Blake Shelton is stepping away from the coach's chair ... he says the upcoming season of "The Voice" will be his last.

Blake made the announcement Tuesday, explaining he's been wrestling with the idea of leaving the singing competition show for a while now.

As one of the longest-tenured coaches, Blake says his 12 years on the NBC show have been a hell of a ride, and he's thanking everyone who had a hand in pulling off the twice-a-week live show.

Blake says he's made lifelong bonds with tons of folks on the show, including wife Gwen Stefani and host Carson Daly.

BS is also giving a shoutout to all the singers who have appeared on "The Voice" during his 12 years, especially those who picked him to be their coach.

Blake ends by saying the show wouldn't be what it is today without the fans.

No word on who will replace Blake as a coach.

Swatch, the fabulous dog known for his hard work on "Project Runway," has died.

The pup's owner, Eric Sauma, tells TMZ ... the Boston Terrier passed away over the weekend, going peacefully in his sleep. Eric's parents went to go wake Swatch up for breakfast, but he already crossed the rainbow bridge.

We're told he made it to the end of his breed's lifespan, dying at 15 & a half years old -- slightly older for his breed.

Eric says the last few months were rough for Swatch ... his hips were starting to go, and he became blind by the end.

Fans of the show remember Swatch as a furry icon, serving as the mascot of Mood Fabrics, where the designers on the series get their intricate needs met. The terrier would often greet the contestants, or just take a snooze during times of intense panic.

The show's currently taping its 20th season, and Eric says his team is working on a memorial ... noting there are discussions about highlighting him on the show, but that's still TBD.

He tells us they're going to cremate Swatch and build a shrine at Mood Fabrics HQ in New York City, where fans can visit him.

'Teen Mom' star Leah Messer and her fiancé Jaylan Mobley are no more ... ending their relationship two months after getting engaged.

The two tell us, "While the last year has been tremendously exciting for both of us, we’ve realized that it’s best we walk separate paths. We are so grateful for the lessons, growth, and memories we’ve had in this relationship. So many of you have watched our love story unfold, and we hope that you’ll continue to watch our stories while we move forward as friends."

They continue, "We will forever have love and respect for each other, and we ask for privacy as we refocus and transition out of this chapter together."

Leah and Jaylan announced their engagement back in August, he proposed on the beach, and in an Instagram post, wrote, "Two souls, one heart. It's official."

Khloe Kardashian just revealed a recent skin cancer scare ... which resulted in a tumor being removed from her face.

Khloe got candid about the health issue Tuesday on social media, saying she went to the doctor for a biopsy after noticing a small bump on her face that remained there for 7 months.

First, Khloe says a dermatologist examined her face, and then she had two biopsies resulting in doctors telling her she needed an immediate operation to remove a tumor from her face.

Khloe says Beverly Hills surgeon Dr. Garth Fisher performed the operation, and she says everything appears fine now and she's healing.

Sources close to Khloe tell TMZ the first biopsy revealed melanoma, and docs couldn't believe the results, so a second biopsy was performed. We're told after the tumor was removed it was tested and it revealed precancerous melanoma.

Khloe says she's sharing her cancer scare to encourage folks to get their skin checked frequently, pointing out she always wears sunscreen and still had an issue.

Our sources say if Khloe didn't get her face checked out, the tumor could've turned into full-blown cancer, though it's impossible to predict when that would have happened.

Kim Kardashian is opening her wallet to pay for heightened security at her kids' private school ... all because Kanye West has blasted the name of the school to the world, creating a heightened security risk.

Ye has been on a tear, trying to get their 4 kids to enroll at his Donda Academy. He's been Instagramming the name of the school where the kids are currently enrolled, and that means any random person now knows exactly where the school is located.

And there's more ... Kanye's made a lot of people angry over the last week, wearing his "White Lives Matter" shirt. Kanye even made an incendiary comment about school shootings, attacking Boosie Badazz who called him out over the shirt.

