Damon Dash $950k Child Support Tab ... To Come Out of Lee Daniels' Pocket!!!

Published | Updated

Damon Dash and his baby mamas are cutting him out of the equation when it comes to settling up his hefty child support tab -- and instead, the dough will come straight from Lee Daniels.

The hip-hop mogul had a hearing Tuesday in NYC, where he and Rachel Roy and Cindy Morales came to figure out how to square the $950k he owes them in back child support. Their settlement plan involves a previous settlement Damon reached with Daniels. Stick with us.

Lee and Dame reached a settlement earlier this year over a $5 million lawsuit Dame had filed against him. On Tuesday, Roy and Morales' attorney Donnell Suares, and Dash's attorney Natraj Bhushan informed the court the child support will come directly out of the pot of money Lee owes Damon.

The deal calls for the women to be paid in installments of several thousand dollars per quarter until the total of $950k is paid in full.

Rachel and Cindy had this idea earlier this year when they sued Lee to get direct payments.

You'll recall, just last month -- in an entirely different legal battle -- Dash cried poverty, saying in court docs he couldn't pay off a $2,400 debt. You'll recall, cops arrested Dame about 2 weeks ago over the child support. When he got out he told us he'd paid what he owed.

Seems like he didn't, but at least they've now agreed on a payment plan. They just need the judge to sign off on the deal.

Sen. Kamala Harris Drops Out of Presidential Race Julian Castro Responds

Published
UPDATE

3:12 PM PT -- Kamala Harris' sudden bowing-out from the 2020 race is getting sympathy from at least one of her former opponents thus far ... Mr. Julian Castro.

UPDATE
UPDATE

We ran into the Democratic presidential candidate in DTLA hours after Sen. Harris announced she was pulling the plug, and he tells us she's got a lot to be proud of -- 'cause he thinks she ran a great campaign. Besides that, he says they even got to bonding on the campaign trail over family and, specifically, being close to your siblings.

UPDATE

As you know ... Julian's got a twin brother, Rep. Joaquin Castro.

UPDATE

Anyway, we get to asking about billionaire Michael Bloomberg entering the race late with seemingly unlimited funds ... and whether that might start making others drop out early.

UPDATE

Check it out ... Julian's got a pretty telling answer as to who he thinks Americans want repping them on the biggest stage, and it ain't people made of just money. As for what he thinks might be next for Kamala -- he says she'll be just fine back in the U.S. Senate.

UPDATE

12:28 PM PT -- Harris just released a message to her supporters, saying her "campaign simply doesn't have the financial resources to continue."

UPDATE

Kamala Harris is no longer in the running for President of the United States -- she says she's bowing out 'cause the money ran out.

The California Senator made the announcement to her staff Tuesday and plans to release a video statement soon. She says the reason for the move -- which she calls "one of the hardest decisions of my life" -- is simple ... her campaign doesn't have the financial resources it needs to continue.

She adds that she's not a billionaire and can't fund her own campaign like some of the others, and it's become too hard to raise the money needed to compete.

The news comes on the heels of Harris canceling a high-profile fundraiser in New York for what was called a "personal matter." Sen. Harris dropping out also comes after recent polls showed she has dropped to sixth place in the Democratic primary ... even behind late entry Michael Bloomberg.

Her husband, Douglas Emhoff, tweeted a message of support as the news broke ... saying he's always got her back.

Senator Harris has had her share of highs and lows since announcing her 2020 presidential candidacy in January ... especially at the debates. A couple of her best moments include the most recent debate, when she declared "Donald Trump got punked" by North Korea.

And, back in the first debate in June, she famously went toe-to-toe with Joe Biden.

However, she also took some heat at an early debate for the way she treated fellow candidate Rep. Tulsi Gabbard.

Tulsi Kamala Anderson Cooper
SHE'S NOT IN MY LEAGUE

Just to update your scorecards ... with Kamala's departure, there are still a whopping 15 candidates left.

Alex Rodriguez Bat, Ball & Yankees Uni From 600th HR ... Hits Auction Block

Published | Updated

Alex Rodriguez is one of only 9 players ever to hit 600 home runs ... and now you can own everything short of the jockstrap A-Rod wore when he smashed the historic dinger.

Rodriguez hit his 600th career home run off Blue Jays pitcher Shaun Marcum on August 4, 2010 at Yankees Stadium in The Bronx ... making him the youngest player (35 years, 8 days) to ever reach the milestone.

