Jim Harbaugh wants a Tom Brady statue at Michigan ... and he wants it built NOW!!!

The UM coach was talking Super Bowl on his podcast, "Attack Each Day: The Harbaughs' Podcast," when he revealed TB12 is so great ... he needs a sculpture on campus.

In fact ... Jim says Tom has proved so much in his 19-year NFL career -- the university should now be OBLIGATED to immortalize him!!!

"Tom Brady -- greatest of all time -- and he's lapped the field in football. He's lapped the field."

"You're synonymous now with Babe Ruth, with Michael Jordan. The university that he attended should build a statue."

The only question left for Jim? Where to put it.

Harbaugh, his dad Jack and UM Director of Recruiting Matt Dudek had the debate ... and seems they're settling on somewhere near Michigan Stadium.

It's interesting ... 'cause when Tom was at Michigan -- a whole lotta fans thought Drew Henson shoulda been the starter during Brady's time as signal-caller.

But hey, nobody remembers that now, right?!?!

Good ... 'cause Antonio Brown took on a park full of children Thursday -- AND GOT DESTROYED!!!

It all went down at the Boys & Girls Club of Santa Monica ... where the Steelers receiver decided to pop by for some talks, laughs and competition.

AB spoke with the kids in a classroom -- one of his powerpoint slides read, "Shared Goals! Shared Victory!" -- and then he posed for some pics.

But then, they all went out to the blacktop ... and it was game on.

Brown decided to go one vs. everyone -- and seemed like he might hold his own.

But, the kids started firing away ... and yeah, it wasn't long before AB was relegated to the sidelines.

Julian Edelman parted with his legendary playoff face warmer this week -- and the person wielding the shears was none other than Ellen DeGeneres!

The New England Patriots superstar grabbed the Vince Lombardi Trophy and dropped by Ellen's show to talk about being named the MVP of the Super Bowl ... when things got a little hairy.

Ellen revealed a pop-up barbershop on her set, sat Jules in the chair and got her trim on ... and she actually did a pretty good job!

Edelman had been growing out the face fuzz as a thing pro athletes do in the playoffs -- and if you know anything about pro athletes, they're VERY into superstition.

In Edelman's case ... it worked (it also helped that his QB is Tom Brady).

Oh, also ... turns out Edelman's pretty good looking under all those whiskers.

Wanna see a very scary NFL star mocking President Trump? Well, here ya go ...

James Harrison -- the monster pass rusher who played with the Patriots last year -- says the thought of his former team visiting the White House is hilarious ... and he's pointing to that burger debacle with Clemson.

Remember, when Clemson won the National Championship in January, Trump treated the players to cold hamburgers and pizza from his favorite fast food joints ... including McDonald's, Burger King and Domino's.

So, we asked Harrison if he had any inside info on if the Patriots would be visiting Trump to celebrate the Super Bowl ... and out came the jokes!!!

"They got some Carl's Jr. waiting on them I think," Harrison goofed.

"I don't know what [Trump's] gonna do for them. He did McDonald's for them other boys or something right? Or Burger King?!"

"They might get some Burger King, they can have it their way then!"

Harrison says he doesn't really think the White House visit is a big deal -- he had 2 opportunities to go during his career with the Pittsburgh Steelers and passed both times.

"Once when Obama was in (2009). Once when Bush was in (2006). I just didn't feel the need to go."

"It wasn't gonna make or break my day if I went to the White House. It was another house."

Cordarrelle Patterson is so grateful Tom Brady got him a Super Bowl ring -- he got the QB a thank-you gift ... a diamond TB12 chain!!!

Patterson just joined the Patriots this season after spending some tough years with the Minnesota Vikings and the Oakland Raiders.

So, when Brady took Patterson to the promised land ... the WR/RB went straight to his favorite bling beast, Al the Jeweler, to whip up a custom "TB12" chain for his QB.

We're told the piece is made with hundreds of diamonds and set Patterson back thousands of dollars. But don't freak, dude's in the middle of an $8.5 million contract.

Brady thanked Patterson for the kind gesture on Instagram Thursday morning ... saying his daughter, Vivian, already loves it!!!

Al's huge among NFLers -- he's made sick pieces for superstars like Stefon Diggs, Jarvis Landry and a bunch more. Now, he can add TB12 (who is rarely spotted wearin' ice) to his list!!!

