Andy Cohen is now a very proud father of two ... revealing to the world he's got a brand new baby girl.

Cohen went to Instagram Friday to introduce baby Lucy, saying, "HERE’S LUCY!!!!! Meet my daughter, Lucy Eve Cohen! She’s 8 pounds 13 oz and was born at 5:13 pm in New York City!!!"

He continues, "Her big brother can’t wait to meet her! Thank you to my rock star surrogate (ALL surrogates are rockstars, by the way) and everyone who helped make this miracle happen. I’m so happy."

Lucy comes as a surprise to the public, as it hadn't been reported Andy was expecting another kid. It was back in August when he revealed he was open to the idea of having another, but didn't divulge much else.

Andy has a 3-year-old son, Benjamin, who he welcomed early 2019 ... and has raved about being a dad ever since.

Before this girl with braids stole the spotlight in one of THE most classic romance films of all time, she was just another wanna-be little Dorothy following the yellow brick roads ... of New York City that is.

This jolly gal eventually refined her spaghetti arms and won the Mirrorball trophy on ABC's "Dancing With The Stars" back in 2010, which would come to no surprise for most, considering her hungry eyes for always wanting to be noticed.

Steph's wife posted video of her daughter killin' it with the utensils on Tuesday night ... revealing the chef blood apparently runs strong in the Currys.

Little Riley -- who's all grown up since she famously went viral at Steph's playoff games years ago -- whipped up chicken piccata with mashed potatoes and veggies ... and it all looked amazing.

Riley dusted the chicken with flour all on her own and fried it up herself -- with Ayesha saying on the video, "I'm so dang proud! I literally did nothing!"

The meal also included halibut ... and Riley shouted out her mom -- who, if you weren't aware, is a wizard in the kitchen -- for the lessons that led up to the finished product.

"I learned from the best," Riley said on camera as her mom gushed.

Riley topped off the meal with some sparkling grape juice -- and judging by the plates set up on the dinner table, it appears Steph was able to indulge in his daughter's dishes as well.

Before this young man in his navy polo shirt turned into a show creator and a successful actor, he was just a private schoolboy attending Saint Joseph's Preparatory School in Philadelphia.

This smiling kid is best known for his role in the FX comedy series "It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia" and if you're a fan of "Mythic Quest" ... well then you definitely should know who this cute kid is!

Need one more hint ... He ended up marrying one of his 'Sunny' co-stars in 2008, and the pair now have two sons together.

Kevin Federline is not too pleased about Britney Spears' latest salvo -- that he wouldn't see her when she was pregnant -- and his lawyer has delivered a not-so-veiled threat, saying her account is false.

Attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan, was leaving Craig's Thursday night, when a photog asked about Brit's most recent post, where she says, "... geez my ex-husband wouldn't see me when I flew to New York with a baby inside me and Las Vegas when he was shooting a video!!!"

Kaplan called her out, saying her account "is completely the opposite of what's true, she knows that," adding this warning ... "She should be very careful about pursuing a dialogue that's based on revisionist history."

In case that threat was too oblique, Kaplan got more specific ... "That story about Kevin in Las Vegas and Britney is completely erroneous, and he's not going to stand by and let that story besmirch what he did and his support of her back in the day."

Pusha T's new album features a few verses from Kanye West, who used his guest spot to spill some of his feelings about his family situation ... and also some famous real estate.

Ye pops up on 2 songs ... "Dreamin Of The Past" and "Rock N Roll," and not shockingly he's got the divorce from Kim Kardashian and his kids on his mind.

In "Rock N Roll," he says, "I ain't come to pick up the kids to pick a fight" ... seemingly referencing the arguments he claims to have had with Kim about spending time with their 4 children.

Then, on "Dreamin Of The Past" he raps about the importance of keeping a family together. Some of his lyrics include ... "Born in the manger, the son of a stranger ... When daddy's not home, the family's in danger."

The good news is ... Ye's got some lighter lines too.

We know he's big into pricey real estate, and that comes up in 'Dreamin' when he drops these lyrics ... "I used to watch the Fresh Prince and pray the house would be mine ... Could have bought it but I ain't like the way the kitchen designed."

As you know, Ye hasn't backed down from speaking his mind through music ... his song "Eazy" with The Game features the verse, "God saved me from the crash, just so I can beat Pete Davidson's ass."

Blac Chyna and the Kardashians continue to duke it out at trial, but one face has been notably absent ... Rob Kardashian, who's been doing daddy duty at home with his daughter.

Sources close to Rob and Chyna tell TMZ ... he's been home with Dream over the last few weeks trying to keep everything as routine for her as possible ... all while her family members and mom are at war.

We're told Rob has no problem appearing in court if he's called as a witness, but until that happens, 5-year-old Dream is his top priority.

Rob is Dream's main caretaker -- he's got her 6 days out of the week -- so he feels it's important to be around her during the family drama.

Chyna revealed Thursday on the stand she didn't have a personal bank account and hasn't filed a personal tax return in several years ... so this may not be her only court case, and all of this becomes relevant in child custody cases.

The courtroom testimony has been intense ... Chyna broke down in tears Thursday recounting the time when Rob leaked her nudes. She also has her version of Rob's accusations that she held a gun to his head and choked him with a phone charging cord ... saying it was all done in jest.

