We got the most decorated Olympic sprinter ever out in NYC this week ... and now that he's retired, we had to ask -- would he be up for an NFL career??

The 33-year-old said yes ... but on one condition -- it's gotta be either with New England or Green Bay!!

"If the Patriots or Aaron Rodgers call me," Bolt says ... "If they call me, I'm ready!"

Think it's crazy?? It ain't ... the former fastest man in the world actually once got offers from NFL teams to tryout for a roster spot back in 2016, but he famously declined.

But, now that the whole track thing isn't in the picture ... seems he's up to give it a shot!!

Myles Garrett was one cool hombre after getting sucker punched in the face by a fan in the street -- which you can clearly see here in the body cam footage and 911 call on the day of.

TMZ Sports obtained the footage from the scene after the Browns defensive end had been socked by a dude in the streets of Cleveland, and it's clear he wasn't rattled or even all that injured. Myles just wanted it taken care of, so he filed the necessary report.

In the body cam footage from the responding officers, you see Myles explain what exactly happened. From his words, it sounds like a dude -- whom cops later ID'd as a suspect named Richard Perez based on license plate info -- tricked Myles into a street side photo-op.

Myles tells the officers that he was in the middle lane on the phone with someone, when he noticed somebody in another vehicle next to him waving their phone at him in what he took as wanting to take a pic with him.

He eventually obliged once he was done with his own phone convo. Myles says he cracked his window just enough so the man could get a clear shot, but as soon as he did the man snapped away

We also got a hold of the 911 call Myles placed right afterward, and again ... the guy sounds stoic and matter-of-factly. A testament to his toughness for sure ... we doubt most folks in that sitch would be nearly as collected as Myles is here in both scenarios.

Malcolm Jenkins is clapping back at Orlando Scandrick ... callin' BS on his former teammate's criticism of him -- saying straight-up Scandrick is a "motherf**ker!"

If you missed it, Scandrick was picked up by the Eagles a few weeks ago ... but his tenure crashed and burned this week when Philly cut him after its epic loss to the Dallas Cowboys.

OS went on FS1's "Undisputed" on Friday to explain what went wrong ... and one of Scandrick's biggest gripes with the Eagles was with Jenkins -- a team captain.

Scandrick said Jenkins was a selfish player who had ZERO accountability for when he screwed up big plays ... and ripped him apart on the show with Skip Bayless.

"I think when you wear a 'C' on your jersey, it's your job to bring guys along," Scandrick said of Jenkins. "It's your job."

Scandrick also blasted the team's locker room and called out several other players ... and when media got around to asking Jenkins about the comments -- he was PISSED!!!!

"Look, I really give two s**ts about people that ain't here," Jenkins said.

Malcolm went on to insist he's actually a GREAT teammate ... and added he's glad Scandrick got cut because, "For us to move on as a team, we can't have motherf**kers like that in the room."

Worst QB sneak ever?

A 33-year-old man was arrested at the New England Patriots Hall of Fame exhibit Thursday after cops say he tried to smuggle a Tom Brady jersey out under his shirt.

The TB12 jersey was part of a locker room display -- and officials say it's valued around $10,000. There are reports the jersey was signed and game-used, but Patriots officials tell us that's NOT TRUE. It was just a display jersey.

Well, Zanini Cineus apparently wanted it for himself and allegedly tried to stuff the uniform under his shirt -- along with a glove from the exhibit -- and make a break for it.

But, officials say he SLIPPED during the attempted theft ... which alerted cops to his actions ... and they swarmed in to make the bust.

Cops say Cineus was WEARING the stolen jersey under his jacket when they found him.

Cineus was charged with larceny -- but pled not guilty ... although he reportedly admitted taking the jersey to officials and local reporters.

Of course, it's not the first time someone swiped a Tom Brady jersey ... Mauricio Ortega jacked Tom's game-worn jersey after Super Bowl 51 in 2017.

Antonio Brown is making his return!!!

