Madonna just can't keep still, because she's selling the massive estate she bought just a year ago.

Madge just listed her Hidden Hills home for just under $26 million ... in case you've followed her real estate moves, she bought the house last year from The Weeknd for $19.3 mil, so she's banking on a sizeable profit.

The house is 12,000 square feet, with 9 bedrooms. Among the bells and whistles ... a theater, music lounge, indoor/outdoor bar and the obligatory SoCal pool.

And, then there are even cooler features, like a barn, a gym and a dance studio.

The real estate market is cooling a bit in the L.A. area, like in other parts of the country, largely because interest rates have soared recently. That may not have an impact on this sale, because whoever can afford the house probably doesn't care whether the interest rate is 3% or 5%.

Madonna won't be struggling to find a place to call home ... she has homes in New York, London, Beverly Hills and Lisbon.

Queen Elizabeth II is celebrating another trip around the sun ... taking a spin around town for her 96th birthday!!!

THE Queen was spotted riding p-side to visit her horses ...  she's hanging at her Sandringham estate -- where her birthday celebration rolls on.

Btw, her late husband, Prince Philip, loved Sandringham estate and the Queen as well ... she loves her ponies ... posing majestically with two of them recently -- then again, every pose is majestic by definition, right?

Prince William and Kate Middleton called her an inspiration ... just before they were seen visiting Disasters Emergency Committee HQ in London.

Speaking of Prince William and Kate, they seemed unphased by Prince Harry's explosive interview ... just hours before.

Harry sat down with Hoda Kotb on 'Today' and when Hoda asked about reuniting with his brother William and his dad Charles, the Prince deflected and never answered. It's clearly a sign of a continuing rift if not a total break in the relationships.

Katharine McPhee is now more than a million dollars richer ... cause she just sold her Hollywood Hills home for $3.27 Mil.

The "American Idol" alum first listed the pad for about $2.6 Mil last March ... so she was able to cash in, and get a bit more than the original asking price.

The Spanish-style home has two levels and sits on 3,527 sq ft ... and whoever scooped up the 4-bed-room, 4-bathroom home has now got a pretty spiffy pad ... with oak floors, wood beam ceilings, a built-in BBQ and all sorts of other fixins.

Katharine purchased the home back in the summer of 2017 for just over $2M -- which is around the time she and her husband, David Foster, were first romantically linked. She plunked down some money for renovations, but it seems it added to the value and she got more than what she put in.

Of course, it's no surprise she's moved on to greener pastures ... David and Katharine snagged a bigger home last summer in Brentwood Park for $7.1 mil.

Their new home has 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, and ample room ... more space for their family after welcoming their first child last fall.

Logan Paul continues to cut his ties to L.A. ... selling his mansion for $7.405 million.

Real estate sources tell TMZ the deal was finalized Wednesday for the 7-bedroom, 6-bathroom, 7,667-square-foot home which is set behind a private gate comes with a massive yard, wine cellar, and a billiards room.

The new owners will be able to enjoy a large pool, plenty of lounge and entertaining space, an outdoor Grotto kitchen and a detached guest house with a full bedroom, bathroom, and complete view of the property.

Logan bought the house in 2017 for $6.6 million and remastered and renovated the pad while living in it. While the profit isn't as big as he first wanted -- he listed it for $8.995M -- $1M turnaround ain't bad.

We broke the story ... Logan's house hit the market last November. Paul has been very vocal in the last couple years about his desire to move to Puerto Rico for financial reasons.

Actor Wyatt Russell has just sealed the deal and unloaded his Studio City home.

Wyatt, the son of Kurt Russell and Goldie Hawn, sold his Spanish home for just under $2.9M ... making quite a big profit since snagging it, back in 2019.

The hockey player turned actor and his actress wife, Meredith Hagner, purchased the pad for just under $1.7M ... 6 months before they got hitched.

The 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom pad is full of color and charm. It has cool features ... including a pink arched gate, beamed ceilings and 3 fireplaces.

These are just the latest stops Bennifer's made in their real estate search -- which has been kickstarted again after their deal for the coveted Bel Air estate fell through last week.

Since then, they've perused the Holmby Hills area as well as Bev Hills proper ... peeping massive compounds -- one owned by the ex-wife of Mr. Chow and another designed by Mohammed Hadid -- but it seems they haven't been able to make up their minds yet.

This, of course, comes after they walked away from the would-be $55 million purchase -- which they apparently felt wasn't right for them after entering escrow.

