Anna Sorokin is fresh out of ICE custody and spending her time on house arrest ... and she thinks a second chance is something that she's earned -- even if others don't see it that way.

Anna joined us Thursday on "TMZ Live" ... and she thinks her trial taking place in the U.S. -- mixed with America's obsession with the true crime genre -- is what boosted her popularity, saying her story is all about getting another chance.

Of course, it would be a really tall order for ICE to give her the green light to stay -- as you know, she was found guilty of multiple fraud charges back in 2019 ... including 4 counts of theft services and 3 counts of grand larceny while pretending to be a German heiress named Anna Delvey.

Anna chalks her crimes up to a simple mistake ... and she makes the argument she should be allowed to stay in the U.S.

Anna's required to stay at home and rock an ankle monitor ... only to step out under the watchful eyes of immigration officials or her parole officer.

Lisa Rinna is catching heat for some controversial comments she made on the 'RHOBH' finale -- her take on cancer is pissing off folks who research the disease.

Here's the deal ... during the finale, Lisa justified sharing secrets Kathy Hilton told her by claiming she would "get sick and get cancer" if she didn't get it off her chest.

That flip remark isn't sitting well with the American Institute for Cancer Research ... a rep tells us Lisa is "just using the specter of cancer as emotional blackmail to justify airing her grievance."

Setting the morality of Lisa's comments aside, the institute says Lisa is totally wrong about how cancer enters the body ... they say there is no strong evidence to support stress being the cause of cancer.

What's more, AICR says wherever Lisa is getting her information on cancer development is "certainly not based on reputable research."

Bottom-line for the cancer researchers ... Lisa "has taken a popular (but likely false) concept" and spewed it to the masses -- just to rationalize stirring up drama.

Blake Shelton is stepping away from the coach's chair ... he says the upcoming season of "The Voice" will be his last.

Blake made the announcement Tuesday, explaining he's been wrestling with the idea of leaving the singing competition show for a while now.

As one of the longest-tenured coaches, Blake says his 12 years on the NBC show have been a hell of a ride, and he's thanking everyone who had a hand in pulling off the twice-a-week live show.

Blake says he's made lifelong bonds with tons of folks on the show, including wife Gwen Stefani and host Carson Daly.

BS is also giving a shoutout to all the singers who have appeared on "The Voice" during his 12 years, especially those who picked him to be their coach.

Blake ends by saying the show wouldn't be what it is today without the fans.

No word on who will replace Blake as a coach.

John Stamos says it's not just one thing he misses about the late Bob Saget ... it's everything, and even 9 months after his death, his friends still can't believe it.

We got John in Times Square on Tuesday and our photog asked him about his former "Full House" costar and close friend.

John says the thing that stuck out about Bob was how he was so "bombastic" with his love and never left anything on the table ... in other words, everyone knew how they stood in Bob's book, especially his friends.

Interestingly enough, John says he's got a tribute coming for Bob ... telling us how he's giving a subtle nod to Bob in his Disney+ series "Big Shot."

TMZ broke the story ... Bob was found dead back in January in his Orlando hotel room, where he fell and hit his head, resulting in a fatal brain bleed.

Swatch, the fabulous dog known for his hard work on "Project Runway," has died.

The pup's owner, Eric Sauma, tells TMZ ... the Boston Terrier passed away over the weekend, going peacefully in his sleep. Eric's parents went to go wake Swatch up for breakfast, but he already crossed the rainbow bridge.

We're told he made it to the end of his breed's lifespan, dying at 15 & a half years old -- slightly older for his breed.

Eric says the last few months were rough for Swatch ... his hips were starting to go, and he became blind by the end.

Fans of the show remember Swatch as a furry icon, serving as the mascot of Mood Fabrics, where the designers on the series get their intricate needs met. The terrier would often greet the contestants, or just take a snooze during times of intense panic.

The show's currently taping its 20th season, and Eric says his team is working on a memorial ... noting there are discussions about highlighting him on the show, but that's still TBD.

He tells us they're going to cremate Swatch and build a shrine at Mood Fabrics HQ in New York City, where fans can visit him.

"Days of Our Lives" actor James Lastovic and his roommate have gone missing in Hawaii, according to his mother, who's pleading for help.