Now, the Louisville Slugger bat that Rodriguez used to crush the Rawlings baseball over the center field fence is up for auction at SCP Auctions.

You can also bid on Alex's Majestic brand Yankees uniform ... as well as the 1st base bag that Rodriguez touched during his HR trot.

All of the pieces are signed by Rodriguez ... and inscribed with writing that commemorates his 600th blast.

600 home runs is a BIG DEAL ... and it put A-Rod in a super exclusive club with legends like Babe Ruth and Hank Aaron (and a few other guys you might've heard of ... Mays, Griffey Jr., Pujols, Thome, Sosa).

Rodriguez went on to hit 696 total home runs ... 4th all-time on the Major League Baseball career HR list.

Bidding ends next week ... and the bat, ball, and uniform (offered individually, not as a package) have each crossed the $10K mark already!

The auction house tells us they expect the bat to go for between $40-50K, the uniform $30-40K ... and the baseball for over $50,000.

So, be ready to write a fat check ... and good luck!

'BiP' Star Evan Bass Ordered to Pay $150k ... Over ED Clinic Ads

Published | Updated

"Bachelor in Paradise" star Evan Bass is paying to make an erectile dysfunction problem go away ... but it's got nothing to do with his performance in the bedroom.

According to new legal docs ... the 'BiP' hunk has been ordered to fork over $150,000 to the Tennessee Attorney General for allegedly making misleading claims in advertisements for an erectile dysfunction clinic he owns.

The Attorney General previously filed a complaint against Evan's Tennessee Men's Clinic, claiming it was using deceptive marketing campaigns to hawk treatments for ED, premature ejaculation and other male sexual function issues.

The AG claimed Evan's clinic misrepresented how much the treatments actually cost, how well they worked, how necessary they were and how much access patients would have to real doctors.

Evan's not admitting any wrongdoing in the scandal... but he's agreed to pay the $150k and promised not to repeat the claims to make the whole thing disappear.

Now, if curing impotence was that simple.

Mama June Hits Up Casino for Black Friday ... Just Geno, No Fam in Sight

Published | Updated

Mama June avoided Black Friday shoppers like the plague by hitting up a casino with her boyfriend ... and there were still no signs of a family reunion after Thanksgiving.

The troubled reality star -- who has apparently hit a rough patch ever since linking up with her man, Geno -- was spotted Friday night at Harrah's Cherokee Hotel and Casino in Cherokee, NC ... drink in hand and looking disheveled.

It's interesting ... the last time we saw Mama June, she was in Georgia pulling out cash at a convenience store ATM shortly before Turkey Day. Now we know where at least some of that dough went ... we're told she was hitting Harrah's slot machines pretty hard.

Mama's family is still not back in the picture for the holiday season -- but, if nothing else, she ain't broke.

As you know ... Mama and Geno have been living outta hotels since unloading her Hampton, GA home for $100,000 cash earlier this year. At one point, June was allegedly shacking up at an Alabama casino.

MAMA LIKES HER SLOTS

This is the fourth time we've seen Mama in a casino since her March arrest for crack cocaine ... and the first time her gambling itch struck in Carolina.

A lot of habits are tough to break.

Kelly Clarkson Can't Break Away from TN Mansion ... HUGE Price Drop

Published

Kelly Clarkson probably wishes her lakeside home was already gone, but it's not ... so she's making a big move to get it off the market.

The singer just slashed the price of her 20,000-square-foot mansion in Hendersonville, TN by more than a MILLION DOLLARS ... $1.25 mil to be exact.

Kelly originally listed the gorgeous 7-bedroom palace -- which she bought in 2012 -- for $8.75 mil in March 2017, but it's been relisted with a new $7.5 mil price tag.

The property sits on 4 acres right next to Old Hickory Lake ... just 25 miles from Nashville. It features a long, gated driveway that leads to a central fountain, and inside the front door is a double staircase leading to the grand foyer.

Along with the 7 beds -- including a master suite with a fireplace -- the 3-story house has 8 full bathrooms and 3 half baths. Other highlights include a saloon-themed bar with a pool table, a gym, a playroom with a ping pong table, a media room and a 2-story office ... with a private elevator.

And, that's just the inside. The backyard boasts a large saltwater pool, 2 spas, a garden, a greenhouse, a private dock and an area for outdoor dining. Of course, the home also comes with breathtaking views.

It's definitely a place fit for a queen, and for now ... it's available at a million-dollar bargain.

