In a blistering hearing, Judge Stephanie Sautner revoked Lindsay Lohan's probation, had her cuffed and set a hearing for November 2, when Lindsay could end up getting as much as a year-and-a-half in jail.

Judge Sautner said Lindsay Lohan was completely responsible for being thrown out of the Downtown Women's Center, where the judge told her she must complete probation.

The judge concluded Lindsay violated her probation, scoffing time after time, incredulously reading from the Probation Report -- the section where Lindsay told the Probation officer she didn't find the Women's Center "fulfilling."

TMZ broke the story ... Lindsay got kicked out of the Women's Center after being a no-show 9 times.

Five months after getting engaged, Paul McCartney walked down the aisle today with his trucking-heir girlfriend from Jersey -- the famed Beatles singer's third marriage.

Paul and 51-year-old Nancy Shevell -- daughter of a New Jersey trucking magnate -- met in the Hamptons in 2007.

The ceremony took place at Marylebone Town Hall in central London -- the same place McCartney married his first wife, Linda, in 1969. Linda died of breast cancer in 1998.

McCartney's second marriage to model Heather Mills ended in divorce in 2008 -- after only 4 years.

Casey Anthony gave a videotaped deposition this morning from an undisclosed location as part of a lawsuit against her by a woman who claims Anthony defamed her when Anthony's daughter Caylee went missing back in July 2008.

Originally, Anthony told authorities that Caylee had been taken by a nanny named Zenaida Fernandez Gonzalez. Authorities found no such nanny existed, but a woman with that name claims her reputation was ruined when she was sought out by police at the time.

Gonzalez's lawyer, John Morgan, told the Orlando Sentinel that Anthony wore a Philadelphia Philllies hat, a big pair of sunglasses, and what appeared to be a wig during the deposition.

Morgan described Anthony as angry, but composed and answered only a few questions ... with her lawyer invoking Anthony's Fifth Amendment rights on several occasions.

Steve Jobs -- the mega-genius who co-founded Apple Inc. -- has died ... reps for the company have confirmed.

Jobs was 56.

Jobs suffered a number of serious health issues over the years. In 2004, he announced he had a rare -- but treatable -- form of pancreatic cancer ... and had a tumor successfully removed from his pancreas later that year.

TMZ posted a picture of Jobs two days after he resigned as Apple's CEO in August, clearly showing a deterioration in his health.

In 2009, Jobs received a liver transplant after announcing his "health-related issues were more complex than I thought."

Jobs is survived by his wife, Laurene, and 4 children.

4:50 PM: Apple has released a statement ... reading, "Apple has lost a visionary and creative genius, and the world has lost an amazing human being.

Those of us who have been fortunate enough to know and work with Steve have lost a dear friend and an inspiring mentor. Steve leaves behind a company that only he could have built, and his spirit will forever be the foundation of Apple."

5:10 PM: Apple CEO Tim Cook sent an email to Apple staff, which reads:

Team,

I have some very sad news to share with all of you. Steve passed away earlier today.

Apple has lost a visionary and creative genius, and the world has lost an amazing human being. Those of us who have been fortunate enough to know and work with Steve have lost a dear friend and an inspiring mentor. Steve leaves behind a company that only he could have built, and his spirit will forever be the foundation of Apple.

We are planning a celebration of Steve’s extraordinary life for Apple employees that will take place soon. If you would like to share your thoughts, memories and condolences in the interim, you can simply email rememberingsteve@apple.com.

Sharon Stone just got a restraining order against a man who was arrested last month outside her Hollywood Hills mansion -- a man who was banging at her gate, claiming he helped kill Osama bin Laden.

According to the legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Phillip Barnes went to Stone's house twice, uninvited, claiming he was the father of one of Sharon's kids. And she says Barnes wrote her a letter warning her not to date anyone.

Stone says Barnes is mentally ill and possibly a delusional schizophrenic, claiming he was introduced to her by his CIA friend.

According to the restraining order, Barnes was ordered to stay 100 yards from Sharon and her kids.

It's now official ... Charlie Sheen and Warner Bros. have settled their bitter "Two & a Half Men" dispute.

A rep for WB released a statement claiming, "Warner Bros. Television, Chuck Lorre, and Charlie Sheen have resolved their dispute to the parties’ mutual satisfaction."

As TMZ reported ... Charlie will get $25 million almost immediately, mostly for work he already performed and profits he has already earned. And, as sources told us, Charlie will get around $100 million in profits from syndication of the show over the next 7 years.

Warner Bros. and Charlie have agreed to dismiss their mutual lawsuit against each other.

Mila Kunis is the latest celebrity whose cell phone has been hacked, and the hacker is leaking several pictures of a seductive Justin Timberlake ... TMZ has learned.

Four pictures have been leaked, including two which show Justin -- one, laying shirtless in a bed, and another in which J.T. is jokingly sporting a pair of pink panties over his head. Kunis is not featured in either of the pics.

There's another photo of Mila in a bathtub, but all you see is her head. And then there's another photo of a male which is explicit in nature, although his identity is a mystery.

There are also some texts and the hacker claims they reveal exchanges between Justin and Mila.

As we first reported, we're told Scarlett Johansson is going to the FBI today after nude photos of her that were hacked from her cell phone were published this morning.

Former World Series MVP Manny Ramirez has been arrested for allegedly committing domestic violence ... TMZ has learned.

