Anita Baker's decision to erase Babyface from her tour doesn't surprise R&B singer CeCe Peniston all that much ... she calls it showbiz!!!

We caught the "Finally" singer out in NYC following the R&Beef heard 'round the world ... she attested she's seen her fair share of egos sinking ships before they leave the dock.

As we reported, AB claimed her boundaries were being violated by Babyface's fans, who were mad he didn't have more stage time. However, CeCe doesn't Babyface is guilty of any wrongdoing.

She also seemed to give AB a pass for being angry, which basically gets us to where they are now ... the stars going their separate ways.

One person who's not giving out passes is Tank, who gave AB a piece of his mind for his one million Instagram followers to see.

Babyface also didn't admit to any wrongdoing on his part ... but he's still out of an opener job!!!

Things just went from bad to worse for Kroy Biermann … not only is he embroiled in an acrimonious divorce with Kim Zolciak, but he’s now being sued for allegedly missing lease payments on a Rolls-Royce.

According to new court docs, obtained by TMZ, the ex-NFL linebacker hasn’t paid a dime in months to BMW Financial Services to lease the company's 2020 Rolls-Royce Cullinan.

The docs say BMW execs demanded Kroy return their $400,100 luxury SUV, but he thumbed his nose at them and kept it.

The suit also includes the purported lease agreement signed by both parties and goes into detail about Kroy's failures to make his monthly payments.

From July 2020 to July 2023 ... BMW claims Kroy was supposed to turn over $5,297.64 each month for 36 months, totaling $190,715.04.

But Kroy often came up short, the docs say ... and, more recently, he just didn't pay at all. BMW also points out Kroy's last payment was made all the way back in September 2022.

As a result, BMW is asking for a "writ of possession" in the suit ... translation: give us back our damn vehicle, Kroy!! They also want the money they've lost out on.

Meanwhile, Kroy has been battling his estranged wife, Kim Zolciak, in divorce court over their finances and custody of their 4 young kids. In legal docs, the 'Real Housewives of Atlanta' alum has accused Kroy of smoking too much weed ... and Kroy has called out Kim for her alleged gambling addiction.

We've reached out to Kroy's attorneys for comment about the lawsuit ... so far, no word back yet.

Jacky Oh's death is propelling her business ... her cosmetics line is seeing a huge spike in sales, and we're told there's talk her young daughter could eventually take over the brand.

A rep for Jacky tells TMZ ... her beauty brand, J Nova Collection, is being flooded with orders in the wake of her shocking and sudden death ... and products are selling out.

We're told the company's received over 2,000 orders since Jacky died two weeks ago ... with lip liner, lip gloss, and eyelashes among the most popular products. At one point, we're told the website had to shut down due to the huge increase in traffic.

Jacky named the brand after her and DC Young Fly's first daughter, Nova, and we're told the plan is to keep the business running and possibly make Nova the face of the brand.

We're told Jacky was super hands-on with the J Nova Collection, running it with her sister Megan, who serves as the brand's creative director ... and her family and friends are all pitching in to run the brand in the interim and get all the orders shipped out.

Nova's only 6 years old, so she's a long way off from taking over the business side of her mom's brand ... but we're told the family plans to sit down soon and figure out who will fill the leadership role moving forward.

Those decisions may be on the back burner ... it's only been two weeks since Jacky died.

Johnny Depp's charitable donations are gonna go a long way in helping the orgs he's vowed to help out ... telling us they can't wait to put the money to work.

A rep for Make-A-Film Foundation, a lucky recipient of $200K from JD calls him "one of the most generous people we've ever worked with." The org grants critically and terminally ill kids the opportunity to make short films and documentaries with actors. We're told, each film costs $25K - $35K and documentaries range from $3K to $5K ... so Depp's donation will go directly to the production costs -- i.e. equipment, props, hair/makeup, insurance.

As we reported, JD is donating his million-dollar lump sum from Amber Heard to Make-A-Film Foundation, The Painted Turtle, Red Feather, Tetiaroa Society and the Amazonia Fund Alliance. You'll recall, AH's insurance company covered the cost as part of her settlement following the U.S. defamation trial.

Joe Seidenberg, executive director of Red Feather, is also super happy to put the money to good use -- telling us the funds will help to address housing disparities for Native Americans ... specifically the Navajo and Hopi tribes.

A rep for Amazonia tells us the money will be transferred to BFUCA (Brazilian National Federation of Associations, Centers, and Clubs) for various projects ... and the org works tirelessly to help preserve the Amazon ecosystem.

