In Tennessee and looking for a classy place to booze up while feeling like you're in a country western movie??

Peyton Manning clearly knows the feeling ... and is fixing the issue -- by opening up a "high-end watering hole" in Knoxville in 2020!!!

The QB and Graduate Hotels announced Thursday they're building a "western-inspired" bar and restaurant near University of Tennessee's campus.

The name of the place? Saloon 16 ... a homage to Manning's nickname, "The Sheriff," as well as the No. 16 jersey he wore when he was a star with the Volunteers.

It's supposed to be an awesome spot -- complete with dartboards, jukeboxes, a piano and an outdoor dining area.

Graduate Hotels says the place will open its doors in the spring of 2020.

Meryl Streep and Anna Wintour must've felt like they were looking in a mirror when they grabbed a bite in NYC, but unlike their "Devil Wears Prada" alter ego ... their reflections were friendly!

The 2 women -- both icons in their own right -- had what's definitely the most powerful power lunch we've seen in a while. Eyewitnesses tell us they did Italian at a spot called Sant Ambroeus last week in NYC's West Village.

The big question ... who made who wait?? Our sources tell us it was Meryl who arrived first, with Anna arriving shortly after in a typically stylish ensemble ... including her signature shades, natch.

After exchanging air kisses, we're told Anna and Meryl sat down for about an hour-long meal that appeared to be salads. Good food, good conversation ... and at the end each went on their merry way.

Low key, no drama ... and probably disappointing for any 'Devil Wears' fans who might have been sitting nearby. If you didn't know -- and you should -- Meryl's character in the 2006 comedy was based on Anna.

It was long rumored Vogue's head honcho wasn't at all flattered -- but they officially buried the hatchet in 2017 with a 1-on-1 interview.

Looks like they've remained good pals since then.

"Game of Thrones" fans had their fun, but now it's over ... HBO has digitally removed that disposable coffee cup seen sitting on a table next to Daenerys Targaryen from Sunday's episode.

As we reported ... the cup became the unexpected star of episode 4 of the hit show's final season when eagle-eyed viewers spotted it onscreen -- hardly for a second -- during a scene in "The Last of the Starks" while Tormund praises Jon Snow.

People originally believed the cup was from Starbucks, but 'GoT' Art Director Hauke Richter told us it's from a local coffee shop in Banbridge, Northern Ireland ... where they filmed.

Fans were shocked that 'Thrones' would make such a boneheaded mistake, but the show owned up to it ... with a double shot of humor.

HBO says the cup has now been edited out in the current episode available on HBO Go and will not be seen in any encore presentations or streaming/DVD versions going forward.

Celine Dion's got a thing for hot beef patties, or at least hot beef on Katy Perry -- 'cause she was jonesin' hard when she spotted Katy's Met Gala costume.

Queen Celine was making her way through The Standard, High Line hotel Monday night after the Gala when we asked which actress could best play her in a biopic. She's had quite a life -- so, Celine struggled to come up with an answer, and then ... it happened.

Katy rolled through with what might be the most unique outfit of the night -- a classic American cheeseburger suit, which got Ms. Dijon's juices flowing. Seriously, you gotta check out their delicious wordplay.

Celine greeted Katy with a peck on the lips, and then a nice squeeze of her bun. Either she was starving at the end of the night or just loves her some Katy -- or both.

Katy's "dress" was a conversation piece all night ... even before Celine feasted her eyes on it. She ran into J Lo in the bathroom, who was politely observational of Katy's fashion choice.

Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez still has a lot to learn ... about garbage disposals.

The rookie congresswoman had her first experience with the food-shredding machine at her new Washington D.C. apartment Monday night and had no idea what to make of it ... other than it sounds scary.

AOC's reactions to testing out her disposal are pretty amusing, and to be honest ... she asks some fair questions about the benefits of the inner sink contraption. For instance -- is cramming food scraps down there really better than just tossing them in the trash?

Of course, the Green New Deal advocate couldn't resist getting political about discovering her newfound amenity ... and reminding everyone where she came from. She also cracked a joke about folks telling her to stick her hand in.

10:19 AM PT -- Hauke Richter, 'GoT' Art Director for the past 5 seasons, tells TMZ ... the notorious cup is NOT from Starbucks, but rather a local coffee shop in Banbridge, Northern Ireland near where they filmed.