Ye wrote on Insta, "DON'T SPEAK ON ME LIL BOOSIE SPEAK TO ME YEAH LITTLE NERD ASS ME COME SMACK ME OR COME SHOOT ME IM THE ONE THAT GOT BULLIED BY THE ENTIRE BLACK CELEBRITY COMMUNITY NO IM BACK TO SHOOT THE SCHOOL UP."

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... the school recently hired additional security as an extra precaution, and Kim is footing the bill. We're told the increased security presence isn't because Kanye himself poses a threat, but there's concern someone could see his messages about the school and show up on campus ... posing a risk to students.

Kanye has been putting a full-court press on Kim to enroll the kids at Donda. Kim has resisted, in no small part because it's not an accredited school. A recent Rolling Stone story said Donda offers, "Parkour classes, a cone of silence, and a principal with no apparent formal teaching experience."

NeNe Leakes' 23-year-old son is lucky to be alive after a frightening medical emergency sent him to the hospital, and on a long road to recovery.

Sources with direct knowledge tell us Brentt Leakes was in Atlanta earlier this month when he suffered both a heart attack and a stroke. Luckily, we're told Brentt was quickly transported to a local hospital for medical attention.

Our sources say while Brentt was hospitalized for several days, he's now out and rehabbing ... and everyone is hopeful he will make a full recovery.

It was last year when NeNe's husband, Gregg, who is also Brentt's father died after a long battle with cancer. Brentt was featured on 'Real Housewives of Atlanta' throughout NeNe's time on the show with his brother Bryson.

NeNe has not yet publicly commented on her son's situation.

'Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' star Kathy Hilton claims everything is good between her and her sister Kyle Richards after their massive drama following the show's reunion taping ... but her social media activity might tell a different story.

Kathy was at the Beverly Hilton Saturday night, attending the Carousel of Hope Ball with her husband, Rick, and while fans were jumping at the opportunity to snap a pic, the tension between her and her sister was on other people's minds.

She's asked if everything's okay with Kyle -- Kathy quickly replies, "Yeah that's my sister, I love her."

Looks like a sign they might be working the drama out, but their comments online paint a different picture -- one where Kathy asks why her sis is crying, calling it "cruel and disgusting." Kyle coldly responded, "I don't think you want me to explain why."

As we reported, production sources told us the 2 are hardly on speaking terms after last month's reunion taping ... with only a few texts exchanged between them since.

"Shahs of Sunset" star Mike Shouhed is no longer facing a domestic violence charge for allegedly roughing up his fiancée ... that is, if he follows through with a few classes, including a gun safety course.

According to court documents, Mike cut a deal with prosecutors that got a slew of misdemeanor charges dismissed from his domestic violence arrest. Most notably, domestic violence, battery and unlawfully attempting to dissuade a witness were all dropped.

Per the docs, prosecutors agreed to let Mike enter into a diversion program to close out his case -- meaning he won't have to plead to any charges as long as he successfully completes the terms of the program.

Mike agreed to take anger management and parenting classes, along with performing community service and completing a gun safety course.

Mike was also facing a handful of weapons charges -- including criminal storage of a loaded firearm and possession of an assault weapon -- so another condition is he's now barred from owning or possessing any weapons during the 2-year diversion program.

As we reported ... Mike was arrested back in March for allegedly getting physical with a woman during a fight, who was later identified as his fiancée, Paulina Ben-Cohen.

Mike and Paulina, who have been engaged since 2021, went to Los Cabos for a getaway only a few weeks after his arrest ... with Mike showing tons of affection to Paulina's kids during a day on the beach.

Mike's attorney, George Mgdesyan, tells TMZ, "In this case, the DA didn’t bring this case because they saw the facts like I did. If this case was brought to trial, the prosecution would not be able to prove it. All my client’s guns were legal, in his bedroom that was locked with a keypad. No one was allowed in the master bedroom."

