Ray J and Princess Love have been reunited with their beloved Boogotti ... but the man who returned their missing dog has aroused suspicions about his involvement in the ordeal.

We broke the story ... the couple's Maltese went missing early this month from Ray's parents' home while they were dogsitting, and Princess offered a $20,000 reward for his safe return.

But, based on surveillance video, Ray J believed Boo was dognapped by a guy in his early 20s who pulled up in a Dodge Charger after the dog escaped through a gate on the property, grabbed him off the street and bolted.

Flash forward to Thursday ... sources close to Ray and Princess tell us she was contacted by a man who claimed he believed his neighbor had their pooch. She asked him if he could get a picture for proof and he did, and sure enough ... an unknown person was holding Boogotti!!!

Here's where it gets weird -- we're told Princess showed the photo to a friend, who happened to recognize the unknown person ... and believed the man who contacted Princess had close ties to that person.

Our sources say the man told Princess he'd get the dog from the neighbor and return him as long as he got the $20k reward, and she agreed as long as they met somewhere safe. The 2 agreed to meet Friday in front of the local police station.

We're told when Princess arrived the guy was already there and handed over the dog, but instead of handing him $20k ... she confronted him about knowing the person in that photo who was holding Boogotti. The man allegedly got freaked out and took off.

Our sources say Princess saw cops nearby so she informed them of what had just gone down, and they are now investigating it as a possible theft. Boogotti's a pricey pup -- $3,000 -- so stealing him makes it a felony too.

Blac Chyna might have flown under the radar of Harvard honchos, if not for a flood of irate alums who put the school on notice about her apparent acceptance into the online business program.

TMZ broke the story ... Chyna and her team told us she'd soon begin an online business analytics class with Harvard next month. Hours after the story was posted, with the "acceptance letter" Chyna provided us, Harvard reached out and said she's totally full of crap. In more Ivy League-ish terms, of course.

A member of Harvard's Board of Alumni tells us the story sent waves of rage through grads. We're told the online business school was already a point of contention with alumni, but the idea that Chyna was in line to get Harvard credit ... was the final straw.

The board member says he got several calls demanding the school take action -- by putting an end to every average Joe's admission into the online program, which they feel sullies the school's legendary rep.

We're told the alum outrage spurred Harvard's investigation and Chyna's eventual outing.

As we reported -- the whole thing unearthed an insane scam -- a PR firm proposing to Chyna's team that it would complete the online course on her behalf for just $1,000.

Kylie Jenner's letting all of L.A. know her man's birthday's coming up ... and she and Stormi want him to have a happy one.

Travis Scott got a huge bday shoutout from Kylie Friday in the form of a billboard on the corner of one of the busiest intersections in West Hollywood -- Santa Monica and La Cienega.

The billboard features a huge headshot of their 1-year-old daughter along with another pic of her and Mom, with the message ... "Happy Birthday Daddy." It's signed, "Love, Mommy & Stormi XO."

As if this was not enough, Kylie also threw Travis an 'Avengers'-themed bash Thursday night, which included a private screening for 'Endgame.'

Scott's actual birthday isn't until Tuesday, April 30 ... but who is keeping track? He'll be 28.

John Singleton's stroke triggered what appears to be a family war over his condition and care, because one of John's daughters has just effectively called John's mother a liar.

Cleopatra Singleton claims in new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, that her dad is NOT in a coma and claims he's getting better everyday. This is in stark contrast to the legal docs filed just yesterday by John's mom, Shelia, who claimed he was in a coma and had suffered a "major stroke."

We broke the story, Shelia wanted to establish a conservatorship to handle John's business dealings while he lay incapacitated.

Cleopatra says Shelia is up to no good, claiming she's abused her position as John's personal and business manager, especially when it came to supporting his 7 children. Cleopatra, a college sophomore, says in the docs that Shelia has stated her intention to liquidate John's assets and leave his kids with nothing.

Cleopatra attacks Shelia, saying, "My father's allowed his mother to stay in that position out of fear and obligation to her as she's bullied and abandoned my father since he was a small child, leaving him emotionally defenseless."

John suffered a stroke last week as he was being treated at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in L.A. as a patient for a problem with his leg.

