NFL's Cayleb Jones Cuts Deal In Dom. Violence Case ... Still Faces Jail Time
-
EXCLUSIVE
Ex-Minnesota Vikings receiver Cayleb Jones just cut a deal in court in his domestic violence case -- but he's still facing serious jail time ... TMZ Sports has learned.
The 25-year-old was facing 3 pretty serious charges -- including felony theft by temporary control -- after he allegedly beat the crap out of his girlfriend at a Minnesota hotel back in August.
Officials say the 6'3", 209 pound WR roughed up his GF and when she tried to escape in an elevator to call 911 ... Jones intercepted her, stole her phone and fled before cops arrived.
Cayleb was in court Tuesday to face the charges ... but we're told he cut a deal -- and instead, only pled guilty to interference with an emergency call -- a gross misdemeanor.
In exchange, we're told his two other charges will be dismissed.
Cayleb -- who's already served 5 days of jail time -- still faces up to a year in jail and a $3,000 fine when he returns to court for his sentencing hearing in April. It's unlikely he'll be ordered to serve more jail time unless the judge really wants to throw the book at him.
It's been a rough year for the WR -- as we previously reported, Cayleb tried to restrain his brother, Buffalo Bills WR Zay Jones, after he allegedly tried to jump from a 30th story window in an L.A. building last spring.
MARCH 2018
Cayleb -- who's yet to play in an NFL game -- was cut by the Vikings in September ... and remains a free agent.

EXCLUSIVE
- 4.8K shares
It was a brutal scene outside a White Castle in Paterson, NJ early Friday morning -- and the new video clearly shows it -- as a group of people appear to be attacking Lezhae Lowder, Fetty Wap's baby mama and her friends.
Alexis Skyy was there, laying low inside her Benz Truck, which you can see in the drive-thru while the melee occurs ... at least that's what Lezhae tells TMZ.
Lezhae and Alexis allegedly got into it earlier in the night at a bar. According to Alexis, she and her friends then went to the White Castle where Lezhae pulled up and tried to confront her with a knife.
Although there are no signs of a knife in the video, you see the violence ... someone is stomped and punched repeatedly before being dragged by the hair. At one point you see Lezhae on the ground, covering herself.
The most frightening moment comes when a car tries to drive through the crowd, almost hitting multiple people before crashing into the side of the White Castle. The violence erupts again as the crowd rushes the car, smashing the back windshield.
Lezhae was arrested for misdemeanor reckless endangerment for involvement in the brawl.

Joey King isn't only thinking about movie critics reviewing her role as convicted murderer Gypsy Rose Blanchard -- she's worried about the way Gypsy will perceive it when she gets outta prison.
We got Joey at LAX where she told us all about her upcoming Hulu series, "The Act," which tells the story of Gypsy's highly disturbing upbringing ... and eventual murder of her mother, Dee Dee Blanchard in 2015.
She fully committed to the complicated role ... even opting to shave her head instead of using makeup and a bald cap.
Waiting for your permission to load the Instagram Media.
Gypsy and her mother's tragic story was already the subject of the popular HBO documentary, "Mommy Dead and Dearest."
If you missed it, Dee Dee suffered from Munchausen by Proxy -- a mental disorder where a parent fabricates illnesses in their child for sympathy or attention.
Gypsy pled guilty to murdering her mother and is currently serving 10-years in Missouri.
It's interesting ... Joey clearly has deep knowledge about Gypsy's case and has some interesting concerns about her prison sentence.

- 6.1K shares
TMZ Sports has obtained surveillance footage which shows ex-Georgetown basketball star Victor Page attacking a 17-year-old girl during a 2018 incident ... and it's extremely disturbing.
First off, 43-year-old Page is currently locked up in a Maryland jail over the 2018 incident, and he's facing several serious criminal charges, including 1st and 2nd degree attempted rape.
We spoke to a rep for the victim's family who told us that they want the video to be out publicly -- and they're hoping Page is punished to the fullest extent of the law.
Here's the backstory ...
The victim was at her family's apartment in Camp Springs, Maryland on Dec. 30 when she claims Page tried to rape her inside the home.
She tried to run ... but as you can see in the video, Page follows her outside and eventually smothers her while she's on the ground for roughly 2 minutes.
Neighbors noticed the assault, and ran over to help pry Page off the girl. When they finally got him off, the girl ran away.
The victim went to authorities and Page was arrested a few days later. He's now behind bars at Prince George's County Detention Center awaiting a hearing on Feb. 1.
He's facing a bunch of charges including 1st and 2nd degree attempted rape, attempted sex abuse of a minor, 2nd degree child abuse and more.
We've reached out to Page's attorney for comment -- so far, no word back.
Page has a long, sad history with the law -- he was sentenced to 10 years in prison for 2nd degree assault in 2013, but he was released early.
Page played with Allen Iverson at Georgetown and was a key part of the '95-'96 Hoyas team that went to the Elite Eight in the NCAA tourney. He led the Big East in scoring in the '96-'97 season.
Page left Georgetown after his sophomore year and went undrafted. He had a cup of coffee with the Minnesota Timberwolves, but never saw any NBA minutes.

