10/19/2018 9:15 AM PDT
EXCLUSIVE

Jenelle Evans was hysterical as she called 911 to report her husband, David Eason, attacked her at their home, allegedly pinning her down so violently she felt her collarbone crack.

We've obtained the 911 call Jenelle made over the weekend -- she is sobbing uncontrollably, saying she doesn't know what to do and telling the operator Eason had pinned her down in a drunken rage.

Jenelle said she couldn't feel her arm because of the injuries she suffered during the alleged attack. She told the operator Eason had been drinking and left the home with a friend after attacking her.

As we reported, a 911 call for an assault was made from Evans' North Carolina home over the weekend. A call for an ambulance was later canceled.

A rep for Jenelle claimed the 'Teen Mom' star merely tripped and fell during a party at Jenelle and David's home.

Machine Gun Kelly 911 Call 'They Just Jumped This Man'

9/19/2018 12:47 PM PDT
EXCLUSIVE

Machine Gun Kelly's crew viciously jumped an actor so fast a hotel employee who called 911 barely had time to describe them to the dispatcher after they took off.

TMZ has obtained the 911 call made by a Hampton Inn employee who reported a group of men beating someone to a pulp. As we first reported ... it was MGK's crew that jumped the actor named Gabriel "G-Rod" Rodriguez late Friday night in the ATL after he confronted MGK and called him a "p***y."

You can hear the dispatcher ask the employee to describe the alleged suspects but the employee says he simply can't because there's a whole group. You can hear at the beginning of the video the ruckus taking place in front of the hotel lobby. It soon dissipates and the employee requests an ambulance and asks G-Rod for his age.

TMZ broke the story ... G-Rod walked up to MGK at a bar and trashed him for bringing in family in his Eminem diss track. That led to an altercation and ultimately a vicious beatdown.

G-Rod told us there's zero need for lawyers to seek retribution ... he just wants a shot at MGK in the Octagon to settle the score.

EXCLUSIVE

Mac Miller's friend knew the rapper was in a desperate state when he made the call to paramedics after finding Mac's body.

In the heavily redacted 911 call -- obtained by TMZ -- a male caller can be heard pleading with the operator to get a unit to Mac's home as soon as possible. At one point, the caller begs, "Please hurry."

Later on in the audio, you can hear the caller hysterically crying, and then the call is dropped.

We broke the story ... Mac was pronounced dead at his San Fernando Valley home last Friday from an apparent overdose. Cops found a tiny amount of white powder in the house, but believe the place was wiped clean of any drugs or paraphernalia. Law enforcement sources tell us it appeared Mac had been dead for hours before his body was discovered.

The rapper's cause of death remains a mystery as toxicology tests are pending.

His body was put on a plane Wednesday en route to his hometown of Pittsburgh for his funeral. We're told there will be a Jewish service for him at a chapel in the city later in the week.

Richie Incognito 911 Funeral Staff was Terrified

8/23/2018 2:59 PM PDT
EXCLUSIVE

TMZ Sports has obtained the Richie Incognito 911 call made by a funeral home staffer Monday who was clearly in fear for her life -- when the NFL star allegedly threatened to shoot the funeral director at a mortuary in Arizona.

The staffer made the call in secret because she didn't want to "escalate the situation" -- and while she's cool, calm and collected on the phone, it's obvious everyone inside the building was scared.

"We have somebody that we're very afraid of right now," the staffer told the 911 operator.

"He made a gesture at one of our funeral directors and told him he was gonna kill him."

The staffer also noted that Richie claimed to have guns in his truck.

The 911 operator said a squad of officers were racing to the scene and explained, "We're very familiar with [Richie]. We've been dealing with him for the last couple of days."

When cops arrived, Richie was arrested at gunpoint -- and officers DID find a cache of weapons and a silencer in his Ford Raptor.

Richie was at the funeral home to view his father, who had passed away suddenly

Incognito's attorney has previously told TMZ Sports the death has been "traumatic" for Richie and the entire family.

Richie was booked at a nearby police station and spent the night in custody. He was released to his family the following day.

8/14/2018 10:28 AM PDT

LB Bonner called 911 before he shot himself, but the operator couldn't help him out because she couldn't hear him ... according to the audio.

