Bill Gates got a feeling inside his bones at the Justin Timberlake show christening a new resort in Sin City ... and we've got video of the billionaire dancing his face off to one of JT's hits.

Justin was onstage for the grand opening of the Fontainebleau Las Vegas and Bill was in the star-studded crowd ... dance, dance dancing along to "Can't Stop the Feeling."

Bill looks like he's got that sunshine in his pocket and that good soul in his feet ... and he's moving so phenomenally next to his girlfriend, Paula Hurd.

Other celebs going electric and wavy during Justin's set included former NFL star Rob Gronkowski and his S.I swimsuit model GF Camille Kostek.

Cher was also dancing with her boyfriend Alexander "AE" Edwards ... and Lenny Kravitz was moving and grooving in his seat, a few chairs down from Kim Kardashian, Kendall Jenner and Ivanka Trump.

As we reported, Hollywood flocked to the desert for the Miami landmark's expansion to Las Vegas, gambling and schmoozing inside Jeff Soffer's resort.

Shaquille O'Neal is weighing in on the Giannis Antetokounmpo vs. Pacers game ball debate -- and he's making it clear, he's siding with the Greek Freak in the tiff.

The beef, of course, began late Wednesday night -- after Indiana players felt following their 140-126 loss to the Bucks ... the rookie who scored his first-ever points during the contest, Oscar Tshiebwe, deserved the game ball more than Antetokounmpo, who dropped a franchise-record 64 points.

Obviously feeling differently than Indiana's players, Antetokounmpo went to the Pacers' locker room area to retrieve it -- but, chaos then proceeded to break out.

When Shaq joined Charles and Babcock on Thursday's "TMZ Live" and spoke about the commotion ... he said Giannis had every right to be upset with the situation -- believing the two-time MVP should have been the one who ultimately walked away from the arena with the memento.

"By the letter of the law," Shaq said, "if you're playing at home, you should get the ball if something spectacular happens."

Giannis did end up with a game ball -- though he told media members afterward he wasn't sure if it was the basketball he used to record his historic night.

Mark Cuban, meanwhile, told TMZ Sports earlier Thursday that if the game had happened in his home arena, he believed whichever team had the rookie deserved it most.

"That's a big deal that only happens once," the Mavericks owner said.

Jeff Bezos says the quality of life is better now than it has ever been for humanity, but he can't say the same about the natural world ... and he thinks space is the best alternative.

The billionaire owner of Blue Origin Aerospace Co. says the notion of "the good ole days" is mostly an illusion, because basically every metric for measuring the quality of life is higher now than it was in the past.

But, while Jeff says humanity is moving forward, he sees nature moving backward. He says the natural world was "pristine" 500 years ago, but since the Industrial Revolution humans have damaged nature to improve our own lives.

Jeff's solution for bringing nature back to where it was before, while also continuing to move humanity into a better place ... is outer space, and he shared his vision on the Lex Fridman podcast.

He says, at some point, humanity will have to live off the moon and beyond ... because Earth has finite resources and we need more and more energy to keep improving our quality of life.

Of course, Jeff's Blue Origin aerospace company is dedicated to this very idea, and it's interesting to hear him explain why he's banking on it.

Andre Braugher passed away following a battle with lung cancer, TMZ has confirmed.

Andre's rep tells us the Emmy-winning actor was diagnosed with the disease a few months earlier ... and he passed away Monday at age 61.

Andre was a beloved member of the TV community ... having starred in all 153 episodes of the police comedy series, "Brooklyn Nine-Nine."

His costar Terry Crews thanked Andre for his advice, kindness, and friendship in an emotional tribute after the tragic news emerged.

Andre was also known for his work on NBC's "Homicide: Life on the Street" and comedy-drama "Men of a Certain Age" -- while his movie roles included "Frequency," "The Mist," and "City of Angels."

The Julliard alum bagged 2 Primetime Emmy Awards during his celebrated career -- and on the personal front, was husband to Ami Brabson and their 3 children.

10:46 AM PT -- New video surfaced showing authorities wrangling the bull back to safety.

A bull joined shocked civilians during the morning commute in New Jersey, bolting down the tracks at Newark Penn Station ... and causing some trouble for folks trying to get to their destinations on time.

Newark Public Safety Director Fritz Fragé tells TMZ that police responded to Frelinghuysen Avenue near Victoria Street Thursday morning around 10:46 AM ... after being alerted that a bull was observed on the loose behind a building.

Members of the Newark Police Emergency Services Unit assisted Port Authority PD in locating the runaway bull ... eventually containing it inside a fenced lot.

They tell us the animal will be retrieved and safeguarded by a local animal sanctuary -- adding that, thankfully, no injuries were reported throughout the incident.

