Travis Scott is being sued over another incident at a concert ... he's being blamed for inciting a stampede during one of his performances at Rolling Loud.

According to the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, police told Travis to stop his 2019 gig at Rolling Loud in Miami because the crowd was getting out of control, but Travis ignored cops and instead riled up his fans even more.

A woman who says she was injured at the concert, Marchelle Love, is suing Travis and others ... claiming multiple stampedes broke out during Travis' set, resulting in folks in the crowd suffocating, losing consciousness, fighting, and being trampled.

Love claims Travis was aware and could even see people were being hurt in the stampede and did nothing to stop it. She says he ignored multiple warnings from security and police about toning down his performance, leading to a stampede where her leg was shattered in the scrum.

In the docs, she says Travis should have known better ... not only because there were other stampedes at Rolling Loud the night before, but also because his shows had a history of getting out of hand.

As you know ... Travis is also facing a ton of lawsuits for the deadly Astroworld festival, where 10 people died.

We reached out to Travis' camp ... so far no word back.

Kanye West is breaking his social media silence to let folks know what he's been cooking up ... a new design for McDonald's packaging.

That's right. Kanye posted about his new business venture, Monday, on Instagram ... after being ghosted from the platform for the last few months.

He posted a photo of the potentially new design and wrote, "Ye teams up with legendary Muji industrial designer Naoto Fukasawa to reimagine McDonald’s packaging" ... just after posting an IG story that said, "Next week it's the fries".

BTW, the fries line is an ode to Ye's verse in his song "Gold Digger" where he raps, "He got that ambition, baby, look at his eyes. This week he moppin' floors, next week it's the fries."

As we've reported, Ye was spotted out in Tokyo with his girlfriend Chaney Jones earlier this month ... so this might explain the reason for the visit.

TMZ broke the story, Kanye was suspended from Instagram back in March after his attacks on Pete Davidson, Kim Kardashian and a racist post aimed at Trevor Noah.

Baby fever is at an all-time high in the Osbourne family ... as Kelly Osbourne showed off her baby bump while attending a baby shower for another family member.

Kelly was all smiles as celebrated her brother Jack and his fiancée, Aree Gearhart, at their baby shower -- held at Ozzy and Sharon's house. Jack and Aree are expecting their first child together.

Of course, Kelly was on auntie AND soon-to-be-mommy duty ... she rocked a light pink dress and violet hair, but her growing baby bump stole the show. As we've reported, Kelly announced she was pregnant for the first time earlier this month.

She wrote on Instagram, "I know that I have been very quiet these past few months so I thought I would share with you all as to why… I am over the moon to announce that I am going to be a Mumma..."

While she didn't say who she was having a baby with, she recently told her followers she was dating Sid Wilson from "Slipknot" when she wrote, "after 23 years of friendship I can’t believe where we have ended up! You are my best friend, my soulmate and I am so deeply in love with you Sidney George Wilson."

Freddie Gibbs knows he's swimming in dangerous waters sometimes -- when it comes to stirring up feuds in hip hop -- but he's openly choosing to go that route ... a statement that turned out to be pretty prophetic.

Gangsta Gibbs is set to be the first guest on the Paramount+ series “ Yo! MTV Raps” which premieres on Tuesday, May 24, via the streaming service.

When asked by hosts Conceited and DJ Diamond Kuts about the nature of his constant Internet beefs -- which most recently include DJ Akademiks and Gunna -- Freddie admitted he loves hip hop pundits, and the hijinks of trash-talking … claiming no one was going to get hurt or get punched.

Mind you, this interview was shot a couple weeks ago ... before Freddie got into that real-life Royal Rumble in Buffalo!!! Soooo, his prediction of no one getting hurt was a bit off the mark.

TMZ broke the story … Freddie was eating at Dinosaur Bar-B-Que in Benny The Butcher’s hood when all-out chaos ensued and what seems like 20 or so people joined the melee.

Freddie got lumped up pretty good, but still managed to perform that evening to keep his Space Rabbit Tour going strong.

Fetty Wap is counting his lucky stars this morning ... after a mid-air power failure turned his flight into a nightmare.

The "Trap Queen" rapper hinted on his Instagram stories he was coming off a successful show in Charleston, SC when he shared a pretty scary video as the aircraft he was riding outta town was left in virtual darkness.

After surviving the blackout -- he says they got on a different flight -- Fetty made a Tesla joke to lighten the mood, referring to airline staff saying they needed to "plug-in" the plane to make repairs.

Following a successful landing, Fetty went out of his way to thank his well-wishers and shame a troll who predicted he'd die in the plane crash.

Fetty’s latest travel woes come after he and his legal team fought in court for him to even be allowed to tour following his arrest on federal drug charges.

Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker celebrated one of their first dances together as a couple with a little help from one of the best voices in the world ... Andrea Bocelli.

The Italian tenor treated the Barkers to a rendition of "Can't Help Falling in Love" while the couple danced together on stage. Not only were guests treated to Andrea, his son, Matteo, was also invited to perform. The two performed several songs.

