Paul Walker's brother says there are no surprise appearances from him in the final chapter (allegedly) of the 'Fast and Furious' franchise ... but he's happy another family member is getting her shine.

We got Cody Walker Thursday right after Ludacris got his star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame -- and we asked him about the new "Fast X" movie, and Paul's daughter Meadow Walker appearing in it.

First off ... while Cody says there are no secret cameos from him in "Fast X", he acknowledges there's always been talk of it, and doesn't completely shut the door.

Fact is, it wouldn't be much of a secret if he told us!

As far as possible CGI scenes of Paul's character, Brian O'Conner ... Cody says he's not involved in those decisions. He does tell us Paul is referenced in it, as you'd expect.

As we reported, Meadow does have a small role in "Fast X" ... and she says it's a blessing to be able to honor her father's legacy.

Cody tells us he's stoked and it makes total sense his niece is taking the torch from her father for her first appearance in a 'Fast' flick.

The new movie is in theaters this week and is expected to make a ton of money at the box office ... which is no surprise to Cody. He tells us why Paul would have been pleasantly surprised at the franchise's direction since starring in the OG film back in the day.

Cody's still big on the car scene -- just as Paul was -- his FuelFest will be at Irwindale Speedway, outside L.A., on June 3 ... and he says the accompanying car show will showcase the top custom exotic cars from around the globe.

Add live music, drag races, and drifting and ya got the perfect party for diehard "FF" fans.

Cody sounds like he's fine with not joining the franchise, preferring to leave the acting up to his niece.

Bronny James is one step closer to becoming a college basketball star -- he just inked his letter of intent with USC ... and the occasion was so momentous, LeBron James said he shed a tear!!

Poppa James posted all about the Proud Dad moment on his Instagram page Thursday morning ... writing that he was "so damn happy" to see his 18-year-old boy put the pen to SC paper, locking him in to the Trojans for at least the 2023-24 season.

"Pops shed a gangsta 🥺😢 seeing this," LeBron wrote. "So AMAZING!! #ProudDad #BronnyGoingToCollege😱 #JamesGang👑 #FightOn✌🏾."

In his post, LeBron shared a few snaps of Bronny at his signing ceremony at Sierra Canyon H.S. on Wednesday.

In one of the photos, the teen could be seen rockin' an SC shirt with a big smile. In the other, his brother -- also wearing Trojans gear -- and mom joined him for a happy photo.

LBJ, of course, could not attend ... he's a little busy trying to beat the Nuggets in the Western Conference Finals in Denver -- but it's clear as day he couldn't be more thrilled for his son's future.

Priscilla Presley may have settled her dispute over Lisa Marie's trust for millions of dollars, but she lost out on one of her big asks  ... being buried next to "The King" -- this according to sources with direct knowledge.

Our sources say ... while Priscilla and her granddaughter, Riley Keough, battled over Lisa Marie's trust ... Priscilla wanted something other than money ... a burial spot next to her ex-husband, Elvis Presley.

Elvis is buried at Graceland, his legendary Memphis estate, flanked by the gravesites of his mother and father. Thus the issue ... if Priscilla were to be buried next to Elvis, who moves?

We're told Priscilla's request was a non-starter, and she backed down without much discussion.

While Priscilla may not know her final resting place, she still walked away with an impressive settlement. We're told she will get millions in return for dropping her claims over who controls Lisa's trust, which includes the Graceland mansion and a stake in Elvis Presley Enterprises.

Priscilla tells TMZ ... "Although I don't plan on going anywhere anytime soon. It is my family's and my wish for me to be laid to rest with my daughter and the love of my life when that time comes. We appreciate the love from all of the fans."

WWE Hall of Famer "Superstar" Billy Graham has died ... TMZ Sports has confirmed.

Billy's family tells us he died Wednesday after being taken off life support. We're told Billy's wife and daughter were by his side when he passed.

As we reported ... Billy's wife Valerie announced Monday he had been in the ICU for three weeks as a result of various health issues. She said doctors wanted to take Billy off life support Monday night, but she initially refused.

Known for his prowess as a wrestler and a bodybuilder, Billy rose to fame back in the day wrestling for the American Wrestling Association and later the World Wrestling Federation.

Billy mentored big-time wrestlers like Hulk Hogan, Scott Steiner, Ric Flair and Jesse Ventura ... and in 2004 the WWE inducted Billy into its Hall of Fame.

Billy's recent health issues took a toll on his body ... his family says he lost 45 pounds while suffering from congestive heart failure, diabetes, hearing loss, and a significant infection in his ears and skull.