Depp also made a $200K donation to Marlon Brando’s charity, Tetiaroa Society. The orgs' Executive Director, Frank Murphy, tells us, "Mr. Depp's generosity is overwhelming and we are honored to be among these amazing organizations that he supports. His contribution will help Tetiaroa Society in its work to protect Tetiaroa, support indigenous voices across the Pacific, and advance ocean-based solutions to climate change."

Nick and Aaron Carter's sister, Bobbie Jean, was busted in Florida after allegedly stealing some stickers from a Hobby Lobby … and cops say she had fentanyl.

According to the arrest report, obtained by TMZ, Bobbie was arrested Saturday in Hernando County after allegedly stealing six Hobby Lobby items valued at just over $55.

The Hobby Lobby loss prevention team told sheriff's deputies they observed her taking items off the shelves, putting them in her purse, and walking out of the store without attempting to pay for the goods.

When sheriff's deputies took Bobbie into the store's loss prevention office, they say she grabbed her purse in a panic and tossed a powder blue container under a desk. Deputies say they found the container, which had 1.3 grams of white powder and 0.8 grams of purple powder inside. We're told a field test of the purple powder came back positive for fentanyl.

Bobbie was placed into custody and on her way to jail deputies say she threatened to hurt herself, telling them … "I'm just going to have to kill myself." As a result, we're told she was placed on suicide watch at the jail.

Ultimately, Bobbie was booked on one count of retail theft and one count of possession of fentanyl.

Get ready, MLB fans ... another Freeman appears to be well on his way to The Show -- 'cause Freddie Freeman's wife tells TMZ Sports their 6-year-old son is tearing it up in youth baseball games!!!

Charlie Freeman has been working to follow in his dad's footsteps ever since he was old enough to hold a mitt ... and when we got Chelsea Freeman out in L.A. earlier this month, she told us the kid is already ballin' just like Pops in real games.

In fact, Chelsea says little Charlie is actually playing with 7-year-olds ... and is more than holding his own with the older kids.

"We put him up a year," Chelsea said, "so he's playing really well."

Chelsea tells us ... Charlie is both a pitcher and a first baseman -- and the little tyke said he'd love to play for the Dodgers just like his dad someday!

Of course, none of this news should be surprising ... you'll recall, we've been seeing Charlie get busy with a bat since he was just 2 years old.

50 Cent and Rémy Martin are no longer beefing ... the famous alcohol brand settled its lawsuit over the rapper's cognac bottle design.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, 50 Cent’s company and Rémy Martin reached a settlement June 1 but asked the court to keep terms of the settlement under seal.

The beef dates back to August 2021, when Rémy Martin sued 50 Cent's Spire Spirits in Manhattan federal court ... claiming the rapper’s Branson cognac brand ripped off their distinctive bottle design.

In the suit, Rémy Martin claimed 50 Cent's cognac copied their famous jewel-shaped glass bottle design. Rémy Martin claimed the design was synonymous with their brand and could cause confusion.

Reps for Rémy Martin tell TMZ ... they're pleased to resolve the trademark and patent dispute, and the brand respects 50 Cent’s entry into the cognac market.

We're now learning more about the sequence of events that happened before four children survived a month-long-plus ordeal in the Amazon rainforest.

TMZ has obtained the official crash report issued by Colombian authorities in this case ... and it goes into great detail about how exactly this aircraft they were all on went down, and more importantly -- how these children could've possibly made it out relatively unscathed.

Check out these never-before-seen photos of the aftermath showing the wreckage ... as well as the diagrams experts crafted to demonstrate how this tragedy quite likely unfolded.

For starters ... you can see that this plane lost its engine as it was falling out of the sky and that the mechanical piece itself ended up landing far away from the actual crash site.

Here's what else you can see ... the plane was totally crushed, but more so on the front -- as it appears to have nosedived straight into the jungle after flying too low and seemingly clipping the tree line. After that, the plane went plummeting straight into the ground.

The reason this is relevant to the children's survival ... their position in seating onboard. Investigators found that the kids were all sitting near the back of the plane -- whereas the adults, including their late mother, were upfront ... which explains how she died.

What doesn't make sense -- and what can only be described as a true miracle -- is the fact that the 1-year-old baby in the group (who also survived) was discovered to have been sitting in his mother's lap during the crash. And yet ... the infant somehow escaped death.

As we reported ... these kids not only lived through the plane crash -- which is incredible in and of itself -- but they went on to survive an extra 40 days in the jungle on their own.

When they were finally discovered by a search party ... the reunion was absolutely joyous. And while it proved to be a happy moment -- you could absolutely tell these little ones had been through a rigorous journey. Their full tale has yet to be told ... but it's still fascinating.

