The late H. Wayne Huizenga's incredible Florida mansion has a new owner ... and the lucky buyer got it for a bargain -- $16.02 MILLION!!!

Huizenga -- who was worth more than $ 2.8 BILLION -- died in March 2018 at the age of 80. Besides owning the Miami Dolphins, Marlins and Florida Panthers, he also founded Blockbuster Video and Waste Management. Dude was RICH!!!

During his life, Huizenga bought up this amazing 20,653-square foot waterfront pad in Fort Lauderdale ... which boasts 10-bedrooms, a home gym, workshop, theater, billiards room and a kitchen with a pizza oven.

Oh, and there's also enough dock space to park your 135-ft mega-yacht ... right near the infinity pool which contains its own BELLTOWER!!!

Huizinga's estate previously listed the place for $27 million ... but they were clearly motivated to sell, and later put it up for auction where it sold on June 5th for a cool $16 MIL.

So, who's the highest bidder? Turns out the new owner is Charles E. West, Jr. -- the founder of Pet Supermarket.

Logan Paul's getting used to kicking unwanted guests off his property, confronting a trespasser twice in two days ... and now police are involved.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... a man showed up unannounced at Logan's home in Encino on Sunday afternoon and again on Monday night, trying to enter the property on both occasions and prompting Logan to call the cops.

We're told police took a report for trespassing, and now they're investigating who the suspicious person was who showed up.

Our sources say the guy first came over Sunday afternoon, ringing the front gate before attempting to climb over the fence. We're told Logan and a companion raced out of the house, confronting the man and telling him to hit the road.

But, the same dude apparently returned the very next night, ringing the front gate at 11 PM and then hightailing it on an electric scooter when Logan came barging outside.

It's not the first time Logan's dealt with trespassers at his place ... early last year, the YouTube star took matters into his own hands and made a citizen's arrest after an intruder broke into his home. The guy later entered a no contest plea for aggravated trespassing and spent 30 days in jail.

New York Governor Andrew Cuomo and his TV star GF, Sandra Lee, are bidding adieu to their luxurious Colonial mansion ... for a pretty penny.

The longtime couple put their quintessential 1950s Colonial mansion in the Northern Westchester enclave of New Castle, NY on the market for $2 million. The couple of nearly 2 decades says they're gonna continue living in the mansion until it's sold. Sandra bought the crib for $1.22 million back in 2001.

Ellen DeGeneres just scooped up an amazing estate from Adam Levine for the tidy sum of $45 MIL!!!

Official records show ... Ellen bought Adam's incredible Bev Hills property from her good friend. The sale became official late Thursday afternoon.

The mansion is more than 10,000 square feet strong and it's pretty spectacular. It has a gym, spa, guest house, resort-like pool, 2 kitchens, a professional screening room. The master bedroom is 2,000 square feet!!!

The baronial talk show host and her wife, Portia, have listed their Bev Hills home for $17.9 mil, so they're on the move.

As for their new digs, Adam and his wife, Behati Prinsloo, bought the estate in 2018 for $35.5 mil from "Will and Grace" creator Max Mutchnick, plunked down an additional $7 mil for improvements, and listed it last month for $47.5 mil. So, they got close to asking.

BTW ... Pete Sampras is a former owner.

As for Adam, he and Behati bought Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck's Pacific Palisades estate for $32.

Kylie Jenner and her ex-bestie have a little more closure in their relationship ... because Jordyn Woods' belongings are no longer in her guest house.

Sources close to Kylie tell TMZ ... Jordyn came by and picked up her stuff about a week and a half ago, months after her hookup with Khloe's baby daddy, Tristan Thompson, got her ex-communicated from the Kardashian family.

We're told the reason it took so long is that Kylie was super chill about the situation ... but somebody else in the family wasn't. Our sources say that the person -- we're not allowed to say who -- recently noticed Jordyn's stuff was still there and thought it was ridiculous and disrespectful ... like she was using Kylie's pad for storage.

Kylie decided to get Jordyn to get her stuff out quickly after that ... to keep the peace in her fam.

We're told Kylie wasn't home when Jordyn came over, but the housekeeper let her in and there were no issues. As we've told you, the 2 have remained amicable throughout the ordeal even though they're not as close as they used to be. Our sources say they still text each other on occasion, as well.

Jordyn and her mom -- especially her mom -- have even come out and praised Kylie and others in the fam and said they have love for everyone.

Russell Wilson won Mother's Day ... the dude surprised his mom with her very own house -- and she lost her mind when the Seahawks superstar handed over the keys!!!

The moment is amazing ... Russ passes Tammy Wilson the key ring to the new home's front door -- and when she asks what it's for, the QB tells her, "it's the key to your house."

