Mama June Life's a Gamble!!! Allegedly Moves into Casino
Mama June still has the gambling itch ... so much so, she's allegedly shacking up in an Alabama casino with her boyfriend.
The reality TV star was spotted again at the Wind Creek casino in Montgomery, and she apparently hit the jackpot, because folks who were there, last Friday, tell us Mama June was cashing out a $1,000 ticket!!!
And, get this ... we're told Mama told a fellow gambler she lives at the casino, and has been staying on the property for the past few months.
June isn't alone in her casino hotel room though -- we're told her boyfriend, Geno Doak, came down to the casino floor and spoke with her a few times.
APRIL 2019
This is the 3rd time Mama's been spotted hitting up an Alabama casino since her March arrest for crack cocaine ... and it's the 2nd time we've seen her try her luck at Wind Creek.
We broke the story ... Mama and Geno are in the market for a new lawyer for their crack cases, after the guy who was defending them quit.
Gambling. At least that habit's legal.

Kanye West Former Associate Sued Allegedly Forged Signature for Millions
Kanye West's former friend and G.O.O.D. Music associate, Malik Yusef, is being sued for allegedly forging Ye's signature and making millions of dollars in the process.
Gentle Monster -- a Korean-based fashion brand known for its eyewear -- claims Yusef scammed the company out of $2.5 million by promising Kanye would create a video for the company. GM says Yusef even set up a meeting between Kanye and a rep for the brand, making it seem like Ye was on board for the whole thing. Kanye allegedly had no clue there was any type of business deal in place.
According to the lawsuit -- obtained by TMZ -- Kanye wasn't the only celeb Yusef promised to deliver ... he also claimed Pharrell, Jaden Smith and others would help out with the project.
GM says Yusef's scam was elaborate -- spanning over 9 months -- and included forged signatures from Kanye and phony invoices made to appear like they were sent from legit talent agencies.
The lawsuit claims GM became suspicious of Yusef's plan when he finally submitted a video to them in February 2019 that barely reflected any of the brand's wishes. The ending credits allegedly said both Kanye and Pharrell wrote and produced the music.
This is not true. Kanye is not involved and did not produce this song. https://t.co/Y2PcdK9uV9
@KimKardashian
Gentle Monster released the project -- touting Kanye's involvement -- and to the brand's horror, Kim Kardashian tweeted her hubby had nothing to do with it ... causing GM to pull the video.
It's not the first time Yusef has used Kanye's name for his own personal gain ... it was back in February when he allegedly forged Kanye's signature for a deal to perform at Philipp Plein's NYFW show. The performance never happened, and Yusef made off with a ton of money, which he later returned.

Logan Paul Sued by Flobots for 'No Handlebars' ... Ya Know Us Now, Logan?!?
Logan Paul's musical feud with the hip-hop band Flobots is now coming to a courtroom -- the band's had enough of Logan's sense of humor, so it's suing his ass.
The Flobots and Logan have been going back and forth ever since the YouTube star decided to parody their song, "Handlebars" with his cheeky take entitled, "No Handlebars." Based on the lawsuit, it seems it was all fun and games until Logan told one of our photogs he's "not really sure" who the Flobots are.
Burn.
So now, the band is letting them know who they are. In their lawsuit, the Flobots rip Logan for jacking their song. Parody is one thing, but the band says he crossed the line by copying way too many elements of "Handlebars."
In the docs, obtained by TMZ, they say Logan's song deliberately emulated their trumpet riff, their melody ... and "the lyrics are nearly identical for four successive bars."
Flobots are suing to get an injunction shutting Logan's song, and to get the profits he made off his parody. According to the suit, Forbes estimated in 2017 that Logan made $150k per Facebook post and $80k for his sponsored IG posts.
Their point ... dude's got money by the buckets, and we want our cut.
For what it's worth, it appears Logan's already deleted his "No Handlebars" music video.

Statue of Liberty Museum Opening Draws Tons of Celebs!!!
Oprah, Andy Cohen and Seth Meyers were just some of the slew of celebs who made their way to Liberty Island Wednesday night for the opening of the Statue of Liberty Museum.
The parade of stars was pretty incredible ... from Gayle King, Tony Bennett, Jeff Bezos and David Letterman to Hillary Clinton and her pregnant daughter, Chelsea, the stars were all out in full effect for an occasion that, tbh, has long been overdue.
As you know ... the Statue of Liberty draws millions for an up-close look at Lady Liberty but since 9/11, security's been incredibly tight and visitors have been restricted from visiting inside the statue.
Enter the Statue of Liberty-Ellis Island Foundation ... which poured $100M over 2 years to build a museum where visitors will learn about how the French made the 150-foot-tall gift to 'Merica.
There's also the original torch that was on the Statue when it opened in 1886. It was replaced in the 1980s.
Enough U.S. history ... check out the pics 'cause there are some serious meetings of the minds happening ... with Hillary at the center of it all. BTW ... Tony Bennett and Gloria Estefan performed and Oprah was awarded with the Inaugural Statue of Liberty-Ellis Island Award.
Awesome night!!!

