Blue Ivy's showing there's a new queen in the making ... and she's drinking it all in.

Beyonce and Jay-Z's 9-year-old daughter celebrated winning her first Grammy last weekend in style ... wearing a gold crown to match the award.

The photos of Blue Ivy -- one in which she's holding her Grammy and smiling and another where she's sipping out of it with a straw -- were shared by her mom at the end of a video montage. The sipping one has major Notorious B.I.G. vibes with the crown and red background.

Beyonce's Instagram video -- set to her award-winning "Black Parade" -- features a timeline of her setting the record for most Grammy wins by a female artist and most by any singer, male or female, with 28 ... with the special tribute to Blue Ivy at the end.

Can Gonzaga really win the entire NCAA Tournament? YES, THEY CAN!

... at least, that what Barack Obama thinks!

The 44th President of the United States revealed his bracket for 2021 March Madness -- and POTUS likes Gonzaga, the #1 ranked team in the country.

In fact, Obama's Final Four is comprised entirely of #1 seeds -- Baylor, Illinois and Michigan.

The only longshot Obama likes to get to the Elite Eight is USC, a #6 seed.

He's got a couple of upsets in the 1st round -- including UCSB (12 seed) over Creighton (5 seed) and Georgetown (12) over Colorado (5).

On the women's side, Obama likes Baylor to win the whole thing -- they're a #2 seed!

His Final Four is made up of N.C. State, Maryland and Stanford.

Obama even has Baylor knocking out #1 seed UCONN in the Elite Eight!

The NCAA Men's tournament begins 1st round action on Friday. The women don't begin until Sunday.

President Trump never filled out an NCAA bracket during his time in office -- no word if he has plans to start now!

Unclear if Joe Biden will try his luck as well.

But, Obama loves hoop and follows it closely -- he's been all over the brackets for as long as we can remember.

The entire NCAA men's tourney is taking place in a controlled environment in Indianapolis -- but there are serious concerns over COVID, which has already impacted several teams and even referees.

Hopefully, the tourney will go off without a hitch and everyone can stay healthy!

Prince William and Prince Harry's attempts to mend fences after the Oprah interview have hit a roadblock -- William wants their future conversations to remain private.

The elder Royal bro is reportedly concerned -- and possibly peeved -- that any talks he has with his little brother end up going public in the media, which is causing a major lack of trust.

To put it more bluntly, William's "now worried that anything he says to his brother will be plastered over American TV" ... according to the Vanity Fair report.

This seems to refer to Gayle King's recent reporting on "CBS This Morning" that Harry did speak to his brother and his father, Prince Charles, but that their talks were "not productive." Gayle said she called Harry and Meghan Markle directly to get the info, and apparently ... that's very worrisome to the Duke of Cambridge.

Interestingly, we talked to Gayle this week in NYC, following her reporting on Harry and William's chat, and she insists she's not a mouthpiece for Harry and Meghan ... she's just a concerned friend checking in on them.

Albeit, a friend who anchors a major morning TV show. Either way, it seems she's caught in the middle of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex and Buckingham Palace ... and the VF report says the Royal Family is concerned the story is "becoming a soap opera."

Dontavious Jackson -- a former star linebacker at Florida State -- says he was called a "f***ing n****r" during an altercation on a flight Wednesday ... and then he claims he was nearly arrested over it all.

Jackson spelled out the disturbing story on his Twitter page late Wednesday night ... saying he was on a United flight when a "racist family" began harassing him.

Jackson claims he was called racial slurs ... but says "flight attendants just let it happen!"

"Unacceptable!!" Jackson wrote of the incident.

But, Dontavious -- who played in 43 games for the Seminoles from 2016 through 2019 -- says when cops arrived to investigate the altercation in Miami, they nearly arrested HIM over it all.

Jackson claims the family "tried to play the victim card, telling the officers I punched/attacked them which was a lie."

Jackson says witness' statements -- and video a person had filmed from the scene on the plane -- was the only reason officers let him go.

"The officer told me if it wasn’t for the witnesses I would’ve been taken to jail," Jackson said. "@united this isn’t right & I’m not staying quiet!"

