A woozy L.A. Dodgers first baseman James Loney smashed into several cars on an L.A. freeway last November ... before waking up, trying to flee the scene ... and crashing again -- this according to a newly released 911 tape.
The caller -- who owns one of the cars Loney hit in his silver Maserati -- describes the entire incident in suspenseful detail ... WHILE IT'S HAPPENING.
When the person on the phone makes the call, she says Loney is "'completely passed out in the front seat" after colliding with several cars -- but Loney wakes up before she ends the call, and tries to take off.
The caller freaks out -- screaming, "Oh my god! Oh my god! He tried to leave the scene ... He woke up, and he slammed on the gas and took off across all the lanes on the freeway."
The caller says Loney quickly hit another car and ended up on the other side of the highway with a broken axle. You gotta hear the clip.
As we first reported, cops handcuffed Loney on the scene and transported him to a nearby hospital for evaluation, where he was later arrested on suspicion of DUI. Cops say they obtained a blood sample to test for drugs -- but it came back negative.
The L.A. City Attorney has since rejected the case due to insufficient evidence. Loney's rep had no comment.
The L.A. City Attorney recommended that all references to whip-its be redacted from the Demi Moore 911 tape -- and the recommendation was followed ... TMZ has learned.
Sources tell us ... the Deputy City Attorney assigned to the case heard references to whip-its and felt it would be an invasion of privacy if that information was released to the public -- so it was cut out of the tape, along with specific references to other drugs.
TMZ broke the story ... paramedics on scene were told Demi had used whip-its to inhale nitrous oxide just before she lapsed into semi-consciousness and exhibited seizure-like symptoms.
Now we know the person who called 911 also told the dispatcher about the whip-its.
50 Cent's performance on "X-Factor" last month was a bloody mess behind the scenes -- with one stagehand smashing his head open after falling off the stage ... this according to the 911 call obtained by TMZ.
The accident occurred just as Fiddy took the stage to perform two songs (below). According to reports, a stair riser crashed down on several stagehands ... striking two on the head and one on the elbow.
As a result of the accident, according to the 911 call, one man fell off the stage and "cracked his head open."
Paramedics responded to the scene, treating the injured just feet away from 50 Cent's performance. All three stagehands were rushed to a nearby hospital for treatment.
TMZ has obtained the 911 call placed moments before Demi Moore was rushed to an L.A. hospital Monday night -- after her friend told paramedics she had inhaled too much nitrous oxide ... aka whip-its.
There is utter confusion at the beginning of the call -- the dispatcher doesn't know which department should handle the call. The woman says Demi smoked something -- not marijuana -- similar to incense and she's having convulsions. The person says Demi was barely conscious.
Capt. Jaime Moore with the L.A. City Fire Dept. tells TMZ ... the FD redacted portions from the tape. Sources in the City Attorney's office tell us references to specific drugs and other substances Demi ingested were redacted because of privacy issues. As TMZ first reported, one of the friends at Demi's house told paramedics she has been using whip-its -- nitrous oxide.
The person says she's been taking some other stuff recently but she didn't know what it was ... and she was having "issues" lately.
The Kardashians are so famous ... even their store has creepy fans -- this according to a recent 911 call ... in which a K-Klan clothing store employee begs for police help ... because some weirdo won't stop knocking on their door.
The call was placed on Monday by an employee of D-A-S-H in L.A. -- a clothing boutique owned by the Kardashian sisters -- but by the time police arrived at the scene, the creep had already taken off.
Sources tell TMZ, the mystery man in question had made a bunch of inappropriate comments that made the girls in the store feel uncomfortable. So when he left the store, they locked the doors behind him.
According to the 911 call, the man came back again and knocked persistently, demanding to be let in -- so one girl phoned police.
We're told the Kardashians are aware of the situation and are currently working with local authorities to track down the suspect. So far, no arrests have been made.
The Demi Moore 911 tape will not be very revealing, because we've learned there's gonna be a lot of redacted information ... including the drugs she was using just before the emergency.
Law enforcement sources tell us ... The L.A. City Attorney is recommending that all references to drugs in the 911 conversation between the dispatcher and one of Demi's friends should be erased before being released to the public. The recommendation is based on patient privacy.