While these fancy abodes are sitting around for the picking among the rich and famous in L.A. -- there's probably a lot that's going into their decision beyond the crib ... especially with their kids in the picture still. So, they wanna make sure they choose correctly here.

Then again, they are set to get married ... so maybe there's a little urgency on the table. Don't wanna drag this out too long -- the engagement or the house-hunt, that is.

Well, hell has officially frozen over and pigs are flying ... 'cause the long-standing feud between Oscar De La Hoya and Dana White could be coming to an end after the boxing legend told us he wanted to patch up his relationship with the UFC president.

TMZ Sports talked to De La Hoya and his girlfriend Holly Sonders outside the Christian Louboutin store in Beverly Hills ... when the conversation turned to Las Vegas, and eventually the UFC honcho.

"I wanna fix things up with Dana."

You probably know ... Dana and Oscar pretty much hate each other's guts. They've both gone back and forth, verbally eviscerating each other in the process.

"I criticized the UFC a bit and I was wrong for it but yeah, I would love to patch things up with Dana and Mayweather."

It's gotten personal -- very personal -- between the men over the years (search YouTube) ... but it's clear Oscar had a change of heart and wants to squash the beef.

ODLH says he's building a house with Holly in Sin City (which happens to be Dana's backyard, where he lives and runs the UFC ... and actually wants to work with White as business partners.

"I have some big plans for Vegas."

As for Floyd Mayweather ... TBE and Floyd previously fought each other in 2007, where Mayweather won by split decision. Mayweather Promotions and Golden Boy, Oscar's promotion, also worked together for years.

Question is ... after all the barb's back-and-forth, will Dana and/or Floyd be open to the peace talks??

Russell Wilson and Ciara are officially making Denver their new home -- 'cause the Broncos QB just plunked down $25 million on a gorgeous mansion ... an all-time high for a single-family home in the area!

The 33-year-old copped the new crib -- which sits on 5.34 acres -- earlier this month in Englewood, CO ... a 24-minute drive from the Empower Field at Mile High stadium.

The 20,060 square foot estate has plenty of room for Russ, Ciara and their three children. The house features four bedrooms, 12 bathrooms, a nine-car garage and a large fireplace for those cold Rocky mountain nights.

There's also a 2,590-square-foot indoor pool, game room, home theater and full basketball court.

The Wilsons bought the place (in an off-market deal) for a record-breaking $26 million -- the most expensive price tag for a single family home in the Denver area.

The previous record was a penthouse at the Four Seasons building that sold for $16M in 2020 ... and former Broncos coach Mike Shanahan's mansion which sold for $15.7M.

It's definitely an upgrade in size for the Wilson family ... their Washington home -- that just went on the market for $36 million -- was a little over 11,000 square feet.

Of course, the recent real estate moves happened due to the Seattle Seahawks trading the 9x Pro Bowler to the Broncos last month.

Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez are still on the hunt for a mega-mansion to call home, but rather than getting frustrated ... they're all smiles as they tour another massive property.

This time, Ben and Jen hit up a 7-bed, 11-bath property in Bev Hills ... and the couple looked thrilled Thursday after their tour. Pretty easy to see why.

This particular not-so-humble abode was designed by real estate mogul Mohamed Hadid, the ex-husband of Yolanda Hadid and father of Gigi and Bella.

Mohamed's got quite the rep in the real estate game, having developed multiple Ritz-Carlton hotels throughout his career ... including a 292-room Ritz resort in Aspen.

The pad Ben and Jen checked out has an outdoor swan pond, a private theater, and even a ballroom, with space for 200 guests -- a sweet amenity for the former "World of Dance" judge and her fiancé.

As we reported, the couple has been looking for a new home after bailing on the one they were set to buy, for around $55 mil.

Thursday's stop is listed for a relatively paltry $32.75 million. As we showed you, they've also recently looked at a home listing for $75M.

Today's home tours are going much smoother than Wednesday's ... when they made a pitstop at Starbucks and drove over a sign in the drive-thru lane. No serious damage was done -- to the sign or their Mercedes -- but everyone had a good laugh.

NBA baller Hassan Whiteside is letting go of his beachfront mansion -- complete with a home theater and rooftop deck -- and it comes with a $23 million price tag.

NBA pro Iman Shumpert and his singer-songwriter wife Teyana Taylor have put their house on the market, and they're angling for a $4 million buyer.