... to another courthouse -- 'cause the NFL star has just agreed to retake his deposition in his condo-trashing lawsuit on Dec. 12, after the first one ended in complete disaster.

Remember, AB -- who's been teamless since his release from the Patriots last month -- is being sued for allegedly trashing his fancy Miami-area condo last year.

But, during his first deposition in the case last month ... the attorneys for the place -- The Mansions at Acqualina -- say he was a complete monster during the proceedings.

In court docs, they allege Brown showed up late ... "chanted over and over" during questioning -- and was overall "defiant" and "profane."

They also allege AB inexplicably left the depo early ... saying out of nowhere he gave them a 5-minute countdown and walked out of the office building long before the meeting was scheduled to end.

Opposing counsel demanded the judge order AB to sit for a second depo -- but before the matter went before the court, Brown's team agreed to the request.

They even set a date and location ... Dec. 12 (during the NFL's Week 12) at the Dade County Courthouse.

In fact, Brown's hearing is slated for just hours before the Jets kick off against the Ravens on "Thursday Night Football."

NFL defensive lineman Malik McDowell just pled guilty to charges in his violent cop fighting case ... but there's a chance he won't spend any more time behind bars.

McDowell -- a 2017 Seattle Seahawks second-round pick -- was busted back in February in Lathrup Village, Mich. after a traffic stop turned with a cop turned violent.

McDowell was pulled over at a gas station after cops say he was speeding and driving recklessly ... but when he refused to cooperate with one of the officer's commands, a brawl ensued inside the convenience store.

You can see in video, obtained by TMZ Sports ... McDowell roughed up the officer to the point where the cop was forced to tase him ... but even that didn't stop the 6'6", 300-pound D-lineman.

Eventually, more officers arrived on scene to help subdue McDowell ... and ultimately, Malik was arrested.

The 23-year-old was hit with a slew of charges for the incident ... including felony assaulting and resisting and misdemeanor operating while intoxicated.

To make matters worse for the guy ... he ended up getting arrested a SECOND time in April after Michigan cops suspected him of stealing a $75,000 2019 Ford F-150 Raptor.

He was eventually charged with felony receiving and concealing stolen property in that case.

But, according to court records, McDowell pled "guilty as charged" in both cases at a hearing Wednesday.

It's unclear what McDowell's punishment will be for the pleas ... but a rep for the Oakland County Prosecutor's Office tells us a diversion program instead of jail time IS on the table.

McDowell is due for a sentencing hearing in court later next month.

Julian Edelman ain't going to love this ...

Patriots DB Devin McCourty just threw some hilarious shade at the New England star ... saying Jules is now no longer the best-throwing wideout on the team!

And, why? McCourty tells TMZ Sports that honor belongs to his former Rutgers teammate Mohamed Sanu after New England just made the trade for him!!!

"I always tell Jules playing quarterback at Kent State is not much of an accomplishment," McCourty says, "because Sanu actually played quarterback my senior year in the Wildcat!"

If you're unfamiliar, Edelman has been the darling of Pats trick plays for years now ... using his college QB training to post a few passing TDs for New England since 2014.

But, McCourty says Edelman might have to compete with Sanu for future gadget plays ... 'cause he says the newly acquired WR has a stronger arm than even Tom Brady!!!

"If we need it, Josh McDaniels is always drawing something up," McCourty says. "I think Mo's QBR is really high, so, we can definitely use that in the offense."

FYI, McCourty ain't lying  ... Sanu -- who played with Devin for 1 year at Rutgers in 2009 -- has 7 career NFL completions for FOUR TDs on just EIGHT passing attempts!!

Philadelphia Eagles defensive tackle Fletcher Cox grabbed a shotgun to to scare off a man trying to enter his home last week ... and it seems the suspect was pissed about a woman.

According to court documents obtained by Action News in Philly, a man identified as Corbyn Nyemah arrived to Cox's home -- baseball bat in hand -- looking for his ex-girlfriend, who he believed was inside.

