Justin Hartley Plants Wet One On Ex-'Y&R' Costar!!!

UPDATE

2:21 PM PT -- Justin's new girlfriend is actually someone very familiar to him ... former 'Young and the Restless' costar Sofia Pernas. Justin played Adam Newman on the soap opera from 2014 until 2016. And, get this ... Sofia joined the show in 2015 to play Justin's TV GF, Marisa Sierras. But, here's what's also interesting ... Chrishell was also on the show in 2016. Awk.

Justin Hartley's got a new bae by his side ... or so it seems.

The "This Is Us" star planted a wet one on a mystery woman Thursday as she dropped him off at the Southern California Orthopedic Institute in the L.A. area. It's unclear who she is at the moment ... but they must be pretty close for her to be the one dropping him off to his orthopedic's office. She was also the one who picked him up several hours later.

It's the first time Justin's been spotted with someone new since he filed for divorce from "Selling Sunset" star Chrishell Stause back in November. As we reported days after Justin filed docs ... Chrishell strongly hinted she was blindsided by the divorce docs.

And, then things really got ugly. As we first reported ... Chrishell called BS on the date of separation Justin listed in his divorce docs. You'll recall Justin listed July 8, 2019 as the date of separation but she says it was more like November 22, 2019.

We know they were out together in public together multiple times between July and November, so, yes, Justin's early separation date is puzzling. Our sources told us Chrishell didn't think it's all that puzzling ... since all signs seem to point to some sort of deal Justin may have inked, believing he just doesn't want her to get a slice of the bigger pie.

In any event ... Justin appears to have moved on, but the divorce rages on.

Steve Harvey Buys Tyler Perry's Former Mansion ... For $15 Million!!!

Steve Harvey is moving into Madea's old house ... we've learned the legendary comedian/host and his wife just scooped up Tyler Perry's former Atlanta digs.

The Buckhead mansion once owned by Tyler just sold for a cool $15 million ... and we've learned the buyers are Steve and his wife, Marjorie.

A source connected to Tyler tells TMZ ... "Tyler has a lot of great memories from the house and is happy his friends Steve and Marjorie will be calling it home."

The gated estate rests on 17 acres and is nearly 35,000 square feet. The 7-bedroom mansion is decked out with an underground ballroom, a massive infinity pool with a bar, lighted tennis court, gym, spa, theater, indoor resistance pool, wine cellar and a guest house.

Oh, and get this ... the place even comes with a runway for remote control airplanes!!!

Tyler bought the sprawling property way back in 2007 for $9 million and poured in millions to completely renovate the estate, eventually selling it to evangelist and entrepreneur David Turner in 2016 for $17.5 mil.

Perry's places are a hot commodity among celebs ... Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are staying at Tyler's L.A. mansion while they search for a place of their own.

As for Tyler ... he's doing something kind of awesome. His massive studio in ATL is back in business. He's shooting several of his shows on the property, and cast and crew get tested before coming on, and they're quarantined at the facility for 2 1/2 weeks while they shoot the season's episodes.

'Chernobyl Diaries' Star Cause of Death ... Accidental Valium, Fentanyl Overdose

Dimitri Diatchenko -- best known for his famous role in "Chernobyl Diaries" -- died from an accidental fentanyl and valium overdose.

According to the Office of the Medical Examiner in Daytona Beach, Florida ... Dimitri's official cause of death is listed as a combination of fentanyl and diazepam toxicity. He also suffered from cardiomegaly ... an enlarged heart -- and had moderate coronary artery disease.

The report also lists the cause of death as an accident following "illicit drug abuse with prescription drug use." It's interesting ... the report also says Dimitri "sustained injury by electrocution [at 220 volts] while at work several days prior to being found dead at his home" but the medical examiner ultimately excluded a delayed arrhythmia from the electrical shock as a cause of death.

The report also stated Dimitri had long-standing prescriptions for hydrocodone and diazepam, but could not confirm a prescription for fentanyl.

TMZ broke the story ... Dimitri died back in April and it came as a complete shock to his family. Dimitri's family was worried after not hearing from him for several days. Dimitri, who played Uri in "Chernobyl Diaries," also had roles in "Get Smart" and "Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull."

He was 52.

'Seinfeld' Actor Richard Herd Dead at 87 ... Played Mr. Wilhelm

Richard Herd -- who played George Costanza's Yankees boss on "Seinfeld" -- has died.

The veteran actor -- who's possibly best remembered as Mr. Wilhelm on the hit sitcom -- passed away Tuesday at his home in L.A. due to complications from cancer.

Herd only appeared on 11 episodes of "Seinfeld," but his time was memorable (and hilarious). He portrayed a (fake) New York Yankees executive who supervised George when he was the assistant to the traveling secretary, and would often give GC complicated tasks he'd fumble his way through completing (or not completing, more often).

Mr. Wilhelm eventually stole George's dream gig of scouting for the Mets ... a great farewell to his character.

Richard had many, many roles besides "Seinfeld," though -- he acted in huge films like "All the President's Men," "Get Out," "The China Syndrome," and "Planes, Trains and Automobiles."