Jackson later added, "Just grateful to still be a free man smdh."

We've reached out to Jackson and United Airlines for comment, but so far, no word back yet.

Jackson was a solid player for Florida State during his 4-year career ... logging his best season as a junior in 2018, when he tallied 75 total tackles.

Jon Cryer and Lisa Joyner are joining forces with a non-profit doing all it can to tackle the homeless crisis in Los Angeles ... by providing tiny homes for shelter.

The "Two and a Half Men" star and his wife are spearheading a fundraising effort with the Hope of the Valley Rescue Mission, which opened the first Tiny Home Village in North Hollywood last month.

Along with donating $30,000 to the org's ongoing mission to fight homelessness and poverty in the L.A. area, Jon and Lisa will also be running 2 miles of the 125-MILE ultra-marathon to raise money for the cause.

Hope of the Valley hopes to raise over $200k, which will go toward opening another 500-bed Tiny Home Community across the San Fernando Valley.

Jon and Lisa will also serve as Tiny Home Village sponsors. A rep for HOTV also tells us it’s important to note that city councilman Paul Kerkorian, made it possible to build these homes in the city.

According to Hope of the Valley, the Tiny Homes initiative is an "innovative, affordable, and scalable solution to the humanitarian crisis known as homelessness" ... and with Jon and Lisa's support, it's ramping up in the best way.

Ray J is killing it in the earbuds game -- so for the fallen competition, we say this prayer: May their bodies rest well in the ground; earth to earth, ashes to ashes, dust to dust. And, in RJ's case ... G.O.A.T. to goat.

Check out what the singer/biz mogul just picked up from his local animal farm ... a baby goat! He was showing it off down at his Miami crib, where he had the little guy within arm's length as he walked around the driveway. Those Florida leash laws, man -- they're intense.

Famous Dex's very bad week just got worse, because cops say they just busted him with a loaded gun.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... the rapper was riding in the backseat of a car when LAPD pulled it over Tuesday night in North Hollywood for not having a rear license plate. We're told Dex tried to get out and walk away during the traffic stop, but cops detained him and then searched the vehicle when they discovered one of the passengers was on probation.

During the search our sources say a loaded gun was found under Dex's seat, so he was arrested for carrying a concealed firearm.

According to police ... the rapper was booked on the felony charge and his bail's set at $35,000. We're told he's still behind bars.

We broke the story ... Famous Dex had another encounter with police last week, after he was allegedly robbed at gunpoint in the San Fernando Valley. He told cops the robbers made off with a $50,000 watch and thousands more in cash.

One of the women who accused Kellen Winslow Jr. of sexual misconduct is now suing the ex-NFL star ... with the woman claiming the football player traumatized her with some disgusting acts at a gym in 2019.

The woman -- who was 77 years old at the time of the incident -- just filed the civil suit last month ... laying out in graphic detail how she says Winslow terrorized her at 'Crunch Carlsbad' in Southern California.

The woman says on Feb. 13, 2019, she was working out when she noticed the former Cleveland Browns player masturbating near her.

She claims Winslow then approached her, "made lewd and offensive remarks," and pointed "at his erect penis" and said, “Do you see this, do you like it."

The woman says she ran off, found her husband inside the gym and left immediately.

But, less than 2 weeks later on Feb. 22, the woman says she encountered Winslow again inside of the fitness center's Jacuzzi.

In her suit, the woman says Winslow got in the water, sat close to her, and rubbed her leg and arm without her consent.

She claims she ran off and notified fitness center employees ... who she believes called law enforcement.

Winslow was eventually hit with a criminal charge of lewd conduct in public over the incident ... and a jury found him guilty of the crime -- as well as rape and other charges -- at a trial in May 2019.

Before this toothless tot was making audiences laugh with her appearances on HBO, she was just another sweetheart smiling and repping a pink turtleneck for the camera in Port Harcourt, Nigeria.

This cute kid is best known for her hilarious role as a best friend in an HBO original series starring a multi-hyphenate entertainer -- who originally got her start with a web series titled "Awkward Black Girl". Her comedy doesn't stop there ... just last year she premiered her first stand-up special on the same network, introducing audiences to her life growing up in Nigeria.