He continues, "It was unfortunate that there was one weapon registered to my client before laws changed, and it was a technical violation. However, the City Attorney’s Office charged him with gun charges. In light of the offer, he was not convicted and will earn a dismissal that’s in his best interest because the domestic violence charges were dismissed. If the domestic violence charges were not dismissed, we would proceed to trial. It was a no brainer."

Kim Kardashian, Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck were among the mourners at a socialite's funeral, and one thing that's hard to ignore ... funeral fashion.

It was actually a Celebration of Life for J.R. Ridinger, a 63-year-old Miami socialite and co-founder of Market America. He died from a pulmonary embolism about a month ago while sailing in Croatia on his yacht.

At the event, held at Faena Forum in Miami Saturday night, Kim was dressed to the 9's in a Balenciaga gown with matching bag and shades.

J Lo and Ben were more traditional, arriving with interlocking hands and her 13-year-old child Emme in tow.

J Lo actually performed ... taking the mic with Alicia Keys playing the piano as they sang.

"Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" stars and sisters Kathy Hilton & Kyle Richards may have an irreparable break in their already fractured relationship ... we've learned they're now hardly on speaking terms.

Production sources tell TMZ ... the only communication Kathy and Kyle have had since last month's reunion taping is through texts, and only a few. In the past, they've made amends with each other after a fight, but this one feels different and way more personal.

Fans of the show know things got super intense recently when Lisa Rinna went after Kathy like a heat-seeking missile, calling her out for badmouthing the entire cast, including Kyle and her family.

This was all a buildup to the reunion show, where people on set tell TMZ ... it was painful to watch Kyle and Kathy come face-to-face. What they did and said to each other both on and off camera was "so shocking it was hard to watch."

The endgame of these reunion shows is to bring everyone on the cast together so things can restart for the next season. The opposite happened this time around.

One production source says Kathy "unraveled" after walking on the set ... and it tore Kyle apart. At one point Kyle walked off the set ... clearly emotionally distraught after exchanging really harsh words with her sister.

If you're a fan, you know Kathy became unhinged during a trip to Aspen, and that seemed to sever her relationship with most of the women, including Kyle.

What's unclear ... if Kathy will return for the next season.

Talk about kickin' a simple claw machine up a notch ... the premiere party for "Bling Empire" had a real, eye-turning game that you'd be a fool not to press your luck on!

Folks at the shindig tell TMZ ... Christine Chiu, one of the cast members on the Netflix series, held the bash Wednesday night at the Pendry in WeHo to celebrate the show's 3rd season.

There were awesome gifts and activities for guests -- but nothing topped the arcade machine filled with some serious bling.

The claw machine featured real diamonds and other goodies ... including Dunamis diamond watches for men and women, as well as tokens up to $1,500 that can be cashed in at Jason of Beverly Hills.

FYI -- Jason of BH has made some sweet jewelry in the past, including the official Super Bowl rings for the LA Rams, as well as NBA Championship rings.

The claw machine carried a total value of $150K ... obviously, it had security around it to keep the goods safe.

Kim Kardashian's new podcast, "The System," is under attack by 2 siblings who survived a brutal crime, claiming podcast producers never reached out to them about the project ... a claim creators behind the pod are denying.

"The System" dives into the story of convicted murderer Kevin Keith -- a man Kim believes is innocent. Quanita and Quentin Reeves, who were shot during the alleged crime when they were just kids, say they were never given a heads-up about the podcast until its release.

Quentin told Daily Mail, "She did not contact us, not one time. Why aren't they contacting the victims?" They also claim Keith is guilty of the crime, saying they saw him do it.

A statement to TMZ on behalf of Tenderfoot TV & Big City TV, states, "The production team of The System made multiple attempts to reach out to the Reeves siblings. At the time, they decided not to share their story and requested we no longer contact them."

Kim Kardashian is still showin' support for her kids while Kanye West appears to be at war on social media ... carrying out soccer mom duties at her son's game in the midst of the drama.