On TV, he also appeared on "Simon & Simon," "Murder, She Wrote," "Quantum Leap," "SeaQuest 2032," "Dallas" and "Hart to Hart."

He's survived by his wife, Patricia, and his three children.

Richard was 87. RIP

'Real Housewives of Atlanta' Yovanna Officially Back for Season 13 Nene Drama Be Dammed!!!

The snitch is back!!! That's probably how the "Real Housewives of Atlanta" cast will react after learning Yovanna Momplaisir's returning next season as an official cast member, so get ready for more of her drama involving NeNe Leakes.

Sources close to the production tell TMZ ... producers invited Yovanna to sign on for season 13 as an official cast member. We're told the contracts went out to all the ladies after they filmed the reunion. More on that later.

As for Yovanna's role next season ... our sources say her main storyline for the upcoming season will piggyback off the scandal that erupted during season 12. As diehard 'RHOA' fans know ... the so-called SnakeGate drama roped in the entire cast after the ladies found out Yovanna came on the show as a friend/spy for NeNe, who wanted Yovanna to gather intel to see which of the ladies were trash-talking NeNe behind her back.

The ladies ultimately were led to believe NeNe asked Yovanna to record the conversations. During a trip to Canada, they peppered Yovanna with questions, but she danced around everything. As it turns out, Yovanna never recorded anything and admits NeNe asked her to record the conversations. The cast's reaction ... "so you're a snitch?" Ouch.

Yovanna never got the chance to confront NeNe about SnakeGate and how it affected her. As the reunion previews show, NeNe bounced from the virtual reunion after getting into an unrelated argument with the girls. NeNe later took to YouTube to explain why she didn't return to the reunion.

Mike Tyson Back in the Ring!!!

Mike Tyson showed some big-time wrestling stars who's boss Saturday night, and even a snake couldn't intimidate him.

Iron Mike was supposed to do the honors at the AEW "Double or Nothing" pay-per-view by handing the winners of the title match the championship belt -- he ended up doing a lot more.

The match -- Cody with Arn Anderson by his aide vs Lance Archer w/ Jake the Snake Roberts -- was back and forth. At one point Arn and Jake were hurled out of the ring and Jake was trying to make his way back inside with the ominous bag containing a snake.

That's all the former boxing champ needed to see, because Mike ripped off his shirt, revealing his amazing physique, and blocked Jack with intimidating force. It worked, because Jake and the snake retreated, giving Cody and Archer the win.

Mike then flexed for the viewers and then bestowed the honor on Cody by handing him the belt. He didn't have to throw a punch but he sealed the deal on the match -- Mike's THAT daunting.

Mike told us at "TMZ Live" he's open to fighting Evander Holyfield again.

If it happens, we'll be watching, for sure.

The Rock 'People's Elbow' Origin Story ... All About Undertaker!

Did you know ... The Rock's signature move -- THE PEOPLE'S ELBOW -- was created as a joke to make Undertaker laugh?

It's true ... according to Triple H who's giving us the hilarious origin story for one of the most iconic finishing moves in pro wrestling history.

Triple H says guys like The Rock, "Stone Cold" Steve Austin, Mick Foley and more would try like hell to get 'Taker to break character during live matches.

Undertaker famously took the role so seriously, he's like the Daniel Day-Lewis of pro wrestling ... you could NEVER get him to crack.

But, during a 6-Man Tag Team match back in the day, Triple H says ... Dwayne Johnson tried out something new and goofy in the hopes to make The Dead Man smile.

WE ALL LOOKED UP TO HIM
TMZSports.com

"I believe the first time Rock did The People's Elbow was in a match where we were tryna make 'Taker crack," Triple H says.

"It absolutely started [as a joke] and then it was getting huge reaction and everybody went with it."

Of course, The Rock LOVED the attention from the move -- and grew it from there.

CAN YOU SMELLLLLLL WHAT THE ROCK IS COOKIN?!!?

Triple H -- who's a key figure in the new WWE docu-series "Undertaker: The Last Ride" (airs Sunday on WWE Network) -- says he's got a TON of great 'Taker stories that he reveals on the show.

... including 'Taker's hatred of cucumbers?! YEP!!

The series chronicles Undertaker as he wraps up his WWE wrestling career -- and Triple H says it's obvious why everyone has nothing but respect for the guy.

Hana Kimura Wrestler, 'Terrace House' Star ... Dead At 22

Japanese pro wrestler Hana Kimura -- a featured member of Netflix's hit show, "Terrace House" -- has died at age 22.

Stardom Wrestling confirmed Kimura's death on Friday ... saying "We are very sorry to report that our Hana Kimura has passed away."

"Please be respectful and allow some time for things to process, and keep your thoughts and prayers with her family and friends."

"We appreciate your support during this difficult time."

Kimura made her debut at Wrestle-1 and won her first title at the JWP Junior plate in 2016 ... and officially joined Stardom in 2019.

Kimura was famously a leader of the Tokyo Cyber Squad ... a fan favorite among Japanese wrestling fans.

Hana was a beloved character on "Terrace House" ... with many attaching themselves to her hopeless romantic character.

