Talent agent Tyler Grasham can breathe a sigh of relief because the L.A. County District Attorney has just rejected all 4 sexual assault cases that have been under investigation.

One of the cases involves an alleged victim who claims he met Grasham when he was 15 and Grasham was 34. The alleged victim claimed they were at a party when Grasham performed oral sex on him. That case was rejected because the statute of limitations had run.

In the second case, the alleged victim was 17 when he claims Grasham plied him with alcohol until he fell asleep. He says when he awoke Grasham was performing anal sex on him. That case was also beyond the statute of limitations.

The third case ... the alleged victim, who is now 25, allegedly met Grasham back in 2014 on Tinder and claims Grasham stuck his hand down his pants. That case was rejected by the D.A. but referred to the L.A. City Attorney for possible misdemeanor prosecution.

Jacquees didn't make it hard for cops to pull him over and subsequently arrest him this week -- he was allegedly driving over 100 MPH ... and got busted for weed.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ Jacuqees was arrested near Atlanta early Thursday morning after police pulled him over for speeding. Cops say he clocked in at 116 MPH. Before stopping, police say something was tossed out of Jacquees' passenger side window, which they claim he later told them was marijuana. They say they found 3 more grams inside.

He was taken to jail and booked for speeding, reckless driving, littering and possession of a controlled substance. His passenger was also booked for possession.

United Airlines has settled with the family whose 10-month-old French bulldog, Kokito, died in an overhead bin ... TMZ has learned.

Although they've reached a settlement with the Robledo family, the amount of dough United is paying is confidential ... according to the family's attorney, Evan Oshan.

As we first reported, the family threatened to sue after a flight attendant allegedly ordered Catalina Robledo to put Kokito in the overheard compartment. After 2 hours of barking, Kokito died of suffocation.

The dog's death threw United into another PR crisis ... less than a year after it settled with Dr. David Dao, who was violently dragged off a flight.

Scott Baio will not be prosecuted for allegedly sexually assaulting Nicole Eggert during the run of "Charles in Charge," but we've learned the D.A. found her credible.

Sources familiar with the case tell us on Wednesday Nicole met the L.A. County Deputy D.A., who is reviewing the case. Our sources say the D.A. found Nicole's allegations "credible." As we reported, Eggert claimed Baio repeatedly molested her between ages 14 and 18. Baio insists they had sex only once ... when she was 18.

Our sources say the D.A. called the case "potentially prosecutable" ... were it not for the statute of limitations.

Under current law there's no statute of limitations if an adult sexually assaults a minor. But, when the alleged assaults occurred in the '80s, the statute of limitations was 3 years, which means it has long since run out.

There's an argument that old cases could still be prosecuted if the statute hadn't run when the law changed, but in this case the statute ran before the law changed, so case closed.

Eggert tells TMZ, "I always knew this case was beyond statutes of limitations and unfortunately the DA would not be able to prosecute Scott Baio. However I also knew the importance of laying the groundwork for any future victims of Baio's that may come forward and to warn parents who might unknowingly allow their children to be alone with this molester."

She goes on ... "I could no longer keep up the lie he conditioned me into and felt it a Mother's responsibility to put the truth out there."

A judge has officially dropped the felony domestic violence case against 49ers linebacker Reuben Foster after his ex-girlfriend told the court she lied about a violent attack back in February.

Foster was arrested on Feb. 11 after officials say he punched the woman in the face 8 to 10 times causing serious injuries including a ruptured eardrum.

But, the woman completely changed her story when she testified in court last month ... claiming she made the whole thing up because he was going to dump her and she was pissed.

"I wanted him to go down," she told the court.

Foster appeared in a Santa Clara County courtroom on Wednesday when the judge announced the domestic violence case would be dismissed due to insufficient evidence.

Foster was also facing a felony gun charge for possession of an assault weapon -- since officials say they found a SIG Sauer 516 with a high-capacity magazine during the search of Foster's home -- but that charge was reduced to a misdemeanor.

Some familiar, and still bad news for ex-"Buckwild" star Salwa Amin -- she got locked up Wednesday on a warrant for drug charges ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell us Amin was arrested in Orange County, FL on a warrant out of Virginia. According to her booking information ... she's facing multiple charges, including conspiracy to distribute a controlled substance and possession of cannabis with intent to distribute.

6:30 PM PT -- Eggert tells us, "Myself and my supporters have been continually attacked by Jorges, a paid internet troll hired by the Baios, to the point that she has contacted people in real life and tried to have them fired for supporting me. We have record of all of it. She seems to suffer from mental illness as she has already admitted to "stalking" me.