Witnesses tell TMZ Ramirez was taken out of his Weston, Florida home at around 7 PM ET in handcuffs. We're told Ramirez' wife was in the house. Two witnesses tell TMZ Ramirez and his wife were involved in an altercation.

Ramirez' wife, Juliana, left the house shortly after Ramirez was taken away in the back of a police car.

When you drop $6.9 million on a Beverly Hills mansion ... you expect a quality place -- but Rihanna claims all she got was a leaky piece of crap ... and she's blaming the woman she bought the home from for allegedly lying to her.

Rihanna just filed a lawsuit in L.A. County Superior Court, claiming she bought a 2-story home in Bev Hills in 2009 for $6.9 mil ... after the seller claimed she was not aware of any major defects with the property.

But Rihanna claims the woman was lying -- and knew about all sorts of problems with the home ... including numerous waterproofing defects, evidence of water intrusion and other construction defects.

According to the docs, Rihanna's home was hit by a "moderate rainstorm" in January 2010 ... but because of the defects, water leaked into multiple rooms ... causing some serious damage.

Rihanna claims she got screwed -- because "the actual value of the property at the time of purchase, taking into consideration the extensive construction defects ... was millions of dollars less" than the price she paid for it.

Rihanna is now suing the former owner ... along with the inspector, the real estate agents involved with the sale, and engineers who worked on the house.

Daryl Hannah donned a familiar accessory outside the White House today -- HANDCUFFS -- after she was arrested during an oil pipeline protest.

The actress-turned-activist was busted with several other protesters -- when they sat on the sidewalk in front of the White House and ignored three requests by police to move.

Daryl's an old pro when it comes to getting arrested -- saying, " Sometimes it's necessary to sacrifice your freedom for a greater freedom. And we want to be free from the horrible death and destruction that fossil fuels cause, and have a clean energy future."

Rapper Kreayshawn -- the 21-year-old behind that "Gucci Gucci" song -- claims someone hacked her Twitter account and leaked nude pics that she posed for when she was underage.

Kreayshawn went online this morning and explained the situation -- saying, "My twitter got hacked today by some anti-hollywood extremists."

"They sent out wack ass tweets and promoted their odd message of anti-jew stuff and deleted my twitter.. Oh and they leaked out private photos of me while I was underage."

Score one for Halle Berry in the latest custody battle with baby daddy Gabriel Aubry.

TMZ has learned Halle and her lawyers, Neal Hersh and Judy Bogen, prevailed in court today -- as both she and Gabriel stood by while their lawyers argued before the family law judge.

We're told the issue had to do with the custody agreement the couple signed. There's a provision in the agreement dealing with how much time each of them gets to spend with Nahla when Halle shoots a movie.

Halle is going to Europe soon to shoot a flick, and Gabriel and Halle were arguing over the "movie clause" -- specifically, how they're supposed to divide their time with Nahla.

We're told the judge bought Halle's interpretation of the "movie clause," meaning Gabriel won't get as much time with Nahla as he wanted.

Lil Wayne was attacked with pepper spray last night in Canada -- after some jerk snuck into his afterparty and put the excruciating substance in the air ducts.

It all went down last night at a club in Montreal called La Mouche -- where Weezy was hosting the afterparty for his show.

We're told some jackass snuck into the back room and unleashed the chemical into the ventilation system -- and everyone had to be evacuated, including Weezy.

The chick who modeled briefcase #25 on "Deal or No Deal" was arrested Friday -- after she allegedly texted a very nasty word to her ex-fiance's new girlfriend ... a word that rhymes with BUNT.

Hayley Marie Norman -- who's also appeared in the movies "Hancock" and "Fired Up" -- turned herself in to police in Los Angeles Friday afternoon ... after her ex's new GF told cops she had received an obscene text message from Norman last week ... which read, "You're a f**king c**t."

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... the new GF also complained that someone had vandalized the outside of her apartment by writing various messages ... including "This girl sucks d**ks for free" and "This girl is a f**king c**t."

Norman was booked on the misdemeanor charge of making obscene or threatening phone calls ... and we're told Norman may eventually be hit with a vandalism charge as well.

Norman was released from custody just a few hours later. A call to Norman's rep has not been returned.

Three college buddies from Oklahoma are suing Jwoww from "Jersey Shore" ... claiming the MTV star STOLE their design for her tanning lotion bottle ... and now they want her to pay!!

The guys claim they approached Jwoww last year and asked her to become the celebrity spokesperson for a tanning product called Black Bronzer ... and they even created a custom bottle design.

The guys claim Jwoww dug the idea -- and the two sides were close to reaching a deal -- when she suddenly cut off communication with them and launched her own tanning line with Australian Gold using a similar bottle design.

Jwoww's line is a HUGE success -- and the guys are pissed ... claiming she owes them a ton of cash for ripping off their ideas.

Calls to Jwoww's lawyer have not been returned.

"Teen Mom" Jenelle Evans wasn't just arrested for alleged drug use yesterday -- she was also busted for getting too personal with her boyfriend Kieffer Delp ... "a known drug user."

As we previously reported, Jenelle allegedly violated her probation by testing positive for marijuana and opiates -- but the terms of her probation also prohibit her from "knowingly associating with any person or previously convicted users, possessors, or sellers of any illegal drugs."

And according to the North Carolina probation violation report, Jenelle's BF Kieffer Delp -- a "known drug user" -- fits that bill to a T.

It's no secret the two have been hanging out either -- as we previously reported, Kieffer was arrested in June for punching two people in front of a convenience store ... and Jenelle was right beside him.