Cleopatra says her father is breathing on his own but is in a medically sedated state. She says he responds to stimuli and has even smiled on many occasions. She adds, doctors have told her John could be out of ICU in 5 days.

Ex-NFL star Rodney Peete is accused of pulling a fast one on a Super Bowl ticket broker -- allegedly squirming his way out of paying for VERY expensive seats ... and now the broker wants his cash!

The 53-year-old and his famous wife Holly Robinson Peete are being sued by Barry's Tickets -- a pretty famous business which sells tickets to high-profile events.

Barry's claims Rodney hit 'em up in January 2019 looking for 8 tickets to Super Bowl LIII in ATL to watch Tom Brady and the Patriots take on the L.A. Rams.

Barry's claims they offered Peete a discount -- they'd charge him $11,500 per ticket if he paid before Feb. 3 ... and the price would rise to $12,500 if he paid after.

Rodney agreed, according to the lawsuit -- but only wired $46,000 to Barry's.

Barry's says they gave Rodney the tickets under the assumption he'd deliver the second half of the money -- but he NEVER paid.

In fact, Barry's says Rodney strung them along for days until finally ghosting them in mid-February.

Now, Barry's demanding $54,000 for the tickets plus interest plus legal fees.

Dabo Swinney just got PAAAAAAID!!!! The Clemson Tigers head coach has agreed to the biggest contract in college football history ... inking a 10-year, $93 MILLION deal.

Dabo has been the most successful coach over the past 3 seasons -- winning 2 national championships in the past 3 years.

The 49-year-old coach previously signed an extension in 2017 for $54 million over 8 years ... and now the Tigers have locked down their guy by throwing even more money at him.

"I am incredibly blessed to be a part of this great University and passionate Clemson Family – what a privilege," Dabo said on Friday.

"The magnitude and significance of the financial commitment Clemson has made isn’t lost on me and, to be honest, it is all indescribably humbling."

The new contract puts Swinney at the top of the list of highest-paid college football coaches ... edging out Nick Saban (8-year, at least $74 million) and Jimbo Fisher (10-year, $75 million).

Swinney has earned a 116-30 record at Clemson over 11 seasons.

Matthew Stafford is such a good teammate, he found time to text the Lions' #1 draft pick Thursday evening ... while still comforting his wife who's ailing from brain surgery.

We spoke with T.J. Hockenson early Friday morning on his way out of Nashville, where the tight end told us how excited he was to start his pro career in Detroit.

But, the most interesting part involved Stafford ... whose wife, Kelly, underwent a 12-hour procedure Sunday to remove a tumor from her brain. She was readmitted to the hospital due to complications from the surgery earlier this week. Matt has been by her side throughout the entire ordeal.

We asked Hockenson if he'd been in contact with Matt -- and he told us the QB reached out late Thursday night to congratulate him and welcome him to the Lions family.

There's more ... after Hockenson was drafted, we spoke with his family -- including his 92-year-old grandfather -- who were all ecstatic they got to watch the former Iowa star get his name called in the 1st round!

So, how's Hockenson gonna spend that first round money now that he's a multi-millionaire?!?

Usher's selling frenzy continues ... he just sold his third house in less than a year.

The singer unloaded his 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom house in the northwest part of Atlanta. We're told Mychal Jaymes repped the buyer and brokered a deal at $775k. Usher bought the house back in June 2007 for $970k and initially put it on the market about a year and a half ago.

The new owner got himself a steal ... the 2,908 square foot house features a sick rooftop deck and the crib itself is just minutes away from Mercedes-Benz Stadium where the Atlanta Falcons play.

It's been a busy year in the real estate market for the singer ... just last November he sold his Sunset strip crib. Back in August, Usher also unloaded his 7-bedroom, 7-bathroom crib in Alpharetta, GA.

2:07 PM PT -- Blac Chyna isn't coming close to sniffing a degree or a certificate from Harvard ... the school is totally disavowing her.

Harvard tells TMZ ... "Harvard Business School Online has not admitted nor provided an acceptance letter to a person named Angela White."

Referring to her alleged acceptance -- and the letter her team gave us -- Chyna told us, "School is going to help me take things up a couple of notches. People are always talking about me, might as well talk about the good."