A rep for New Jersey Transit adds to TMZ that rail services were subjected to 45-minute delays between Newark Penn Station & New York Penn Station 'cause of the loose bull.

Though, they grabbed the bull by the horns & are moo-ving things along ... cross-honoring tickets and passes at other stations.

Jeremy Allen White and Rosalía are looking like a couple twin flames ... kissing and hugging on date night, even while taking a smoke break from their romantic dinner.

Syd described it as a "soul scream" when she revealed the clip on Wednesday night on 'The Tonight Show.' She says she was supposed to act as if the trained Huntsman spider bit her, but then it truly had a feisty nibble on her hand.

As you can see, her eyes are wide open in panic ... and she shrieks at the top of her lungs while convincing others, including costar Glen Powell, that she's actually being bitten -- and not faking for the scene.

Huntsman spiders are widely lurking around Down Under, and while their bites are painful, their venom doesn't harm humans. Docs on set immediately checked out Sydney and she was fine.

Mark Cuban says if he were in charge of the ball at the center of the Giannis Antetokounmpo vs. Pacers tiff ... the Bucks superstar would be disappointed -- 'cause he would've given the memento to Indiana.

The Dallas Mavericks honcho didn't mince words when talking about the topic to TMZ Sports on Thursday ... saying, "if you have a rookie who's never scored before in an NBA game, that's a big deal that only happens once."

"So," he continued, "I'd give the ball to the rookie."

Of course, Giannis felt differently following Milwaukee's 140-126 win over Indiana at the Fiserv Forum on Wednesday night ... going absolutely ballistic when the Pacers wanted to hand the ball off to Oscar Tshiebwe for scoring his first NBA basket instead of to the two-time MVP who had just scored 64 points.

Antetokounmpo ran to the front of the Pacers' locker room to confront them -- before he sprinted back on the court to complain to arena officials about the ball some more.

Eventually, a basketball was given to Giannis ... though he told reporters afterward he wasn't sure if it was actually the one he used to drop a franchise-high mark for points during the game.

Cuban said the home team should ultimately be the one to make the call in the situation -- though he said he'd just have to give it up to the rookie in this instance ... but would still do something nice for Giannis.

"With situations like that," he said, "I'd take the box score, I'd get his teammates to sign it and I'd frame it for him."

He added that if Giannis really wanted the ball -- he recommended bartering with the rookie for it ... perhaps by signing a jersey or even forking over some cash.

8:10 AM PT -- A source close to Madonna says doors were at 7:30 PM, her opener, DJ Honey Dijon went on at 8:30 and then Madonna was scheduled to hit the stage between 9:30 and 10.

Our source says there were issues with the audio, so it further delayed Madonna's start time ... she eventually hit the stage around 10:45 and gave a full show.

Madonna was more than fashionably late to kick off the North American portion of her world tour ... and frustrated fans were quick to unload on the "Material Girl."

The singer was scheduled to start her Barclays Center show in Brooklyn Wednesday night at 8:30 PM -- the first U.S. stop of her "Celebration" tour -- but as the clock ticked past to 10:30 PM, fans started getting restless in their seats, and started ripping Madge on social media.

One person shared a view from their seats, with everyone impatiently waiting for the show to begin ... and another tweeted, "I don't give a f*** if you're Madonna, if you're 3 hours late, you're just f***ing rude."

Another angry fan claimed the whole crowd started chanting "bulls***" as the hours kept going by ... with a separate person writing, "I WANT A REFUND NOW."

Around 11, Madonna ended up starting the show ... and tardiness aside, she still put on a helluva performance with her huge catalog of hits -- and it looked like the crowd was having a blast as the late night went on.

BTW, a source close to Madonna confirms to TMZ that the delay was due to sound issues ... and we're told claims she was 3 hours late are impossible.

Still, 2.5 hours late was enough for fans to express themselves!

Las Vegas seemingly sucked up all of Hollywood -- folks like Kim Kardashian, Cher, Tom Brady, Kendall Jenner, and many more flocked to the desert for the grand opening of the city's new resort.

The Fontainebleau Hotel -- a longtime Miami landmark -- just expanded to Sin City with a brand new $3.7 billion luxury resort/casino, and Wednesday night's opening had celebs swarming to schmooze, entertain and, of course, gamble!

Tom, Kim, Kendall, and Cher were just the tip of the iceberg -- Sylvester Stallone threw on a tux and stepped out for some fun, showing up with his wife, Jennifer Flavin.

Lenny Kravitz was lookin' sharp outside the massive hotel, as were "Breaking Bad" stars Aaron Paul and Bryan Cranston.

Eva Longoria, Tyga, Ivanka Trump, Tommy Hilfiger, Keith Urban, Alice Cooper, "Foodgod" Jonathan Cheban and music icon Paul Anka were just a few more of the big names pullin' up for the grand opening of Jeff Soffer's resort.