Angelina Jolie may be trying to sue the FBI over the Brad Pitt plane incident involving their son -- but if it is her, she's proceeding anonymously ... having just gotten the green light to do it.

Jolie has been speculated as the person behind a recent Jane Doe lawsuit filed against the federal agency over a FOIA request -- one the feds have apparently denied this woman as it pertains to an investigation they undertook a few years back involving alleged abuse on a private jet ... this according to a new report from Politico.

This woman has apparently been asking the FBI to hand over documents from their investigation, but claims she's been getting the cold shoulder ... so, she's suing them over it -- but before she dives in on this case, she wanted her identity to remain under wraps.

A judge just signed off on that request this week ... so she'll move forward here as Jane Doe. The reason she says she wants to stay hidden -- the "impact on the privacy of her client's minor children," so says this woman's attorney ... big shot Amanda Kramer.

That seems to be another tell in some folks' eyes that Angie may be the mystery woman trying to dig up these docs. Based on all the info she's cited in docs thus far, obtained by TMZ, it would appear her description of the incident tracks with what happened in 2016.

You'll recall ... the family was flying from France to the U.S., when Angelina claims an argument broke out between Brad and their oldest boy, Maddox, which she alleges escalated into some sort of physical confrontation and resulted in Brad making contact with the kid.

Brad denied her characterization, saying the contact was inadvertent -- but the case was still investigated by Child Services and the authorities when they landed ... which eventually got kicked over to the FBI over jurisdiction. Since it happened in the air, it was their game.

In the end, the FBI closed the case and declined to file any charges ... as they felt there simply wasn't enough there to move forward. And yet, all these years later ... here's a Jane Doe wanting to get to the bottom of how exactly they reached a similar conclusion in what may be the same matter.

As for what this woman apparently wants with these records ... to "better understand the FBI's investigation and obtain information necessary for her children to receive medical care and trauma counseling." Her attorney also makes it sound like she wants to use these records in other DV advocacy work she might be involved in, politically or otherwise.

Actor Wyatt Russell has just sealed the deal and unloaded his Studio City home.

Wyatt, the son of Kurt Russell and Goldie Hawn, sold his Spanish home for just under $2.9M ... making quite a big profit since snagging it, back in 2019.

The hockey player turned actor and his actress wife, Meredith Hagner, purchased the pad for just under $1.7M ... 6 months before they got hitched.

The 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom pad is full of color and charm. It has cool features ... including a pink arched gate, beamed ceilings and 3 fireplaces.

Cardi B and Offset's baby boy Wave Set Cephus can thank his rapper father for his super cool first name.

Sources connected tell TMZ ... the Migos rapper was the one who came up with the name Wave.

Once Cardi and Offset knew they were having a boy, we're told they started throwing around words and names for their first son ... and when Offset suggested Wave, both parents loved it.

The middle name is a much different story.

Our sources say Cardi and Offset spent much longer figuring that out ... originally toying with Marley ... a play on Cardi's middle name, Marlenis.

We're told Cardi didn't like Wave Marley Cephus -- it just didn't have the right ring -- and when the kid was born Sept. 4 and his parents saw him for the first time, Cardi and Offset decided to go with Set.

So, both names are courtesy of Offset. Most of Offset's friends call him Set.

As we reported ... Cardi B and Offset waited nearly 8 months to reveal the boy's name and post the first pic.

We're told Cardi and Offset took their time because they get a ton of negativity on social media, especially toward their kids. They waited for the perfect occasion -- their Essence cover shoot.

Kim and Khloe Kardashian took their kids to Disneyland this week, and it highlighted the difficulty of being one of the most famous families on earth.

The Kardashians plunked down at least $3K for VIP access ... something that's available to everyone. For them, it's kinda a necessity, since they would be overwhelmed by fans if they stood in line and the trip would be a disaster for the kids.

Some fans were pissed when Disneyland staff shut down the teacup ride ... you see the brood in 3 of the teacups while the others remain empty, and that didn't sit well with some folks waiting in line. We're told the Kardashians didn't request that the ride be shut down to other guests ... Disneyland staff just did it. They did not shut down other rides for the fam.

This was True's first trip to the happiest place on earth, and we know that because Khloe apologized for photoshopping a prior pic -- taken last October -- to cover Stormi's face. Khloe confessed, and all is good.

Tom Brady is still the G.O.A.T. on the football field and in his household -- 'cause he says he just whooped his oldest son in a game of 1-on-1 basketball.

TB12 shared some rare footage of him hoopin' on his Instagram page on Tuesday ... showing a little bit of his recent contest with 14-year-old Jack.

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers superstar looked smooth as butter in the clip, hitting a jumper over the kid -- much to the young Brady's dismay.

Brady also showed some pics of him blowing by Jack in the lane all while appearing to be on his way to hitting a scoop layup.

No word on what the final score of the game was -- but Tom wrote on his social media page, "Dad still wins for now."

Tom did show some love to Jack, though -- saying the kid is improving on the court, writing, "I don't love my chances next year."

The NFL star might not be blowin' smoke -- Jack appears to be growing like a weed ... check out the huge spurt he's appeared to hit since 2021.

Tom has said in the past that Jack loves sports -- and could follow in his athletic footsteps one day.