Not looking so good right now.

We've reached out to Chyna's camp, but so far ... radio silence.

Blac Chyna's interest in attending a Harvard Business School Online course was hatched by a PR firm that offered to do all the work and even take a pic of her wearing a Harvard hoodie ... for a price.

TMZ broke the story ... Chyna has been accepted to take a Harvard Online course called Business Analytics, teaching students how to interpret data and make savvy business decisions.

We found out Chyna got wind of the course through an email sent to her team by Christian Emiliano, who refers to himself as Social Media Renaissance Man.

Christian's email pitch ... for $3,250, "Our team will complete all the course work for you, all you have to do is take one test (we will provide you the study guide) and then take credit for the program." Once completed, Chyna could add the Harvard education to her resume and improve her brand.

It gets better ... "You can go on the Harvard campus and take a picture with a Harvard hoodie on / you can post updates on your snapchat and Instagram Story." As for where the $3,250 goes ... "$2,250 for the course/$1000 for us to complete the entire course for you."

We contacted Chyna's people, and although they acknowledge they got Christian's pitch, Chyna never hired him and decided to take the course on her own. Christian confirmed that to us as well.

Turns out ... after we posted our story this morning, another social media star also posted her admission letter to the Harvard Business School Online course.

So, Christian may not be Rick Singer -- the guy who got Olivia Jade and Isabella into USC after Lori Loughlin and her husband paid $500k -- but his proposal seems to offer the same underhanded way to succeed in college without really trying.

For the first time ever, the official Philadelphia Warriors scoring sheet from Wilt Chamberlain's legendary 100-point game is up for sale ... and it's expected to rake in more than $100,000!!!

The game was March 2, 1952 -- Wilt's Philadelphia Warriors took on the New York Knicks in Hershey, Pennsylvania.

Wilt racked up 100 POINTS that night -- the ONLY time a player has hit triple digits -- and Chamberlain famously posed for a photo with a sign that read "100."

We're told the Warriors' official team scorer's sheet -- which was signed by Wilt that night -- was taken home by the official team scorer. When he passed away, his widow gifted the item to a close family friend.

Now, that friend has decided to offer it up to a worthy collector via SCP Auctions -- the starting bid was $15,000 ... and there's already been a ton of action. The auction closes Saturday night.

Experts predict the sheet will ultimately skyrocket past the $100k mark -- since the official Knicks scoring sheet from that game sold for $100k back in 2012.

LenDale White says he's sick and tired of Reggie Bush being banned from USC -- and he's calling for the school and the NCAA to reverse the punishment and allow the RB back on campus!!!

LenDale and Reggie were arguably the greatest running back tandem in USC history -- absolutely dominating as "Thunder and Lightning" during the 2004 and 2005 seasons.

But back in 2010, the NCAA ordered USC to completely disassociate with Bush over Reggie's improper benefits scandal.

During Bush's college career, Reggie's family received improper benefits from 2 sports marketers who were hoping to sign him. As a result, the NCAA stripped USC of 14 wins, including the 2004 national championship. Bush was also stripped of his 2005 Heisman Trophy.

USC has said they want Reggie back on campus -- but they can't disobey the NCAA.

Enter LenDale who tells TMZ Sports enough is enough -- telling the NCAA, "Stop screwing people and do the right thing."

White says he feels Bush had paid for his crimes and should be allowed back to the school where he created so many amazing memories on the football field.

"I just know Reggie needs to be back there," White says ... adding, "F*ck the NCAA!"

White's not the first USC great to call for an end to the Bush ban -- back in 2016, Willie McGinest told us there was a group of ex-players working to get Bush back on campus.

Matt Leinart also told the L.A. Times a few days ago, "What's happening with Reggie is a travesty."

The reality star/former stripper got her admissions letter Monday, inviting her to take a course called Business Analytics ... teaching students how to interpret data and make savvy business decisions. The course is a substantial time investment -- 40 hours over 8 weeks.

Chyna posted a lengthy reflection on her life earlier this week, saying, "I am working to be the best me."

Chyna tells us, "Where I'm at now is a stage of realization and growth! I want to be great for myself and my kids. School is going to help me take things up a couple of notches. People are always talking about me, might as well talk about the good. I'm excited for the next chapter."

