Sean Penn sure looks like a man about town lately -- he was making out with one actress earlier this summer, and now ... he's on to the next, and that'd be Nathalie Kelley.

The actor was in Miami this weekend for Art Basel, and on Saturday ... he and the 'Dynasty' star hit up South Beach together hand-in-hand and in lockstep, where they certainly looked like a full-blown couple.

They were both smiling ear to ear and at one point ... NK even rubbed Sean's muscle-y arms. They'd been seen grabbing lunch before this, but it was unclear if it was romantic.

Now, there's no doubt ... they're definitely an item, and Sean appears to have moved on.

Of course, we're referring to Ukrainian actress Olga Korotyayeva -- with whom he'd been in a relationship with earlier this year. They went to Saint Tropez together, and there too they were showing major PDA ... smooching in the street, and him putting his arm around her.

No word on what happened between then and now, but Sean's got his eye on Nathalie here. Remember, these latest dating moments for Sean come on the heels of his 3rd divorce.

He'd married Australian actress Leila George back in 2020 during the pandemic -- this after dating for about 4 years -- but called it quits very soon after that ... with Leila running to court  about a year later to signal she wanted an end to their marriage.

Jada Pinkett Smith might think the Oscars slap saved her marriage to Will Smith -- but hubby seems to be singing a different tune in FL ... where he's rolling with her look-alike.

The actor's been spotted out in Miami these past few days for Art Basel ... and between Thursday and Friday, this mystery woman has been tagging along with him and his crew -- and yes, she's a dead ringer for Jada ... with kinda the same shaved-head look/'do.

She's a bit thicker/curvier than Jada ... but frankly, we're still not sure who exactly she is. What we do know, though, is that she's been at Will's side lately and acting pretty chummy.

No PDA or anything between 'em from what we can see ... but whoever she is, she's in his orbit. Of course, it's interesting because she looks exactly like Jada -- but more importantly, Jada just said she'd never leave Will after he stood up for her at the Academy Awards.

From Jada's POV ... "so many positive things came after it." If you ask everybody else, though they might say otherwise -- and it's still a bit unclear how WS really feels about it.

Anyway, Jada was not with Will late last week in Miami ... so while she might be saying they're closer and more unified than ever post-slap -- Will appears to be telegraphing something else. He went to Saudi Arabia last week without her ... and now this.

Granted, he did spend Thanksgiving with her and the rest of the family -- so it's hard to say what's really going on. Per usual with them, we're sure it's complicated ... and then some.

Kristin Cavallari says she's never actually had sex on a first date, but still encourages people to bang immediately if they want to ... so, somewhat of a clarification -- but not really.

The reality star chopped it up with a photog at LAX, and got asked all about her podcast remarks from last week ... when she caused a bit of a stir by encouraging women to hook up with dudes if they felt a connection ... or even if they just felt like it.

Her comments at the time were pretty clear, and she's re-explaining here -- saying she thinks there's too much emphasis placed on timing and what society deems appropriate.

Like we said, she makes to sure to be clear on this -- she's not necessarily one to do the deed right away, per se, but by the same token ... still seems to be advocating for open and free love. She even says the reaction she got wasn't as bad as it seemed (mostly bad).

Kristin also talks about Tyler Cameron again here ... confirming he was, in fact, the hottest dude she's ever slept with -- but noting they're just friends, and that she may have him on her pod pretty soon.

All's well that ends, we suppose. As for this sex-on-the-first-date stuff -- do you, boo boo.

3:16 PM PT -- Parece que Kanye estuvo tocando nueva música durante su salida de Miami, incluyendo ese nuevo sample de una canción de Backstreet Boys con la que ha estado bromeando esta última semana.

Una buena parte de la pista se jugó durante lo que parece ser un evento de escucha improvisada a cabo en Art Basel, y suena muy pegadizo. Sabemos que Ye ha estado trabajando últimamente en un nuevo álbum y por lo que parece, puede estar cerca de terminarlo.

Kanye West y su esposa, Bianca Censori, están de vuelta en Estados Unidos y llegaron a Art Basel juntos este fin de semana. Bianca lo mostró todo en su atuendo transparente.

La pareja fue vista paseando casualmente el domingo en una de las galerías de arte que se exhiben en Miami en este momento, tomando su tiempo para ver las obras y mantener un perfil bajo, al menos eso es lo que se puede ver en este video obtenido por TMZ.

Échale un vistazo... Ye tiene toda la cabeza cubierta como suele hacer en estos días, y Bianca estaba en tan revelador de un traje como la hemos visto en estos últimos meses.

De hecho, parece que sus pechos estaban en plena exhibición, pezones fuera y todo. Por supuesto, ella no tenía ningun problema y nadie a su alrededor parecía pestañear tampoco. Como hemos dicho, es casi como si la mayoría de la gente aquí no los reconociera.