James' mom, Lucienne, says her son and Nevin Dizdari were vacationing at a resort in Kauai. On Sunday they told someone on the staff at the Hanalei Bay Resort they were headed for Kokee State Park where they were going to take a long trail hike. They also asked for directions to Shipwreck Beach ... specifically around the cliff diving area.

According to Lucienne, they never returned to the resort Sunday night and haven't been seen since. They left all their belongings in the room, which are now in the possession of the police.

They were driving a black Nissan, which also hasn't reappeared. Lucienne says there's a tracking device on the car, but no word from cops if they've been able to locate it.

We spoke with Lucienne, who's flying from San Diego to Kauai to help search for her son and his roommate. She believes they're in Kokee State Park.

Fans of the soap remember James playing Joey Johnson -- a recurring character that was on the show for 5 years, starting back in 2015.

His mom is asking for anyone with info to come forward and help.

Hollywood legend Angela Lansbury -- famous for "Murder, She Wrote" and as the voice of Mrs. Potts in "Beauty and the Beast" -- has died.

Angela died Tuesday at her home in L.A., according to a statement from her family. They say she passed in her sleep at 1:30 AM.

Although, she's most beloved for her role as murder mystery Jessica Fletcher on the iconic TV hit "Murder, She Wrote" ... Angela was an incredibly accomplished star of the stage before her huge television career.

The British-born actress won 5 Tony Awards while starring in productions like "Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street," "Gypsy" and "Dear World." She was awarded a 6th Tony as a Lifetime Achievement.

'Murder' ran for 12 seasons on CBS -- from 1984 to 1996 -- and was the network's biggest hit during its run. She got 12 Emmy nominations for the role.

Angela will also be remembered for playing Mrs. Potts in the animated "Beauty and the Beast" in 1991.

She is survived by her 3 children, 3 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren and brother.

Angela was 96.

Khloe Kardashian just revealed a recent skin cancer scare ... which resulted in a tumor being removed from her face.

Khloe got candid about the health issue Tuesday on social media, saying she went to the doctor for a biopsy after noticing a small bump on her face that remained there for 7 months.

First, Khloe says a dermatologist examined her face, and then she had two biopsies resulting in doctors telling her she needed an immediate operation to remove a tumor from her face.

Khloe says Beverly Hills surgeon Dr. Garth Fisher performed the operation, and she says everything appears fine now and she's healing.

Sources close to Khloe tell TMZ the first biopsy revealed melanoma, and docs couldn't believe the results, so a second biopsy was performed. We're told after the tumor was removed it was tested and it revealed precancerous melanoma.

Khloe says she's sharing her cancer scare to encourage folks to get their skin checked frequently, pointing out she always wears sunscreen and still had an issue.

Our sources say if Khloe didn't get her face checked out, the tumor could've turned into full-blown cancer, though it's impossible to predict when that would have happened.

Conan O'Brien can break out the bubbly ... because he just accepted an offer on his oceanfront home.

Conan's been on the hunt for a buyer since July. He had listed the property in Carpinteria, CA, just south of Santa Barbara, for $16,500,000.

Conan's 2,142 square foot pad is just steps from the sand ... it underwent an extensive remodel after he and his wife Liza bought it back in 2015 -- at the time they plunked down $7.9M for the property.

The house has panoramic ocean, island and coastline views ... there's a large deck with a built-in BBQ, plus a sunset view deck with private stairs down to the beach.

The main house has two bedrooms, a gym and a detached, 2-bedroom guest house with a wraparound deck. The garage has a Tesla charging station too!

NeNe Leakes' 23-year-old son is lucky to be alive after a frightening medical emergency sent him to the hospital, and on a long road to recovery.

Sources with direct knowledge tell us Brentt Leakes was in Atlanta earlier this month when he suffered both a heart attack and a stroke. Luckily, we're told Brentt was quickly transported to a local hospital for medical attention.

Our sources say while Brentt was hospitalized for several days, he's now out and rehabbing ... and everyone is hopeful he will make a full recovery.

It was last year when NeNe's husband, Gregg, who is also Brentt's father died after a long battle with cancer. Brentt was featured on 'Real Housewives of Atlanta' throughout NeNe's time on the show with his brother Bryson.

NeNe has not yet publicly commented on her son's situation.

'Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' star Kathy Hilton claims everything is good between her and her sister Kyle Richards after their massive drama following the show's reunion taping ... but her social media activity might tell a different story.