Tony Rock Pete Davidson's NDA is Ballsy!!! Eddie Murphy Should Do It Too

Published | Updated

Tony Rock's giving Pete Davidson mad respect for making his fans sign very pricey non-disclosure agreements to attend his shows ... something he thinks is long overdue.

We got the comedian at LAX Monday and asked about the 'SNL' star's new million-dollar NDA policy ... he's fully behind Pete, telling us it's a bold but necessary move to balance power between stand-up comics and their fans.

Tony tells us the current culture -- where people bust out their phones to record everything and post it online instantaneously -- makes it hard for comics to try out new material ... and he's praising Davidson for "having the balls" to take a stand against it.

As he puts it ... the fans have gotten away with too much for too long, and it's time for a little get-back.

Rock admits the threat of a million-dollar penalty for breaching the NDA by simply talking about Pete's content might be too much ... but ya gotta start somewhere.

Tony also suggests other comics -- including himself -- should follow Pete's lead ... especially Eddie Murphy. As you may know, the legendary comedian's set to make a return to stand-up on Netflix ... and Tony thinks the NDA is absolutely necessary for Eddie to avoid his comeback getting spoiled.

It's an interesting perspective for sure, but you have to wonder if people will really put up with strict rules like Davidson's to go see a comic perform. After all ... Pete isn't necessarily the gold standard of being a crowd-pleaser.

SFA Hero Nate Bain Thanks Fans for $150k GoFundMe ... We're Changing Lives!

Published | Updated
Nathan Bain
LOVIN' THE SUPPORT

Nate Bain says his family is absolutely STUNNED at the $150,000 in donations he's received since Stephen F. Austin State upset Duke ... and he's telling us how the money will be spent.

Of course, Bain's story went viral after the Duke game -- his family home and church in the Bahamas were destroyed in Hurricane Dorian -- and people raced to his GoFundMe to help them rebuild.

The good news ... Bain tells TMZ Sports his family home is covered by insurance, so the GoFundMe cash (currently around $150k) will be used to help the scores of people who need help the most.

"That money is to help other families within the church and on the school," Bain says ... "It's going to help a whole lot of families."

In fact, Bain had this special thank you message to everyone who contributed ...

"To those people who are watching right now or you’ll see this later, just thank you so much! You have no idea how [many] folks you’re helping. How [many] families and lives you’re gonna change ... because there’s still folks back home without constant water, without shoes, without clothes that this money is going to go towards."

"You’re making an impact inside a little kid’s life, you’re changing somebody’s life for the better. Shows there’s still great people inside this world, still humane people that are still thinking about others so I just wanna say THANK YOU! My whole country thanks those who are still contributing!"

As for the basketball team, Bain says they've become rock stars on campus since the upset -- but they're not looking to slow down any time soon!

"The whole campus has been loving on us! But, the season isn't over!"

SFA is 6-1 and taking on Arlington Baptist University on Monday night -- and after beating Duke, they're expected to win big!

Good luck!

NFL's Chad Kelly Sued Injured Von Miller's Photog ... In 2018 Attack

Published

Indianapolis Colts QB Chad Kelly is being sued by Von Miller's personal cameraman -- who claims Chad socked him in the face while drunk and high at a party in 2018 ... breaking his nose in the process.

The man behind the suit is Jackson Belcher, a videographer who's been working for Von Miller for years.

Belcher claims he was hired to cover Von's 2018 Halloween party at The Gothic Theater in Denver on Oct. 22 ... where he claims Kelly (Miller's Broncos teammate at the time) was boozing and using "recreational drugs."

In his suit, Belcher claims he went up to the 2nd floor to retrieve a camera when he was "inexplicably grabbed" by Kelly ... who was "obviously intoxicated, enraged and highly aggressive."

Belcher says Kelly punched him "directly on the bridge of his nose, causing him to fall into the group of people, and then onto a railing."

Multiple security guards raced over to restrain Kelly, according to the suit, but he kept fighting ... punching, kicking and throwing elbows at the hired muscle.

Belcher says he suffered a broken nose in the attack which required 4 surgeries to fix -- along with a head injury, concussion and physical and emotional trauma.

Later that same night, Kelly was arrested for breaking into a random person's home while dressed in his Halloween costume. He later pled guilty to 2nd-degree criminal trespass.

PLEADING HIS CASE

The Broncos cut Kelly -- but he was later picked up by the Indianapolis Colts, where he's still a backup QB.