De todos modos, testigos presenciales nos dicen que era solo Ye y Bianca rodando con unos pocos guardias de seguridad, ningún séquito más grande de lo que parece. También nos dicen que no parecía que hablaran con nadie, ni siquiera entre ellos.

Un par de cosas más... por un lado, Ye está de vuelta en los Estados Unidos, lo cual es interesante teniendo en cuenta que ha estado fuera de un largo, largo tiempo paseando por Europa y Oriente Medio. 3:16 PM PT -- Looks like Kanye was out there playing new music during his Miami outing ... including that new Backstreet Boys-sampled song he's been teasing this past week.

A fair amount of the track was played during what appears to be an impromptu listening event out at Art Basel ... and it sure sounds pretty catchy. We know Ye's got this new album he's been working on lately, and from the looks of it -- he may be close to done.

Kanye West and his wife, Bianca Censori, are back in America -- and they hit up Art Basel together this weekend, where BC was showing off her assets ... with a see-through getup.

The couple was spotted strolling around casually Sunday at one of the art galleries on display in Miami right now -- taking their time to check out the artwork and maintaining somewhat of a low profile, it seems ... which you can see in this video, obtained by TMZ.

Check it out ... Ye's got his whole head covered up like he usually does these days, and Bianca was in as revealing of an outfit as we've seen her in over these past several months.

Indeed, it looks like her breasts were on full display ... nipples out and everything. Of course, she didn't have a care in the world about it -- and nobody around them appeared to bat an eyelash either. Like we said, it's almost as if most of the folks here didn't recognize them.

Anyway, eyewitnesses tell us it was just Ye and Bianca rolling with a few security guards -- no larger entourage from the looks of it. We're also told it didn't appear that they spoke to anyone ... not even each other as they walked around.

Couple takeaways ... for one, Ye's back in the States, which is interesting considering he's been away from a long, long time now -- be it in Europe or the Middle East. Also, Bianca's also very clearly back in his orbit ... this after being out of the picture for a hot minute.

Just like old times ... eh, Ye?

Sofia Vergara has moved on to a new partner amid her divorce with Joe Manganiello, and now ... he's done the same, linking up with Caitlin O'Connor and going public as a couple.

The actor showed up Saturday night to the Children of Armenia Fund Gala in NYC, and he had Caitlin hanging off his arm as his date. There've been sightings and rumblings of them having already been together of late ... so, it seems they were ready to reveal their romance.

Joe was looking sharp with a traditional suit ... COC was draped in a beautiful green gown. They held on to each other as people fired off photos, and smiled happily for the cameras.

If you're wondering why they were even there in the first place ... it's cause JM was honored with the COAF Humanitarian Award. Sounds like he's been involved with them for a while.

Now, as far as who Caitlin is ... well, she's an actress too -- and like we told you, she met Joe at a 'Winning Time' after-party earlier this year, and they hit it off. She was only in 2 episodes of the hit HBO series, but she's been in a bunch of other stuff as well.

Like we said ... this would be Joe's first relationship post-Sofia ... to whom he was married for 7 years before filing to end their marriage in court earlier this summer. That divorce case is still pending at the moment, but it looks like it might be finalized in due time.

Sofia, meanwhile, is already dating a new fella too ... a respected orthopedic surgeon named Justin Saliman, who's been seen hitting the town with her a lot over the past few months.

Her and Joe's split came out of nowhere this year, but we've heard they'd grown apart ... and that another big reason for their divorce was over kids. He wants 'em, she doesn't.

The reason this reunion is somewhat stunning ... Matt, of course, was fired from "Today" after sexual harassment complaints -- a high-profile and controversial saga at the time.

Anyway, Matt showed up with his girlfriend, Shamin Abas, and Savannah with her husband, Mike Feldman.

But wait ... there's more. Amy Robach and T.J. Holmes were there as well and not only got down on the dance floor ... they were making out as they danced for all to see.

As you know, their ex-spouses, Andrew Shue and Marilee Fiebig, are now a thing!

As for Matt, he's kept a low profile since leaving "Today" six years ago, and he's had no contact with Savannah since his exit.

Jada Pinkett Smith says she and Will may have been completely dunzo by now, were it not for literally having some sense slapped into them ... indirectly, of course, because poor Chris Rock was the actual target.

Jada further opened up about the famous slap to Daily Mail, saying, "I nearly didn't even attend the Oscars that year, but I'm glad I did," adding, "I call it the 'holy slap' now because so many positive things came after it."

Jada said, "After all those years trying to figure out if I would leave Will's side, it took that slap for me to see I will never leave him."

As Jada revealed in her memoir, she and Will have been separated since 2016, but judging from their public statements since the book's release, they're back on track, although the scope of their relationship is still a mystery.

