Bebe Rexha is thankin' the Lord for getting through her most recent performance without taking a cell phone to the face ... getting emotional onstage just days after getting clocked.

The singer bounced back to performance mode at The Fillmore in Philly Tuesday night while still donning a bandage above her eye. As the show was coming to a close, she jokingly announced, "No phones in the face, thank God."

Bebe then started one of her hits, "In the Name of Love," but doesn't get very far -- stopping after getting emotional in front of the crowd.

To be fair, it's been a wild few days for Bebe -- it was during her show Sunday night in Manhattan when a rogue phone hit her in the face, taking her to the ground.

Bebe's fans were outraged at Nicolas Malvagna, the alleged attacker -- but his lawyer Todd A Spodek told us he chucked the tech towards the singer in hopes of getting her to take a pic with it.

Looks like Bebe's doin' better -- and that's good news!

On the heels of the Bebe Rexha incident ... another performer, Ava Max, is feeling the brunt of an overzealous fan -- and this time the guy jumped right onstage with her.

The singer was doing her thing during a live show Tuesday night in L.A., when all of a sudden some clown rushed the stage and swiped at her, making contact with her forehead.

You can see he manages to slap her, even as security was dragging him off the stage -- and while Ava played it off well in the moment, she later explained she suffered an injury ... a scratch to her eye.

Of course, this follows the much uglier incident in NYC with Bebe -- where she took a harder hit from a tossed phone ... and ended up with a black eye and stitches.

That perpetrator was arrested and criminally charged -- and, for what it's worth, he's apologized.

Al Pacino's newborn son won't be pressured to follow in his famous father's footsteps ... the child's mother says the kid is free to pursue pretty much anything he wants.

We got Al's girlfriend, Noor Alfallah, Tuesday in Los Angeles and our photog asked if she's going to put their kid into acting.

Noor tells us her baby boy "can do anything he wants" ... so it sounds like he's going to have some say in his future, which is a good thing.

Al's much younger baby mama also told us she's excited for motherhood ... as we first reported, she recently gave birth to a boy they named Roman Pacino.

Of course, Al is 83 ... which means he will be 101 by the time Roman turns 18.

Mets star Edwin Diaz won't be on a mound this season, but that doesn't mean he won't still be looking fly -- TMZ Sports has learned he's just copped a sweet new necklace ... that's worth a quarter of a million dollars!!

The closer -- who's currently on New York's injured list after tearing up his knee during the World Baseball Classic back in March -- hit up Victor Rodriguez, aka Tajia Diamonds, for the piece recently ... and the jeweler just finished the product this week.

The pendant features a trumpet -- a nod to Diaz's famous "Narco" walkout song -- as well as his jersey number 39 ... and it's completely iced out.

Rodriguez tells us it has 75 cts of VS diamonds and F color stones.

As for the chain it sits on ... Rodriguez says that's decked out too -- with 100 cts of VS diamonds.

The pitcher also got a custom bracelet to go along with the drip for his neck ... and it's got his No. 39 all over it.

In total, we're told the bill came out to $250K ... but don't worry, Diaz can certainly afford it -- he just inked a five-year, $102 million contract this past offseason.

Kirk Herbstreit's son, Zak -- a junior tight end for the Ohio State Buckeyes football team -- was hospitalized Tuesday with an undisclosed health issue, the school announced.

Details surrounding the situation have not been disclosed ... but officials described Zak's condition as "stable," and said he is being monitored and evaluated at OSU's Wexner Medical Center.

The ESPN analyst spoke about the news to ABC 6 in Columbus ... saying, "His family is with him and appreciate everyone's concerns and prayers."

Zak is a third-generation Buckeye -- his dad and grandfather, Jim, were both captains for the Buckeyes. His mother, Alison, was also a cheerleader at OSU.

Zak was recently featured in a Father's Day video with his OSU teammates ... where he gave a special shout-out to his dad.

"This journey hasn't been easy for me, but you have been there every step of the way. I just want to thank you from the bottom of my heart. I love you."

Kirk responded ... saying, "Love you Zak!!! So proud of you!!"

Latto says she felt tempted to go under the knife again for another round of plastic surgery ... but convinced herself to strip weight the old-fashioned way and hire a personal trainer.