Ted Kaczynski, the man known as the "Unabomber," died by suicide in federal prison by hanging himself, TMZ has learned.

According to a 911 audio recording, obtained by TMZ ... someone inside the prison called emergency services Saturday morning, requesting assistance at FMC Butner in North Carolina.

The caller stated he "got a guy that was hanging ... they got a crash cart up there now." A crash cart is a wheeled container that carries medicine and equipment for use in emergency resuscitations.

Sources with direct knowledge tell us ... Kaczynski suffered serious neck injuries, including redness from ear to ear and a deformed/depressed trachea. We're told rigor mortis had also set in, particularly in his arms and legs.

One source told us leading up to his death, Kaczynski appeared ghost-like and frail -- unlike how he looked when he was arrested by the FBI in Montana on April 3, 1996. He was serving life in prison after his federal conviction for killing 3 people and maiming many others during a 20-year domestic terror campaign, involving mail bombs.

Amber Heard's million-dollar IOU to Johnny Depp has finally been paid -- and now, we know exactly where the money's going ... different charities near and dear to his heart.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... in light of the million recently making its way to Johnny -- which, as we reported, was covered by Amber's insurance company as part of her settlement following the U.S. defamation trial -- JD is ready to dish out the dough, pronto.

We're told the cash will be split up evenly five different ways for 5 different orgs -- so, $200k each -- that tackle causes Johnny believes in. Those efforts include everything from aiding sick children with life-threatening illnesses and providing housing for historically disenfranchised communities ... to preserving ecosystems/natural environments globally.

Specifically, he'll be donating to the following nonprofits ... Make-A-Film Foundation, The Painted Turtle, Red Feather, Tetiaroa Society and the Amazonia Fund Alliance.

Make-A-Film is similar to Make-A-Wish, but it grants kids' wishes from people within the film world -- actors, directors, etc. We're told Johnny's done a short film with them in the past, so that's why he's selecting them on his short list.

BTW, our sources tell us two other orgs here -- Painted Turtle and Tetiaroa Society -- are actually homages to heroes in Johnny's life ... namely, Paul Newman and Marlon Brando. Each guy was instrumental in these charities' founding and success over the years, and we're told Johnny wants to continue their legacies, respectively, by making these donations.

Red Feather and Amazonia, meanwhile, are all about helping indigenous communities keep their culture and heritage intact all over the Americas (North and South) ... be it through shelters and sanctuaries for individuals or large-scale infrastructure projects to protect villages.

Woah Vicky is ditching her famous look in an effort to go big in Hollywood ... removing her tattoos as she eyes a career as a model and actress.

The internet star went to Bad Habits Tattoos & Laser Tattoo Removal in Fort Lauderdale last weekend, with owner Liz Chaviano telling us it was the first of many sessions to scrub Woah Vicky's many tattoos.

Vicky is heavily inked ... and we're told she's getting the tattoos on her hands, forearm, shoulder and inner biceps removed.

As for the reason behind the change ... Liz says Woah Vicky is seeking a fresh start in Hollywood, and she wants her body to be a blank canvas as her career evolves. She is hoping this will keep her options open when it comes to roles and opportunities.

Woah Vicky's also got ink on her back, stomach and legs and feet ... but it sounds like those are staying put, at least for now.

"Coward!"

That's Julianna Pena's reaction to Amanda Nunes' retiring inside the Octagon after UFC 289 ... walking away from the sport before the two UFC stars got a chance to fight for a third and deciding time.

The former bantamweight champ joined Babcock on the "TMZ Sports" TV show (airs weeknights on FS1) ... where she viscerally reacted to Nunes' retirement.

"There's unfinished business and listen, the reality is that Amanda retired. She had a great career, but let's call a spade a spade. She's a coward. From the very beginning, the UFC told me that she didn't want to fight me and that's why it took so long for them to make the trilogy," Amanda told us.

Of course, 35-year-old Nunes easily handled Irene Aldana, scoring a decisive and unanimous 5-round decision Saturday night in Vancouver ... before she laid down her gloves in the center of the cage.

Remember, 33-year-old Pena defeated Nunes at UFC 269 in December 2021, in turn taking her bantamweight title. The women rematched at UFC 277 in July 2022 ... a fight Amanda won by unanimous decision (though, if you watch the video, the fight wasn't without controversy).

The Venezuelan Vixen and Lioness were supposed to settle their score once and for all at 289 ... but Julianna was forced to drop out after suffering a serious rib injury.