Fetty Wap Baby Mamas Beefing With Each Other ... Alexis Skyy's Foe Arrested After Allegedly Pulling Knife
2:24 PM PT -- Sources close to Lezhae dispute Alexis's account of how things went down. We're told Lezhae did not follow Alexis or her crew to the White Castle lot, they just both coincidentally happened to land there for a late night bite. Our sources say when Lezhae pulled up, Alexis and her crew stormed her car, which prompted Lezhae to hop out with a knife in hand ... 'cause we're told she didn't want to get jumped. We're told Lezhae insists she did not swing the knife at anyone before a fight broke out between the crews, which allegedly included Lezhae getting hit by males in Alexis's crew. Our Lezhae sources insist Alexis was present during the altercation and not at home. Regarding Lezhae's arrest, we're told (and have confirmed through a police report) she was arrested for disorderly conduct/improper behavior for allegedly continuing to yell and threaten the opposing crew when cops eventually showed. She was not arrested for wielding a knife or for getting into a fight.
Fetty Wap has some serious baby mama drama ... because two of his BMs have major beef, and Lezhae Lowder was arrested after allegedly pulling a knife with the intended target ... Alexis Skyy.
Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... Lezhae was arrested and charged with misdemeanor reckless endangerment after cops in Paterson, NJ responded to a call about a fight in a White Castle parking lot.
Sources close to Alexis tell TMZ ... the 'Love & Hip Hop' star was partying Thursday night at the New Jersey bar where Lezhae works, and Lezhae tried to fight Alexis as soon as she arrived. We're told the 2 women eventually calmed down, but Lezhae threw a bottle at Alexis' car when she was leaving!
After the drama at the club, we're told Alexis went home and her friends went to a nearby White Castle ... and that's when Lezhae pulled up to the parking lot looking for Alexis -- and allegedly started throwing more bottles!
We're told Alexis' friends piled out of their car and Lezhae allegedly pulled out a knife, asking for Alexis ... from there, things escalated and a fight broke out! Cops were called at 3:20 AM and Lezhae ended up in handcuffs.
Our law enforcement sources would not confirm allegations of bottles being thrown or Lezhae pulling a knife ... and Lezhae has not responded to our requests for comment.
As you know ... Alexis is also beefing with Blac Chyna over Rob Kardashian, and they almost came to blows during a house party!
Hopefully, Rob knows what he's getting into with Alexis ... if not, he might want to hit up Fetty.

He was released on $10k bond and has also been told he can't leave the country unless he gets court approval first.
One of R. Kelly's former managers has surrendered to authorities on charges he made terroristic threats against a family of one of the singer's alleged victims.
As TMZ first reported, Joycelyn Savage's father told us James Mason called him in May 2018, and threatened, "I'm gonna do harm to you and your family, when I see you I'm gonna get you, I'm going to f***ing kill you."

In the criminal justice system, traffic based offenses are considered especially costly -- even for Ice-T, who plays a cop on TV, 'cause his arrest at the George Washington Bridge just cost him a bundle.
TMZ has learned Ice had a court hearing Thursday for the bust that went down in October. As we first reported, Ice was hauled to jail after he drove through the bridge toll booth without paying the required $12.50.
Well, it ended up costing him a weeee bit more than that -- $707.50 in fines! He'd been issued 5 tickets the day of the arrest, but 2 of 'em got tossed and he ended up paying for disorderly conduct, toll evasion and failure to observe a traffic control device.
Shortly after he was released from jail, Ice told us the whole thing was an innocent mistake.
He was driving to work -- to the set of 'Law & Order: SVU' -- in his brand new McLaren sports car. It had just been delivered, and Ice forgot it didn't have an E-ZPass® New York transponder, which automatically pays the toll.

'Wife Swap' Son Pleads Not Guilty by Insanity ... In Mom and Brother's Murders
Jacob Stockdale, whose family was featured on "Wife Swap," is pleading not guilty to the murders of his mother and brother because he says he was out of his mind.
Stockdale entered the not guilty by reason of insanity plea Thursday in Stark County, Ohio -- and told the court he might not be competent to stand trial. His attorney is requesting the judge appoint a doctor to evaluate Stockdale's mental state.
His case is particularly gruesome -- Stockdale was arrested for shooting and killing his mother, Kathryn, and his younger brother, James, in 2017. He then shot himself in the head, but survived after months of extensive surgery to reconstruct his face.
The Stockdale family appeared on the ABC reality show back in 2008 ... and were memorable for being extremely religious and living by strict rules.
A grand jury already decided the death penalty was not appropriate in Stockdale's case. He's facing life in prison, if convicted.
