The story arc of the famous oak tree from "The Shawshank Redemption" is complete ... it's now being used to honor the actors for the 25th anniversary of the 1994 classic.

TMZ's learned some of what's left of the movie tree -- which as we've told you, was cut down in 2016 after falling victim to severe storm damage -- has been turned into gift plaques to present to the stars of the film ... including Tim Robbins, who played Andy, Morgan Freeman, who played Red, and director Frank Darabont.

The plaques feature a photo of the actor's character engraved into the wood along with a notable quote. For instance, here's a closeup of Warden Norton actor Bob Gunton's plaque ... with the line, "Put your trust in the Lord, your ass belongs to me!"

The actors will get their gifts later this month as they all reunite at the 25th anniversary event in Ohio, which includes the Shawshank Hustle 7k on August 17 at the Ohio State Reformatory, where the movie was filmed.

Along with the big stars, 'Shawshank' alums Mark Rolston, Gil Bellows, Neil Giuntoli, Frank Medrano, Alfonso Freeman, Renee Blaine, Scott Mann and Claire Slemmer will be in attendance.

We broke the story ... the tree's been transformed into several different collector's items and 25th anniversary souvenirs already, along with being made into a bougie table for one superfan.

For those who are at least 24 years late ... the tree is where Andy left his note for Red before hightailing it South of the border. Good stuff.

Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner are getting over the death of their dog with the help of a new furry friend ... they got a new pup in their company just over a week later.

The couple was out Saturday in Miami, settling into what appears to be a vacation home with Joe's bro, Kevin, his sister-in-law, Priyanka Chopra, as well as some friends in tow. No word on whether Nick and Danielle tagged along -- they might be joining later.

The biggest addition to the crew though was a puppy golden retriever, who Sophie brought out of the van on a leash and what looks like a harness of some sort. Later, she gave this little lady a bath in the pool, and she didn't even seem to mind. Good girl (we think)!!!

There was another pooch there with them too, but Joe and Sophie's other dog, Porky, didn't show up in these photos. He's the brother of their Alaskan Klee Kai, Waldo -- who was tragically hit and killed by a car in New York last week, after breaking free from his leash.

As you'll recall, the pet owners were devastated in the following days ... and definitely didn't hide their emotions in grieving the loss of their canine family member.

Bam Margera was off the rails Saturday after just laying into an airport police officer, calling him an idiot and ultimately getting taken off the flight.

It's unclear what exactly happened, but it looks like Bam was wasted when he got on a Southwest flight in Atlanta and was told he was too drunk and/or obstinate to fly.

Bam told the officer he had 50 shots of tequila, and then called him an idiot for believing it ... then insisting he only had one drink.

It looks like he was taken into custody, and he just posted his therapist was flying to meet with him.

Bam has struggled with addiction and spent time in rehab. Bam's clearly been struggling recently ... most notably with a drunken public outburst at his own comedy show.

He's also been posting pics calling out his wife, Nikki and "Jackass" costar, Brandon Novak ... saying he's done with them.

The home where Sharon Tate and 4 others were murdered is attracting gawkers at all hours of the day and night ... and it's all because of Quentin Tarantino's new flick.

Folks have been flocking to Cielo Drive in West L.A. in the wake of the release of "Once Upon a Time in Hollywood," pulling up in the middle of the night and hanging out near the location where a very pregnant Sharon was brutally murdered in 1969 by Manson Family members ... this according to one of the neighbors, David Oman.

Most Cielo Drive homeowners aren't eager talk about anything Manson, but David has a particular interest. He claims there's lots of paranormal activity at his home and it's all because of the savagery that took place up the block. His house has even been featured on shows like "Ghost Hunters" and "Haunted History."

Ever since David moved to the neighborhood 20 years ago ... he says a bunch of weird stuff has been going on -- items knocked off shelves, spirits speaking to him and even physical contact. He's known to hold seances in his home.

David's been talking to the sightseers and they all say Tarantino's film piqued their interest.

It's pretty crazy ... sometimes there's a caravan of cars lined up to catch a glimpse of the home, which ironically isn't even there anymore. It was torn down in 1994, and a new McMansion has taken it's place.