One of the first Britney Spears hearings since the release of a documentary about her conservatorship brought out a huge wave of #FreeBritney supporters ... but it looks like it was all for nothing.

Check out the scores of people who showed up to a courthouse in downtown L.A. Wednesday for a hearing in the case about hundreds of thousands Brit's trying to recoup for her conservatorship ... but nothing ended up happening on that front.

The judge continued the matter for another day -- and it looks like the whole hearing lasted about 20 minutes max. And, yet ... these folks were determined to have their voices heard. As you can see, the troupe showed up in force -- with signs and posters and even megaphones in hand.

It's unclear why they arrived for this one with such numbers ... it's the 2nd hearing since the release of 'Framing Britney Spears' on Feb. 5. On Feb. 11 -- the first such hearing following the controversial doc -- it was determined Jamie would stay on as co-conservator along with Bessemer Trust Company.

As for what was supposed to be happening today -- a judge could've officially weighed in on whether the estate could recoup the $308k Britney says her dad paid to her former business manager, Tri Star Sports & Entertainment Group.

Remember, Britney claimed after she stopped performing in early 2019 ... Tri Star allegedly asked Jamie for more dough, since the 5% commission they get from Brit is based on revenue from her getting on stage. They asked for $500k minimum per year, and Britney says Jamie shot 'em $308k and change ... without running it by her people, or trying to negotiate a better deal.

Vice President Kamala Harris could have been in danger Wednesday afternoon ... the Secret Service tells us agents detained a man outside the Veep's D.C. residence and cops say he had guns and ammo.

The agents stopped the man around 1 PM ET near the Naval Observatory, which is the traditional Vice President's mansion. Cops say they found a firearm, a bunch of ammo and several gun clips with ammo in the man's car, which was parked in a D.C. garage.

Fortunately, the Veep wasn't at the Naval Observatory when agents nabbed the man -- the mansion is getting a bunch of repairs so she and Second Gentleman Doug Emhoff have been living at Blair House ... a 19th-century row house steps away from the White House.

The Vice Prez was working Wednesday in the Eisenhower Executive Office Building, which is right next to Blair House.

Kendall Jenner's got a wild side when she gets drunk ... and tequila will make her destroy everything in sight!!!

Kendall and Kylie got wasted together on KJ's new tequila line and tried to do each other's makeup ... and Kendall's destructive side came out to play when she was several shots deep.

Ya gotta see the video ... Kylie foreshadows what's about to happen, then Kendall almost breaks their shot glasses before smashing through the video backdrop with her fists of fury.

It's pretty funny seeing the sisters get drunk together on-camera ... it's kinda Kylie's thing. She did a similar drunken makeup video with Khloe Kardashian, but Kendall takes it to a whole new level.

Drunken antics aside, it's pretty impressive to see Kendall and Kylie going shot for shot ... the final tally sees Kendall and Kylie tied up with 8 shots each. It ain't Irish whiskey, but no one's complaining.

DeShaun Watson has been sued by a female masseuse who claims she was sexually assaulted by the NFL superstar during a session gone bad -- but Watson is denying the allegations, claiming he's the victim of a shakedown.

The woman filed her lawsuit Tuesday. Her attorney, Tony Buzbee, told FOX 26 in Houston that Watson was getting a massage from the accuser when the QB "went too far."

In an effort to try and get ahead of the story, Watson issued a strong denial late Tuesday evening.

"As a result of a social media post by a publicity-seeking plaintiff's lawyer I recently became aware of a lawsuit that has apparently been filed against me," Watson said.

"I have not yet seen the complaint but I know this: I have never treated any woman with anything other than the utmost respect."

He continued, "The plaintiff's lawyer claims that this isn’t about money, but before filing suit he made a baseless six-figure settlement demand, which I quickly rejected."

"Unlike him, this isn't about money for me -- it’s about clearing my name, and I look forward to doing that."

We're working on hunting down the lawsuit and contacting the lawyer behind it.

The timing couldn't be worse for Watson who's currently trying to force his way out of Houston so he can continue his career with another NFL team.