And of course, in true Kravis fashion, they shared a long kiss while Andrea belted out the tune.

As we reported, Kourtney and Travis had their ceremony at the Dolce & Gabbana estate in Portofino Sunday -- complete with a private boat ride for guests to the venue. From there, it was party time at Castello Brown, a 13th-century military lookout the couple rented out.

The wedding day was among 4 days of celebration for the newly married couple over in Italy. Our sources say only a very limited number of family and close friends were invited to attend -- including Kourtney's sisters and Travis' bandmates -- including Mark Hoppus and MGK.

Gunna could be looking at a long time behind bars before his trial, a judge just denied the rapper bond and set his trial date for January 2023.

Gunna was in Fulton County Court in Georgia Monday where a judge ruled he be held without bond ... meaning it's possible he could sit in a cell for the next 6 months.

Prosecutors argued Gunna is one of the shot callers for the "YSL Gang" — the 28-member group that stands accused of being responsible for "50 murders" — and can command the troops to commit violence on demand.

According to Billboard reporter Jewel Wicker, Gunna's trial won't happen until January 2023. It's possible his legal team can try again for bond, but things are looking tough. He plead not guilty to all alleged involvement in the RICO charges.

Travis Barker did NOT hurl a homophobic slur when he was getting pranked on Ashton Kutcher's old MTV show ... so says the actor from a resurfaced clip that's stirring up controversy.

Here's the deal ... Kourtney Kardashian's husband is getting slammed online by folks who claim he used the f-word in an old clip from "Punk'd."

In the resurfaced clip, Travis is having dinner with Shanna Moakler when an actor posing as a waiter comes to the table and starts flirting with her, pretending they used to date.

Travis gets pissed and tells the server, "Yeah, she usually dates (bleep)" ... and it sets off a heated confrontation, with the waiter saying he didn't appreciate the term.

There's online speculation the MTV show bleeped out a slur ... but the actor playing the waiter in the episode, Ahmed Ahmed, tells us that's not the case. Instead, he says Travis exclaimed, "f***ing a**holes."

Ahmed says the Blink-182 drummer was totally cool once Ashton came out and let him know he was being pranked.

For those who might not buy Ahmed's story ... he doubts Travis would have signed the release forms allowing the clip to air on TV if he had actually said what people are accusing him of saying.

One of Kurt Cobain's most famed guitars is officially in the hands of a new owner, but it wasn't acquired without a king's ransom -- the instrument ended up going for 7 figures.

You'll definitely recognize this one ... it's the blue 1969 Fender Mustang featured in Nirvana's "Smells Like Teen Spirit" music video, which was also used during recording sessions for the band's "Nevermind" and "In Utero" albums -- so the high price tag of $4.5 million should be no surprise.

Sasha Banks was living it up with Steve Aoki at a concert this past weekend ... after being suspended by WWE for refusing to wrestle and walking out of "Monday Night Raw."

The WWE superstar clearly looked unbothered on stage with the famous DJ, as the two partied hard with Snoop Dogg's son, Cordell Broadus, in front of a packed crowd.

In the clip, Sasha is right in the mix behind Steve, who had the building jumping when he started playing Lil Nas X's and Jack Harlow's "INDUSTRY BABY" track.

As we previously reported, Sasha Banks and her tag team partner, Naomi, were suspended by WWE on Friday for abandoning Monday's show and skipping out on their match.

Smackdown announcer Michael Cole informed the audience during the telecast that both women were out indefinitely and effectively stripped of their tag team titles.

Sasha's appearance on stage at Steve's concert is the first time she was seen at such a large venue since WWE announced the ban.

Kim Kardashian took to the streets of Portofino, Italy Sunday ... and she was like a Pied Piper.

Kim strolled through the streets with North and Penelope, with an entourage -- including her glam team -- and bodyguards in tow. It's pretty clear ... Italians are at the very least curious about the big fuss over the Kardashians.

What we don't know ... is it possible Pete will jump on a plane and make it in time for the nuptials? He signed off 'SNL' for good Saturday night, and he could have jetted off in the middle of the night ... but we don't know.

Kourtney and Travis' ceremony will go down in a pretty spectacular castle.

Rick Ross's Georgia estate looks more like 5 different dealerships on one lot -- because his first annual Car and Bike Show is underway ... and it's a who's-who of automobiles.

The hip-hop mogul is hosting the debut event Saturday, and he's been documenting all the goings-on on his social media ... right from the crack of dawn, when preparations were getting underway and sweet luxury rides were being rolled in one by one.

As the day crept on, more and more people started showing up ... along with their novelty whips, including classic 20th century cars, low riders, monster trucks, Jeeps and just about everything in between. This is in addition to what RR himself was bringing to the table.

We won't list everything he's got in his own garage ... but safe to say, a lot of what you're seeing here is Renzel's, and his selection runs the gamut for gear heads everywhere.

