Tying The Knot

2019 is looking up for Michelle Wie ... the golf superstar is engaged to her boyfriend, who happens to be the son of one of the greatest NBA players EVER!!

Wie said "yes" to Jonnie West -- whose dad is Jerry West.

30-year-old Jonnie is the Director of Basketball Operations for the Golden State Warriors, where Jerry was an exec from 2011 to 2017.

Wie is clearly stoked about the engagement, posting photos of the proposal in San Francisco with the caption, "My person for life!!!!! #WieGoesWest."

Great to see Wie so happy after a rough February, when she pulled out of HSBC Women's World Championship after reinjuring her hand.

Of course, Wie had surgery on the same hand last year. Sucks.

Chance the Rapper became Chance the Groom this weekend, 'cause he married his longtime girlfriend and mother of his child in a ceremony that was filled with celebs.

The Chicago MC tied the knot Saturday with Kristen Corley in a relatively small gathering at the Pelican Hill resort in Newport Beach, CA. According to reports, about 150 guests were in attendance ... including stars like Kim Kardashian, Kanye West and Dave Chappelle. Chance and Kristen have one daughter together, 3-year-old Kensli.

The Shade Room got photos of the wedding, and you can see it was a gorgeous affair, with Chance opting for a white tux. You can also see Kim, Ye and Dave looking sharp for their good pal.

3/10 10:00 AM PT -- As if the enormous rock wasn't enough romance ... A-Rod made sure the bedroom was ready for a "she said yes" celebration. Check out the bed of roses, and yeah ... he gave us a glimpse of J Lo too.

Alex Rodriguez popped the question, Jennifer Lopez said yes, and they both shared their exciting news ... at the same time!!!

J Lo and A-Rod are engaged after dating for a little more than 2 years and announced it on Instagram with simultaneous posts Saturday night. They each shared a pic of him holding her hand while showing off her MASSIVE new rock.

Jennifer captioned hers with heart emojis, and Alex captioned his "she said yes" (followed by a heart emoji). A-Rod also shared a screenshot of the definition of "Soulmate" by Bianca Sparacino on his IG story hours beforehand ... a signal something big was coming.

It reads ... "A soulmate isn't someone who completes you. No, a soulmate is someone who inspires you to complete yourself. A soulmate is someone who loves you with so much conviction, and so much heart, that it is nearly impossible to doubt just how capable you are of becoming exactly who you have always wanted to be."

No word on any wedding plans yet, but if the engagement ring is an indicator ... no expense will be spared.

Danielle Staub's wedding looks like it's going to have to wait ... because her daughters are putting up a fight.

"The Real Housewives of New Jersey" star was heading into her NYC hotel Saturday when she revealed she might not marry her fiance, Oliver Maier, on Monday as planned. Danielle claims her 2 daughters are "pushing back" ... but it's unclear what their issue is.

Danielle and Oliver were spotted heading into Van Cleef & Arpels jewelry store earlier Saturday to pick out her wedding ring, which she says will be ready Monday ... even if they don't tie the knot.

Looks like they took a close look at a variety of styles, too ... while enjoying a drink.

As for whether or not Danielle's having second thoughts about getting married (for the fourth time) ... she says no way -- Maier's the one.

We broke the story ... Danielle's ex-husband, Marty Caffrey, thinks her getting remarried so quickly might be less about true love and more about money. Remember, they were just officially divorced 9 days ago, and part of their agreement includes her buying their $2 million house.

2:30 PM PT -- Danielle's rep, Steve Honig, has clapped back at Marty's insinuation, telling us ... "Marty needs to stop trying to parlay his 15 minutes of fame into a career in reality television."

Honig adds ... "He should be spending his time addressing his own issues, of which there are many, rather than providing commentary on Danielle."

Marty Caffrey says Danielle Staub getting remarried so quickly after their divorce is pretty shocking -- even for her -- but he thinks there might be an ulterior motive ... worth a couple million bucks.

"The Real Housewives of New Jersey" star's ex-husband tells TMZ ... he doesn't understand the urgency of Danielle tying the knot again UNLESS it has to do with their divorce agreement -- specifically, the part where she has to buy their $2 million NJ home.

Marty says he hopes Danielle and her new fiance, Oliver Maier, are truly happy and in love, but watch the clip ... he has a list of reasons that make him doubt it.

We broke the story ... Danielle was ecstatic leaving the courthouse just a little more than a week ago, flaunting her divorce papers and giving Marty a parting middle finger.

