Jenna Jameson was a crying mess after she crashed into a light pole early this morning ... telling people, "I just want to go home."
TMZ obtained the 911 call made by a woman who claims she witnessed the porn legend driving like a drunk person before she smashed her Range Rover into a pole in Orange County, CA just after midnight.
"I was actually getting ready to call you guys because she was drunk," the caller told the 911 operator ... adding, "Next thing I know she went into the pole."
The caller asked Jenna if she needed paramedics, to which she replied, "No, I just want to go."
She can later be heard wailing in the background, "I'm Jenna Jameson."
Three officers responded to the crash scene ... and as we first reported, Jenna was arrested for DUI. She has since been released.
TMZ has obtained the frantic 911 call placed moments after "Real Housewives of Atlanta" star Kim Zolciak discovered a burning 4-wheeler in her garage -- and based on the call, her 2-pound puppy caused a metric ton of trouble.
We broke the story ... the Roswell, GA fire department dispatched one fire truck to Kim's house yesterday after an ATV caught fire on her property.
The blaze was quickly extinguished and no one was hurt -- but according to the 911 call, the entire emergency would have gone a lot smoother if not for her tiny English bulldog named Dolce.
During the call, the 911 operator orders Kim to leave the house -- but Kim insists on rescuing the dog first. Problem is ... Dolce's extremely small and went into hiding when she sensed trouble.
Much to the operator's chagrin, Kim spends several minutes searching for the dog -- before eventually finding it and evacuating the house.
TMZ has obtained the horrific 911 call placed by Junior Seau's girlfriend moments after the NFL legend shot himself in the chest Wednesday morning at his Oceanside, CA home.
Junior's GF Megan Noderer (below) is so hysterical during the call she can hardly speak -- claiming she had just returned from the gym (around 10AM) when she discovered Junior's bloody body.
Megan tells the dispatcher, Junior wasn't breathing when she arrived and had appeared to have shot himself "in the heart."
Authorities responded and attempted to revive Seau, but life-saving efforts were unsuccessful. Seau was pronounced dead on the scene soon after. He was 43.
Seau's family claims he exhibited no signs of depression before his death -- but has since donated his brain to be studied for concussion research.
As we previously reported, the manner in which Seau killed himself -- gunshot to the chest -- is leading many to believe he wanted to leave his brain intact so researchers could study the long-term effects of concussions sustained in the NFL.
TMZ has obtained the 911 call placed moments after "Grey's Anatomy" star Patrick Dempsey rushed to save a teenager, who got into a horrifying car accidentin front of the actor's Malibu home last week.
During the call, the female caller tells the operator, "There is a car accident ... one vehicle ... it's upside down."
She continues, "My husband and three other guys just pulled the boy out."
One of the men was Dempsey -- who helped pull the 17-year-old out of the wreckage and even called the kid's mother to tell her he was okay.
The boy was airlifted to a nearby hospital. He suffered a concussion and a "stretched" optic nerve -- but he's expected to make a full recovery.

The 911 tape was introduced as evidence in the trial of William Balfour, who stands accused of the triple murder.
TMZ has obtained the 911 call placed moments after Whitney Houston's body was discovered in a bathtub at the Beverly Hilton hotel on February 11.
The caller -- who IDs himself as a member of the Beverly Hilton security team -- informs the 911 operator about a "46-year-old female found in the bathroom."
He adds, "I'm not sure if she fell or if she was in the bathroom with the water."
The caller says he was alerted to the situation by an "irate" woman who called security from the room ... but he couldn't get much info from her because she kept hanging up.
The security member -- who never identifies Whitney by name -- tells the operator he was under the impression the 46-year-old woman was not breathing.
The 911 operator says emergency personnel would be dispatched to the hotel ASAP ... but it was too late.
As we previously reported, Whitney's official cause of death is listed as "accidental drowning" -- but heart disease and cocaine use were contributing factors. According to the final autopsy report, Whitney may have overdosed.
According to the L.A. County Coroner, Whitney's chronic use of the drug caused a narrowing of her arteries, which resulted in a cardiac event before her death.
TMZ has obtained the 911 call placed moments after Davy Jones suffered an apparent heart attack and subsequently died.
You hear a frantic woman on the line -- presumably the ranch hand -- saying that they are getting Davy in a truck and driving to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead a short time later.
It's apparent from the call, Davy was in terrible shape when the woman phoned the 911 dispatcher.
Judging from the tape, it appears Davy may have been alive and died in the emergency room at the hospital.
A woozy L.A. Dodgers first baseman James Loney smashed into several cars on an L.A. freeway last November ... before waking up, trying to flee the scene ... and crashing again -- this according to a newly released 911 tape.
The caller -- who owns one of the cars Loney hit in his silver Maserati -- describes the entire incident in suspenseful detail ... WHILE IT'S HAPPENING.
When the person on the phone makes the call, she says Loney is "'completely passed out in the front seat" after colliding with several cars -- but Loney wakes up before she ends the call, and tries to take off.
The caller freaks out -- screaming, "Oh my god! Oh my god! He tried to leave the scene ... He woke up, and he slammed on the gas and took off across all the lanes on the freeway."
The caller says Loney quickly hit another car and ended up on the other side of the highway with a broken axle. You gotta hear the clip.
As we first reported, cops handcuffed Loney on the scene and transported him to a nearby hospital for evaluation, where he was later arrested on suspicion of DUI. Cops say they obtained a blood sample to test for drugs -- but it came back negative.
The L.A. City Attorney has since rejected the case due to insufficient evidence. Loney's rep had no comment.
The L.A. City Attorney recommended that all references to whip-its be redacted from the Demi Moore 911 tape -- and the recommendation was followed ... TMZ has learned.
Sources tell us ... the Deputy City Attorney assigned to the case heard references to whip-its and felt it would be an invasion of privacy if that information was released to the public -- so it was cut out of the tape, along with specific references to other drugs.
TMZ broke the story ... paramedics on scene were told Demi had used whip-its to inhale nitrous oxide just before she lapsed into semi-consciousness and exhibited seizure-like symptoms.
Now we know the person who called 911 also told the dispatcher about the whip-its.
50 Cent's performance on "X-Factor" last month was a bloody mess behind the scenes -- with one stagehand smashing his head open after falling off the stage ... this according to the 911 call obtained by TMZ.

As a result of the accident, according to the 911 call, one man fell off the stage and "cracked his head open."
Paramedics responded to the scene, treating the injured just feet away from 50 Cent's performance. All three stagehands were rushed to a nearby hospital for treatment.
TMZ has obtained the 911 call placed moments before Demi Moore was rushed to an L.A. hospital Monday night -- after her friend told paramedics she had inhaled too much nitrous oxide ... aka whip-its.
There is utter confusion at the beginning of the call -- the dispatcher doesn't know which department should handle the call. The woman says Demi smoked something -- not marijuana -- similar to incense and she's having convulsions. The person says Demi was barely conscious.
Capt. Jaime Moore with the L.A. City Fire Dept. tells TMZ ... the FD redacted portions from the tape. Sources in the City Attorney's office tell us references to specific drugs and other substances Demi ingested were redacted because of privacy issues. As TMZ first reported, one of the friends at Demi's house told paramedics she has been using whip-its -- nitrous oxide.
The person says she's been taking some other stuff recently but she didn't know what it was ... and she was having "issues" lately.