Kathy was at the Beverly Hilton Saturday night, attending the Carousel of Hope Ball with her husband, Rick, and while fans were jumping at the opportunity to snap a pic, the tension between her and her sister was on other people's minds.

She's asked if everything's okay with Kyle -- Kathy quickly replies, "Yeah that's my sister, I love her."

Looks like a sign they might be working the drama out, but their comments online paint a different picture -- one where Kathy asks why her sis is crying, calling it "cruel and disgusting." Kyle coldly responded, "I don't think you want me to explain why."

As we reported, production sources told us the 2 are hardly on speaking terms after last month's reunion taping ... with only a few texts exchanged between them since.

'SNL' decided to tap into all the s**t that's going down in the U S of A with a game show called, "So You Think You Won’t Snap."

The game is all about temptation ... hurling problematic news stories to mild-mannered, chill contestants and seeing if they reach a breaking point ... and there are stakes!

Contestants who are off the bottle are challenged with a big glass of wine. A flight attendant becomes a potential human punching bag, and a hot iron sits on a table ready to scorch a man's face. In other words, high stakes.

Watch for yourself ... from Biden to Kanye and everything in between -- it's just too much to bare.

Judge Mathis thinks Kanye West is degrading African-American with his antics -- and by extension, he believes Ye makes Adidas look bad too ... giving 'em every right to break up.

The TV magistrate went scorched earth on KW Friday in L.A. where he told our photog what he thought of the shoe company looking into its options as it pertains to their relationship with Ye ... and according to him, they likely have the legal ground to kick him to the curb.

Of course, nobody but Adidas and Kanye know the specific terms of whatever contract they have -- so all of this is totally speculative. Still, based on his experience ... Mathis says there's likely a morality clause that gives the 3-stripe honchos an out if they choose.

The reason ... most of these agreements, per JM, have something in them that says the individual (in this case, Kanye) can't make the company look bad and/or exhibit behavior antithetical to their principles/mission statement -- often written vaguely to give them cover.

Considering all of Kanye's anti-Black rhetoric this week -- not to mention over the last few years -- Mathis believes Kanye's crossed that line more than enough times for Adidas to pull the plug and cancel their partnership ... even if that means no more Yeezys.

"Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" stars and sisters Kathy Hilton & Kyle Richards may have an irreparable break in their already fractured relationship ... we've learned they're now hardly on speaking terms.

Production sources tell TMZ ... the only communication Kathy and Kyle have had since last month's reunion taping is through texts, and only a few. In the past, they've made amends with each other after a fight, but this one feels different and way more personal.

Fans of the show know things got super intense recently when Lisa Rinna went after Kathy like a heat-seeking missile, calling her out for badmouthing the entire cast, including Kyle and her family.

This was all a buildup to the reunion show, where people on set tell TMZ ... it was painful to watch Kyle and Kathy come face-to-face. What they did and said to each other both on and off camera was "so shocking it was hard to watch."

The endgame of these reunion shows is to bring everyone on the cast together so things can restart for the next season. The opposite happened this time around.

One production source says Kathy "unraveled" after walking on the set ... and it tore Kyle apart. At one point Kyle walked off the set ... clearly emotionally distraught after exchanging really harsh words with her sister.

If you're a fan, you know Kathy became unhinged during a trip to Aspen, and that seemed to sever her relationship with most of the women, including Kyle.

What's unclear ... if Kathy will return for the next season.

There were awesome gifts and activities for guests -- but nothing topped the arcade machine filled with some serious bling.

The claw machine featured real diamonds and other goodies ... including Dunamis diamond watches for men and women, as well as tokens up to $1,500 that can be cashed in at Jason of Beverly Hills.

FYI -- Jason of BH has made some sweet jewelry in the past, including the official Super Bowl rings for the LA Rams, as well as NBA Championship rings.

Paris Hilton is still reeling over the fact her pooch, Diamond Baby, is still MIA ... but says there's some hope, because she's been assured by pet psychics DB is still alive.

We got Paris Monday at LAX who gave us an update on her missing Chihuahua, almost 3 weeks since she vanished. Paris says she's dying without Diamond Baby, but hasn't lost her faith that the two will be reunited again.

In fact, she tells us she's spoken to some credible mediums and pet communicators who say Diamond Baby is safe where she's at, so Paris just wants to spread the word to bring her home.

Paris says she almost raised the reward money to entice people to come forward with info -- but her security team said that would only make her a target for possible pet snatchers in the future.