Cam Newton and Odell Beckham teamed up Wednesday night ... for fashion!!

The superstar quarterback and the All-Pro receiver hit Harlem's Fashion Row Special Event during New York Fashion Week on Wednesday ... and yeah, they looked as swaggy as ever.

Cam donned a tan trench coat, a black hat, sunglasses and a bandana ... while Odell killed it in what appears to be a fit inspired by Dwayne Johnson's infamous fanny pack pic (sans fanny pack).

We know what you're thinking ... but this ain't a preview of a possible NFL trade -- both guys are locked into long-term deals with the Panthers and Giants.

So, enjoy the two greats in the same room together while you can!!

Tom Brady's not giving up any clues as to whether he'll visit President Trump at the White House with his teammates ... not any verbal clues, anyway.

A reporter from NBC asked Brady point blank Thursday morning if he plans to go to DC. Tom paused, looked at the crowd gathered at a Gillette event and simply said, "Next question."

So, if Tommy Terrific isn't gonna say anything ... his body language might have. He definitely seemed frustrated by the reporter's question -- even though he had to know it was coming.

Remember, Tom passed on the White House visit back in 2017 after he and Trump -- who were previously famous buddies -- had a falling out.

Back then, Brady's wife, Gisele Bundchen, was very vocal about her dislike of Trump and his policies. Brady even admitted after the 2016 election that Gisele had put the kibosh on his politics talk.

Although Brady didn't answer today ... sources tell us Gisele's position, if anything, has hardened against Trump since 2017.

We think you just saw the end result of that position -- Tommy ain't talking.

4:00 PM PT -- Beers wasn't Gronk's only enemy at the parade ... TMZ Sports has video of the tight end trying to catch a football with his face ... and it didn't work out well.

Rob Gronkowski paid the price for partying at the Patriots' parade Tuesday ... WITH HIS BEAUTIFUL FACE!!!

The tight end says while he was celebrating New England's Super Bowl title ... some people tossed a bunch of booze at his duck boat -- and a full beer can caught him near his eye!!!

Gronk -- who was speaking with Jimmy Fallon on Wednesday's 'The Tonight Show' -- says the aftermath wasn't pretty ... "I was bleeding all over on the parade on the duck boat."

In fact, the beer shot rattled the dude so much ... Rob says his dad had to step in to block other flying objects while his son recovered!!!

Good news for Gronk and Pats fans ... he says he's fine now -- nothing but a scratch.

As for the hits Gronk took during the Super Bowl -- Rob seemed more concerned about those ... saying he actually had to cancel his initial appearance on Fallon 'cause he was so banged up.

Vince Young says he's taking "full responsibility" for his drunk driving arrest this week -- and it sounds like he's about to check into rehab to clean himself up.

TMZ Sports broke the story ... the former NFL star was arrested around 4 AM in Fort Bend County, Texas early Monday morning. It's the 2nd time the 35-year-old quarterback has been arrested for drunk driving.

Young broke his silence on the situation Wednesday night -- saying, "I deeply apologize for letting my family, my friends and my fans down.

"With the help of God and my loved ones, I am going to take aggressive actions to make sure this never happens again. I take full responsibility for my actions."

While he didn't specifically say "rehab" -- seems that (or some kind of alcohol treatment) is the plan here.

Kyler Murray will be a GREAT NFL quarterback if he picks football over baseball ... so says Warren Moon, who tells TMZ Sports, "He'll just transition right into the NFL game."

But, most reports have Murray leaning toward entering the NFL draft and actually playing for the team that picks him... and Moon tells us whatever team that is will be getting a future star.

"The game has changed and it's right up his alley," Moon says.

"They're doing the things that he did in college, and because they're doing those things, he'll just transition right into the NFL game."

Some draft experts disagree, saying Kyler's too small -- dude IS just 5'10", 190ish pounds ... but Moon doesn't see that as a problem for the ex-Sooners QB.

"He makes it happen. So, that's all that really matters."

Beware NFC East ... the Baton Rouge blur known as Derrius Guice is BACK, 'cause the Redskins star just posted a video of him running hard AND FAST on his surgically repaired knee.