We're also told his kidneys were failing.

Tributes are now pouring in from across the wrestling world ... with Ric tweeting, "THANK YOU FOR ALL YOUR INFLUENCE On My Career!"

Billy was 79.

The family of the alleged shoplifter shot and killed by a Walgreens security guard adamantly disagrees with the San Francisco D.A. ... believing the guard should be charged with first-degree murder.

John Burris, attorney for Banko Brown's family, tells TMZ ... Michael Earl-Wayne Anthony should be facing murder after last month's incident, or at the very least, manslaughter.

Burris, who famously repped Tupac and Rodney King in civil suits against police, says with District Attorney Brooke Jenkins so far declining to charge Anthony at all ... the family's overall goal is to get him charged with something in hopes of getting some level of accountability.

The Brown family just wants Anthony to stand trial, because, in their eyes, he should be convicted and sentenced to life in prison.

The SF Walgreens is currently shut down following protests, but the family's hoping it will reconsider having armed security guards ... something they're not even sure was necessary in the first place.

As we reported, the D.A. released surveillance footage, police reports, and witness accounts earlier this week -- all in an attempt to defend her decision to not charge Anthony. Jenkins claims Anthony fired in self-defense, but many folks still aren't convinced, especially after seeing the video.

Sophia Culpo is seemingly using a Billie Eilish song to throw more shade at her ex-boyfriend, Braxton Berrios ... showing off her pipes as she covered a breakup tune.

The younger sister of former Miss Universe Olivia Culpo teamed up with her brother, Gus, to perform the popular hit "Happier Than Ever" for her Instagram followers on Wednesday ... something she referred to as "free therapy."

The song -- which features a ton of super-emotional lyrics about being treated poorly in a relationship -- makes a lot of sense considering what Culpo said about their breakup.

Just last month, SC claimed the Miami Dolphins receiver lost her trust ... which came amid rumors he moved on with social media influencer Alix Earle.

In fact, Braxton was spotted celebrating Earle's college graduation earlier this week ... so it appears they are moving forward with their relationship.

Gus seemed to confirm the speculation ... sharing a tongue-in-cheek comment below Sophia's post.

Busta Rhymes is feeling more like King Midas these days, 'cause he says everything he touches is basically turning to gold ... and his new album should be no different considering the heavy hitters he's got on board.

TMZ Hip Hop caught up with Busta late Tuesday night in NYC as he was leaving Quad Recording Studios ... and it was obvious he was excited about what was going on inside.

The Brooklyn MC confirmed Timbaland, Swizz Beatz, and Pharrell Williams are joining him to executive produce the upcoming album -- and he says he's feeling "amazing" about the year he's having.

This will be Busta's 11th solo studio album -- check out the clip, even he's losing count -- and he says after more than 3 decades, he's still excited to work with new artists.

He said he's also feeling blessed to hang with some fellow legends recently ... having performed gigs with Diddy, Pharrell, Janet Jackson, and Mary J. Blige in the last few weeks -- and on top of that, he's going on tour this summer with 50 Cent.

Music aside, Busta says he's also coming off the high of Mother's Day weekend -- he spent time with Moms, of course, but also celebrated a milestone for one of his kids. The usually bombastic MC was more like an everyday proud pop ... as she shouted out all four of his kids for their success.

Rep. Lauren Boebert is pulling the plug on over 15 years of marriage, filing to divorce her now-estranged husband, Jayson.

According to a statement, Boebert says she filed in Mesa County, CO and says, "It is with a heavy weight on my heart that I have filed for divorce from my husband. I am grateful for our years of marriage together and for our beautiful children, all of whom deserve privacy and love as we work through this process."

She continued, "I've always been faithful in my marriage, and I believe strongly in marriage, which makes this announcement that much more difficult. This is truly about irreconcilable differences. I do not intend to discuss this matter any further in public out of respect for our children and will continue to work hard to represent the people of Colorado's 3rd Congressional District."

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ ... Jayson chased away a process server last month who tried to hand him the divorce papers, and he reportedly shouted profanities at the process server while cleaning a gun and drinking a beer.

Lauren and Jayson got married back in 2006, having their first kid when she was 18. She said in her book, "My American Life," they wanted to tie the knot when she was only 16, just 4 months after they met.

She said they even drove to a Las Vegas wedding chapel to get it done, but were turned away due to the minimum age requirement being 17.

