Justin Bieber has locked down some of music's biggest names to join him on his comeback album, and he's already floating a name for the project that's made a permanent mark on his body ... TMZ has learned.

Sources close to JB tell us Travis Scott, Post Malone and Kehlani are among the featured performers on his album ... Bieber's first since he released "Purpose" in 2015. We're told Bieber plans to drop the album by March -- his birthday month -- and the tour starts in May.

Our sources say Justin has completed his parts for the song with Post, but is still waiting on the vocals back from the "Circles" singer.

As for the album name ... we're told a leading candidate is "Forever." Justin recently got the word tatted on his neck and has put album names like "Purpose" and "Believe" on his body before, so it's a signal. But, we're told so far no firm decision on album name has been made.

Justin's single "Yummy" -- produced by 18-year-old Kid Culture -- dropped Friday, his first from the new album, and a very personal 10-part docuseries profiling the singer's life and struggles over the last few years comes out this month.

Chantel Jeffries has a new man in her life ... Diplo, and dude's already mastered the "Instagram novio" role while in Mexico.

The 27-year-old goddess and famous 41-year-old DJ are kicking it in the picturesque town of Tulum ... where they had trouble keeping their hands off each other. They got super cozy and very wet ... taking a dip in the Caribbean waters while getting super handsy.

It appears this is their coming out party as a couple. Chantel posted several stories on her Instagram showing her relaxing with Diplo, who strokes Chantel's hair and calls her "baby" when she pans the camera his way as they laid back on a hammock.

And, Diplo's already embracing the "Instagram boyfriend" lifestyle ... 'cause Chantel just posted a series of pictures of her sexy self in a yellow bikini, but the last pic shows Diplo's the one putting in work and snapping away. Atta boy.

Gotta give Chantel credit for bagging herself yet another baller. She's previously been linked to Machine Gun Kelly, NFL star DeSean Jackson, NBA stars Jordan Clarkson and Kyrie Irving as well as Justin Bieber and The Weeknd.

The first big breakup of 2020 has gone down -- YouTube stars Jake Paul and Tana Mongeau have split less than 6 months after getting fake married.

Both Jake and Tana announced they're calling it quits -- at least for now -- on social media ... claiming they were sitting next to each other as they typed their captions.

Jake says ... "we're literally laughing at how crazy and stupid the past couple months have been and cracking jokes at how silly this all seems."

Tana echoed the sentiment, adding that it's "weird as f**k" and confirming the 2 are taking a break to focus on their own lives.

They also both claim that since they tied the knot back in July, Tana's getting Jake's Lamborghini in the split ... but he's keeping their dog, Thor.

Cuba Gooding Jr. celebrated his 52nd birthday without a trace of trepidation over his impending criminal trial for sexual misconduct.

The actor partied hard at Julien Roussel’s Casa Nightclub in St. Barts Thursday night, and looked more than comfortable getting on the mic and leading the crowd in singing Journey's feel-good hit, "Don’t Stop Believin’."

We're told Cuba stormed the DJ booth -- run by DJ Shortkutz and Chris Magic -- as soon as they cranked the song up, and as you can see ... he was feeling it.

Cuba's bday bash coincided with a 1 OAK pop-up at the club hosted by owner Richie Akiva, and we're told Gooding Jr. stayed and partied all night long. Along with singing, he also busted out some interesting dance moves to "Uptown Funk" and "In Da Club."

LaMelo Ball is reaching into his pockets to aid Australia wildfire victims ... pledging to donate one month of his National Basketball League salary to people in the region who need it.

Of course, Australia is home to the youngest Ball brother these days ... he signed on to play in the NBL this season before he enters the NBA Draft later this year.

As for how much 1 month's salary is for the 18-year-old, the NBL is reportedly paying him around $70,000 this season ... so it's a pretty good chunk of change for LaVar's kid.

Australia can certainly use the cash ... at least 17 people have been killed by fires that have raged since October, and at least 17 more people are still missing.

More than 1,000 homes and businesses have reportedly been destroyed by the blazes... and there are fears things could get worse before they get better.

"It’s sad to see what is happening on the South Coast of Australia," Ball said Thursday. "People have lost their homes and everything they own. My parents taught me to help out wherever I can, so this is my way of helping out."

Sorry everyone, the tale of Eli Manning's secret network of "beer guys" who hooked him up on every road trip is simply BS ... so says Eli's ex-teammate, Rashad Jennings.

Jennings would know ... he was the Giants' starting running back from 2014 to 2016 and says he sat with Eli on the team bus during road trips.

So, when we saw RJ out in NYC this week, we had to ask about the claim made by ex-Giants kicker Lawrence Tynes that Eli "always drank beer on the team bus."

Tynes told ESPN ... Manning would find someone on the road to buy him beer, which he would share with some veterans while they discussed the game on the ride to the airport.

"It was unbelievable," Tynes said ... "He had a guy in every f**king stadium in the league to get him that beer."

But, Jennings says that just didn't happen during his 3-year run with the Giants -- telling TMZ Sports straight-up, "That's not a true story."