The "Put It On Da Floor" lyricist recently sat for a new interview with "Cosmopolitan" for their "Skin Issue" ... admitting her confidence in herself ultimately made her believe she could see results in the gym without going under the knife.

Latto says in the past, she got both a BBL and 360 liposuction -- which covers her entire torso -- but explained how surgery isn't a magic solution, people still have to take care of their bodies.

She says the decision to exercise with a trainer allows her to balance her workouts but still hold true to her schedule.

Rozay told the local media his father would probably still be alive had he had access to healthcare resources, and he didn't want anyone else to suffer the same fate.

Bam Margera's son Phoenix is inspiring him to detox and sober up following a psych hold ... and his estranged wife is allowing him to talk to their kid again.

Nikki Margera's attorney, David Glass, tells TMZ ... she's given the green light for Bam and Phoenix to start communicating, and they're talking over FaceTime while Bam's in rehab.

We're told Bam's FaceTime sessions with Phoenix are being modulated by one of Bam's therapists ... and, so far, things are going well.

Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ ... Bam is still in treatment at one of Lamar Odom's rehab facilities, and Nikki is not talking to him on the FaceTime calls.

"Imagine Dragons" frontman Dan Reynolds will do whatever it takes to show love to people who are battling cancer ... even if that means an impromptu performance of one of his band's biggest hits.

Dan was at a comedy show over the weekend in Hollywood with his girlfriend, Minka Kelly, when he serenaded 16-year-old cancer survivor Zoe Suder with a special tune ... and TMZ has it all on video.

Zoe's mom, Leslie, tells us her family was celebrating Zoe finishing 8 months of chemotherapy for stage 4 metastatic bone cancer -- they rented out a lounge area Friday night at the Bourbon Room on Hollywood Blvd.

During his set, comedian Anthony Jeselnik shouted out Zoe, and when Dan caught wind of their celebration ... he went over to her group and sang "Whatever It Takes."

As you can see, Dan shocked Zoe when he came over, said he was super proud of her ... and shared how he's lost friends and family to cancer.

Dan helped launch the Tyler Robinson Foundation after the Imagine Dragons super-fan passed away at 16 from a rare form of cancer. The foundation helps families who have children fighting cancer.

Zoe's got a pretty inspiring story ... she was diagnosed when she was 15, but she's beating the disease and fighting hard to get back to playing soccer, following her dream to one day play in college.

Amanda Bynes is a danger to herself and others, according to police officers who detained her over the weekend ... which means she's back on a 5150 psychiatric hold.

Our law enforcement sources tell us Amanda is the one who called LAPD Saturday morning to report a woman in distress.

TMZ broke the story ... Amanda was intercepted by LAPD officers and taken to a police station for a medical evaluation to determine if she needed further treatment.

As it turns out, it was determined Amanda needed to be brought in on a mandatory psychiatric hold -- she can be held for up to 72 hours, by law.

It's the latest stumble in the former Nickelodeon star's downward spiral ... and it's the second time this year she's been placed on a psych hold. The first instance happened in March, when she was found naked, roaming the streets of downtown Los Angeles.

Amanda was released from a mental health facility only 2 months ago, but we had heard from people close to her that she was isolated and not doing so well.

Bellator star Cris Lencioni is currently "in his biggest fight yet" after suffering cardiac arrest earlier this month ... with a family member revealing he is currently receiving treatment in the ICU.

The featherweight's relative shared the tragic news on Monday ... saying the health-related incident happened while he was training on June 8.

"As you can imagine this was completely unexpected considering he is only 28 and in peak physical condition," Angela Hibbard said on a GoFundMe page set up for Lencioni.

"We believe in the goodness of God, and we don’t know anyone with more will, strength, and determination than Cris. Cris has already overcome so much in his life, and we have faith in his ability to overcome any obstacle."

Hubbard added Lencioni is known throughout the MMA community for his positive personality and willingness to help others ... and now she is asking for financial support for his family as he deals with his medical situation.

Lencioni's wife, Marca, also provided more information ... saying those present at the time of the incident acted quickly, called 911 and catered to his needs as they waited for paramedics to arrive.

Chael Sonnen, who trains with Lencioni, tweeted about his friend on Monday ... saying, "This is a young man who prepared his whole life for a fight and it appears he just found one."