A source close to Eggert tells us in a tweet that mentioned Baio's wife, Jorges allegedly said, "Yes ... I am stalking Nicole Eggert. We have to take it upon ourselves to spread the truth. Because y'all have no clue what so ever what that means. LIAR QUEENS. Full admission! all liars, like Nicole! Scum."

Nicole Eggert's been ordered to stay the hell away from a Scott Baio fan alleging Nicole trolled her on social media ... and to immediately stop harassing her.

The woman -- Kimberly Jorges -- got a restraining order against Nicole ... this according to new legal docs obtained by TMZ. We've learned the fan claims Nicole urged her 70k Twitter followers bombard the fan's employer with phone calls. We're told the fan and Nicole had been going at it for a while before Nicole allegedly posted the name of the fan's employer.

The fan was a staunch supporter of Baio's and threw shade on Nicole and her claims he sexually abused her during the run of "Charles in Charge."

A plastic surgeon in Georgia is now being put under a microscope after allegedly putting patients under the knife with music blaring ... and her body groovin'.

Dr. Windell Davis Boutte has reportedly been sued multiple times over the last few months -- and in some cases, reportedly settled -- for alleged malpractice after being accused of dancing during her surgeries ... and posting the clips online.

A lot of the videos were reportedly used as evidence in the malpractice suits -- and it sure looks like Dr. Boutte was getting her boogie on while cutting patients open. One malpractice case allegedly left one woman, Icilma Cornelius, with permanent brain damage.

According to reports of the lawsuit the woman's son filed against Boutte, the doc allegedly had to call an ambulance after Cornelius suffered heart failure during a tummy tuck surgery since she didn't have the proper equipment to deal with the emergency at her practice.

Before paramedics could rush her away, Boutte is accused of needing to stitch Cornelius' skin back together to avoid the infecting the wounds, delaying transport. Not only that, but the son claims her office's elevator couldn't fit the stretcher, and his mom had to be carried down.

Michael Rotondo, the 30-year-old man whose mom and dad sued to get him booted from their home, claims he'll gladly leave ... eventually ... but he definitely won't forgive his folks.

Rotondo was on "TMZ Live" talking about the court case he lost. The judge sided with his parents and told the grown-ass man -- who doesn't pay rent -- he needed to heed his parents' eviction notice. He says he plans to appeal and, for now, he's still living with them.

He told us nothing's changed in the house, as far as his relationship with his parents -- icy cold as ever. But he really unloaded on them when we asked if he thinks his parents are good people.

As for getting the hell outta Dodge, getting a j-o-b, and getting his own place? Rotondo says he's got a game plan ... although we doubt his parents will like his timeline.

Kevin Federline made his own bed when he decided to have more children after divorcing Britney Spears, and it's not her problem that he's now strapped for cash and seeking more child support ... sources close to Britney tell TMZ.

K-Fed has asked a judge to up his $20,000 a month child support payment he gets from Britney, claiming their 2 kids enjoy a lavish lifestyle with her and all he can provide them with is a lifestyle that is relatively meager. He claims the kids go on 5-star vacations, they have every toy imaginable, a lighted tennis court, all because he claims she makes $34 million a year, while he only pulls in $3k a month.

One Britney source with direct knowledge of the situation tells TMZ, "Britney spends no more on the boys than he does. He's barely getting by because he has to support 3 additional kids and his wife and himself on funds Brit gives him for their 2 kids."

The source goes on, "The law is that both parents are to contribute to their children's support. Where is his contribution?"

Federline says his expenses are around $23,000 a month. So, when you add up his earnings and Britney's $20k a month, he currently breaks even.

Offset isn't going to have to answer for what led up to a nasty car crash he was in last week, or why he left the scene -- 'cause cops aren't pursuing it ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell us the investigation into a wreck Offset was involved in -- which sent him to the hospital -- is officially closed, and no charges will be filed.

We're told the matter will be treated as an abandoned/recovered vehicle case, with only a tree being hit and nobody else other than Offset being hurt or injured. Of course, Offset posted multiple gruesome photos of the aftermath ... they were gnarly, to say the least.

As we reported ... police initially wanted to know why Offset had left the scene. There were no victims, witnesses or damage to other vehicles, but cops still wanted to talk to him to see if anyone else was there. He was never ID'd as the driver, BTW.

10:10 AM PT -- Law enforcement tells us Incognito was placed on an involuntary psychiatric hold to be evaluated. It's essentially the equivalent of a 5150 in California. It's technically not an arrest -- but a forced mental evaluation.

It's not the first time Incognito has been placed on an involuntary psych hold -- the same thing happened a few years ago in the wake of the Jonathan Martin bullying scandal.