Priscilla Presley is no longer beefing with her granddaughter Riley Keough ... they just settled their dispute over Lisa Marie's trust, and we're told Priscilla's walking away with fatter pockets.

Priscilla and Riley's legal teams were in court Tuesday, where they reached a settlement over who controls Lisa's trust, which reportedly includes the Graceland mansion and a stake in the lucrative Elvis Presley Enterprises.

Sources connected tell TMZ ... Lisa Marie's estate paid an undisclosed sum of money to Priscilla to settle the dispute. Our sources say it's in the millions.

TMZ broke the story ... a trust battle broke out in the wake of Lisa Marie's death back in January, with her mom Priscilla challenging an amendment to Lisa Marie's trust, which eliminated both Priscilla and Lisa's former business manager, Barry Siegel, as trustees and left Riley as the sole trustee.

Priscilla questioned the validity of the amendment. She claimed it was never delivered to her, the document misspelled her name, the date on the document was suspicious, and Lisa Marie's signature appeared "inconsistent with her usual and customary signature."

There was a ton of money on the line ... and now it looks like Priscilla's getting a chunk of change.

Jimmie Allen's sweet deal with a "Shark Tank" powered ice cream company is apparently out the window ... this following recent rape allegations made against him.

Here's the deal -- it was announced back in March that the country singer was partnering up with The Frozen Farmer, a farm-fresh ice cream company backed by Lori Greiner and featured on the deal-making series.

Jimmie collabed with the biz and came up with Miss Angie's Peach Cobbler Frobert, inspired by a recipe from his mom of the same name ... but if you check out the company's page, the dessert is nowhere to be found and the social media posts promoting it have been deleted.

The pints were jam-packed with references to Jimmie's background, like a pic of him and his mom on the cover or the number 15 on the lid -- the number his dad wore when he played baseball. However, it looks like it's simply in his rearview mirror at this point.

As we reported, Jimmie's being sued by his alleged former business manager, who claims he raped her while she was working for him.

She says he continued to amp up the sexual harassment during her 18 months on the job ... before ultimately being fired from the company that employed her.

Jimmie told us the woman's claims have "no truth to them whatsoever" and alleges she hired a lawyer to ask him for money only after their 2-year consensual sexual relationship ended.

Khloe Kardashian says she keeps getting mistaken for her sister Kourtney ... so she's putting together a little project to set the record straight.

The youngest Kardashian sister created a slideshow presentation Monday on her Instagram story, highlighting all the ways she and her oldest sister Kourtney are similar and different.

Khloe jokes folks have been confusing her and Kourtney for years ... including the Elvis Presley impersonator who officiated Kourtney and Travis Barker's Las Vegas wedding, and more recently, the folks waiting outside the Ritz-Carlton in Manhattan.

It seems Khloe's mainly referencing the scene that played out Monday in NYC ... where a crowd was waiting for her and Kim Kardashian to climb out of their SUV and head into the Ritz ... with someone shouting, "Kourtney," as Khloe walked by.

Khloe jokingly says ... "I totally understand how we look like identical twins so this might be challenging for some but hopefully this presentation will help."

One of the major differences, Khloe says, is hair color ... she says 99% of the time Kourtney is brunette, and 99% of the time she is blonde. Khloe also points out she stands about 5'10 while Kourtney is much shorter at 5 feet, calling the height disparity a "dead giveaway."

Of course, Khloe says there are similarities too, which is why she thinks people get them confused. She says, "Kourtney is fabulous, gorgeous, hysterical so I get how people mix us up." Khloe also says Kourtney is "hot as f***" and that's another reason she thinks people "keep blending us together."

Khloe says the mix-ups happen "on a daily basis multiple times a day" ... and she says that's being conservative.

Jamie Foxx continues to receive medical treatment after his serious health scare last month in Atlanta -- but now he's in a new city, at a facility touted as the top physical medicine and rehabilitation center in the country.

Jamie's family, including his daughters Corinne and Anelise, as well as Anelise's mother, Kristin Grannis, were all in Chicago both Saturday and Sunday to spend time with Foxx during his continued care.

While we still don't know exactly what happened to Jamie or why he's there ... we know the facility specializes in stroke recovery, traumatic brain injury rehab, spinal cord injury rehab and cancer rehabilitation.

One source tells us Foxx arrived at this facility in Chicago in late April -- after initially getting treatment in an Atlanta hospital -- and sources connected to Jamie tell us he's "recovering well."

Jamie's loved ones appeared to be in good spirits over the weekend, and there are signs he's alert and active -- including the fact Kristin left the center with Mother's Day flowers and a balloon.