The former "My 600-lb Life" star can be heard trying to give his location on the call -- obtained by TMZ -- but hangs up after the dispatcher explains she's having difficulty understanding him. She then tries to call him back ... but it goes straight to voicemail.

L.B.'s mother also called 911, saying he'd been posting threats about hurting himself online and she's afraid he's going to "do something stupid." According to his mom ... L.B. reached out to many people -- including producers of the show -- about his suicidal thoughts, but then nobody could reach him.

We broke the story ... Bonner's death was ruled a suicide by the coroner, from a self-inflicted single gunshot wound to the head.

Michael Lohan Makes 911 Call for Wife's Alleged Attack

7/27/2018 12:42 PM PDT
EXCLUSIVE

Michael Lohan called cops to report his wife, Kate Major Lohan, was drunk and on the attack.

Lindsay Lohan's father made the call Thursday night, telling the 911 operator Kate had been drinking heavily, which caused her to break his cell phone and also throw a glass candle holder at him.

Michael makes it clear ... he's afraid of her and didn't know what Kate would do next. He was actually sitting in his car making the call.

He told the operator all about Kate's history of arrests and warned that there were knives in the house, which she had threatened him with in the past.

Demi Lovato Overdose 911 Call No Sirens, Please

7/26/2018 2:38 PM PDT
EXCLUSIVE

Demi Lovato's friends wanted to keep her OD on the DL ... asking paramedics to come to her house without sirens.

In the 911 call from Lovato's house -- obtained by TMZ -- the caller remains calm while taking orders from the dispatcher. As the ambulance approached, the dispatcher let the caller know they'd soon hear sirens to which the caller responded, requesting they be shut off ... seemingly to keep the situation private from neighbors. However, the dispatcher says that's just not possible.

We broke the story ... Demi was rushed to an L.A. hospital after suffering an overdose, which law enforcement believed was from heroin. However, a source close to the singer said it wasn't heroin, but refused to divulge the source of the OD.

Demi's emergency came after an all-night party that started with a birthday celebration for one of her backup dancers at Saddle Ranch in WeHo.

As we reported ... Lovato had been struggling with drugs for weeks, even before last month's public confession of a relapse on her song, "Sober."

Check out the initial dispatch audio (below). You hear the dispatcher for the L.A. Fire Department calling LAPD and saying, "I thought maybe you guys better go on something like this." It's unclear if he's saying the LAPD should go out because Demi is a celebrity, or because of a drug overdose. The call is redacted, so we don't know if Demi's name or the OD was mentioned.

Their attackers came into the second floor apartment through the fire escape to avoid the building's security, which explains why they'd be sleeping with one eye open now ... and you can tell from the 911 call that it was complete chaos.

We're told they've hightailed it to a mansion in the San Fernando Valley, where they feel safer. As for their relationship ... they're still very much together. Rich, we're told, doesn't think Tori set him up for the robbery.

She goes on to say he's a 5'10" black male with a medium to heavy build.

As for Hunt's side ... he VEHEMENTLY denied touching the woman, and his friends told cops she was actually the one to go crazy after he asked her to leave his place ... with her screaming "F**k you, n*****!"

When cops got to the scene, they weren't able to determine that anyone had been assaulted, so no arrests were made.

Bode Miller 911 Call Daughter in Pool Several Minutes

6/12/2018 10:30 AM PDT
EXCLUSIVE

Bode Miller's neighbors seemed to do all they could as they worked feverishly trying to save his 19-month-old daughter's life after she fell into a pool.

Orange County Fire released the 911 call that was placed moments after little Emeline was taken out of the water. A woman made the call, and told the 911 operator someone was already performing CPR.

The operator asked if Emeline was breathing, and the woman said no -- however, there was a brief moment of hope when the person doing the CPR said he could feel a "small pulse" on the child. When the operator asked how long Emeline had been in the water, someone said "a couple of minutes," but the caller said she wasn't sure.

Once they had the pulse, they turned Emeline on her side to get water out of her lungs. You can hear someone in the background saying the water just keeps coming out. The woman on the phone kept saying, "c'mon baby girl!"

The call lasted about 5 minutes, and at the end you can hear firefighters arriving.

As we reported, the Olympic skier's wife, Morgan, was at a neighbor's home when the tragic accident happened.

Emeline was transported to the hospital, but paramedics and doctors were unable to resuscitate her.