Richter says despite the hoopla and theories about the cup, he's certain it was just an accident. He says similar mistakes -- like Vikings or Indians wearing wristwatches -- happen on TV and in movies all the time ... they're just not as high-profile as 'Thrones.'

He adds ... "We are usually so diligent that this does not happen. The shoot was very hard and demanding and it is likely that after a very tiring ep 3 shoot, this was simply overlooked by an exhausted crew."

"Game of Thrones" is down to its final 2 episodes, and while the impending battle between Daenerys and Cersei heats up ... somebody might get killed for a Starbucks cup.

Somehow, the hit HBO series -- that has spent millions upon millions of dollars and gone to great lengths to shoot some of the most epic and intricate scenes in TV history -- made a boneheaded mistake by leaving the branded coffee cup in the middle of a scene.

The Starbucks can be spotted at the 17:38 mark of the episode -- the fourth of the final season titled "The Last of the Starks" -- on a table near Dany as she observes Jon Snow being praised for his valor by his pal, Tormund ... and she's not too happy about it.

Also unhappy -- most likely the showrunners, writers, director and script supervisor of the episode.

Unless of course we're all fools, and we missed a Starbucks being built in Winterfell among all the other twisting plotlines ... or maybe George R.R. Martin included it in the books.

More than likely, though, this is just an unexpected gaffe ... one that even Bran didn't see coming.

Never has a typo from President Trump sounded so tasty as when he misspelled "stolen" to gripe about his presidency ... reminding everyone of a sweet holiday treat in the process.

DT made the hilarious blunder Sunday while going on a Twitter tirade about two years of his presidency that he feels were "stollen" due to Robert Mueller's investigation into potential Russia collusion -- which his team found no clear evidence of, BTW.

On obstruction of justice though ... well, that's a whole other can of worms.

Anyway, folks online seemed to overlook the President's complaint and zero in on the spelling error -- which brought forth an entirely different word in an entirely different context ... sweet, sweet Euro bread.

Stollen is a rich German fruit and nut loaf, usually covered in powdered sugar. You've probably seen it around your relatives' homes during Christmas time ... it's kind of a staple for the holiday.

Clearly, that's not what Trump meant at all -- but the dude hasn't corrected his tweet yet. So, "stollen" bread it is for the time being. The big question now ... will it get as big as his other "words?"

Stevie Wonder pivoted to what he's perhaps best-known for -- his "Fingertips" -- while chowing down in L.A. ... and it caught a lot of lucky dinner-goers by pleasant surprise.

The legendary musician was dining Saturday night at Skylight Gardens in the Westwood neighborhood of Los Angeles, where there was a live gig going on. The mood must've struck Stevie, 'cause we're told at one point ... he decided to hop up to get in on the action.

Stevie opted to play what appears to be something similar to a steel guitar, which lies flat and is plucked using one's fingers. Whatever it is, he definitely knew how to play it -- go figure, right?

Eyewitnesses tell us, Stevie and the lead acoustic guitarist went back and forth for an impromptu 35-minute set, playing some of Stevie's most well-known songs like "My Cherie Amour," "Superstition" ... and even John Lennon's "Imagine."

The guitarist, Nelson Cade III, wrote on IG about the experience, saying ... "An actual life changing moment. I’ve officially been granted the affirmation that every artist desperately craves. It was just a Friday night doing what I love, then it turned into a night I’ll always remember."

We're told the rest of the dinner guests were in awe of the performance, and a lot of 'em stuck around afterward to take pics with Stevie. Of course, Stevie obliged.

Congressman Steve Cohen came to work with props -- using a bucket of chicken to poke fun at Attorney General William Barr for ducking out on a 2nd day of testimony ... but Cohen kinda got burned by his own stunt.

The distinguished gentleman from Tennessee put a chicken figurine at the podium where Barr would have been sitting if he had the stones to show up -- ya get the joke. But, Cohen went one step further ... bringing a bucket of KFC to really drive his point home.

Cohen started handing out chicken parts to his fellow Representatives and other Congressional staffers. Hahaha ... and then he turned to Congresswoman Val Demings from Florida. She's African-American.

You gotta watch the video, 'cause it's hilarious and a little cringeworthy. Cohen looked directly at Val, drumstick in hand, and offered it up.

Demings declined the offer, but we promise ... YOU MUST see the look on her face afterward.

Here's an idea, Congress -- maybe leave the jokes to actual comedians. The figurine would have been enough, Steve.