The Houston Texans issued a statement Wednesday morning saying, "We became aware of a civil lawsuit involving Deshaun Watson through a social media post last night. This is the first time we heard of the matter, and we hope to learn more soon."

"We take accusations of this nature that involve anyone within the Houston Texans organization seriously. We will await further information before making any additional statements on this incident."

LeBron James says his thoughts and prayers are with the "entire Asian community" after a gun-toting maniac went on a shooting spree in Atlanta Tuesday night, killing 8 people including 6 Asian women.

"My condolences goes out to the families of all the victims and the entire Asian community tonight on what transpired in Atlanta at the Aromatherapy Spa," Lebron said in a statement late Tuesday evening.

LeBron then tore into the shooting suspect -- 21-year-old Robert Aaron Long -- calling him a "Coward a** young man!!"

Bron continued, "Just senseless and tragic!!"

Officials say Long opened fire at Young’s Asian Massage Parlor in Cherokee County, Georgia -- killing 4 people and injuring 1 more.

Then, officials say Long went to the Gold Massage Spa where he killed 3 more people.

Finally, Long allegedly went across the street to the Aromatherapy Spa and killed one more person.

In total, 8 people are dead including 6 Asian women.

Officials captured Long Tuesday night by using a pit maneuver on his SUV to stop his car.

He's since been taken into custody and charged with murder.

Investigators have neither confirmed the motive behind the shooting or confirmed if it was racially motivated.

After the incident, NBA star Jeremy Lin -- who's been speaking out against anti-Asian racism for years -- also weighed in saying, "This is sooo heartbreaking ... praying for our world."

"To my Asian American family, please take time to grieve but know youre loved, seen and IMPORTANT. We have to keep standing up, speaking out, rallying together and fighting for change. We cannot lose hope! #StopAsianHate #NOW."

Atlanta Falcons kicker Younghoe Koo also released a statement Wednesday ... saying he's "deeply saddened" by the tragedy ... and went into detail about his own experiences with racism.

"As an Asian American, I have heard the jokes and name calling," Koo said. "I often dealt with it by ignoring what was said and minding my own business."

FYI -- Koo was born in South Korea but was raised in the United States.

He continued ... "I don’t have all the answers, but I realize now more than ever that this is an issue that needs to be addressed and that ignoring it won’t help us do that."

Rachael Leigh Cook is officially single and ready to ... travel, because her final divorce settlement calls for her to keep her frequent flyer miles and her whip.

According to new legal docs obtained by TMZ ... the "She's All That" star gets to keep her own jewelry, clothing plus her 2020 Audi Q5 after a judge signed off on her divorce judgment.

As for property ... she's keeping a Redondo Beach, CA pad ... while she and her ex, Daniel Gillies, are selling a Studio City home and will split any profits.

Rachel's keeping all of the rewards points she's earned through credit cards in her name ... including frequent flyer miles/points, as well as ownership of Ben's Sister Productions Inc.

She and Daniel are sharing expenses for their 2 dogs and 2 cats.

For his part ... Daniel gets to keep all of his jewelry and clothing too as well as a 2019 BMW X6.

Dr. Dre's divorce is getting so nasty, he wants to move on with his life and be single ... so he's asking for an assist from the judge in his divorce case.

The mogul's attorney, disso queen Laura Wasser, filed legal docs requesting a bifurcation of Dre's divorce ... legal jargon for both parties getting single status STAT, and hammering out the pesky problem of dividing assets later.

According to the docs, obtained by TMZ, Dre says his divorce from his estranged wife, Nicole Young, has gotten to the point of no return.

In the docs, Dre says Nicole's "false allegations of domestic violence" made it clear there's no turning back. He says he's been trying to settle the divorce with her since she filed in June 2020, and claims she's dragging her feet on purpose.

As we've told you ... Dre and Nicole's legal war has raged on with no end in sight -- most recently she was denied a restraining order after he called her a "greedy bitch" in a song.

Nicole's also filed a motion asking for access to their home amid suspicions of a mistress, and Dre's accused her of siphoning money from one of their business accounts. Oh, and they're also at odds over the validity of their prenup.