Kandi Burruss Go Ahead, Hate on 'Masked Singer' ... I'm Still the Queen!!!

BLOCKIN' OUT THE HATERS
TMZ.com

Kandi Burruss hears and sees the shade being thrown her way after winning "The Masked Singer" ... but it's only making her victory taste even sweeter!!!

The champ was basking in her glory, although still in quarantine, when she told TMZ ... she's not about to let the haters grind her down. Especially because now she's finally able to enjoy the win after months of keeping it under wraps.

As you know ... Kandi won the third season of 'Masked Singer,' becoming the first woman to wear the crown, but the title's coming with an extra side of hate. Some folks thought Jesse McCartney got robbed, and some just don't plain like KB, no matter what she does.

But Kandi is going to let the hardware do the talking instead of taking a victory lap at the expense of others. She says she doesn't have to say anything to her detractors ... since, obviously, she's already embedded in their heads!!!

Kandi makes some pretty good points about blocking out the negative, and tells us why none of it is getting under her skin.

Shout out to DJ Khaled ... All Kandi did is win, win, win, no matter what!

Londo Mollari on 'Babylon 5' 'Memba Him?!

New York City native Peter Jurasik is best known for his role as the Centauri diplomat with a crazy haircut Londo Mollari -- who serves as the Emperor of the Centauri Republic -- in the '90s space show "Babylon 5."

Peter Jurasik shared the science fiction screen with some awesome actors including Andreas Katsulas as the reptile looking Narn native, G'Kar ... and Mira Furlan as the Mir hottie, Delenn.

Jurasik is also known for his characters Sid The Snitch on the '80s show "Hill Street Blues" and Crom in the 1982 futurist film "Tron."

Guess what he looks like now at 70 years old!

Lori Loughlin, Mossimo Giannulli Cop Plea Deals ... In College Bribery Scandal

Lori Loughlin and her husband, Mossimo Giannulli, have thrown in the towel in their college admissions case ... agreeing to plead guilty, and maybe the reason lies in the sentences.

Lori and Mossimo have each agreed to plead guilty to one conspiracy to commit wire and mail fraud. Mossimo will also plead guilty to honest services wire and mail fraud.

Now the sentences ... Lori has agreed to 2 months in prison and a $150,000 fine and 2 years probation. She also has to perform 250 hours of community service.

Mossimo will serve 5 months in prison with a $250,000 fine and 250 hours of community service.

It's a Titanic-like sea change for the couple ... they had vowed to fight the charges. As for why the change of heart ... they were facing multiple felonies -- the feds kept adding charges the longer they resisted -- and if convicted on all counts could have served more than 40 years each behind bars.

You'll recall ... Lori and her husband are accused of paying $500,000 in bribes to get their daughters into USC, faking a photo that made it look like the girls were college-caliber rowers.

Lori's sentence is harsher than fellow actor Felicity Huffman, who was sentenced to 14 days.

Now here's something interesting ... given that they've already agreed to a sentence, they could ask the judge for house arrest because of coronavirus issues in prison. Stay tuned.

'Tiger King' Star Saff Surprise, It's Johnny Tsunami!!! Movie Role, Eh?!?

HERE'S JOHNNY
The Relunchables Podcast

Heeeere's Johnny Tsunami -- the iconic Disney Channel character -- shocking the hell outta 'Tiger King' star Saff Saffery, and it's an awesome moment of mutual fandom!

The surprise celeb encounter went down on "The Relunchables" podcast, while Saff was being interviewed by the host, Jordan Holtzer.

Saff's made no secret about wanting former Disney Channel star Brandon Baker -- star of '90s classics "Johnny Tsunami" and "The Jungle Book: Mowgli's Story" -- to play him on the big screen. As you know, everyone's expecting Joe Exotic's tiger tales to become a feature film.

So, when Saff sat down for the podcast, he got a big surprise -- Jordan hooked it up and got Brandon to join the Zoom call, and Saff went full fanboy. His initial reaction is priceless!

Brandon and Saff chatted for about 20 minutes, and while Saff is clearly a "Johnny Tsunami" superfan -- turns out Brandon's a big 'Tiger King' fan too.

So, yeah ... sounds like he has the inside track for a 'TK' movie role, if it happens. Ya know it's gonna.

Jason Momoa I'm a Harley Man Cruising These Hills!!!

Sometimes Jason Momoa just needs to feel the wind blowing through his ... beard, which is why he's ruling the road on his sweet vintage motorbike!!!

"Aquaman" busted out his sick 1947 Harley for a joyride through some of the most scenic roadways in L.A. County ... the rolling countryside of Agoura Hills. And, yeah ... you can see he was in full badass mode.

Waiting for your permission to load the Instagram Media.

Seriously, the '47 chopper was exactly what Jason needed to cut loose and blaze a trail during his weekend ride. No room for his wife, Lisa Bonet, on the bike ... but looks like he was joined by a couple friends on their own motorcycles.

The "Game of Thrones" star is used to riding stallions with his Dothraki warriors, but Jason's gotta helluva lot more horsepower with this Harley.

On the downside ... no Khaleesi.