Nyemah allegedly used the bat to attack the woman's car -- and also threw rocks at Cox's front door. Cox says the man tried to force his way into the home multiple times, so he grabbed his shotgun and called police.

Nyemah fled the scene in a Porsche SUV and led cops on a wild chase through town -- but once officials were able to identify the suspect, they stopped pursuit to avoid a dangerous situation. Nyemah was arrested at a later date by U.S. Marshals and is now facing criminal charges.

Action News tracked down Nyemah at his home -- and reportedly fessed up to most of the allegations against him.

He's due in court later this month.

Nyemah's ex-girlfriend has since obtained a restraining order against the suspect.

It's not the first time Cox has been caught up in a love triangle -- he was previously sued by a man who claims Cox hooked up with his wife while they were still together.

The man went after Cox for alienation of affection, claiming the NFL star is essentially a homewrecker.

Antonio Brown got "FREEEE" from the Raiders ... and now he's trying to get "FREEEE" from his awesome Oakland pad ... listing the Bay Area home for $3.3 million!!!

Of course, AB's time in the Silver and Black lasted a whoppin' 181 days ... but prior to all the drama during that short time, Brown bought the Alamo home earlier this year.

Now, the NFL superstar has listed the pad through listing agent Maria Afzal and Next Move.

The 4,199 square-foot crib has 6 beds, 5.5 bathrooms, a master suite with a huge walk-in closet and a marble bathroom ... as well as a big patio with a huge pool and hot tub.

The backyard is where AB's infamous celebration went down after the Raiders released him ... so if you wanna channel your inner Antonio Brown, all you gotta do is cough up $3,375,000!!!

Brown briefly switched coasts to play for the Patriots for one game ... before eventually going without a team for the rest of the season (so far).

As we previously reported ... Brown is also parting ways with his Pittsburgh mansion (which is listed at $2.3 million) ... so there's a lot of AB property on the market right now.

Sorry, Patrick Mahomes and Tom Brady ... you are both NOT the top QB in the NFL -- so says Marquez Valdes-Scantling, who tells TMZ Sports Aaron Rodgers is that man!!

"His talent level is just unheard of," the wide receiver says.

Of course, MVS is biased ... Rodgers is the only NFL QB he's ever caught passes from -- but the Pack's new star says he's had that opinion since BEFORE Green Bay drafted him in 2018.

"The way he can make throws from positions that you've never even seen before is just uncanny," Valdes-Scantling says ... "It's crazy."

Rodgers is coming off the best game of his career Sunday against Oakland -- 6 total TDs and a perfect 158.3 passer rating -- so it ain't exactly easy to argue with Marquez.

As for the guys catching balls from Rodgers this season ... Valdes-Scantling is high on those dudes as well, telling us he thinks the Packers' WR group is one of the best in the league.

NFL Hall of Famer Willie Brown -- one of the greatest cornerbacks of all time -- has died at 78, Raiders officials confirm.

Brown was a MONSTER on the field during his illustrious 15-year NFL career -- winning 3 Super Bowls and making 4 Pro Bowls in addition to making the AFL All-Star team 5 times!

Brown boasted 54 career interceptions -- 39 of them with the Oakland Raiders. He's currently the co-owner of the Raiders franchise record holder for INTs.

His career path was unusual ... Brown was a stud at Grambling State but was NOT drafted. So, he signed as a free agent with the Houston Oilers in 1963 but was cut during training camp.

He later signed with the Denver Broncos of the AFL, where he became a star -- only to be traded to Oakland in 1967, where he played until he retired in 1978.

Brown played in 3 Super Bowls with the Raiders -- XI, XV and XVIII -- and at one time, held the record for the longest Super Bowl interception with a 75-yard return in XI.

James Harrison later broke the record with a 100-yard return in Super Bowl XLIII.

After his NFL playing career, Brown became a defensive back coach with the Raiders from 1979 to 1988.

Brown was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 1984, his first year of eligibility.

