Kyle Richards is relieved Paris Hilton found her $2 million engagement ring -- but she's even more emphatic about her niece protecting her fortune when she walks down the aisle.

We got the 'Real Housewives' star Tuesday night leaving Craig's in WeHo and asked what she thought about Paris almost losing her expensive bling while partying. Kyle says she told Paris about taking care of that hardware -- she offered a permanent solution.

It's true, Paris Hilton somehow temporarily lost her $2 million engagement ring at a rave -- but that's not the craziest part of this story ... her reaction to finding it was way better.

In case you hadn't heard ... Paris' super expensive, 20-carat bling flew off her finger this weekend while she and her fiance, Chris Zylka, were partying it up at EDM group Above & Beyond's concert in Miami. She says it was so heavy, it slipped right off her hand.

Chris and a mini search party -- including movie and music exec Mike Burns -- had to go searching for the rock, which Chris eventually found in a nearby ice bucket. This video shows what happened immediately after the clutch find ... including Paris' freak-out.

We'll say this ... Paris hooked herself a good one in Chris. She also seems to have some great pals who'll whip out the magnifying glasses at peak whomping hours.

Tommy Lee has changed his tone over his son, Brandon Lee, 'cause he now wants nothing but reconciliation between father and son ... but it may be too late.

Sources close to Tommy tell TMZ he and his fiancee, Brittany Furlan, saw the message Brandon delivered to his father through our photog ... that he loves his dad, and wants to make amends.

We're told that struck a chord with Tommy, to the point that he now simply wants peace with his boy ... and that he's now unsure if he still wants Brandon prosecuted in his looming battery case. As we reported ... the case is being sent to the D.A.'s Office soon.

Even if Tommy does change his mind, it may not be up to him to drop the charges. The decision on whether to prosecute is out of his hands once the case is sent to the D.A.'s desk -- they'll decide whether to move forward or not.

Still, sources say Tommy thought what Brandon said was "very sweet" and that he, of course, loves his son as well.

A man who claims he witnessed Albert Belle piss in the middle of a parking lot says the former All Star NEVER shook his junk at anyone.

As we previously reported, the ex-Indians slugger was arrested for indecent exposure and DUI on Saturday after a woman told police Belle shook his genitals at her family -- including her 15-year-old daughter -- while urinating in the Phoenix Rising Soccer Club Stadium parking lot.

TMZ Sports spoke with Ron Swindells ... who says he was 15 feet away from Belle when he relieved himself and didn't see anything remotely close to that happen at any point.

Swindells tells us the woman making the claims was upset with the way he downplayed the situation ... yelling "are you effing kidding me?!" and Belle responded "Don't look, then. You gotta go, you gotta go."

We've obtained a picture of the alleged act ... showing the 51-year-old with his pants halfway down his legs, appearing to relieve himself while covering his body with the door of his car.

Swindells says Belle remained in that position while peeing and only turned his head to address the woman ... and is willing to speak to investigators about the incident.

Virginia Tech's women's lacrosse team not only loudly, and proudly, sang the n-word on the team bus -- but they POSTED video of themselves singing the lyric from Lil Dicky's "Freaky Friday."

The women -- who were all white -- were in a celebratory mood Saturday night after a victory, and decided to belt out Dicky's hit, which features Chris Brown. For what it's worth, Chris is the one who sings the n-word in the song, NOT Dicky.

The coach apologized for the team and said the women sang the lyric without malice. He called it a "teachable moment" ... and up until now, the school hasn't said whether the players will be disciplined.

The funny (not necessarily "ha ha") part is the whole point of the song is Lil Dicky suggesting he could ONLY say the word, IF he were Chris Brown.

Apparently, the Lady Hokies all woke up feeling Breezy.

David Hogg helped spearhead a movement in the wake of the Parkland massacre that has resonated around the world, and you'd think colleges around the country would be clamoring to snag him, but sadly that's not the case.

David has been rejected by the 4 University of California campuses where he submitted applications -- UCLA, UCSD, UCSB and UC Irvine. He says the rejection letters came 2 weeks ago. He has a 4.2 GPA and an SAT score of 1270.

Schools claim extracurricular activities count, but if organizing the March For Our Lives wasn't enough ... it's not clear what is. David is clearly disappointed.

David got accepted at Cal Poly, Cal State San Marcos and Florida Atlantic University, but he's not sure what he'll do after graduating.

And David says fellow leader Ryan Deitsch also got rejected from the University of California system. He says Emma Gonzalez will be going to the liberal arts school, New College of Florida.

We're thinking some of these admission committees are dropping the ball.

Rick Santorum says students who were protesting for gun control this weekend should look inward to help to solve mass shootings ... by learning CPR instead of taking to the streets.

You heard right. Santorum -- a former Republican U.S. senator -- gave his controversial hot take Sunday on CNN's "State of the Union," where he actually said student survivors should stop asking law makers to solve the gun crisis, and simply help themselves ... literally.

He suggested students oughta learn how to properly respond to real-life threats in the moment rather than doing a big song and dance for new gun laws, like the March for Our Lives rally Saturday. He also criticized Hollywood elites who helped organize the event.

Santorum was immediately met with pushback from the host running the panel, but we're not even sure if she understood exactly what he'd just said. We hardly believe it ourselves.