Will had previously cosigned on his wife's take, saying back in October ... “We have had a very, very long and tumultuous [relationship]. We call it ‘brutiful.’ It was brutal and beautiful at the same time.”

Anyway, everybody was dressed to the nines for their pap walk ... including Selena, who was in some sort of snakeskin outfit that looked great on her. She was clearly ready for pics.

The group of ladies are said to have hit up a venue for Brooklyn for a comedy show, and then went to an Italian joint nearby shortly thereafter. As they came and went, the crew was putting on a pretty united front -- with T-Swift, of course, being the main centerpiece.

We know Selena and Taylor are tight, and they've gone out for high-profile dinners like this before ... so on its face, it's just a group of friends getting together to paint the town red.

Now, with the added context of this new "controversy," Selena finds herself in as it pertains to Benny -- whom she confirmed she was dating this week -- it lops on an extra layer of intrigue and speculation, as the timing appears to be too close to be a mere coincidence.

Fact is, fans (and haters) of hers suspect this outing might've likely been coordinated by Selena herself as a way to send a message to everyone who's up in arms about Benny.

That message being ... I'M HERE, AND I AIN'T GONNA BE SHAMED INTO GOING DARK!

Part of the reason she's catching flak over Benny -- aside from the fact people think she's "dating down" by being with him -- is because of this alleged IG comment she apparently responded to over the past 24 hours ... which points to her recent remarks on Palestine.

Someone slammed Selena for feeling the need to be very vocal over her relationship with BB, but shying away from the Palestine-Israel issue and taking a social media break over something objectively more important ... to which she replied "you're right."

If it sounds like an unfair critique ... well, you might have an argument that it totally is.

Tom Brady e Irina Shayk parecen estar de vuelta después de aparecer juntos en una fiesta en Miami, porque el tipo literalmente la recogió justo antes y fue capturado en el acto.

The retired QB was back to doing G.O.A.T. things again Friday night in Magic City -- where Art Basel is going down this weekend ... and where a crap ton of celebs are out and about ... including TB12 and Irina, it seems, who were rolling together in Tom's sweet ride.

Check out the pics ... Tom pulled up to wherever IS was staying to pick her up curbside -- and as soon as they noticed a photog, they got skittish and flew outta there ASAP.

Fortunately, these photos were snapped before their getaway -- which shows Irina hopping into Tom's passenger seat, and Tom shying away from the flashes. Later this same evening, Tom was seen at a star-studded shindig in town ... no sign of Irina near him though.

Their presence alone at Wayne and Cynthia Boich's private mansion party Friday would've been enough to get the rumor mill going again -- but these shots seal the deal ... they're dating again. Or at the very least, they're banging ... which is all anyone cares about, really.

Interestingly enough, Tom and Irina's car ride here echoes the first time we saw them together earlier this summer -- where they were also caught cruisin' in his whip and getting cozy. This is a very similar scene ... looks like the dude is old school with his dates.

Although we'd heard that their relationship/fling had fizzled out by the end of summer, there were signs Irina was still seeing Tom ... she popped into his condo building in NYC last month, and did so very conspicuously -- through the main front entrance.

Of course, she's also been hanging out a lot with her ex/baby daddy Bradley Cooper these days -- but it's pretty evident at this point that they're just great co-parents/pals (see Gigi).

We just saw Irina mingling with Brad in the Big Apple, where she was among the first customers to hit up his just-launched food truck ... and he looked damn happy to see her.

Like we said ... her and BC are two peas in a pod, but seemingly just platonically now.

Anyway, good to see Tom getting his groove back post-retirement. Considering his ex-wife is constantly jet-setting with her jiu-jitsu instructor all the time -- alongside their own kids, no less -- he deserves to have a little fun too. And Irina seems to be just the ticket for him.

Can't blame him for coming back for round 2 with her ... she is smokin' hot, after all.

A woman in Brazil took domestic violence to a whole new level ... showering her husband in a flammable liquid before setting him on fire -- and ultimately killing him.

The shocking incident was recorded on surveillance video at a store in Rio de Janeiro last Monday ... showing every moment of the horror as it unfolded.

Check it out ... Ana Maria Paixao walks into the stock room holding a bottle of fluid as she approaches her husband, Andre Chapeta, sitting at a table.

She first douses Chapeta with the liquid and then uses a lighter to set him ablaze, causing him to jump up from the table and dash out of the room.

Chapeta makes his way out to the street, where he runs around like a human torch before he collapses to the ground.

He was eventually brought to a local hospital, where he died Friday after being treated for severe burns over 92 percent of his body.

On Thursday, Paixao was taken into police custody, but she was later released on a technicality after a judge failed to sign the arrest warrant.
