Larsa Pippen's weighing in on the Tristan Thompson cheating scandal, saying if she was Kylie Jenner ... she'd put an eviction notice on Jordyn Woods' door pronto.

One of Kim Kardashian's best friends was leaving Bev Hills beauty salon Blown on Canon Wednesday, and we asked her about Jordyn's current status with the fam after she allegedly hooked up with Tristan.

As you know ... Jordyn is Kylie's BFF and Kylie said last year that Jordyn lives with her. Well ... she used to. She's reportedly getting the boot as of Wednesday. Soooo ... Larsa's prediction here about Jordyn's future seems absolutely dead-on.

As we reported, Kim unfollowed both Tristan and Jordyn on social media, and some of her sisters followed suit. The big question has been how Kylie is going to handle the situation moving forward.

Larsa says ... consider it handled.

Just one day after Kim Kardashian tore into a fast fashion company for ripping off her style ... she's hammering the message home by taking a different one to court.

Kim just filed suit against Missguided USA -- an online retailer that sells outfits resembling ones worn by celebs, and oftentimes by Kim herself -- for using her name and image without permission to advertise their own "knock-off" designs.

In the docs, obtained by TMZ, Kim cites multiple instances where Missguided posted its own versions of outfits Kim was photographed wearing. Kim claims the outfits are often whipped up and peddled in a matter of days, sometimes hours.

Her lawsuit includes a side by side of her own post, next to one from Missguided as evidence of what pisses her off about the company.

She also says Missguided often tags her on their social media posts -- and includes photos of her -- giving people the wrong idea that she's working with the co.

Sources close to the case tell us the Missguided lawsuit is just one of many more to come against fashion knockoff brands.

It's interesting ... Kim just slammed Fashion Nova for recreating her vintage Mugler "boob belt" dress from the other night, saying this practice by fast fashion companies was "devastating." Fashion Nova did not use her image to sell their stuff.

Missguided, however, did ... and that's why Kim's going after them.

Kylie Jenner is having enormous trouble processing the revelation her best friend was involved in a cheating scandal with her sister's baby daddy ... and she doesn't know if her relationship with her BFF is worth saving.

TMZ broke the story ... Khloe Kardashian ended her relationship with Tristan Thompson for good after he allegedly hooked up with Jordyn Woods over the weekend ... making out with her at a house party.

Sources connected to the Kardashian klan tell us, at first Kylie didn't believe it but then, after doing some recon, it sunk in ... that her best friend may have crossed the line. We're told somehow Kylie got in touch with others who were at the party and her doubts evaporated.

The question now ... what happens to Kylie's relationship with Jordyn? The two have been inseparable ... socializing, doing business together and even living together at times. The reality ... at the time of this post, Kylie doesn't know what to do.

As for the rest of the Kardashians -- our sources say none of them are the least bit surprised Tristan did it again. We're told the family warned Khloe about taking Tristan back after last year's cheating scandal ... but ultimately backed off because it's Khloe's life and her decision.

What they weren't expecting, much like Kylie, is Jordyn's role. We're told it would've been less painful if it was a random chick, like the times before.

Even if Khloe's done for good, everyone thinks she'll still maintain a civilized relationship with Tristan for the sake of baby True.

J Alexander is blasting Burberry for showcasing a hoodie with a noose around the neck ... saying the people who gave it the green light are the ones who should be hanged!

We got the famed "American's Next Top Model" coach Tuesday at LAX, and he didn't hold back in his criticism of Burberry's design from London Fashion Week.

As you might know ... Burberry apologized after getting tons of backlash for showcasing the noose hoodie, calling it a mistake and insensitive. Even the model who was forced to wear the hoodie is speaking out, saying "suicide is not fashion."

But, on the heels of racist blunders from Gucci and Prada, Miss J ain't havin' it!

You gotta see his call for Burberry to be brought to fashion justice. Basically, he thinks the brand deserves a taste of its own medicine -- but he says in his own VERY colorful way.

10:21 AM PT -- A rep for the Fashion Nova brand tells us, "Fashion Nova is an ultra-fast fashion brand that is capable of executing design within hours and believes in fairness in pricing. The statement continues, "Kim Kardashian-West is one of the top fashion icons in the world that our customers draw inspiration from. However, we have not worked with Kim Kardashian-West directly on any of her projects but have been driven by her influential style."

Kim Kardashian West is going after fashion companies like Fashion Nova for jacking original designs and promoting them as their own, or even worse -- making it seem like she's in cahoots.

KKW says it's "devastating" to see brands "rip off designs that have taken the blood, sweat and tears of true designers who have put their all into their own original ideas." Kim doesn't name Fashion Nova ... but it's pretty obvious they're the target.

She's specifically referencing the black, one-of-a-kind vintage Mugler dress she wore at the Hollywood Beauty Awards Sunday night -- which instantly went viral.

