Simone Biles is 6,600 miles from her BF, Jonathan Owens, but that didn't stop her from showing the NFLer some love on his birthday -- with the Team USA superstar sending him an adorable cake day message from the Olympics!!

"Here in Japan it is already my favorite persons birthday 🖤 HAPPY 26th BIRTHDAY BABE," Biles said to the Houston Texans safety via IG Thursday.

"Jonathan Owens I love you so much. Can’t wait to celebrate you when I get home!"

The 24-year-old is gunning to make history at the Tokyo Games -- she's gunning to break the record for the most gold medals by a U.S. gymnast -- but there's no way Biles was gonna miss out on giving her man the big shoutout!

The couple have been very supportive of each other's sports careers -- Owens was in the stands to watch Biles compete in person for the first time last month.

"Thanks for keeping me sane during the craziest times. an ear to vent too, someone to share fun times with and make the best of memories," Biles says.

"Not sure how I got so lucky & what I’d do without you! But I hope you have the best day ever. Not too much fun without me tho hahaha."

Biles and Owens made it IG official in August 2020 ... after Biles says she slid in his DMs the month before.

You can bet Dolly Parton's getting a big O-vation tonight for the surprise she put together for her husband's 79th birthday.

The legendary country singer got dolled up in an iconic Playboy Bunny suit Tuesday to give Carl -- her husband of 57 years -- a special 79th birthday gift ... recreating her original Playboy cover from 1978.

Carl's a lucky dude, because the fact is ... DP's plan was to share this gift with the whole world. You might recall, she told "60 Minutes Australia" back in March 2020 she'd be down to pose again when she's 75.

Fast forward to now ... Dolly is 75, but, as she explained, Playboy's not in any condition to make it happen. No matter, she's holding up her end of the bargain.

Goes without saying ... Dolly's still got it, and she ain't afraid to toot her own horn as you see in the video. She asks -- rhetorically, we think -- if Playboy should pay her anyway for a photoshoot.

Cardi B and Offset threw a princess-themed bash for Kulture's 3rd birthday -- complete with a castle -- but the proud parents also made sure to have some WAP-themed fun for themselves.

The guest of honor arrived to her event in full princess regalia ... she rode in a horse-drawn carriage with mom and dad, while wearing a bright pink dress and, of course, a tiara.

Cardi's outfit matched her little girl's and they made a grand entrance together -- through a tunnel of balloons -- into the castle. The party had the usual kid stuff ... a petting zoo, Disney princesses and a Cinderella cake, but also a DJ to make sure Cardi and Offset had fun.

While the happy couple was grinding on the dance floor ... Cardi's baby bump was very prominent.

Cardi just revealed -- during her BET Awards performance with Migos -- she's expecting their second kid.

Ringo Starr is celebrating 81 trips around the sun, and since we caught the legend on his born day ... we couldn't pass up the chance to find out which version of his legendary band he loves the most.

The iconic Beatles drummer was passing through Beverly Hills Park Wednesday, where he was getting all kinds of shout-outs and selfie requests to help ring(o) in his 81st birthday. Like the knighted gent he is ... Sir Ringo obliged each and every one along his path.

Anyway, check out the clip ... we were curious what era of The Beatles is best in his eyes and ears. We were within shouting distance of him, and figured why don't we just do it -- the run-in, that is -- in the road??? Alright, it was a sidewalk, but close enough.

Turns out, Mr. Starr is a fan of the days when they'd wrapped 'Sgt. Pepper's' ... but slightly before "Abbey Road," and all the rest that followed.

Take a wild guess -- there's really only one right answer here.

As for why he chose that particular era -- it has to do with chemistry and togetherness.

Apparently, that's around the time Ringo felt the 4 were at their most fab ... truly playing together as a band again. Great insight into Beatles history.

Oh, and we didn't forget to singo Ringo "Happy Birthday" -- and neither did the rest of the fans who were around.

Barack and Michelle Obama have always had a very special 4th of July, at least for the last 23 years ... because it's not just Independence Day for them.

Malia turned 23, and her pops couldn't be happier, writing, "Happy Fourth of July, and Happy Birthday, Malia!  It's been such a joy to watch you begin to make your own way in the world with poise, grace, and humor.  I miss the days when you thought the fireworks were for you."

Michelle had her own message, "Happy Fourth of July, everybody -- and also, happy 23rd birthday to our dear Malia! Malia has a bright future, no doubt. She graduated from Harvard this year. She studied filmmaking in the Visual and Environmental Studies Dept. Given her parents' pivot from politics to filmmaking, seems like this could become a family biz.