Paul and Keith also performed for the crowd Wednesday night ... as did Justin Timberlake, who performed in the resort's theatre and was later spotted inside David Grutman's LIV Nightclub, which also celebrated its grand opening.

Taylor Swift hit the Big Apple in a big way with her A-list friends to celebrate her 34th birthday Wednesday night ... but her boyfriend Travis Kelce couldn't be by her side because of the whole mandatory football practice thing.

The 12-time Grammy Award winner galavanted around Manhattan with BFF Blake Lively, first grabbing some grub at Freemans before heading over to The Box nightclub to party.

At Freemans, Taylor and Blake were photographed exiting their SUV and walking hand-in-hand inside the restaurant. Both were dressed in all black and looked absolutely stunning.

Taylor was in a mini dress accentuating her legs and Blake was sporting a leather ensemble with knee-high boots.

In-N-Out Burger -- a West Coast staple -- is officially opened in the hills of Idaho, but folks looking to get a Double-Double had to wait in their car for up to 8 freaking hours on opening day!

The popular grub spot opened its doors on Tuesday in Meridian, a Boise suburb, and the locals were clearly anticipating the rush ... because some people camped out the night before in 30-degree weather.

The drive-thru line for the burger joint was so long, it ended up starting in a nearby dirt lot ... with a sign that warned customers they'd be chilling in their cars for at least 7-8 hours -- but thousands withstood the long wait to get their food.

Weird. They're still just burgers, folks.

Anyway, many customers standing outside stayed bundled up with heavy coats to keep warm ... and one told IdahoNews6 they've been "waiting for years" to get their hands on some Animal-style goodness.

Justin Timberlake's back in full showman mode ... taking to the stage at the theatre inside the lavish Fontainebleau Las Vegas for its grand opening.

The singer was suited and booted Wednesday night in a white tux for his first performance since April 2019 ... singing tunes from his catalog of hits during a dazzling night of festivities at the brand-spankin' new upscale resort.

In the clip, he's seen performing with a band and backup singer ... and later taking to the piano -- basically pulling out all the stops for the evening, for which he was paid a hefty $6.1 million ... according to The Sun, anyway.

JT's return to the stage may be an attempt to distance himself from ex Britney Spears' sensationalized claims in her memoir "The Woman In Me" ... saying she had an abortion while they were together, which she said he pushed for at the time.

She also alleged he'd cheated during their relationship, and put on a "blaccent" for Ginuwine ... among lots of other claims.

JT was supported at the event by his wife, Jessica Biel ... who looked incredible in a plunging white flowing gown as they arrived arm-in-arm. They later topped off their evening with an appearance at the resort's LIV nightclub.

The new 150,000-square-foot Sin City resort/casino ... owned by Jeff Soffer ... which boasts a new era of luxury hospitality, clearly went above and beyond ... with even icon Paul Anka taking to the stage and bellying up to a celeb-packed craps table.

Honestly, this is what you call high-rolling -- JT, Tom Brady, Cher and Tyga all crowded around to watch the dice. Sylvester Stallone and Kim Kardashian also popped up at the event -- and, imagine this ... Kim made a low-key entrance!

Todd Chrisley is one hungry jailbird ... claiming he's being fed animal-infested meals while behind bars -- though his prison begs to differ.

In a statement to TMZ, the Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP) is adamant they operate safe and humane facilities despite Todd's claims that rats/squirrels are on the loose in their food storage facility & a dead cat dropped from the ceiling onto their food -- adding the quality of food consumed by their incarcerated population is a priority.

The FBOP also refutes Todd's claims the food is laden with black mold and out of date by at least a year ... saying that expired food is discarded and not utilized.

In fact, they work under FBOP regulations, and tell us ... their food service mission aims to provide healthy, nutritionally sound, and appetizing meals that meet the needs of every individual.

FBOP institutions -- including FPC Pensacola, where Todd is incarcerated -- are accredited by the American Correctional Association, which covers indoor living and other essential regulations such as environmental conditions like temperature and air quality.

Clearly, they're not thrilled Todd is speaking out about prison conditions while behind bars ... and the FBOP says it urges inmates to instead seek a formal review through the prison's Administrative Remedy Program for any concerns.

To add insult to injury, Todd's daughter Savannah recently accused prison officials of retaliating against Todd for speaking out about lock-up conditions.

On that issue, Chrisley's lawyer Jay Surgent, says Todd's bravery in speaking out about the state of the prison should be congratulated, not criticized. The Bureau of Prisons said it thoroughly investigates all claims of employee misconduct.

Remember, Todd's wife Julie Chrisley is serving her time at FMC Lexington, where we haven't heard a peep from her about the grub.