When Momma Wilson realizes her son ain't playin' around -- she loses it.

12:21 PM PT -- The network from his 2-season show tells TMZ, "The DIY Network family is sorry to hear about the passing of Troy Dean Shafer, a dedicated, driven entrepreneur and restoration expert who was admired by everyone who worked on the series."

They conclude, "We continue to extend our deepest condolences to Troy's family and friends during this difficult time."

"Nashville Flipped" star Troy Shafer died unexpectedly at the age of 38 ... according to his brother.

Troy's brother, Tim, tells us the TV star died in his sleep on April 28. We're told the entire family is in shock because Troy didn't have any known medical conditions.

The coroner's office in Erie, PA confirms an autopsy was not performed on Troy's body, but a toxicology report will be finalized in the coming weeks.

Troy was laid to rest last week, at a very small private burial for his family.

Troy rose to fame by saving, restoring and flipping dozens of historic homes in Nashville ... with a film crew from the DIY Network following him around. Troy and his team specialized in customizing historic properties to fit the design of a certain era.

Before he was a reality TV star, Troy moved to Nashville with dreams of pursuing a career in music ... but he eventually realized his construction background and talent for restoring historic homes was his big ticket, so he started his home renovation business, Nashville Flipped.

He grew up in Erie, Penn., and graduated from Penn State University.

Troy was 38.

Ex-NBA star Shawn Kemp ain't playin' around -- he REALLY wants to sell his humongous Seattle-area mansion ... so he slashed the asking price by more than a MILLION bucks!

The 49-year-old former Seattle SuperSonics star owns a 13,000-square-foot pad in Maple Valley, Washington ... complete with a basketball court, tennis court, pool, putting green and spa.

The property sits on 5 acres of land. Massive.

Kemp originally listed the place for $3.7 mil back in 2018 -- but now, he's pricing it to move fast ... cutting the number down to $2.5 mil with listing agent Robert Potashnick of Coldwell Banker Bain.

The dunk specialist originally purchased the place back in 2003 for $2.4 million -- the same year he played his last game in the NBA.

Kemp reportedly made more than $90 MILLION during his NBA career -- so it doesn't seem like he's hurting for cash.

Aretha Franklin's home is up for sale and there's a buyer on the hook -- but her estate doesn't have permission to seal the deal ... yet.

According to new legal docs, the Queen of Soul's estate is looking to liquidate her assets and eliminate expenses after her passing ... which means unloading her properties in the Detroit area.

Aretha's main residence was a condo in the north suburbs, and the estate says it has plans locked down to sell it to someone for $325,000. If the judge signs off on it, the sale can proceed. A court hearing is scheduled for later this month.

As we reported ... when Aretha died in August she left behind some debts -- including a massive tax bill -- and her estate has been working to resolve any remaining issues.

According to the new docs ... the estate still has a $100k debt and owes $5.2 million in taxes ... but she had millions invested in property which will help settle the tab.

Jussie Smollett's got a lot of baggage, so he's enlisted his brother to help him load it up and move it out ... to a new pad, that is.

Johnny Depp got an unwanted visitor at his Los Angeles estate when an unknown driver smashed a van into a street sign ... then ghosted before cops could show up.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... police are investigating a hit-and-run outside the actor's home after someone crashed into a "no parking" sign around 3:30 AM Thursday. We know what you're thinking -- this is someone with a parking grudge against the city.

Could be, but there's no way to know for sure because the clown left a banged up 2000 Chevy van, and fled the scene. Johnny's home itself wasn't damaged -- just the one fallen soldier ... the sign just to the left of his driveway.

We're told the 'Pirates of the Caribbean' star was not home at the time of the crash.

As you can see in our pics from the scene ... the street sign broke at its base, toppling over and taking out some shrubbery. Our law enforcement sources say police recovered the van, but there was no note with contact info.

That means the driver's on the hook for a hit-and-run.

Usher's selling frenzy continues ... he just sold his third house in less than a year.

The singer unloaded his 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom house in the northwest part of Atlanta. We're told Mychal Jaymes repped the buyer and brokered a deal at $775k. Usher bought the house back in June 2007 for $970k and initially put it on the market about a year and a half ago.

The new owner got himself a steal ... the 2,908 square foot house features a sick rooftop deck and the crib itself is just minutes away from Mercedes-Benz Stadium where the Atlanta Falcons play.

It's been a busy year in the real estate market for the singer ... just last November he sold his Sunset strip crib. Back in August, Usher also unloaded his 7-bedroom, 7-bathroom crib in Alpharetta, GA.