Malia has dipped her toe in Hollywood, working as a production assistant and then part of the writer's room for Donald Glover's series about Hive, a Beyonce-like pop star.

She also has a fairly long-term BF -- Rory Farquharson, whom she's been dating since 2017.

The unveiling of a Princess Diana statue at Kensington Palace should be cause for a royal celebration, but instead, the tension leading up to the event between Prince William and Prince Harry caused it to be a much smaller, somber affair ... so claims a famous photographer.

If you hadn't heard ... Diana would have turned 60 today, and her 2 sons just unveiled a statue in her honor in the gardens of Diana's home ... the home where Harry and Meghan Markle announced their engagement.

The ceremony was originally planned as a large gathering, but the royal brothers recently decided to cut the guest list down to a handful of close relatives ... blaming the change on renewed COVID concerns.

But, Arthur Edwards, Royal Photographer for "The Sun," is calling BS -- he says the ongoing friction between the princes is the real reason for the scaled-down event.

Edwards says the garden area is quite large, so if they wanted to have a nice-sized crowd that could still socially distance ... they could have easily figured that out.

The photog points out that 40,000 people were packed into Wembley Stadium recently to watch England beat Germany in the Euro ... so he says it's sad so many people who were close to Diana -- including Queen Elizabeth II, Prince Charles and Edwards himself -- can't attend the unveiling.

Elton John reportedly was also axed from the guest list ... but there are plans for a later tribute for Diana in September.

Tristan Thompson might not be with Khloe Kardashian romantically anymore, but he's still got a lot of love for her -- which you can see in a public birthday message he sent Khloe's way.

The Boston Celtics star posted a touching tribute to his baby mama Sunday -- Khloe's 37th birthday, no less -- which was accompanied with intimate photos of them and their daughter, True, wishing her well and also thanking her for being an incredible mother, pal and more.

TT writes, "Happy birthday @khloekardashian Thank you for being not just an amazing partner, mommy and best friend but also being the kindest, caring and most loving human being I've ever met."

It's a very sweet gesture, and it doesn't appear he cares about the backdrop of things either -- namely, the fact they just called it quits (again) after allegations of cheating (again).

It all ties back to a woman named Sydney Chase, who claimed to have had sex with Tristan not too long after he officially reunited with Khloe. He seems to have denied that -- among other cheating/paternity claims that are also floating out there -- but the scandal, apparently, proved to be too much for Khloe.

Of course, they continue to co-parent ... and still seem to care for each other. Or, at least Tristan does, anyway -- Khloe hasn't commented much on the breakup since it went down.

Scott Disick can't stop, won't stop spoiling his GF, Amelia Hamlin, for her 20th birthday ... 'cause it seems he saved the best gift for last.

Sources with direct knowledge of the deal tell TMZ ... Scott purchased a very pricy art piece Wednesday at the ArtLife Gallery Pop-Up in Miami's Design District. The item's a Saddle II, Paris 1976 vintage silver gelatin print by Helmut Newton.

We're told Scott dropped a cool $57k for the print and he completed the purchase using EthereumPay cryptocurrency. Fancy that! We're told the purchase had been in the works for a while ... 'cause Scott's the one who reached out to ArtLife about copping the piece.

As we reported ... the happy couple hit up the 305 to celebrate her bday last weekend. Dinner included a gold, shiny and MASSIVE 5-tier cake, and a diamond-encrusted cross necklace that nearly brought her to tears.

Gunna's gonna need a neck brace and darker shades after his star-studded birthday bash ... 'cause that's a lot of shiny bling around his neck and wrists.

The Georgia rapper turned 28 on Monday and went all out for his birthday event, which kicked off with dinner at an Aston Martin dealership -- his guests dined inside a freakin' vault!

You can drop the jokes ... Scott Disick is no longer dating a teenager, and he celebrated GF Amelia Hamlin's 20th birthday soiree by showering her with gold and diamonds.

Amelia and Scott partied in Miami to toast -- with sparkling cider, we're sure -- her getting one year closer to legal drinking age. They hit up Papi Steak restaurant Saturday night where Scott rolled out a massive five-tier cake.

The cake was gold and shiny -- much like her outfit -- and it was layered with photos of her in her underwear and a couple of others with her and Scott getting cozy. But, that was just the beginning.

Scott also shelled out a diamond-encrusted cross necklace, which she seemed pretty moved by ... based on the fact she was almost in tears when he put it around her neck.

The pair later hit up LIV nightclub ... where Scott reportedly made a quick appearance at the DJ's booth before calling it a night there.

