargo hold of a KLM flight from Amsterdam to L.A.

Oshan confronted airline officials at LAX demanding answers. At the time he got none ... but vowed to get to the bottom of it.

Kanye West's Sunday Service is on the road again ... this time he took the choir to good ol' Watts, and none other than Brad Pitt showed up to feel the good vibes.

Brad was among the large group of worshipers who surrounded Kanye and his choir Sunday in the parking lot of a church. We're told it was a spur-of-the-moment deal, and Brad's presence was a surprise to almost everyone who showed up.

Maybe it shouldn't be going forward, 'cause our sources tell us this is his second time coming.

You can see Brad rockin' his signature charcoal-colored cap. We're told the actor was mostly unbothered by fans as he blended in with the crowd. Yes, Brad Pitt can blend in in Watts.

Other VIPs for this week's Sunday Service included L.A. Reid, Adrienne Bailon, Kourtney, Khloe, Kendall and radio personality Big Boy.

Meanwhile, Kanye was doing his usual thing ... jamming out with the choir and the band on hand in the middle of the group. It looks like there was singing, dancing and, of course, a sermon was given at one point ... the whole church experience, which Ye's been taking around the country lately.

Looks like Kanye's recent Sunday Service road trip is becoming the norm. Remember, he was just in Dayton, OH last week with Kim and his kids ... where he helped Dave Chappelle put on a free concert and service for the grief-stricken community.

Wiz Khalifa had to bail on a concert on the eastern seaboard because of a bad foot injury -- specifically, he got jacked up while putting in serious work ... MMA style.

Sources connected to the Pittsburgh MC tell TMZ ... Wiz fractured his ankle Friday night during an MMA training session, which left him unable to perform during Saturday night's Hot 104.7's Hot Summer 2019 showcase in Westbrook, Maine.

He was one the headliners on the lineup -- performing alongside acts like A Boogie wit da Hoodie, Ally Brooke, YK Osiris, Big Freedia and others -- but because he couldn't make it ... DMX filled in for him last minute. Not a bad replacement.

Wiz took to social media Saturday to apologize to fans who'd purchased tickets in hopes of seeing him hit the stage, but promised he'd make it up to them in the future when he was healthy. He also made sure to thank DMX for stepping in on short notice.

If the MMA thing is catching you off guard, it shouldn't. He's been at this for at least a couple years now ... and he's absolutely taking training seriously. Just ask FOX's Jay Glazer.

Back in 2017, Wiz was filmed getting in an MMA sesh with Jay ... and the dude looks like he can absolutely throw down. He's even toyed with the idea of taking an actual fight.

What's crazy about this unfortunate setback for Wiz is that he appears to wear protective gear on his legs and ankles when he trains -- at least he did in this video here. He must've been kicking some serious ass to splinter a bone down there ... yowza. BTW, it should be noted ... we're told Wiz was NOT training with Jay in this instance.