Guice -- one of the greatest backs in SEC history while at LSU -- tore his ACL in the 1st quarter of his 1st NFL preseason game after being drafted in the 2nd round by Washington, missing all of '18.

Kid looks like he's A-okay now though, just posting a video of him running full speed with both resistance and no resistance, absolutely killing both sprints.

Guice was supposed to be a huge part of Washington's offense this year, with many expecting him to push Saquon Barkley as the best running back in the rookie class.

Antonio Brown says his baby mama is a liar who's caused "irreparable harm" to their daughter by falsely accusing him of domestic violence ... and says he's now seeking full custody of the kid.

TMZ Sports spoke with Brown's attorney, Darren Heitner, who says the allegation that Brown shoved his 30-year-old baby mama during a January altercation is completely false ... despite what the woman initially told cops.

As we previously reported, the woman told police she had been at Brown's home on January 17 to drop off their daughter ... and that's when things went sideways.

Brown's attorney claims the NFL star is concerned with the woman's behavior and decision to include the child in the police report ... so now he'll fight for full custody of their child.

"The complainant unnecessarily involved my client’s minor child in her false reporting, causing irreparable harm to a minor child," Heitner says.

"Therefore, Antonio Brown’s family law attorney, Jaclyn Soroka, Esq. will be filing an action with the Court today, seeking full legal custody of his child accordingly."

More info in the Antonio Brown police investigation ... the NFL star's baby mama initially told cops he pushed her during a heated argument -- but then tried to get police to "cancel" her report.

It's all laid out in documents obtained by TMZ Sports ... a woman who has a child with Brown went to the Hollywood Police Dept. in Florida on January 18 to report a domestic violence incident that took place on Jan. 17.

The woman initially told cops she went to Brown's home to drop off their daughter and get reimbursement for the daughter's recent hair appointment.

The woman claimed Brown tried to kick her off the property -- and an argument ensued, with Brown ultimately using both hands to push her out of the doorway, "causing [her] to fall backwards to the ground."

The woman told police she suffered a scraped wrist as a result of the incident. Cops say they noticed the scrape and photographed the injury.

Cops say they gave the woman a domestic violence brochure and information on how to obtain a restraining order.

But, a short time later, the woman had a change of heart -- telling another officer she "wished to cancel her report" because she did NOT want to press charges against Brown.

Cops say the woman admitted she stood in the doorway of Brown's home and refused to let him close the door -- it seems like she was almost taking the blame for the incident.

After cops told her they could not "cancel" the report, she became irate and left ... according to the documents.

Brown's attorney previously told us the NFL star denies all allegations of wrongdoing -- calling them "baseless and false."

Here's 53 people who definitely don't think Super Bowl LIII was boring -- the New England Patriots players who rewatched the game Tuesday night while partying at a Boston nightclub.

Fresh off the debaucherous, shirtless, booze-filled parade earlier in the day ... Gronk and the Pats hit up Bijou nightclub to keep the party going.

There were sparklers and ring cutouts, Meek Mill and Rick Ross songs blarin' ... and good ole SB53 rollin' on the TVs. Always fun to watch the Rams crap the bed, right?

Other players at the shindig included Jeremy Hill, Elandon Roberts and Brandon King.

No sign of Tom Brady ... but let's be real, he's 41 years old and probably pooped. He gets a pass.

If Todd Gurley REALLY is hiding a secret injury -- you couldn't tell by the way he was cruising out of a hot L.A. nightclub early Wednesday morning.

The L.A. Rams superstar seemed to be in a good mood on his way out of 1 OAK on Sunset Blvd. in West Hollywood just after 2 AM ... strutting to a waiting SUV without the slightest appearance of a limp.

And, with all sorts of conspiracy theories surrounding Todd -- we asked the running back straight-up if he was hiding an injury in the NFL postseason.

Just on Tuesday, "Inside the NFL" star James Brown suggested there was more going on behind the scenes than we know ... but Gurley wasn't in the mood to go down that road.

Of course, Gurley was KILLIN' IT during the regular season and was making a real push to be the NFL's MVP -- but he tailed off in the playoffs and was a non-factor in the Super Bowl ... leaving many asking, "What's wrong with Todd?"

After the game, Gurley insisted he's not hurt -- and coach Sean McVay said the same thing -- but not everyone is buying their story.