As for the class -- the material seems daunting. Chyna will learn how to ...

-Recognize trends, detect outliers, and summarize data sets.

-Analyze relationships between variables. Develop and test hypotheses.

-Craft sound survey questions and draw conclusions from population samples.

-Implement regression analysis and other analytical techniques in Excel.

As we reported ... Rob Kardashian and Chyna recently settled their nasty custody war over their 2-year-old daughter, Dream. Rob was paying $20K per month in support, but now he doesn't have to pay a dime ... and the couple splits medical and school expenses -- but not Chyna's school expenses.

So, in a few years, you can hire Kim to defend you, and Chyna to line your pockets.

Ex-Dallas Cowboys WR Terrance Williams NEVER fixed up the expensive Lamborghini that he wrecked in Texas last year ... and now the smashed up supercar is up for auction at a HUGE discount!!!

Remember, back in May 2018 ... cops found TW's 2017 Lambo Huracan wrapped around a light pole in Frisco, Texas with no driver in sight.

Cops later found a drunk Williams trying to bike to the crash scene (he fell down) with the Lambo key still in his pocket. Despite the evidence, he denied being the driver who crashed the car. Suuuuuuure.

Instead of taking the car in for repairs, which could cost a FORTUNE -- the car was eventually handed over to the insurance company ... which ultimately decided to auction the wreckage.

Now, the car is up for sale through Crashed Toys Dallas -- which specializes in selling used and damaged exotic cars.

Starting bid ... $75,000!!!

Seems to be a bargain because the estimated retail value is $218,460, according to the site.

But, buyer beware -- Crashed Toys says, "Unit is sold as is and without guarantee."

The problem, of course ... there's tremendous damage to the front driver's side, including tire damage.

If you can fix this baby, it's worth it -- the car goes 0 to 60 in 3.2 seconds!!!

Tyga's shine is about to go away ... if a promoter gets his way in court.

First a little backstory ... the rapper's on the hook for $111k after he failed to respond to Z Entertainment's lawsuit claiming he allegedly breached its contract. He'd been signed to perform at Body English in Vegas in 2015 and he wasn't allowed to perform anywhere else in Vegas a week before the concert and a month after.

Problem was ... Tyga got up onstage at another venue the night before his scheduled gig. Z Entertainment sued him and won a default judgment because Tyga was a no-show in court.

Fast forward to now ... Z says Tyga hasn't paid a dime of what he owes. There's even a warrant out for his arrest for failure to show up to a hearing post-judgment. But, now Z Entertainment's filing a motion asking the judge to give the L.A. and Orange County Sheriff's departments the green light to take his jewelry, cash and other valuables to pay off the debt.

The promoter also wants the Sheriff's Dept. to be able to enter Tyga's cribs and take valuables to cover what he owes. Tyga, of course, is no stranger to showing off expensive jewelry.

Lori Loughlin and her husband had no idea college bribery mastermind Rick Singer was going to grease the palm of a USC coach to get their daughter into USC ... sources familiar with the case tell TMZ.

Our sources say ... lawyers for Lori and Mossimo Giannulli didn't take a plea early on because they believe they have a solid defense on several fronts. First, ringleader Rick Singer did not tell them how he would use the $500k to get their daughters into the school. Fact ... they were aware Rick Singer wanted pics of the girls on a rowing machine, but they say that doesn't mean they knew the end game.

It's true ... knowledge and intent are key elements to proving bribery, and we're told Lori and Mossimo's lawyers are making that a centerpiece of their defense ... their only intent is to generally get their daughters into USC by using a "facilitator" who got hundreds of other students into colleges.

One big problem ... according to the complaint, Giannulli -- not Loughlin -- sent at least $100k directly to the assistant athletic director.

And, we're told, they have a more basic defense ... colleges have horse-traded with relatives of prospective students for decades ... e.g., fund the wing of a school building and your child will miraculously get accepted. It's not only been tolerated by many schools ... it's aggressively encouraged by some of the schools, and parents know it.

A former USC assistant coach is expected to plead guilty to criminal charges in connection with the scandal. The former coach, Laura Janke, allegedly made it appear Olivia Jade was on the rowing team.