Richie Incognito was involved in an altercation with another man at an upscale Florida gym -- with the alleged victim claiming Incognito threw a dumbbell at him ... and cops were called.

Multiple sources tell TMZ Sports .. the 4-time Pro Bowl lineman was working out early Wednesday morning when he got into it with another guy who was working out.

We spoke with the alleged victim who tells us Incognito first threw a tennis ball at him for no reason -- before grabbing a dumbbell and heaving that as well.

The alleged victim says Incognito was rambling about the government and screaming at the man to "get off my f*cking playground."

Law enforcement confirms cops were called to the gym and met with Incognito.

Multiple gym sources say Incognito was taken away by police -- but cops won't say if he was formally arrested.

We've attempted to contact Incognito for comment -- but so far, no luck.

The 34-year-old has had a turbulent year -- back in February, his old Miami Dolphins teammate, Jonathan Martin, was arrested after posting a gun threat directed at Incognito and others.

Incognito then suddenly announced his retirement from the NFL while still under contract with the Buffalo Bills. Just this week, the Bills essentially granted him his release so Incognito could resume his NFL career with another team.

Donald Trump has a simple defense in the lawsuit filed against him by former 'Apprentice' contestant Summer Zervos ... she's a liar and truth is a defense.

Zervos sued Trump for defamation after he said she was making up the story he allegedly sexually assaulted her during a 2007 business meeting at the Beverly Hills Hotel.

Zervos couldn't sue for sexual assault because of the statute of limitations, but after he said her case was "totally made up nonsense," she sued him for defamation calling him a "sexual predator."

R. Kelly was recently filmed saying it's "too late" for those trying to #MuteRKelly -- but his speech was more about his strong legacy than it was anything else.

A new video shows Kelly making a toast with friends, and him saying "it's too late" as well as "They should've did this s*** 30 years ago." While some took that to mean his accusers were too late, we're told that's not what he meant.

Sources close to Kels tell TMZ ... Kelly was simply celebrating with his pals -- including former basketball player Antoine Walker -- rather than bashing any of his accusers. We're told his "too late" comment was in reference to those trying to silence him, like Spotify.

Fact is ... R. Kelly's streaming numbers have actually gone up since Spotify announced it was removing his music from its playlists. Sources say Kelly was simply pointing out his music has made its impact around the world, and nothing will change that.

We broke the story ... Kelly's now being sued by a woman who claims he sexually assaulted her, falsely imprisoned her and gave her herpes. She also secretly recorded Kelly earlier this month, trying to coax him into a confession.

One of the 3 actresses busted at Houston's firmly believes her skin color played a role in the aggressive way the security guard took her down, and she says the restaurant's track record proves it.

Brittany Marie Lucio tells us Houston's and cops are lying about what went down before she and her friends got dragged out of the Atlanta restaurant and put in handcuffs. She takes serious issue with what she believes was excessive force used to remove them.

One of the friends, Asia'h Epperson, told us she was shocked cops arrested them instead of the security guard. Ditto for Brittany, who said she's fully aware of the issues that prompted T.I. to boycott a different Atlanta-area Houston's last year.

As we reported, T.I.'s now on a mission to shut down Houston's nationwide, by any means necessary.

Michael Avenatti is now on the receiving end of the legal system, because his law firm was just hit hard in bankruptcy court to the tune of $10 million.

TMZ broke the story, Avenatti's former law partner, Jason Frank, sued Stormy Daniels' lawyer last week for $2 million. Frank claimed when he left Avenatti's firm, Eagan Avenatti, the firm agreed to pay him a settlement of $4.85 million, due in installments. The first installment was due May 14 and, according to the lawsuit, Avenatti's firm missed it ... thus the lawsuit.

Avenatti's firm was in bankruptcy at the time and, even though the case was dismissed, the judge held open the settlement between Avenatti's firm and Frank. According to that settlement, if Avenatti's firm missed any of the installments, the amount due would be $10 million. The bankruptcy judge just entered the $10 million judgment against the firm.

What's more, according to the L.A. Times, one of the creditors in the bankruptcy case was the IRS, which claimed Avenatti personally owed $2.4 mil in back taxes. He agreed to pay in installments and paid $1.5 million but missed last week's deadline to pay the next $440,291.

Avenatti scoffed at the L.A. Times in a Trump style, saying the story was "overblown. Sensational reporting at its finest. No judgment against me was issued nor do I owe any taxes."

Avenatti tells TMZ, the Times was wrong to say he owes the IRS personally. He also says Eagan Avenatti is not the firm that reps Stormy Daniels ... that firm is Avenatti & Associates. The L.A. Times claims it got emails back from Avenatti from an Eagan Avenatti e-mail address.
