Too Short's rape accuser has officially dropped her lawsuit against the rap legend ... TMZ has learned.

Teana Louis had sued Too Short claiming he sexually assaulted her on multiple occasions in Los Angeles between June and October of 2016.

In her lawsuit, Teana claimed the attacks included forced oral sex, vaginal sex and sodomy.

Too Short had been adamant Teana's allegations amounted to an extortion attempt.

Now, Teana has filed new court docs calling off the suit -- asking to dismiss it with prejudice, which means she can't refile it.

Unclear if Too Short and Teana struck a settlement -- but it's not uncommon in situations like this.

Jussie Smollett is on a mission to give children in Flint something to believe in ... donating money to kids programs and helping organize a backpack and toy drive for Christmas.

Sources close to Jussie tell TMZ ... the actor recently paid a surprise visit to Flint, Michigan with youth and environmental activist, Mari Copeny AKA Little Miss Flint, and together they helped surprise a school with new backpacks and toys.

Jussie took his good deeds one step further ... we're told he donated $10,000 to the Flint KIDS program.

We've seen this kind of gesture from Jussie before ... last year, he donated $125,000 to various charities ahead of the holidays, including Flint KIDS and the Black AIDS Institute.

Parents at the toy drive tell us Jussie appeared to be in great spirits, and he made the kids feel like their Christmas is complete.

Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth have worked out all the details of their divorce ... TMZ has learned.

Sources directly connected to Liam and Miley tell TMZ, her lawyer will file legal docs Tuesday declaring the 2 have reached a settlement in their divorce.

The divorce was marked by significant bitterness on both sides, but that seems to have subsided as they decided it's better to move on than fight.

It really wasn't that difficult to ultimately settle up. They have no kids, she'll keep the animals and our sources tell us there's a prenup so dividing property wasn't all that tough.

The lawyers behind the settlement -- disso queen Laura Wasser repping Liam and Judith R. Forman repping Miley -- were able to quietly work through the stumbling blocks and submit the paperwork to the judge.

Blueface did something which on the surface is awesome -- giving money to the poor -- but on another level, some say what he did is degrading.

The rapper went to Skid Row Monday in downtown L.A. where he jumped atop his SUV and launched an untold number of bills into a crowd that he whipped into a frenzy.

The 24-year-old -- born in Senegal -- took the stage at Symphony Hall in a size 48 double extra-long tuxedo ... and temporarily filled in for conductor Keith Lockhart for a rendition of "Sleigh Ride."

Fall absolutely smashed his orchestra debut -- and the crowd went wild for him.

After the show, Fall gave props to Shaquille O'Neal -- who conducted back in 2010 --  telling the Boston Globe he prepared by studying Shaq's performance.

DaBaby is incensed at cops in Charlotte, North Carolina ... saying they were up to no good when they swarmed his car and busted him for weed.

DaBaby had just performed at the Bojangles' Coliseum Monday night, left the venue and got in his car in the parking lot when, according to him, 15 cops swarmed his vehicle, searched it and found weed.

The rapper clearly was not having it, because he was cited not just for weed possession but also for resisting an officer. He was not arrested ... just cuffed, cited and released.

DaBaby said afterward he was wrongfully targeted after cops received a "bogus" tip he had drugs and guns in the vehicle. The rapper said, "Every time. There's nobody when I pull up in the parking lot, the second I get out the car, 15 cops come around -- can I borrow your microphone?  ****** grabs mic ... shining it into the car windows ... they follow me, they pull us over for no reason."

Earlier in the day, DaBaby passed out hundreds of toys to poor families in the area.

Nicole Murphy sure knows how to throw a punch, in a way that doesn't really feel aggressive ... but it is!!!

We got Nicole Monday on Skid Row in downtown L.A., where she was spreading a little holiday cheer -- handing out personal hygiene kits with 20 dollar gift cards -- where our photog asked her about her ex-hubby, Eddie Murphy, and his brilliant performance on SNL this past weekend.

She loved it ... with a caveat. As we reported, Bill Cosby's publicist lashed out at Eddie, calling him a "Hollywood slave" and a "step and fetch it" after Eddie cracked a joke about the irony ... that Eddie's now America's dad with 10 kids and Cosby's in prison.

Queen Elizabeth may now be the dictionary definition of the phrase, "A picture is worth a thousand words," in what seems like a revealing and biting Xmas address to her people.

The Queen always gives a Christmas speech behind a table filled with pics of the royals.  And, there they were -- William, Kate, the kids, Philip .... but wait, something's missing.

There were no pics of Andrew, which you might understand given the stories that have surfaced about his relationship with Jeffrey Epstein.

But then ... there are no pics of Prince Harry, Meghan or baby Archie. It's especially puzzling since this is Archie's first year as a royal or on Earth. As you know, they're spending Xmas in Canada with Meghan's mom, thousands of miles from Buckingham Palace ... and we're guessing that didn't please the Queen.

"Bachelor in Paradise" star Dean Michael Unglert got his Christmas miracle ... he wasn't more seriously injured during a Swiss Alps ski accident.

Talk about a glass half full ... Dean suffered a dislocated hip and fractured femur and he had 4 screws and a plate implanted in his leg.

Dean said afterward, "All my life I’ve dreamt about skiing the Swiss Alps. how could you not? they’re huge and beautiful and have some of the best snow in the world. today, however, was not my day. i was sending just a liiiiitle too hard and took a nasty spill which ultimately put me here. and since this is probably going to be the only pic i get in switzerland."

He says he was laying on the mountain injured for an hour before he was able to flag someone down for help. But, once rescuers spotted him, he was airborne and in surgery in less than an hour.

Joe Giudice got exactly what he wanted for Christmas ... his daughters, who will be spending the holiday with him in Italy.

Gia, Gabriella, Milania and Audriana all flew in Tuesday to reunite with their dad, who has been deported from the U.S. after his 41-month prison stint.

Joe was thrilled ... saying, "They are so cute, so happy."

The girls overpacked for the trip, at least that's what Joe seems to think. You hear him say,  “Think we can do this or what? We have to take apart this whole thing. We still got another three [suitcases].”

As you know ... Teresa and Joe have split up. She does not want to move to Italy and it's all but certain his appeals to return to the U.S. will be rejected.