The next day, a knock-off version of that dress popped up on FN's website, but only for waitlist. Kim claims this is because the dress obviously hasn't been made to sell yet, and it's simply a ploy to attract customers by tricking them into thinking Kim has a relationship with the company.

Kim adds ... "I’ve watched these companies profit off my husband’s work for years and now that it’s also affecting designers who have been so generous to give me access to their beautiful works, I can no longer sit silent."

She's also warning folks not to believe what they see online, emphasizing she's built relationships with amazing designers to pull off her famous looks, but -- "I don’t have any relationships with these sites. I’m not leaking my looks to anyone, and I don’t support what these companies are doing."

As you may know ... celebs like Cardi B and Amber Rose have collabs with Fashion Nova. Kim's making it clear -- she doesn't.

Trevor Bauer might be the MLB's best pitcher ... but he's the WORST first date ever -- 'cause he's got a set of rules for potential romantic partners, including, "No feelings" allowed!

The Cleveland Indians superstar just revealed when he goes on dates with girls ... he's blunt and to the point -- telling them straight-up he'll NEVER be their boyfriend.

The death of the sailor in that famous V-J Day photo -- where he kissed an unsuspecting nurse -- is being marked by the #MeToo movement with an act of vandalism on a statue.

The statue recreating George Mendonsa and Greta Zimmer Friedman's iconic moment from 1945 was tagged Monday in Sarasota, FL with red spray paint that spelled "#METOO." Police say they don't have any surveillance video or witnesses to the crime, at this point.

The vandalism took place on the heels of news that George had died at the age 95. While the photo of him kissing Greta is often romanticized -- he later admitted he'd randomly grabbed her at the time and kissed her without consent.

For her part, Greta told CBS News in 2015 ... "I did not see him approaching, and before I know it I was in this tight grip." George said he'd had a few drinks and the excitement of the war being over compelled him to plant the kiss, which he said didn't last long.

It's interesting ... Greta was willing to "reunite" with George at least twice in her life, and didn't seem to be too upset about the kiss all those years later. Still, the question never seems to have been posed to her on the record ... was she actually bothered by it?

Jussie Smollett is now the face of racist parody movie posters that have sprung up in Los Angeles in the wake of his alleged attack in Chicago and an unraveling narrative.

At least two posters popped up Monday at a bus station near Fox Studios in Century City, which feature Jussie's mug photoshopped onto the backdrop of posters for "BlacKkKlansman" and "Black Panther." Both mock claims Jussie made about the alleged attack.

The "Black Panther" poster shows Jussie as T'Challa in the 'BP' costume and the title has been changed to "Black Prankster."

The "BlacKkKlansman" poster depicts Jussie from his 'GMA' interview with a photoshopped MAGA hat and coat on, with the phrase "This is MAGA country!" superimposed in the background. Both posters are jokingly offering Jussie for consideration for "Best Fictional Story" and "Best Actor in a Drama.

The posters have been signed by conservative street artist Sabo ... the same guy that put up the Meryl Streep "She Knew" posters in 2017 after the Weinstein scandal broke.

T-Pain ain't down for shots to the face -- even if it's just a beach ball -- and his fans definitely know that now after he abruptly pulled the plug on a weekend concert.

We got this video from his Sunday set at the BBYO (B'Nai B'Rith Youth Org.) Convention in Denver, and you see him rapping "Bartender" as the beach ball comes flying through the air, bouncing off the side of his dome!

It definitely looked funny, but T-Pain wasn't in a playful mood. He immediately beelined for the exit. Fans at the concert tell us T-Pain was only about 30 minutes into his set when he bounced.

Tension was building because witnesses tell us T-Pain had already warned the crowd he was leaving if they threw another ball onstage. We're told T-Pain's people tried to get him to go back on ... but he refused.

Kim Kardashian is shooting down any notion that her 5-YEAR-OLD daughter, North West, has a serious boyfriend -- or as she puts it ... the kid is 5. Duh.

KKW was leaving the Hollywood Beauty Awards Sunday night at Avalon, where our photog asked if Consquence's 7-year-old son, Caiden, publicly courting North should be taken seriously. If ya missed it, Caiden's been putting on a full-court press ... on social media, anyway.

Caiden -- who has his own IG page -- has been posting tons of photos of himself buying gifts for North, including one where he's got her wrapped under his arm with the caption ... "Boo'd Up." They even went on a play date with her brother, Saint.

Put the emphasis on "play," based on what Kim told us about her first born and Caiden. Sorry, rom-com lovers ... those V-Day shots of the lil Casanova with a Tiffany & Co. bag are just good fun.

21 Savage skipped out on a paid gig at a club after voicing complaints about the opening act and demanding he be allowed to carry his gun ... this according to the promoter who booked him.

The promoter, Karen Smith, tells TMZ ... she booked 21 Savage for a fee of $17,000 to play a Sept. 2016 show at Bo'Maz Club in Hinesville, GA, but 21 and his crew bounced without saying a word.