Kevin Spacey is returning to the arts -- a couple of 'em, actually -- with a pop-up performance at a Rome museum where he's reciting some poetry ... that apparently speaks to him.

The actor threw on a brown suit Friday and waltzed into Palazzo Massimo. He set up shop in front of the famous sculpture of the "Boxer at Rest" and read the Italian poem, "The Boxer."

A crowd gathered as Kevin recited the elegant words of Italian poet Gabriele Tinti -- in English, though -- and it seems like his Massachusetts criminal case, and other sexual misconduct allegations, might have influenced his poetry choice.

The poem's about a beaten and tired boxer who is determined not to give in or give up. One passage reads ... "The more you're wounded, the greater you are. And the more empty you are."

As we first reported ... Kevin scored a huge victory a couple weeks ago when prosecutors dropped the case where a then-18-year-old male accused Spacey of groping him in a Nantucket bar.

We've seen this kind of display from Spacey before ... when the groping accusations first surfaced on Christmas Eve, he posted a bizarre video urging people not to rush to judgment, hopping into character as his old "House of Cards" character, Frank Underwood, to deliver the message.

"Descendants 3" star China Anne McClain grew up with her costar and BFF Cameron Boyce, and says his death hit her like a ton of bricks, because almost no one knew he was suffering from epilepsy.

China was on "TMZ Live" Friday to talk about Cameron and Friday's Disney Channel debut of his final movie, 'D3.' She says the premiere comes with mixed emotions on the heels of her dear friend passing. It was obvious she's still processing the loss.

She says only Cameron's family knew about his condition, and despite the fact she knew him for 10 years -- and starred in 4 movies with him -- she had "no idea."

She broke down as she explained how the simplest things remind her of Cam and sometimes send her on a roller coaster of emotions. China says she's even caught herself picking up the phone to text Cameron.

She says she still hasn't seen "Descendants 3," and confesses she's not sure she'll be able to make it through the whole thing when she finally does watch.

As we reported ... Disney canceled a red carpet event in Cameron's honor after he died last month in his sleep. The studio also made a donation to the Thirst Project ... a nonprofit close to Cameron.

Michael Blackson got his wish ... he says Eddie Murphy's offering him a role in the "Coming to America" sequel ... and you already know Michael is ready to jump right in!!!

We got Michael on the Sunset Strip and he had some career-changing news to share ... telling us he finally got the formal offer he was dying to get.

The comedian could barely contain his excitement ... he's been dreaming about this day ever since Eddie told us back in April he thought Blackson was funny, and wanted to bring him on board.

Akon should be getting a big thank you from Michael. Remember, he got the wheels in motion when he sent Eddie a message -- through our camera guy -- telling him to cast real Africans this time.

Michael, who's from Ghana, says the opportunity means the world to him ... and he's also got some words of encouragement for all aspiring actors from Africa. Good stuff all around.

The new gig hasn't sunk in yet though, but he told us when it really will.

George R.R. Martin ain't in Westeros anymore -- and with Winter officially having come and gone, it looks like the famed author hopped a dragon to SoCal ... emphasis on LOOKS like.

The "Game of Thrones" scribe was spotted at a beach in sunny Oceanside -- at least that's what we first thought when we saw this photo. Turns out -- this is George's freakin' doppelganger IN THE FLESH!!! Seriously, the resemblance is uncanny.

We reached out to George's rep to make sure it was in fact him, and we were told no dice!!! The rep says George was actually in a completely different state. The dude's got a crib in Santa Fe, NM -- so he very likely might've been there with his wife, Parris.

When we pressed the rep for George's location he rep told us ... "I know exactly where he is. Not California. Holed up writing."

As for his impostor here, the guy was only slightly less dressed down than the real McCoy -- rockin' a short-sleeve button-down shirt, matching pants and brighter version of GRRM's signature charcoal cap.

Something else to keep in mind ... Comic-Con just wrapped the weekend before in nearby San Diego. So, maybe this guy's still cosplayin'.

Doesn't appear the fake George was flocked by fans -- especially those disgruntled ones who've been bitching about a botched final 'GoT' season.

The good news for real George is if he ever does need someone to help him dodge angry mobs ... he can find him on King's Beach Landing!!!

Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson certainly does ... explaining why the Scottish Psychopath -- aka Drew McIntyre -- could be the next big thing in pro wrestling!

The People's Champ was out in NYC promoting his new flick, 'Hobbs & Shaw,' when he stopped to tell Adam Glyn why he thinks McIntyre has superstar potential.

"I think he's got a great look, great build," Rock says ... noting that he's only getting BETTER every time he steps in the ring.

Rock even offered up some advice to McIntyre ... reminding him to "[continue] to hone in on his craft and connect with the audience which is always the most important thing."

McIntyre is 34 years old and he's already built an impressive resume -- former NXT Champion, former WWE Intercontinental Champion and 2-time Tag Team Champion.

McIntyre has been dreaming of being a pro wrestling superstar since he was a kid and began training at 15 years old. He made his WWE debut back in 2007.

Casey Kasem's widow is in the market for a new business manager ... 'cause her last one allegedly flew into a violent rage and threatened to kill her.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... the incident went down around 10 AM last Friday in Jean Kasem's L.A. home. We're told her business manager, John Gressy, got furious because Jean was giving money to her daughter, Liberty Kasem.

Gressy's rampage allegedly included throwing dishes and a vase at Jean, and we're told she was struck at least once and needed to be taken to a hospital for minor injuries. He also allegedly threatened to kill Jean, her lawyer and Liberty ... who was in the home and called 911.

John locked himself in a room, but when police arrived they arrested him for felony criminal threats. We're told he could be hit with more charges -- such as assault and/or battery -- once the case is submitted to the L.A. County District Attorney.

Jean's rep, Edward Lozzi, tells us there's no truth to any rumors Gressy and Jean were in any kind of "intimate or personal relationship."

Jean, of course, now has this to deal with on top of her legal drama with Casey's kids. As we reported ... she's been locked in a nearly 4-year legal battle with the family over Casey's estate.

She had also alleged Casey's kids conspired to kill the radio legend for his money, but an investigation cleared them.

Breath easy, WWE fans ... Roman Reigns ain't leaving wrestling for his budding acting career. At least not yet.

Roman joined "TMZ Live" Tuesday and dude couldn't looked more HYPED talking about his role on "Fast & Furious Presents: Hobbs & Shaw." If you've been living under a rock ... 'Hobbs & Shaw' is the first 'Furious' spin-off starring Roman's cousin, Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson and Jason Statham.

It's Roman's first acting gig in Hollywood so naturally we had to ask -- if he had to choose, which route would he go, wrestling or Hollywood? The 34-year-old wrestler didn't skip a beat ... telling us he's got at LEAST 5 years left in the ring.

'Hobbs & Shaw' has been highly anticipated for some time now and no doubt it has huge blockbuster potential with Friday's opening around the corner. But, does the film have enough horsepower to take down "The Lion King" and its MASSIVE $192 million opening weekend?

Jason Momoa is NOT the guy who gives a rat's ass what people on the Internet say -- especially when it comes to body-shaming trolls -- and his birthday celebration proves it.

The "Aquaman" star, who turns 40 on Thursday, was shaking off the haters when we saw him Monday at LAX ... and instead chose to focus on the awesome friends who helped kick off his birthday festivities.

Jason tells us the Guinness Ale flavored cake served at his recent surprise party was "amazing" ... and he has no regrets, even if haters see it as more ammo to call-out his alleged "dad bod."

Yeah, it's ridiculous ... and Jason's clearly paying it no mind. He even says if we're patient ... he'll proudly put more Momoa dad bod on display soon. Fingers crossed!

As we reported ... the ridiculous comments came after he was spotted in Venice with his wife, Lisa Bonet -- and some idiots said the actor looked little more doughy and needed to get back to the gym.

Jason says it amounts to a big nothing, though, and then he was kind enough to humor our cameraman about being his stuntman.

Meanwhile, Momoa will continue to enjoy his life at almost 40 and beyond, surrounded by friends and loved ones ... including Ian Somerhalder and his "Game of Thrones" costar, Emilia Clarke.

Sharon Tate's wedding dress is now under the same roof as tons of creepy Charles Manson memorabilia ... as "Ghost Adventures" star Zak Bagans adds to his Haunted Museum.