Johnny Manziel says he's 100% sure Zay Jones will totally bounce back from the bizarre, naked meltdown he had in L.A. earlier this week ... telling TMZ Sports he's sure because he knows the guy.

Jones and his brother, Caleb, were involved in a scary incident in L.A. Monday night, when video showed Zay trying to fight Caleb naked, then kicking out a 30th floor window, all while saying he wanted to meet Jesus.

We got Manziel leaving Delilah in L.A. with his wife, Bre Tiesi, and asked him if he thought Zay -- who plays for the Buffalo Bills -- would be okay.

"He'll be fine, brother. I know Zay, I know Caleb personally, he'll get it sorted out, he'll be fine."

One of The Game's fans tried to take a selfie with him while the rapper was mid-song during a concert in Slovenia, and it was the exact opposite of Justin Timberlake's feel-good Super Bowl moment.

Game's currently in Europe on a 45 city tour, which stopped in the land of Melania Trump last week -- and it looked fully lit. This video shows a ton of fans onstage with Game, but one Slovenian took things a little too far.

Owen Wilson might need another cigarette after this -- there's footage of the actor carelessly leaving the scene of chaos he just created ... after lighting up a cigarette inside a hotel and causing a mass evac.

The actor and his mystery date were seen smoking near the restrooms inside Miami's Tavern bar at Hotel Croydon after midnight a few weeks back, which set off the fire alarm. In the security vids -- obtained by TMZ -- Wilson and the blonde woman are seen dancing together as they leave the bathrooms and exit the bar ... with alarm lights flashing.

Another camera captures the couple walking through the courtyard right after to leave the hotel ... Owen sets down his drink while his date is seen still smoking her cig. Other hotel guests -- many in their PJs -- are then seen evacuating.

While Wilson's not busted on camera smoking inside, sources at the hotel tell us he and the woman were definitely having a puff in the bar near the restrooms -- there's just no cameras there.

It's unclear if the actor's in any legal trouble over the cigarette snafu, but he might not be welcome back at the hotel anytime soon.

Donald Trump definitely has big regrets about being President, based on the advice he says he'd give his much younger self.

Trump was either joking -- or echoing the thoughts of at least half of the country -- during an interview Thursday at D.C.'s Generation Next Summit ... where he said he'd warn 25-year-old Donald not to run for office. The comment definitely landed with the audience.

The "Hangin' with Mr. Cooper" star fell victim to a huge tree falling over Wednesday during the massive rain storm blowing through the L.A. area. The tree was so big the fire department had to come out for cleanup duty, but the video is pretty bizarre. They had a huge circular saw for the job, but instead of chopping up the tree ... they buzzed through Mark's Bronco!

He didn't seem to be too bent out of shape over it. Pretty sure it's totaled, especially with the giant sawing of its hood.

Donald Trump apparently can't figure out when someone is clearly joking, because he took Joe Biden's sardonic, high school-like pugilistic challenge as serious, and the President of the United States just responded by saying he could kick the former Veep's ass.

Biden joked Tuesday at the University of Miami, "If we were in high school, I'd take him behind the gym and beat the hell out of him," adding, "Any guy that talked that way was usually the fattest, ugliest S.O.B. in the room."

Trump just went nuts on his social media platform of choice, firing back, "Crazy Joe Biden is trying to act like a tough guy. Actually, he is weak, both mentally and physically, and yet he threatens me, for the second time, with physical assault."

But that wasn't the end ... get this: "He doesn't know me, but he would go down fast and hard, crying all the way. Don't threaten people Joe!"

Justin was worshiping Wednesday night at Saban Theatre in Bev Hills ... where once again he decided driving his Lambo was the way to go. Ciara and Russell Wilson also showed up, and Justin parked his whip behind theirs.

The younger sibling of Florida shooter Nikolas Cruz got busted by cops for venturing onto the school grounds where his brother went on a killing rampage.

Zachary Cruz was arrested Monday by Broward County Sheriff's deputies after the 18-year-old allegedly rode his skateboard onto school property at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High. Cops say he told police he decided to visit to "reflect on the school shooting and to soak it in."

According to the police report, obtained by TMZ, Cruz allegedly broke through multiple locked doors and gates to ride his board on campus. Police say he was captured on the school's security camera system ... and the school says it wants the case prosecuted.

Zachary -- who was adopted -- was booked on one count of trespassing on the grounds or facility of a school, which is a misdemeanor. He's said to have been told by authorities to stay away from the high school ... for obvious reasons.

Jim Carrey has apparently broken into the theme park caricature painting game -- and his latest creation is quite the monstrosity ... Sarah Huckabee Sanders.

The actor shared a photo this weekend of a portrait he painted of President Trump's Press Secretary, and it's clear he's no fan. He captioned his art ... "This is the portrait of a so-called Christian whose only purpose in life is to lie for the wicked. Monstrous!"

Carrey has been pretty outspoken about his disdain for the Trump administration -- and he's even been sharing a ton of other portraits of Trump, Republicans who support him and ex-campaign aides alike ... many of which seem to be done in a relatively negative light.

He does have love for other folks, though -- as seen in a recent portrait he painted of the late Stephen Hawking ... whom Carrey refers to as the "greatest mental athlete of our time" in the wake of his death. Hawking passed away last week.