Kylie Cosmetics is already a giant brand -- it's made her a billionaire -- and Kylie Skin is set to be a massive success as well.

Leonardo DiCaprio Hooks Up w/ Volvo ... Love Me a Hybrid!!!
Leonardo DiCaprio loves 'em all ... brunettes, blondes and apparently hybrids.
The "Once Upon a Time in Hollywood" star cruised around L.A. Tuesday like a real champion of climate change ... not in some roadster or gas-guzzling monstrosity but in a this-ain't-your-mom's-regular Volvo. Leo's behind the wheel of a Volvo XC90 T8 Plug-In Hybrid.
The SUV ain't cheap ... it goes for around $70k. It seats 7, so there's plenty of space to pick up MILFs on the way home. But, we know he likes 'em young, which might explain why in the past he went with an Escalade here, here and here.
Seems he's all grown up now!

R. Kelly Child $upport Covered!!! Prepays 2 More Months
R. Kelly's getting ahead of his child support obligations ... ponying up the dough 2 months in advance to avoid another jail scare.
The disgraced singer's crisis manager, Darrell Johnson, tells TMZ ... Kelly's family attorney, Lisa Damico, appeared in Chicago court Tuesday afternoon and paid $41,666 to cover June and July's child support payments to his ex-wife, Drea Kelly.
As for the $32k Kelly still owes in interest on back child support, no decision was made in court ... but Johnson says they don't plan on paying anyway. He tells us, "At no point in the foreseen future do we see paying interest of child support. As of May 14, 2019 Mr. Kelly is current on support payments."
As we previously reported ... Kelly avoided another trip to the slammer earlier this month after appearing in court and paying ALL of the back child support he owed Drea ... a cool $62k.
Remember, he's been on the hook for $20,833 per month since January 2009.
With his support covered for the next 3 months ... Kelly can focus on more pressing matters, like the 10 counts of aggravated criminal sexual abuse involving underage girls.

Fugees' Pras Obama Donations Were Legal!!! And Yes, I Have a New 'Elon Musk' Record
Fugees rapper Pras wants to set the record straight about the feds claiming he illegally sunk millions into President Obama's coffers, or as he'd put it ... check out my new music!!!
Seriously, it really went down that way when Pras joined us Tuesday on "TMZ Live." He addressed the indictment head-on ... revealing federal agents nearly raided him during a recording session. But, when we asked point blank if he'd had any financial dealings with Malaysian financer Jho Low -- who the feds claim funneled illegal donations through Pras -- things got weird.
Pras says he plans to respond directly to the federal indictment -- but only on his upcoming EP, which he's entitled, "Elon Musk." Apparently, it's dropping next month ... as he mentioned at least half a dozen times.
He also copped to making donations to Obama, but says they were fully on the up and up. Just as importantly, Pras would say, he has an EP coming out!!!
Can't recall the name of it.
Pras has been pretty consistent with denying any nefarious activity with Jho Low, whom he acknowledges he's met, but shoots down any type of relationship.
He told us at LAX a few months back he thought the government was coming after him because he's black. Still, Pras says he'll beat the rap because, unlike many others, he can afford a great attorney.
In closing, we think he'd like to say ... ELONMUSKELONMUSKELONMUSKELONMU...

Paul Pierce Sued Over Altercation At Conor vs. Khabib Fight
10/6/18
NBA legend Paul Pierce is being sued over an altercation with a security guard in the stands at the Conor McGregor vs. Khabib Nurmagomedov fight ... TMZ Sports has learned.
The man behind the suit is Christopher Mostello -- who was working security at the T-Mobile Arena on Oct. 6, 2018, for UFC 229 when he got called over by a supervisor to respond to an incident involving Pierce.
Mostello claims he rushed over and was told Pierce had gotten aggressive and physical with the security supervisor -- a woman -- because she had asked for his ticket before allowing him back to his seat.
Mostello claims he was told Pierce grabbed the woman by the arms and pushed her to the side -- so he stepped in front of Paul to try and stop him.
But, Mostello claims Paul didn't stop -- instead Paul screamed "F*ck you" and accused Mostello of being a racist.
Footage of the altercation was captured by other fans in the stands and posted on TMZ Sports -- where you can clearly hear Pierce call the man a racist.
Mostello claims he's NOT a racist -- and he only engaged Pierce in the capacity of doing his job.
Now, Mostello claims his reputation has taken a serious hit and he's been subjected to public embarrassment, harassment and ridicule.
In the suit, filed by attorney Jesse Sbaih, Mostello accuses Pierce of defamation and intentional infliction of emotional distress. He's demanding more than $15,000 in damages plus attorney's fees and other costs.
We reached out to Pierce for comment -- so far, no word back.