Kim whipped out a folding chair, some sunglasses and a jersey for Saint's soccer game in Los Angeles Wednesday ... parking herself front row as his #1 fan.

The outfit's interesting -- she's got Yeezy slides on, and paired it with an Adidas jersey ... as we reported, Kanye's partnership with that brand was apparently placed "under review" Thursday, in the wake of his controversial "White Lives Matter" fashion statement.

Doesn't look like anything's gonna slow Kim down from giving her kids the support they deserve, even if Kanye's pointing the blame back at her on social media.

For those unaware, Ye echoed his complaints about Kim's "secret" birthday party for their daughter, Chicago, earlier this year as he faces cancel culture for his 'WLM' apparel.

Kourtney Kardashian's got beef with "The Kardashians" producers who ignored her direction, and chose to focus on the wrong reality, in her eyes -- highlighting Scott Disick's reaction to her engagement, instead of her actual engagement.

She spoke her truth on Amanda Hirsch's "Not Skinny But Not Fat" podcast ... saying the show's focus on Scott during her "fairy tale" marriage proposal from Travis Barker was something she wasn't cool with.

Kourt says she gave notes to production about how to rework the episodes as she watched them -- notes that were never addressed, according to her.

She also says she has no clue if Scott will ever return to the series.

What's interesting here is Kourtney's saying even on reality TV, there are often at least 2 realities -- so, even though it's a "slice of life" ... it's not necessarily the slice she's living.

In fact, she's admitting they're kinda conditioned to this problem -- Kourt said she didn't initially have issues with the edits because she's so used to producers opting for messy drama.

It obviously bothered her over time, though ... believing the rest of the family wasn't getting edited the same way she was. 🤔

As we reported, Kourtney also reflected on her disconnect from Khloe ... who she says has now bonded more with Kim over their pregnancies.

Kourtney Kardashian feels a distinct separation from her sister Khloe -- with whom she was once thick as thieves -- and she attributes the change to Khloe bonding with Kim over pregnancies.

Kourt reflected on her family relations on Tuesday's episode of Amanda Hirsch's "Not Skinny But Not Fat" podcast ... saying Khloe got really close to Kim while pregnant with True Thompson in 2018 -- Kim had her 3rd child via surrogate that same year.

She admits she wasn't thrilled with their reality show around that time, too -- partially because of her 2 sisters "ganging up" on her from time to time. She believes a lot of the things she and Khloe used to do to Kim, they started turning on her, instead.

As petty as this all sounds, Kourtney took it very seriously -- she says therapy made her more self-aware and sensitive, and she admits things got too intense at one point ... referring to her physical fight with Kim during the premiere of 'KUWTK's 18th season.

Even if love is blind, that doesn't mean it'll last ... that's the case for "Love Is Blind" costars Iyanna McNeely and Jarrette Jones, who are -- you guessed it -- getting divorced.

The couple was one of just 2 pairings to get hitched on the latest season of Netflix's hit dating show ... but alas, Iyanna's filed for divorce in Illinois.

According to her docs, obtained by TMZ, she's citing irreconcilable differences ... and their divorce is playing out in Cook County -- both of them live in the Chicago area.

In the docs, Iyanna says she and Jarrette have already agreed to a "global settlement" that addresses support and asset allocation issues, so she's looking for the judge to enforce that deal.

While this might be a surprise for some ... Iyanna had already telegraphed this was coming earlier in the summer. Back in August, she announced she and Jarrette were calling it quits ... saying they were at different places in their lives post-'LIB.'

Iyanna actually took Jarrette's last name, so it's possible she'll be looking to reclaim her maiden name after the divorce.

Their journey on the show was, at times, filled with suggestions that their lifestyles simply didn't mesh. Jarrette was depicted as a bit of a party boy who loved his video games and the bachelor life -- while Iyanna was more of a homebody.

They worked it out in the end and said "I Do" on camera -- but just like their costars/fellow contestants Danielle Ruhl and Nick Thompson ... this thing ain't actually going the distance.