This is essentially an expo right there in Fayetteville ... and it's all happening on Rick's massive property, which is part ranch and part compound. He's got acres of land to spare, and it looks like he's putting all of that space to good use -- there appears to be several dozens of vehicles strewn about the grounds, and just as many people (if not more).

He told us this past week on 'TMZ Live' that he would even be looking to buy some stuff that caught his eye ... and we imagine he's been busy scoping out the hardware being trotted in.

Or course, there's a competition element to this as well ... and if you peep Rick's IG Story ... you'll see he's already dishing out some iced-out chains as rewards for the best showcases.

Looks like a good ass time, and considering just how massive of a turnout it conjured ... something tells us this will be a sure thing year after year, and may even grow. Shoot, the guy is liable to get some sponsorship looks ... because all kinds of wheels on display here.

Flavor Flav is making monthly child support payments for his 3-year-old son, but he's still got a pretty big balance owed to his baby mama.

According to legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Flav found out in 2019, shortly after little Jordan was born, that he was the dad, with the help of a DNA test.

Fast forward to 2021 ... Flav and the baby's mother, Kate Gammell -- his former manager -- were hashing out a child support agreement and agreed he would pay $3,000 a month going forward. No problem here .... Flav's been making the monthly payments.

Thing is ... by the time he started paying, Jordan was already 2 years old, and Kate had incurred various expenses, including medical, that she wanted Flav to pay. As part of the child support agreement, Flav said he would pay the baby's expenses for the first 2 years, totaling $78,704.

He was supposed to make his first payment of the $78k last month, but according to Kate's family, the deadline came and went and she didn't get the loot.

Flav tells TMZ ... he fully intends to pay the $78k, and is working with an accountant to straighten out his finances. Flav makes it clear ... he's making the $3,000 monthly child support payments. He's also paying down her $100,000 in attorney's fees -- he's paid $40k already.

FF adds ... he's doing his very best to provide for and be there for the son he loves.

Rolando "Rollie" Romero will have the Royal Badness on his side when he faces Gervonta Davis next weekend ... 'cause the boxer just copped some "Purple Rain" boxing shoes -- complete with a portrait of Prince!!

TMZ Sports has learned ... the 14-0 boxer hit up Houston artist Aztek Kustoms to get custom-made kicks for his WBA lightweight title match against Tank.

Now, Rollie is a HUGE Prince fan ... so it was only right to pay homage to one of the greatest musicians of all time during the huge event -- and, what better song than "Purple Rain"?!?

Aztek used extra rhinestones and bright colors to create the "Purple Rain" theme ... and Prince's iconic symbol and portrait are etched on the sides of the shoes.

We're told it took eight hours to complete ... and Aztek is super hyped to see the 26-year-old wear 'em in the ring at the Barclays Center in New York on May 28.

"It's pretty exciting," Aztek said. "it'll be my first pair of shoes being worn in a major fight!"

This ain't the first time Rollie got customs kicks featuring Prince ... last year, Aztek painted the cover of the 1984 song, "Erotic City", on his Air Force 1s.

Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker are living it up in Portofino, Italy, ahead of their ceremonial wedding, aka wedding ceremony #3!

The already-married couple couldn't keep their hands off each other -- or their tongues -- as they strolled the streets of the scenic city.

Kourt and Trav took her son Reign for a stroll Saturday morning, ahead of the nuptials which appear to be going down this weekend at an amazing castle ... probably Saturday night.

Kim Kardashian showed up legally blonde and her daughter North was right there, along for the ride.

Lest we forget Kylie Jenner and Khloe Kardashian ... Kylie is on mommy duty as she holds on tight to daughter Stormi as they jump on a boat with the rest of the fam.

They're yachting it over there -- on a $60M boat -- as Kendall and most of the brood celebrate onboard.

As we reported, Scott Disick was not invited to the ceremony and so far we haven't seen any sign of Rob.

Wedding #3 won't sufficiently do it. We're told there'll be another shindig -- a BIG one -- once they all return to the States. It'll be for friends and fam. The question -- will Scott be invited and if so will he show?

Peacock's new series, "Angelyne" was a complete fail at capturing the L.A. icon, and it did not do her life's work justice, at all ... at least that's the real Angelyne's review.

The Los Angeles billboard queen tells TMZ ... it was painful to watch someone try to be her, and adds Emmy Rossum -- the series' star -- was way off in her portrayal. Angelyne went so far as to call the performance unprofessional.

She says she had little to no involvement with the show.

Angelyne did speak to Emmy and granted permission to use her copyrights for music, artwork and billboards. At first, she thought it was a good idea, but later regretted it, calling it a "blonde moment".

Angelyne says she was the original influencer to inspire folks like Kim K and Paris Hilton ... and the show misses the mark, by having an actress pretending to be an influencer. She says, the actress is the complete opposite of her, and it comes off almost like a parody.

We should note, she says she doesn't think anyone can truly play her -- so, it's less of a personal jab at Emmy, and more about putting ANY actress in the role.

On the upside, it gave her the opportunity to create her own movie -- which she says, will premiere this summer and show the 'real Angelyne,' from her own experiences, not just a made-up story.