The celebration comes nearly 1 month after she celebrated Scott's 38th birthday by giving him a Harley.

Chris Evans turns 40 Sunday, and Chris Hemsworth honored his co-star with a very misplaced and very intentional Happy Birthday diss!!!

Captain America was duly honored by his "Avengers" co-star, who posted, "Happy 40th birthday Chris Evans, you'll always be number 1 in my book."

Hemsworth included a selfie of him and Chris. Thing is ... it's not Chris Evans ... it's Chris Pratt!!!

There may be too many sheriffs in Tinsletown ... there are 4 Chris's in the action star category ... the fourth, of course, being Chris Pine.

You may recall ... some fans decided to play a game -- who's the worst Chris, and the winner with that dubious distinction was Pratt. Robert Downey Jr. and Mark Ruffalo begged to differ, but they didn't reorder the Chris' and choose their worst preference.

Queen Elizabeth II isn't blind ... something she reminded an aide of when they tried giving her another option for cake-cutting ... other than the 3-foot sword she ended up using.

Her Majesty celebrated her "official" birthday Saturday -- which is actually different than her real DOB, April 21 -- but the day prior, Liz cut a ceremonial slice of a cake that had been trotted out to her at the Eden Project in Cornwall ... where she was on hand for G7 duties, among other world leaders -- including Joe Biden, Boris Johnson and others.

Camilla Bowles was actually there too, as was Kate Middleton ... who watched QE2 attempt to cut her bday cake with a super long blade which we guess is ... tradition??? Who the hell knows -- point is, the Queen seemed dead-set on getting it done, despite her vocal hesitations.

At one point, someone on her staff made a quick note as HRH seemed to struggle a bit with the awkward feat -- noting there was a knife there too, if that was easier for her.

Watch what happens ... Elizabeth shot the aide a WTF look, and told her straight ... "I know there is." Her quick wit and sharp tongue got a huge chuckle from everyone around her. No harm, no foul obviously -- but we must say ... her putting the aide in her place is hilarious.

BTW, the jokes from the Queen didn't end there ... she got even more laughs that same day when she was posing on stage with the shot-callers of the free world -- openly asking if they were just supposed to sit there and seem like they were enjoying themselves. Great delivery!

Oh, and we should also mention ... QE2 got a proper celebration at Windsor to kick off her weekend on Saturday itself -- with a giant procession that was full of pomp and circumstance ... and rightly so. She's a ripe 95 years old now -- and still going strong even at this age.

Swae Lee believes the cleaning staff at a Miami hotel cleaned him out of some very pricy ice ... and now police are looking into it.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... the rapper had a room at the Mondrian Hotel in South Beach, and he told cops when he checked out Thursday he realized some of his jewelry was missing -- $300,000 worth!!!

Sources close to Swae say a bracelet and chains got jacked, and he explained to cops why he thinks hotel workers could be the culprits. That's because we're told after he reported the theft to the hotel, the bracelet was turned in -- allegedly by an employee -- but not the chains.

Our law enforcement sources say Miami Beach PD detectives have spoken to Swae and are investigating the incident, but so far cops say there's no evidence hotel staff was involved in the alleged theft.

Mondrian tells us it can't comment on any specifics during an ongoing investigation, but says ... "The hotel is working in full cooperation with the police and authorities. As always, the safety and security of our guests and colleagues remains our top priority."

Kelsey Salmon's trip to get her eyelashes done ended in the worst possible way ... with a little dog attacking her and biting off the finished product, along with her entire left eyelid!!!

The photos are brutal -- that's a warning for the queasy -- but not as brutal as the experience the 23-year-old from Atlanta has been through since going to a lab technician she found on Instagram.

According to Kelsey ... her normal lash lady was booked, so she went to a lash tech who worked out of her home ... and had a pet chihuahua.

Kelsey says the dog jumped up on her lash bed while she was getting her lashes done, she was petting it ... and everything was fine. But, when she was done, she says she sat up and the dog was on the floor looking up at her.

"Then, out of nowhere -- it happened so fast that I didn't have time to pull back -- he jumped up, bit me in the face and broke my eyelid off."

What Kelsey describes next is a horrific scene of blood and chaos as the ambulance was called, and she was rushed to the ER. After hours of waiting, she says she had to go to another hospital for surgery ... and miraculously, they were able to successfully reattach it.

To make this all worse, Kelsey was getting her lashes done for a birthday trip to Hawaii when this all went down. Fortunately, she still got to go, but with her left eye completely sewn shut ... and she says the doctors told her it could take up to a year to fully heal.