We're told he bought Sharon's wedding dress for $56,000 at auction back in November. It's the dress from her 1968 marriage to Roman Polanski ... and it's now on display at his museum in Vegas ... but it's not part of the Manson exhibit. We're told Zak didn't want the dress near the Manson items, out of respect for her.

Zak's Vegas Haunted Museum already features Manson's chompers, the hospital gown he was wearing when he died, ALL of his bone fragments, and two paintings -- one that has his ashes and another that has his urine. All of these items are stored in the museum behind jail bars -- which Zak thought was fitting for the deceased cult leader.

As you know ... Sharon and four other people were brutally murdered by members of the Manson Family in the home she shared with Polanski back in August 1969, when she was pregnant with their son.

We're told the wedding dress was in Sharon's home at the time of her murder ... and her sister, Debra Tate, says the dress was the hardest thing to let go of among Sharon's possessions.

Sharon's story is being revived in the new Quentin Tarantino film, "Once Upon a Time in Hollywood," with Margot Robbie's performance drawing high praise from Debra.

TMZ broke the story ... Zak just snatched up the other Manson murder home -- the one where Manson family members brutally killed Leno and Rosemary LaBianca, the day after the slaughter at the Sharon Tate home.

Bagans tells us, "I have absolute sadness and hurt for the victims. I am intrigued by the paranormal side of these events and what people still experience at these sites. Manson was a monster and I do continue to investigate his evil mind and his followers."

Pretty freaky stuff all around.

If you thought Tom Brady kissing his son on the mouth was weird, wait 'til you get a load of Armie Hammer and his toe-sucking kiddo. Blows the Brady bunch out of the water.

The actor posted a video to his Instagram story Saturday that showed a pretty gnarly sight -- his 2-year-old son, Ford, sucking his dad's toes, big one included.

In the since-expired clip, Armie is being recorded -- presumably by his wife, Elizabeth Chambers -- lying down on a coach with his boy on the other end, and the kid's mouth on two of his pop's toes. Looks like Ford's really trying to get more in there too.

At the time, Armie captioned the clip, "This happened for a solid 7 minutes... #footfetishonfleek" And, the woman on the video jokingly notes, "This is not normal."

Uh, yeah ... we might have to agree with ya there.

Lots of people have had lots to say about the toe-sucking -- but, truthfully, there's really not much to add other than ... to each their own. Bottom line ... Armie and his son are close, just like TB is with his kid.

You'll recall, Tom was filmed giving his 10-year-old son a peck on the lips during a segment from his Facebook series, "Tom vs Time," which tons of folks were weirded out by.

Can't say for sure which one caused more of a stir, but they're both up there.

The Wendy Williams biopic is going to be crazy as hell ... we've learned the movie will focus on the highs and lows of her rise to fame ... sex, cocaine, date rape and fat shaming.

Lifetime sources tell TMZ ... the biopic spans her life from ages 10 to 55, covering super intimate topics like her coke habit, sex romps, fat shaming from her family and a never-before-told story of date rape at the hands of a chart-topping artist.

Also on the table, according to our sources ... her experiences with racism and sexism in Hollywood, details from her marriage to Kevin Hunter as well as her divorce and her relationship with Mo'Nique.

Wendy and Will Packer will be producing the biopic -- dubbed "Just Wendy"-- while Wendy and Leigh Davenport will write the screenplay.

The talk show host gave us a little info about the movie this week, telling our photog she wants all of the actors to be relatively unknown, so they don't take away from her story.

Our sources say there will be at least 2 different Wendys in the movie ... and she ain't one.

Chris Massey says he's super down to join Jamie Lynn Spears on a potential "Zoey 101" reboot, but there's another star he really wants to come back for seconds ... Austin Butler!!!

We got the "Zoey 101" star at Urth Caffe in West Hollywood ... and Chris is holding out hope Austin can find time for Nickelodeon's proposed 'Zoey' reboot.

Could be wishful thinking on Chris' part ... Austin's got a lot on his plate, preparing to slide into Elvis Presley's blue suede shoes in the King's upcoming biopic. His movie career's taking off, which could make it tough for producers to get him onboard.