Belcher is suing for assault, battery and more. He's demanding unspecified damages including the cost of his $14,000 camera which he claims was damaged in the attack.

We reached out to Kelly's attorney for comment -- so far, no word back.

Pablo Escobar's Bro You'll Flip Over My Folding Phone ... And the Hot Chicks!!!

Published | Updated

Pablo Escobar's brother knows how to move merchandise -- show off the goods ... and make sure to toss in a little extra eye candy. Or a lot.

The notorious Colombian kingpin's bro, Roberto, is adding to his tech portfolio by unveiling one of the world's first foldable smartphones. Based on the ad ... sexy women in lingerie will especially enjoy using it.

Escobar Folding Phone Showcase
IN THE FOLD

According to his company, Escobar Inc., the flexible screen Android easily folds out into a 7.8-inch screen tablet ... and comes with all the top-of-the-line bells and whistles.

Its name -- the Escobar Fold 1. Retail price -- $349. The company says they'll sell out quickly, because it's only producing 100,000 units to start ... so get 'em while they're hot.

Of course, the pioneering new phone comes a few months after Roberto got into a business beef with tech guru Elon Musk ... over their competing flamethrowers.

We broke the story ... Pablo's bro threatened to take legal action against Musk, claiming Elon jacked his idea after one of his engineers paid a visit to the family compound in mid-2017.

However, days later Roberto changed his tune and offered a solution to Musk -- get Trump to issue him a pardon so they can partner up ... and get into the weed biz.

Strange for sure, but if an Escobar/Musk collab ever happens ... watch out.

John Singleton Daughter Granted Monthly Allowance A Couple Thou & Then Some

Published | Updated

John Singleton's daughter will be taken care of for now in the wake of her father's passing ... while his estate figures out how to distribute his multi-million dollar fortune.

21-year-old Cleopatra Singleton -- one of the late filmmaker's seven children -- just got what she'd asked for a couple months ago ... a monthly allowance of nearly $3,000, plus a one-time payment to cover her semester abroad. A judge signed off on it just this week.

Per the order, Cleopatra will receive $2,778 a month -- as well as a one-time payout of $4,150. It's exactly what she'd requested back in September, arguing that her father had taken care of her finances while he was alive ... and she needs the dough to hold her over.

As we reported ... John's estate is estimated to be worth upwards of $35 million, which still needs to be divvied up. The estate also recently came up on an extra $500k or so.

TMZ broke the story ... John died in April after suffering a massive stroke. His mother, Shelia Ward, was put in charge of his estate.

Worth noting ... Sheila and Cleopatra have been at odds recently, so it's good to see they could come to terms on this issue.

Charlie Sheen Major League Gear Up for Grabs ... Cop Vaughn's Hat & Ball!!!

Published

The hat and actual baseball Charlie Sheen wore and threw in the hit movie, "Major League," can now be yours to own ... but you'll have to beat everyone else out for dibs.

An auction house called Lelands -- which sells off famous sports memorabilia -- is auctioning off Charlie's movie-worn gear for him -- which includes his Cleveland Indians cap, as well as CS's 101 MPH baseball that Ricky 'Wild Thing' Vaughn threw to strike out slugger Clu Haywood. It's a pretty memorable scene ... you 'memba it, right?

Funny enough, Sheen says his actual fastball on set clocked in closer to 84/85 MPH -- apparently, he was actually a pretty good ballplayer himself back in high school.

Sounds like Charlie's ready to pass the good memories from his memorabilia to someone else, explaining, "It is my hope that whoever buys the cap and ball will get as much enjoyment from them as I did all these years." He says everyone always asks to try on the hat.

For now, there are 17 bids on the cap ... with the highest offer so far coming at $4,594. The ball has 10 bids on it, and someone's willing to drop $2,357 to call it their own.

BTW, there's other items up for grabs that Charlie has personally owned ... including a watch he wore on the movie "Platoon," Don Larsen's perfect game baseball and a Babe Ruth locker tag that apparently belonged to the Great Bambino himself.

Get in on it while it's hot ... we're guessing these items will go fast.

Mohamed Hadid My Bank Account is Just Fine!!! Clarifies Bankruptcy Filing

Published | Updated

I'VE GOT 99 PROBLEMS, BUT...

Mohamed Hadid is either in denial, or splitting a very important financial hair ... when it comes to the bankruptcy docs he's filed over an infamous Bel-Air mansion project.