"We're 1-1, it's tied up and the fact that she walked away like this, it's unfortunate but personally, congratulations. Professionally, what the heck is that?"

Now, the expectation is Pena will fight Raquel Pennington or another top contender ... but, Amanda doesn't think Julianna will ever be champ again, and she said as much during her post-fight presser.

Pena believes Nunes is simply taking a shot at her.

"[Amanda] knows what can happen. She knows that she lost her belt to me and she knows that I'm a threat. She's gonna do everything and anything that she can to discredit me to say that I'm not good or that I'm never gonna be champion."

Julianna says she's not been left to "carry the whole division" by herself ... and she doesn't plan to sit around and dream about what a trilogy could've been like. It's onward and upward for the former champ.

"At this point, [Amanda's] dead to me. You retired, good, go, ride off into the sunset, have a good time. We gotta keep s*** pushing around here, so let's keep this division open and alive and things are gonna be exciting!"

But, with that said ... Pena did leave open the possibility for a future fight.

Outkast will go down as one of the best hip hop duos in history ... but don't cross your fingers for a reunion cuz Sleepy Brown says the group is done for good.

TMZ Hip Hop caught Mr. Brown out at LAX Monday ... and with the 20th anniversary of Kast's monster album "Speakerboxxx/The Love Below" approaching, we wanted to see if there's any chance they use that milestone to slip back into the music mix.

The Organized Noize producer laid out the obvious for us ... André 3000's cosmic defection from the group caused their indefinite end, and not even a celebration of one of the only rap projects to win Album of the Year at the Grammys can resurrect the movement.

Sleepy and Big Boi have since joined forces ... releasing their joint album "Big Sleepover" in 2021 and still wooing audiences past with their chart-topping classic "The Way You Move!!!"

Outkast has one of the best catalogs in rap music history as well. When it comes to ranking their albums, Sleepy feels the group's 1998 album "Aquemini" holds the 👑.

The eclectic LP spawned the classic records "Rosa Parks," "SpottieOttieDopaliscious" and was the first album from southern rappers to get a perfect rating in "The Source" magazine back in the day.

Lisa Marie Presley's daughter Riley Keough seems to be getting close to the finish line in her winding journey to take over her mother's trust ... she just needs a stamp of approval from the court.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Riley wants the court to approve the settlement confirming she's the sole trustee of Lisa's trust ... which holds the proceeds of a life insurance policy.

As we previously reported, Riley and her grandmother, Priscilla Presley, recently settled their dispute over who would control Lisa's trust ... agreeing to a settlement where Riley got control and Priscilla got a seven-figure payday.

Riley wants the court to approve the settlement the family agreed to ... which also confirms Lisa's ex-husband, Michael Lockwood, as the guardian ad litem regarding these estate matters for their 14-year-old twin girls.

Remember ... when Elvis Presley's only child died back in January, there was a lot of behind-the-scenes family drama ... with Priscilla and Michael squaring off against Riley.

"Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta" alum Ariane Davis' recent trip to NYC may have been more trouble than it's worth ... we've learned the reality TV star was arrested and booked on an assault/domestic violence charge.

According to law enforcement sources ... NYPD officers responded to a 911 call early this morning at a New York City-area hotel where Ariane and a female friend were staying.

We're told when officers arrived on the scene, they found a woman with scratches to her face, neck and cheek ... which she said was the result of a verbal altercation that turned physical.

We're told the woman refused medical attention but cops still cuffed and booked Ariane for misdemeanor DV assault.

In what has made a tragic death even harder to handle, gold medalist track star Tori Bowie was pregnant and in labor at the time she died ... TMZ has learned.

According to the coroner's report, obtained by TMZ, 32-year-old Bowie was found dead in bed at her Florida home on May 2. The report states she died from complications of childbirth, was about 8 months pregnant and "undergoing labor" when she passed.

TMZ broke the story -- Bowie's loved ones became concerned after they'd gone several days without hearing from her and called cops to do a welfare check on the young athlete. When deputies from the Orange County Sheriff's Office entered her home, they found Tori deceased.

At the 2016 Summer Olympics in Brazil, Tori won three medals ... including one gold as a member of the women's 4x100 meter relay team, a silver in the 100-meter dash and bronze in the 200-meter dash.

In 2017, Tori was declared the world's fastest woman -- winning the 100-meter dash at the 2017 IAAF World Championships in London with a blistering time of 10.85 seconds.

At the time of her death, Tori's management team told us, "We've lost a client, dear friend, daughter and sister," the sports agency said. "Tori was a champion … a beacon of light that shined so bright! We're truly heartbroken and our prayers are with the family and friends."