Tom Brady, Matt Damon and Jimmy Kimmel bro'd down over some sushi in Beverly Hills ... they're super rich and super famous ... so, question is, who footed the bill???

The power trio hit the town after shooting a bit for "Jimmy Kimmel Live!" on Wednesday ... getting a table at Yazawa Japanese BBQ.

Of course, Brady's been all over La La Land this week ... he was spotted throwin' the pigskin with some UCLA players earlier in the day before joining the stars for dinner.

Kimmel -- Jimmy just had Brady and Damon on his show ... so a few sushi rolls as a thank you for coming on his show ain't out of the question.

Damon -- the actor's a HUGE Pats and TB12 fan ... so a congrats on winning a 6th SUPER BOWL dinner is definitely not out of the question.

Then there's Brady ... the dude's made more than $212 MILLION in his career -- and that's just his football salary -- and uhh, we might have our winner.

Regardless of who whipped out the wallet ... that's one helluva power table.

Kurt Russell is a huge fan of his latest film ... busting out a super cool piece of swag from the Quentin Tarantino flick he stars in, while hitting up a classic Hollywood haunt for celebs.

We got these pics of Kurt shopping at the Farmers Market at The Grove over the weekend with his grandkids ... no big shocker -- until we got the rear view. He was rocking a jacket with the "Once Upon a Time in Hollywood" logo on the back!!

Kurt's one lucky dude ... costarring with Brad Pitt, Leonardo DiCaprio and Margot Robbie in Quentin's 9th film. As a Hollywood vet, he obviously knows the game -- it's NEVER too early to start promoting and pumping up that box office!

The movie -- about Hollywood in the days of Charles Manson murders -- lands on big screens in July, but it's mostly been shrouded in secrecy. Quentin won't even say who Kurt's playing.

It's kinda fitting ... Kurt stopped by Magee's House of Nuts while proudly displaying the jacket. The stand has been a staple at the Farmers Market for decades, and once upon a time, it was beloved by President Eisenhower and The Beatles.

It's becoming a tradition unlike any other -- win a national title, get a fast food smorgasbord from President Trump ... and Baylor head coach Kim Mulkey's face says it all.

The Lady Bears celebrated their title at the White House after beating Notre Dame in the NCAA Tournament earlier this month ... and of course, there was all the Wendy's, McDonald's and Burger King they could eat.

It looks like the players were cool with the menu -- but how did Coach Mulkey feel? Just look at the pic ...

The fast-food feast all started back when Clemson visited the White House during the government shutdown in January ... and at the time, Trump explained the menu by saying, "I would think that's their favorite food."

Tony Hawk opened his brand-new restaurant in the most Tony Hawk way possible -- with some sick skate tricks on the half-pipe!!

The skateboarding legend just opened the GuacAmigos Mexican food joint in Newport, CA over the weekend ... kicking things off with a skate demo right in front of the restaurant.

The footage is really cool -- Hawk and his skate bros pull off a triple stack right in front of a huge crowd right in front of the restaurant.

Not only did the new business owner put on a show, he raised a bunch of money for his Tony Hawk Foundation with a silent auction too!!

That's exactly what happened when Dak Prescott and Ezekiel Elliott hit up the Dallas Stars game Monday night ... 'cause the QB fed his running back a whole bucket of popcorn!!

It all went down in Dallas' playoff game against the Preds ... when cameras caught the two Cowboys stars taking in the action.

Zeke, of course, had to hit the jumbotron with his famous "Feed Me!" celebration ... so Dak obliged -- making an entire bucket of popcorn rain all over the RB's face!!

Kid Cudi just wrapped up a very busy weekend at Coachella, but he still found time to feed the needy ... with a huge assist from Postmates.

The rapper got things started off on the right foot in the California desert Friday night by ordering $10k worth of Popeyes chicken, biscuits, mashed potatoes and fries to provide to the Coachella Valley Rescue Mission.

The delivery service dropped off a carload of food to the shelter, which serves hundreds of homeless people in Indio ... and they all got a nice hot meal this weekend thanks to Cudi's generosity.

The good vibes kept going for the rapper, too -- he performed a set at Coachella Saturday night and was part of Kanye West's Sunday Service for Easter the next morning.

Cosby's serving 3 to 10 years for sexual assault.

Suge at San Diego's Richard J Donovan Correctional Facility:

Suge struck a plea deal in his murder case back in September and is serving a 28-year sentence. Remember, he's been behind bars since 2015 ... so, he knows the deal by now. No Easter baskets.