TMZ broke the story ... paramedics on scene were told Demi had been doing whip-its ... inhaling nitrousoxide immediately before she fell into semi-consciousness and had seizure-like symptoms.
"Workaholics" star Blake Anderson seriously injured his anal area last month when he jumped off his roof onto a beer pong table -- this according to the 911 call placed the morning after the stunt gone wrong.
As we previously reported, Blake fractured his spine during the accident -- which occurred at a raging house party at the actor's L.A. house in December -- and he subsequently required back surgery.
According to the caller -- Blake's dad -- Blake plummeted 20-25 feet during the fall, adding, "He landed on his feet but now he's having extreme pain around his lower back area and his buttocks ... to the point where he can't walk." His dad clarifies, "There's a stabbing pain around his anal area."
The dispatcher asks how Blake fell -- and Blake's dad blatantly lies ... claiming the actor "stumbled."
But as you can see in the video, Blake did NOT stumble -- Blake took a flying leap off his roof while the crowd chanted, "Blake! Blake! Blake!" He then crashed, ass first, through a beer pong table.
TMZ has obtained the 911 call placed moments after Tracy Morgan fell unconscious yesterday at the Sundance Film Festival.
According to the caller -- who identifies Tracy as "a celebrity" on the phone -- the actor had a high fever, and was in possession of antibiotics for an infection in his foot. His breathing was "not normal." The caller says he's not sure if Tracy had been drinking.
TMZ broke the story -- Morgan was rushed to the hospital last night after delivering an acceptance speech at the Creative Coalition Spotlight Awards, after the actor lost consciousness.
Multiple eyewitnesses claim Morgan was slurring his words during the event and appeared extremely intoxicated -- but a rep for the hospital where Morgan was subsequently treated insists ... neither drugs nor alcohol were found in the actor's system upon medical evaluation.
Morgan tweeted moments ago, claiming the high altitude was to blame for his medical emergency.
Gene Hackman's injuries were life-threatening after a car struck the actor while he was riding his bicycle in Florida -- this according to the 911 tape, in which the dispatcher also calls the accident a "hit-and-run."
According to the caller, Gene lost consciousness after the car hit him -- and was bleeding from multiple places.
Later in the call, it sounds as if Gene regains consciousness -- but won't cooperate with bystanders who are asking him to stay still.
The dispatcher calls the accident a "hit-and-run" -- but law enforcement sources tell TMZ, that was a mistake ... the woman who struck Gene stayed on the scene and cooperated with authorities.
TMZ broke the story ... Hackman was struck by the carearlier this month while riding around in the Florida Keys --and was subsequently airlifted to a trauma hospital in Miami, where he was treated for injuries to his head and body.
** WARNING -- THE RECORDING IS EXTREMELY DISTURBING **
TMZ has obtained the 911 tape made moments after model Lauren Scruggs walked into a moving airplane propeller in Dallas last month ... in which you can hear, in graphic detail, the intense effort to save her life.
During the call -- made on December 3rd -- a woman tells the operator, "A girl walked into an airplane propeller ... I need an ambulance immediately."
Lauren can be heard wailing in extreme agony as the people around her scramble to her aid.
The caller can be heard asking someone in the background, "Is that her hand?"
The call continues, "I have a female that walked into an airplane prop ... I think it cut her hand off."
The caller notes, "She is on the ground, she is not moving."
The caller says Lauren is conscious and breathing and lying face down on the ground ... bleeding profusely from her head and her left arm.
Emergency crews eventually arrived to the scene and transported Lauren to a nearby hospital. Doctors were unable to save her left hand. She also lost her left eye.
Lauren was finally spotted out in public yesterday -- for the first time since the incident -- and appeared to be in good spirits.
TMZ has obtained the 911 call placed by "Avatar" star Zoe Saldana, moments after the actress witnessed a nasty car crash in L.A. yesterday -- that left one elderly woman with a bloody gash on her face.
There are several female voices on the tape -- it's unclear which one is Zoe's.
As we previously reported, Saldana rushed to the scene-- helping the bloodied older woman out of her car and onto the sidewalk, where she called 911.
Saldana waited for an ambulance to arrive before she left.