Sam Lutfi Britney's Ex-Mgr Says She Will Get Her 'Freedom' Back!!!
Britney Spears ex-manager isn't letting a little restraining order stop him from sounding off about her conservatorship ... and Sam Lutfi firmly believes she's getting closer to freedom.
Lutfi walked into LAX Tuesday and was immediately peppered with questions about his former client and her conservatorship. As you know, Britney was in court last week asking a judge to give her more control of her life. Although the judge denied her, for now, Lutfi says he thinks it's just a matter of time.
As for the restraining order -- which requires him to stay 200 yards away from Britney and her family -- Lutfi insinuates here that Brit's dad, Jamie Spears, got it simply because he has a "personal" beef with him.
It's no secret ... Britney's family blames Lutfi for taking her down a bad path back in 2008 when she spiraled out of control and had her breakdown.
But, watch the video ... Lutfi is under the impression that, these days, he and Lynne Spears just might be on the same page when it comes to Britney's well-being.
As Britney's camp stated in the restraining order ... they believe Lutfi's been a key figure in stirring up the #FreeBritney campaign. He certainly seems to be leading the cheers in this clip.

Antonio Brown Fined $25 For Driving At Safe Speed ... .00005% Of New Contract
Antonio Brown's bank account is now .00005 percent less than what it was yesterday ... 'cause the NFL superstar was just fined a whopping $25 in court after pleading guilty to "Driving at Safe Speed."
For real.
Here's the deal ... AB was busted back in November after cops say they caught his black Porsche going 100-plus MPH in a 45 just outside of Pittsburgh.
KDKA-TV EXCLUSIVE VIDEO: Pittsburgh #Steelers wide receiver Antonio Brown being pulled over and cited for reckless driving for allegedly going 100+ mph in a 45 mph on McKnight Road outside of #Pittsburgh. Details: https://t.co/vZoFsaxmwQ pic.twitter.com/Smf589DYHx
@realtimwilliams
Brown was cited for reckless driving, and after he failed to show up for his court date in February ... he was found guilty of the charge and was sentenced to pay around $400 in fines and fees.
But, AB appealed the case ... and actually showed up for his new hearing Tuesday (he made a video from inside the courthouse!) -- and ended up pleading guilty to a lesser charge of "Driving at Safe Speed."
No, that's not a typo -- "driving at a safe speed" is an actual violation in Pennsylvania -- defined as driving "a vehicle at a speed greater than is reasonable and prudent under the conditions."
Brown's punishment for that? A staggering $25 fine plus other court fees.
Of course, chump change for the wide receiver ... the guy just signed a new $50,125,000 deal with the Raiders.
Yeah, still great to be rich.

Elon Musk Diver Suing Me for 'Pedo' Insult ... Just Wants Fame and Money!!!
Elon Musk says the British diver he referred to as "pedo guy" already got an apology and wasn't harmed by the comment ... but he claims the guy's still milking it for a payday.
According to new legal docs ... Musk's attorney, Alex Spiro, says Vernon Unsworth was a nobody until he got himself involved in the effort to save the 12 boys and their soccer coach who were trapped in a Thailand cave last year. He adds that Unsworth ignited a feud with Musk by attacking and ridiculing the tech mogul for his efforts to help.
The Tesla honcho admits he responded poorly to Unsworth's insults with the "pedo" tweet, but he immediately took it down and retracted it publicly.
He also says Unsworth's reputation didn't take a hit, and in fact ... he actually got good publicity from the media, AND the Queen of England made him a member of the Order of the British Empire for his help in the rescue.
Spiro says in docs, Unsworth suing him for defamation is nothing more than a "devious desire to milk the media coverage over what he instigated to reap a financial windfall from Mr. Musk, despite the absence of any injury."
As we reported ... Unsworth wants an undisclosed amount of damages from Musk.

Ariana Grande Sued Over Herself
Ariana Grande may be the master of her domain, but not the master of her likeness ... so claims a photographer who is now suing her for allegedly ripping off these photos.
A photographer named Robert Barbera claims Ariana had no right to post the pics on her Instagram page. She never asked for permission or paid a penny ... she just took them and ran with them.
The photos have certainly made the rounds ... Ariana has 154 million followers and the photos in question scored 3,392,035 likes.
The photog is asking for either the profits she earned from the photos or $25k for each photo, whichever amount is greater.
The circumstances surrounding the lawsuit are interesting given it was earlier this year when Ariana announced strict rules for outside photogs at her Sweetener World Tour.