"You can't listen to everything that comes out of people's [mouths]," Jennings says ... "Especially when it's by pen."

"Did he have a beer guy at every single [stadium]? I don't know. I can tell that he wasn't on the plane or in the bus after every game because I sat beside him."

Jennings says he wouldn't have a problem with the story -- if it were true -- explaining that he likes the idea of Manning kicking back some brews with the boys. But, Jennings says that just didn't happen.

Jennings even made a joke that he wished Eli handed out gluten-free beer -- because Rashad keeps a strict gluten-free diet.

There is one possible explanation ... Tynes and Jennings never played on the same team. Tynes kicked for the Giants from 2007 to 2012. Is it possible Manning DID have a beer guy but stopped the tradition before 2014???

"Ink Master" star Oliver Peck is learning the same lesson Justin Trudeau learned about blackface ... the pictures will emerge eventually, and it's never a good look.

Oliver apparently had the audacity to wear blackface on multiple occasions ... dressing up as black people over the years for different Halloween costumes. In a set of pics, you can see him applying the black makeup to his tattoo-covered body.

Peck's penchant for blackface was once proudly displayed on his MySpace account ... and now the images are circulating on social media once again -- and it's pissing off a lot of folks.

As you can see ... Oliver's wearing blackface and an afro for a superhero costume.

Yet another image shows Oliver in blackface, wearing a sports jersey, afro wig and headband while dribbling a basketball. He also wore blackface when he dressed up as a Playboy bunny.

It's unclear when the photos were taken.

An acrobat took a very nasty tumble during a New Year's Eve bash in New Orleans ... and only TMZ has video of the dancer falling several feet into a huge mass of revelers.

Check out this scary footage from the NYE show at the Fillmore New Orleans ... you see an aerialist performing acrobatics as she's suspended from the ceiling above the crowd, and then all of a sudden she starts hurtling down towards the floor.

The acrobat was performing while New Orleans-based rock band The Revivalists were on stage covering David Bowie's "Let's Dance" ... and witnesses say the aerialist was lying in the fetal position after her crash landing, with her globe-shaped metal cage nearby.

The dancer and another man were injured in the crash and transported to a hospital, but the band's vocalist, David Shaw, tells TMZ their injuries are not severe and they've been released from the hospital.

Diddy and Future are out to prove friends who jet ski together stick together ... even if one of them is dating the other's ex.

The hip-hop stars tore it up on the water Thursday as they enjoyed a sunny Miami afternoon on jet skis to start the year off right. DJ Khaled and Meek Mill also joined in on the fun.

Pretty typical stuff for a group of rich guys, but what's interesting here is Future's now dating Steve Harvey's daughter, Lori ... who was romantically linked to Diddy just this past summer.

Doesn't appear to be an issue at all between the rappers, though ... and the mystery hot chick riding behind Diddy might be one of the reasons why.

As for Future and Lori ... the 2 sparked dating rumors in November when she attended his bday party in Atlanta, and confirmed it recently. Lori traveled to Nigeria last weekend for Future's first headline concert in Africa, and eagle-eyed fans noticed the shoes he was wearing were also in the background of a mirror selfie snapped by Lori.

They were together again in Vegas for New Year's Eve ... and all signs point to Diddy's stamp of approval for 2020.

Britney Spears is just a couple of days into the New Year but she's already in shut-down-the-internet mode ... with this ultra sultry yoga video!!!

She said to hell with custom yoga pants and threw on a purple bikini for a video she made Thursday and posted on her Instagram. It's a jaw-dropper ... she busts a bunch of tantalizing poses ... leaving little to the imagination.

Britney's all about getting incredibly active in 2020. She revealed she ran the 100-meter yard dash in 6.8 seconds. She says she used to run it in 6-flat in high school. Not bad.

This year, Britney says she wants to do a lot more acro yoga and the basics of yoga. She said, "I'm a beginner and it's kind of hard to let go .... learning to trust and letting someone else hold your body!!!"

Britney added, "I have a lot of things I keep bottled up so I have to keep my body moving!!!"

No one's complaining.

The United States Marine Corps is taking action against an emerging threat from China ... by keeping its wildly popular app, TikTok, away from Marines.

If you didn't know ... both the Army and Navy have banned soldiers from using the Chinese-owned video-sharing service on government phones because it's been deemed a cybersecurity threat by officials.

The Marines are following suit, TMZ has learned, for the same reason. Capt. Hector Alejandro of the Marine Forces Cyberspace Command tells us TikTok has also been blocked from its government-issued mobile devices.

He adds ... "This decision is consistent with our efforts to proactively address existing and emerging threats as we secure and defend our network."

The crux of the issue -- TikTok's Chinese ownership has politicians and military officials concerned that it could be used to gather intelligence on Americans.

Because of that, the Defense Department sent a message to employees in mid-December instructing them to "be wary of applications you download, monitor your phones for unusual and unsolicited texts etc., and delete them immediately and uninstall TikTok to circumvent any exposure of personal information."

We're told the branches of the military made the decision to block TikTok shortly afterward.