"Good Times" star and "America's Dad" John Amos doesn't want any of the money his daughter crowdfunded on his behalf ... and now her GoFundMe has been taken down.

John's daughter, Shannon Amos, had been seeking donations for medical bills and attorney fees in the name of her famous father, who she claims is fighting for his life in a hospital after falling victim to elder abuse and possible financial crimes ... all of which John has called total BS.

As we reported, Shannon started a GoFundMe with a $500,000 goal earlier this month, but it's now been wiped from the internet ... and a spokesperson for GoFundMe tells us it's because John declined the funds.

A rep for GoFundMe tells TMZ ... "Ensuring that donors’ intentions are honored is our top priority. However, upon being informed that Mr. Amos wished to decline the funds raised on his behalf, the GoFundMe was put under review by our Trust & Safety team and then removed from our platform."

Shannon's GoFundMe reportedly brought in $13,000 from 300 people before being shuttered ... and the rep says the money is being refunded to donors.

Bebe Rexha had an incredibly painful experience at her NYC concert Sunday night ... collapsing onstage after getting pelted in the head by a phone.

The singer was performing at The Rooftop at Pier 17 in Manhattan as part of her "Best F'n Night of My Life" tour when somebody tossed the phone from a packed crowd, hitting her directly in the face.

One video posted to social media shows Bebe crumbling to her knees and slumped over in pain. Her worried handlers quickly rush to her side to give her assistance.

A second clip shows Bebe holding her injured face with one hand while waving to her fans with the other as she's escorted off the stage by her crew. The audience responded by chanting her name in support.

Her fans also expressed their concern and disgust on Twitter. One wrote, "Absolutely great show ruined by a fan throwing their phone at @BebeRexha hopefully she is ok after that."

Another said in part, "We were all having a hell of a good time and so was Bebe, we were all having a blast, I mean who would even do that??? We hope you’re ok."

Reports say Bebe needed 3 stitches to close her wound.

NYPD officers responded to the scene and arrested the alleged culprit, Nicolas Malvagna, for assault. Police noted the charge was upgraded to a felony because Malvagna used the phone as a weapon.

Adele is raking in millions during her Las Vegas residency ... but she's not just growing her wealth in Sin City, she's also developed a nasty fungal skin infection.

Chatting with her fans at her show over the weekend, Adele got super personal -- telling everyone she'd recently been diagnosed with a case of good ole fashioned jock itch.

The way Adele explains it -- she wears Spanx during her shows to make sure all of her costumes fit -- combine that with the hot lights, and it's a recipe for sweat soup. The singer says she noticed the condition developing ... and was officially diagnosed with jock itch by her doctor.

In a hilariously-candid moment, she talked about her treatment for the condition, saying, "So it looks like I am an athlete basically, so I have to squirt it on myself. I don't know why the f**k I just told you that!"

Shawn Mendes is dipping his foot back into the pool of live performances ... nearly a year after pulling the plug on his tour, the singer made a surprise appearance with Ed Sheeran.

Ed's own tour stopped in Shawn's native Toronto Saturday night, and fans were thrilled to see Shawn join him to duet on Ed's track, "Lego House."

SM looked totally at ease as he harmonized with Ed, and both guys played acoustic guitars. It's exactly the kinda thing Shawn's fans have been jonesin' for since last summer.

As we reported, Shawn abruptly canceled his 2022 tour last July citing post-pandemic anxiety and mental health issues.

As he put it at the time, "The reality is I was not at all ready for how difficult touring would be after this time away. After speaking more with my team and working with an incredible group of health professionals, it has become more clear that I need to take the time I've never taken personally, to ground myself and come back stronger."

Quincy Jones suffered a medical emergency ... one serious enough that he decided he needed to be rushed to a hospital, but, luckily, it seems everything's going to be fine.

A rep for the legendary music producer tells TMZ ...  Quincy had a bad reaction to some food he ate, and out of an abundance of caution he called 911 for help.

Paramedics arrived at Quincy's L.A. home Saturday afternoon and transported him to the emergency room to get checked out.

Quincy was soon given the all-clear by doctors and released from the hospital ... his rep noted Quincy never lost consciousness and was in "great spirits" in the end.

It was a scary moment for the 28-time Grammy winner's loved ones, but, in the end, good news.