The promoter tells us she caved and allowed him to carry his weapon. We're also told by someone who was at the show ... 21 groused about the opening act -- a local rapper -- and asked the DJ to cut him off but the DJ refused. 21 got angry, and he and his crew beat it.

In video from the club, obtained by TMZ, you see the local rapper performing on stage when 21 and his crew get up and leave ... before he performed a single song.

We broke the story ... the promoter went to cops in October 2016 and filed paperwork to get a felony warrant against 21 Savage for theft by deception, claiming he walked off with $17k for a show that never went down.

The warrant was issued but sat for more than 2 years. After 21 was arrested by ICE on Super Bowl Sunday, the club owner went to the Sheriff and decided to pursue the criminal case.

21 Savage turned himself in Friday morning and was booked for felony theft by deception. He was released within a half hour.

We reached out to 21's lawyer, Abbi Taylor, and she doubled down on her claim that 21 has committed no criminal offense. We believe he'll end up paying the woman and if that's what she's after she'll probably drop the case.

Soulja Boy's visit from Johnny Law did not end well -- for the cops -- which is why there's now a second investigation involving the rapper.

Law enforcement sources tell us the Ventura County Sheriff's deputies who executed a search warrant at Soulja's crib last week returned to their vehicles to find their tires slashed. The deputies were there investigating the allegation from of the rapper's exes that he had kidnapped her.

We're told while detectives were inside Soulja's home, someone slashed the tires of 3 unmarked police cars ... causing damage in excess of $1,000. Our sources say the Sheriff's Dept. has opened a felony vandalism investigation. The cars were parked on the street, not on Soulja's driveway.

We're told the Sheriff's Dept doesn't know if the tire slashing is connected to anyone in Soulja's house.

As for the "kidnapping" investigation -- we're told Soulja is cooperating and cops seized some items during their search.

Colton Underwood's penis and virginity came under fire during his charity event in San Diego, leaving the 'Bachelor' star feeling deeply disturbed and violated.

Eyewitnesses tell TMZ ... during Colton's meet and greet, a female fan approached him and grabbed his crotch in front of everyone, telling him, "I am going to take your virginity."

Dave Chappelle's all about making things right, which is why he hand-delivered tickets to a couple who fell victim to a Craigslist scam ... so they could make his Valentine's Day show after all.

The comedian surprised his swindled fans in Charlotte Thursday by showing up at the restaurant they were at and delivering tix to see him perform at the Blumenthal Performing Arts Center that night.

Their story caught Dave's attention after it was reported Wednesday that the woman, Deidra Dickens, thought she had purchased tickets to his V-Day show for her and her husband -- a huge Chappelle fan -- but got scammed.

Dickens claims she paid $500 for 4 tickets to a seller on Craiglist, but after she sent the money ... that person went silent and she never got them.

What they got ended up being way better, though ... because Dave delivered in person. He also chatted and snapped some pics with the couple, but made sure to tell them to get their tickets from reliable sources from now on.

George Lopez is ripping Sen. Ted Cruz to shreds over his idea to use money seized from El Chapo to fund President Trump's border wall.

We got the comedian Thursday at LAX, and asked him about Cruz's suggestion that the billions seized from El Chapo's drug cartel should be used to secure the southern border. Needless to say, George has very strong feelings about the wall, Ted and ... the senator's head and ass!!!

El Chapo was found guilty on 10 federal drug charges Tuesday, and the Mexican drug kingpin is now facing life in prison. Prosecutors are seeking $14 BILLION in drug profits and assets from El Chapo's Sinaloa Cartel.

Deadmau5 is softening his stance on not issuing an apology for using homophobic language while streaming on Twitch ... admitting his original statement was "an insult to injury."

ICYMI -- the DJ and producer got hit with a suspension from the video game streaming site after reportedly referring to a troll as a "f*cking c**k-sucking stream sniper f*g" while playing PUBG.

Deadmau5 didn't help his cause after the incident ... refusing to apologize and saying his words were "intended to insult a f*ckin asshat who was being a f*cking asshat."

The 38-year-old says he's had time to cool down ... and now understands the backlash.

"I know what I said was wrong, and my hastily composed non-apology was an insult to injury," Deadmau5 says.

"I realize that trying to somewhat dismiss it as 'gamer culture' was even worse. I don't know why I did that. But I do know it was stupid and insensitive and I feel even more ashamed. This was my worst moment."

Deadmau5 also apologized for going after Twitch for the temporary ban ..."It was all around an incredibly irresponsible and insensitive thing to say nonetheless. Especially for someone who has a reach."

"What I said was incredibly stupid, and I don't actually hold those beliefs, at all. I let some gamer get the best of me, and in that moment I completely lost control."

"Sometimes I just f*ck up. I do mean well. And I'm at least man enough to know when I've f*cked up. And I've f*cked up."

Deadmau5 says he plans to stay out of the spotlight until he knows he's a better person.