Also, Anelise had her guitar with her, so you gotta imagine she was able to play and sing with her dad ... a good sign considering how important music is to Jamie.

Corinne, who has been by her dad's side from the start of his medical troubles, was also joined by her boyfriend on at least one of the visits, cracking a smile ... which, hopefully, is a marker of positive things happening for Jamie.

At the end of last week, Corinne announced her father had been out of the hospital for "weeks" and was "recuperating" -- she also mentioned he was playing pickleball.

While it's clear he's still getting treatment, the rehab center is obviously encouraging for Jamie's overall progress -- and the facility offers an adaptive sports and fitness program -- which could explain the game of pickleball.

As we reported, Jamie was first hospitalized April 12 in Atlanta for what his family called a "medical complication" ... but all seems to be headed in the right direction.

Graham's family is asking people to donate to his GoFundMe ... as medical bills for the former champ continue to mount.

Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck certainly made the most of Mother's Day ...  spending time with both their moms for one big familial affair.

J Lo's mama, Guadalupe Rodríguez, and Ben's mom, Christopher Anne Boldt, joined the A-list couple for the Sunday Funday in Los Angeles.

J Lo's twins Emme and Max, as well as Ben's daughter, Seraphina, were also on hand to celebrate the moms -- showing everyone is all still getting along just fine.

BA's son Samuel and oldest daughter Violet appeared to be missing from the family function ... perhaps, spending time with their mother, Jennifer Garner.

Of course, the fun-filled day comes on the heels of new movie releases from both Ben and Jen ... so, even more of a reason to celebrate. J Lo's flick "The Mother" is getting plenty of buzz on Netflix.

As we reported, Ben's flick "Hypnotic" didn't do as well in theaters ... raking in just $2.3 million from ticket sales.

It's Mother's Day, and if one group of people that know how to give it up for their Mama Bears -- it's Hollywood's rich and famous ... which they certainly did this year.

The biggest stars made sure to heap on tons of love/praise for their moms Sunday, with tribute posts going up left and right on social media. Some are mothers themselves, others were shouting out their baby mamas ... but almost everyone was expressing gratitude.

Some notable posts ... Kim Zolciak, who's going through a divorce, posed with 2 of her kids; Usher snapped something with his mom; Justin Timberlake gave Jessica Biel her flowers; Travis Barker lauded Kourtney Kardashian; and Alec Baldwin shared his own mom memories.

There were other sweet snaps as well ... shared by the likes of Simu Liu, Patrick Mahomes, Rebel Wilson, Priyanka Chopra, Kylie Jenner, J Lo, Bethenny Frankel and others.

BTW, while there are certainly a lot of moms who give birth to celebs ... there are probably just as many who are famous themselves. As it goes, the apple doesn't fall far from the tree.

Matty Healy is meeting the parents in Taylor Swift's world -- or at least one of them, anyway ... and that would be her father, who seems to be taking a liking to the young man.

The 1975 singer was spotted by several fans Saturday night during TS' Philadelphia stop, where he was seen taking in the view from a box seat out in the stands ... standing next to none other than Scott Swift, who was also watching his daughter and jamming out.

There are several videos and photos of them circulating on social media -- including some where they're seated ... and their faces can be seen in full view. At one point in one of these clips, you can see Scott lean in and say something to Matty. They look comfortable.

Another interesting person who was in the box with both of them ... Matty's label head, Jamie Oborne, who founded Dirty Hit -- to which MH's band, The 1975, is signed.

The 3 of them were actually seen roaming the stadium floor at one point too -- so, no doubt they were rolling together. BTW, Matty and Scott may have also been at Taylor's concert on Friday ... there are photos showing them in the same box, but in different outfits.

It's interesting ... a lot of fans saw Matty and Scott in the open, and they certainly weren't trying to lay low. Frankly, their box seats were just above a crap ton of normies below.

So, what can we make of this??? On its face ... it would seem to mean Taylor/Matty aren't hiding the fact they're seeing each other. Not just that, but they're obviously close if Matty's getting face time with her family this soon ... although, he may have already met them.

Fact is, Matty's known Taylor for years now ... and they've been painted as close friends. It's possible Matty's already met Taylor's mom and dad -- still though, it's a big development.

Pretty eventful weekend for Swifties. Not only did they get to see their idol perform some heroics on behalf of a fan watching the show ... but they got some new love life deets too.

Time will tell if Matty continues to follow Taylor on the road ... she's got a lot of dates left.