He's survived by his wife and 3 children.

Cops in Buffalo have opened an investigation into Miami Dolphins player Bobby McCain ... after a fan claims the defensive back spit on him Sunday after losing to the Bills.

28-year-old fan Dylan Wentland told the Associated Press the alleged incident happened as McCain headed to the team locker room following the 31-21 loss.

Wentland claimed he had several verbal altercations with the player before the game after McCain threatened to spit on a 13-year-old fan for calling him "irrelevant."

The Erie County Sheriff's Office has confirmed they're working with the NFL to investigate the alleged incident. Officials are currently in the process of obtaining security footage to see if the alleged loogie attack was caught on video.

And, get this, McCain just issued a statement addressing the allegations -- and he's not exactly denying it!!!

"I regret the incident that happened with me and the fan yesterday after the game," McCain said."

"I wish I would've handled myself better. I spoke with Coach Flores today. We're on the same page. We're looking forward to Pittsburgh and going through preparation."

How are Cowboys backup offensive linemen celebrating their big win over the Eagles???

SHIRTLESS UNDIES DANCING, BABY!!!

Dallas beat the hell out of Philadelphia in an absolute must-win game Sunday night ... and for the party Monday, their backup center, Joe Looney, got graphic.

The big fella -- measuring in at 6'3", 315 pounds -- stripped off his shirt AND his pants ... and gave us all a pose-off and a jig that were truly epic.

Looney's known as the team's class clown ... and his Monday victory vid definitely didn't do a damn thing to dispute that!!!

Of course, Looney and the 'Boys have every reason to celebrate ... their win over the Eagles puts them at 4-3 and in sole possession of first place in the NFC East.

It's a bye for the Cowboys next week ... but they meet the Giants on "Monday Night Football" in their next contest on Nov. 4.

So, what's Joe got planned for that Tuesday if Dallas comes down with another W???

Kareem Hunt's 8-game suspension is ALMOST up -- and Monday morning, the Browns running back was back on the practice field getting hugs from his teammates.

Check out Baker Mayfield greeting Hunt with open arms as he gets ready to make his 2019 debut on Nov. 10 against the Buffalo Bills. Seems most of his teammates are stoked for Hunt to get back to action.

Remember, the NFL handed down an 8-game suspension in March following 2 violent off-field incidents ... including an altercation with a woman at a Cleveland hotel in Feb. 2018.

But now, he's been cleared to participate in team activities -- which is why he was at the Browns practice facility Monday morning.

On the field, 24-year-old Hunt is a BEAST -- and was a huge part of the KC Chiefs offense the past 2 years.

The Chiefs cut Hunt in November after TMZ Sports posted video of the hotel altercation -- and the Browns snatched him up a few months later.

Hunt has said he's working on becoming a better person through counseling, alcohol and anger management and religion -- and Browns honchos have publicly supported him along the way.

Back in May, head coach Freddie Kitchens said Hunt is "always gonna have our support."

But, let's get serious, the REAL reason the Browns are excited to have Hunt back is because they're 2-4 and desperately in need of a spark.

Stefon Diggs was one happy man on Sunday -- he and his team beat the Lions at home ... all while wearing a pair of cleats that the Clown Prince of Gotham would greatly approve of.

The Vikings wide receiver turned heads out at Ford Field, not just because he was playing like a stud -- 7 catches and 142 yards by the end -- but probably more for his footwear ... a pair of custom "Joker" cleats,  with Joaquin Phoenix's mug painted on the side.

There was also a recurring theme from the hit movie written in as well ... "Put On a Happy Face."

What makes these Adidas even cooler is the fact that Stefon had them colored in to match the Joker's actual costume from the flick -- when he finally transforms, that is.

BTW, Stefon has a bit of a history of rockin' pimped out cleats -- literally wearing themes from Starbucks to-go cups to SpongeBob memes and almost everything in between. Props to his cleat guy ... always up to date on the latest trends, and with a nice touch.
