Keisha Lance Bottoms is disappointed some folks are still playing with fire in an untamed pandemic, like this wild house party in her city ... but she's encouraged by people taking it seriously.

Here's the deal ... someone decided it was a good idea to host a massive rager in Atlanta over Memorial Day Weekend, and the shindig was billed as a private, topless mansion party, with over 800 people attending before police shut it down.

Videos from inside the bash show revelers packed inside the mansion like sardines, topless dancers twerking in front of a huge circle of people, as money rained down.

The party is drawing a stern response from the Mayor of Atlanta ... a spokesperson for Bottoms tells TMZ, "While the Mayor is extremely disappointed to see these isolated events, she is encouraged by the vast majority of Atlantans who value their lives and the lives of others enough to practice social distancing and use some common sense.”

Translation ... a few bad apples won't overshadow the rest of you.

Remember, Mayor Bottoms has been urging Atlanta residents to be responsible and stay home during the pandemic, even as Governor Brian Kemp and President Trump push forward with reopening states and economies.

As for the party, we're told the owner of the house owns a couple strip clubs in the area ... and cops shut it down Saturday at midnight.

The Atlanta Police Department tells TMZ ... officers responded to a noise complaint and ticketed about a dozen cars for parking illegally.

Beyonce's remix of Megan Thee Stallion's hit, "Savage," has everybody feeling a bit better during the pandemic ... but especially the founder of an IG Live strip club she name-checks on the track.

Justin LaBoy's the guy who started Demon Time -- a virtual stripper stage where women dance for celebs and norms alike -- tells TMZ how stunned he was to find out Bey knows about his biz ... and felt compelled to give it a shout-out.

If ya don't know ... Shaq, The Weeknd, Kevin Durant, Meek Mill, Drake, Lil Yachty, Yo Gotti, Diplo and Jake Paul have all signed in for Demon Time shows, but LaBoy says it took some time for it to be socially accepted. As he puts it, some celebs were using burner phones at first to watch the action.

Now that it has Beyonce's stamp of approval, though, LaBoy's expecting a big boost. Several million have already heard her sing, "Hips TikTok when I dance, on that Demon Time she might start an OnlyFans."

LaBoy says his new stripper service is the wave of the immediate future ... until there's a coronavirus vaccine. Watch his explanation -- it makes sense, especially in light of the expected changes at traditional strip clubs.

Forget the thirst trap -- this packed house party in Chicago featuring a stripper is more like a potential coronavirus trap with all the guests blatantly ignoring quarantine guidelines.

It turns out there was even more reckless behavior going down in Chi-Town over the weekend -- this party seemed to have several dozen guests swarming around a stripper wearing a top, but nothing down below. The partygoers, packed in shoulder-to-shoulder, made it rain on her and even got a little handsy.

That might be great for her bottom line, but not so great for health. The video shows no one was thinking a thing about COVID-19, face coverings or maintaining six feet between each other.

This is clearly a trend -- as we reported, another Windy City house party had more than 1,000 guests... even as the city struggles to flatten the curve, and combat the disproportionate COVID-19 mortality rate in the black community.

As we reported ... Chi-Town officials slapped the owner with fines, and cited her for disorderly conduct -- namely, violating the state's stay-at-home orders.

Meanwhile, the stripper party had the potential to get even bigger. A woman who appears to be the homeowner was on video -- live on Facebook, mind you -- inviting anyone watching to come through.

Well, this is super irresponsible ... Blueface threw a party for a group of strippers -- or as he would say, drunk strippers -- and it was beyond reckless as the women broke into a realty-show-worthy physical fight.

It went down at the rapper's California estate Saturday. Blueface, with the Instagram handle @bluefacebleedem, posted this vid of a bunch of women in bikini tops and g-strings.

They were there to shoot a music video, but there is NO SOCIAL DISTANCING ... quite the opposite. The video begins with the women in a circular formation with Blueface smack-dab in the middle.

It then devolves into a physical fight that violates every safety measure Dr. Fauci and so many others have urged everyone to follow. The women had each other by the hair ... in one case one of the women had her wig pulled off.

It's just another example of people ignoring warnings and intermingling in ways that can easily spread the virus.

BTW ... this isn't the first time this week Blueface has caused a stink. A few months back he went to Skid Row in L.A., jumped up on his SUV and started throwing cash so people could crowd around and grab the money off the ground. Lots of people felt it was humiliating, but others felt it was a charitable act so case closed.

Larry Flynt's Hustler Club in Vegas is still serving customers during the 30-day "stay home" order -- but strictly from its kitchen.

Yes, the only people coming to the stage at the strip joint will be the chefs, according to its honchos ... who tell us the kitchen will be open for those in need of food assistance in the Las Vegas valley.

Nevada governor Steve Sisolak announced a statewide closure earlier this week of all non-essential businesses, urging residents to stay inside to avoid contracting the virus. Businesses that serve food and provide delivery, drive-thru, pick-up or curbside service can stay open.

We're told the Hustler Club's looking out for seniors, too -- they'll deliver the free food to people who are at least 60 years old, while curbside pickup is available for everyone else.

The free meal service is being offered daily from noon to 6 PM while supplies last.

Coronavirus is the mother of invention -- just ask the exotic dancers at Atlanta's Magic City, who've found a way to stay on the pole through the pandemic.

The world-famous strip joint closed its doors last week -- like most strip clubs in the ATL -- but Magic City's keeping its strippers employed through a Livestream. On Friday, the club went live with a deal regular customers have gotta love.

For $20, online patrons get 24-hour access to watch strippers do their thing onstage. Once you're virtually in, you can switch between each dancer who's on the clock. As the club reminded its nearly 100k Instagram followers ... "Who Checkin In For DayShift Action 👀 🤑"

Not exactly the same as "Gentlemen, coming to the stage ... " but these are weird times. We're all adjusting.

Btw, $20 is the usual cover charge just to get inside the club. You'd end up dropping way more in real life on lap dances and -- for you ballers -- champagne room dances.

It's catchy -- the video, that is -- but the Surgeon General would NOT approve of the face mask use!!! Not due to the boobs, but because they don't actually protect you.

Seriously though, a Vegas strip joint might seem like a potential coronavirus hot zone. It's got tourists from around the globe, cash is notoriously filthy and there's the up-close contact of a lap dance -- but the Hustler Club's taking extra precautions.

We're told Larry Flynt's hired a professional custodian company -- super-janitors if you will -- to sanitize the club daily. They've also hired additional porters for more on-the-spot cleaning throughout the night. Phew.

You'll probably still go home broke and covered in glitter, but you won't have a deadly virus. Most likely. No promises.