Gigi and Bella's pop was out in Bev Hills Saturday night when a paparazzo asked him about the news he's gone bankrupt. Mohamed seemed confused, at first, by the question. Fact is, the photog was a little off with the facts.

TMZ broke the story .. Mohamed did file bankruptcy papers last week in L.A., but it's his construction company, 901 Strada LLC, that's gone belly up ... not Mohamed, personally. Watch the video because Mohamed wants the pap -- and the world -- to know he's doing just fine.

As we reported, Hadid filed docs declaring the LLC is between $10 million and $50 million in debt. The company was building the massive Bel-Air mega-mansion, known as the Starship Enterprise, but last month a judge declared it a "clear and present danger" to the surrounding neighborhood.

The court agreed with complaints, from the city and neighbors, that the home sits on an unstable hillside and wasn't built up to safety codes. As a result, the judge says the Enterprise -- which Hadid planned to sell for $100 million -- has to be torn down.

That alone would cost his company $500k, but in the clip it doesn't sound like Mohamed's planning to move the mansion off that mountain.

Seems demolition just ain't his thing.

Steve Wynn Raiders In Vegas Best Thing To Ever Happen To City!!!

Published

Forget the all-you-can-eat buffets and strip clubs ... the best thing to EVER happen to Las Vegas is the Raiders moving to town ... so says the Sin City icon, Steve Wynn!!

Of course, the Silver and Black are building a huge, $1.84 BILLION home and moving to Nevada next season after spending the past 24 seasons in Oakland.

Wynn's heavily responsible for making Vegas what it is today with his luxury hotels like the Mirage, Bellagio and the Wynn ... but he says none of that amounts to the Raiders' impact on the city.

"Great news," Wynn told us outside Craig's in L.A. "It's gonna be great. I think it's the best thing that's happened in that town."

"I was really excited and spoke in favor of it. I think it's a great thing, can't wait for it to happen."

As for whether the athletes will be able to stay outta trouble, Wynn says that's up to the players ... but hey, after all -- it ain't called Sin City for nothin'.

Pete Davidson Wanna See My Show?!? Sign a Million Dollar NDA Then!!!

Published

Pete Davidson seems to be over chastising misbehaved crowds at his stand-up shows -- so now, he's putting his money where their mouths are with a very expensive NDA.

According to reports, the 'SNL' star has recently been having fans sign non-disclosure agreements in order to see his live shows ... one of which was put on blast by an annoyed ticket holder who posted screenshots of the alleged document that she says was emailed to her prior to the show. It was for his SF stop right before Thanksgiving.

The woman says the agreement has strict rules -- no phones inside, and no commentary about his content in any way, shape or form thereafter, especially online.

Oh, and if ya break those rules and get found out by Pete and co. ... you're subject to a million dollar fine, plus any other expenses incurred for your conduct. The document reads, "In the event of breach of this agreement, individual shall pay company, upon demand, as liquidated damages, the sum of one million dollars, plus any out of pocket expense."

It's not uncommon for comedians to demand phones be surrendered before coming into a venue that's gonna host them ... but the million-dollar NDA seems pretty over the top.

Then again ... Pete has had issues lately with stand-up gigs, whether it's for one reason or another. And on at least one occasion, he's unloaded on his audience for crappy etiquette.

Welp ... this is one sure fire way to make sure people fall in line. Put up or shut up, literally.

Leo DiCaprio Denies Funding Amazon Fires ... After Brazilian President Blames Him

Published | Updated

Leonardo DiCaprio is responding to what sounds like an outrageous accusation from Brazil's President -- that the environmentally-conscious actor paid hundreds of thousands of dollars to burn down the Amazon Forest.

President Jair Bolsonaro made the claim twice on Friday -- once on Facebook Live, and again during a political rally -- calling out Leo for funding an organization accused starting last summer's devastating fires that scorched well over 7,200 square miles of the Amazon.

The Prez was echoing the words of his own son, who on Thursday, claimed on Twitter DiCaprio donated $300,000 to “the non-governmental org." that allegedly set the fires. He also accused the World Wildlife Fund of paying for pics of the burned-out forest.

Leo released a statement saying the accused group is "working to save [Brazil's] natural and cultural heritage” ... but added he did NOT fund the organization.

Leo has, however, worked with WWF since 2010 when they joined forces to save a species of tigers that were on the brink of extinction.

It should also be noted he pledged $5 million to help fight the Amazon fires.