Days later she revealed she was engaged again -- for the 21st time! -- and is scheduled to marry Maier Monday in NYC. After it's official, Staub will become a duchess ... because Oliver is the duke of Provence. His family is from southern France, and owns 15 vineyards and 2 castles.

Nice catch.

Marty seems to be cool with all of it ... as long as the house gets paid off. If it does, he says he'll buy Oliver a drink.

We reached out to Danielle for comment -- no word back so far ... but she might be a little busy planning her 4th wedding.

Taylor Swift shocked the hell out of a group of people who were celebrating an engagement, by strolling in with her guitar and serenading them.

Alex Goldschmidt and Ross Girard invited friends to Sycamore Tavern in Hollywood Saturday night, when Alex said he had a friend who would help them memorialize the night. He said her name was Taylor, but no one had a clue what was coming.

Taylor came out, people were stunned, and she performed "King of My Heart" from her Reputation album.

2:45 PM PT -- Looks like the party's over, or at least this stage of it. We got Meghan's friends -- including Amal Clooney and Gayle King -- pouring out of the Mark Hotel where they held the baby shower.

They walked out into some crappy winter weather, but still ... smiles all around.

Priyanka Chopra couldn't make it to Meghan Markle's baby shower -- a sure sign there's trouble in paradise for close pals ... normally, anyway, but these 2 are a different breed o' BFF.

Sources close to Priyanka tell TMZ ... the actress did NOT make it to Meghan's NYC baby shower -- despite reports to the contrary -- and it's because she was stuck working in Los Angeles.

We're told Priyanka was bogged down on the left coast with meetings for a book she's writing.

Although, Meghan's pal Serena Williams made it to NYC ... it's been a while since she and Priyanka and have been able to find time for each other.

Priyanka crossed the pond for Meghan and Prince Harry's wedding last summer, but Meghan wasn't there when Priyanka and Nick Jonas tied the knot in India.

We're told Meghan's December schedule simply didn't align with Priyanka and Nick's nearly endless stream of wedding receptions. The Duchess of Sussex has a ton of obligations ... and being pregnant further complicates her social schedule.

Despite the missed connections ... we're told Priyanka and Meghan's friendship hasn't changed, and they still talk regularly. No issues here!

Miranda Lambert's new police officer hubby is no stranger to the fame game -- in fact, his 15 minutes trace way back to 2015 and a little something called the "Cupid Shuffle."

Brendan McLoughlin -- who was already working for NYPD a few years ago -- was cited as the "hot cop" who did the Cupid Shuffle during NYC's Pride weekend that year.

Officer McLoughlin was caught on camera doing his duty ... stepping to the right, to the right, to the left, to the left while shuffling with a bunch of civilians -- including some women who couldn't resist his moves.

Can't blame those ladies ... the guy's a stud in or out of uniform. In fact, he even moonlighted as a model back in those days. Unclear if he's still doing that though.

As we reported ... Brendan's been temporarily taken off foot patrol and placed on driver duty due to the media attention he's drawing following his surprise marriage to Miranda.

No more flash dances in the street from this dude, at least not in uniform. We're guessing Miranda gets private shows.

Miranda Lambert's police officer husband is learning the hard way -- ya can't marry someone famous without taking on their fame ... and his 9-5 is exhibit A.

Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ ... Brendan McLoughlin -- who normally patrols Times Square on foot -- has been temporarily reassigned to a more covert position because the media has been hounding him in public while he's clocked in.

The newfound attention makes sense. Miranda just announced she secretly married Brendan, who appears to have come out of nowhere. And, seeing how Times Square is typically a free-for-all for cameras, it's a no-brainer he'd have a tough time at work now.

In fact, Brendan was photographed with Miranda a few days ago -- wearing their wedding bands, no less. If he can barely get a break on a Saturday, M-F won't be any easier.

As for what triggered the reassignment ... we're told a major TV news outlet showed up on the front steps of the NYPD's Midtown South Precinct office Monday asking to speak with Brendan. He didn't come out to chat, and the reporter was turned away.

We're told the brass saw the handwriting on the wall -- especially with Brendan out on the street. Our sources say, Brendan will be placed on driver duty for the time being -- he'll drive his superiors around for a few weeks while things die down.

Mark that down as just one more thing the newlyweds have to deal with -- not to mention the distance between their respective home bases. That's amore, though.

Miranda Lambert's new hubby is NOT dropping his life in New York and hightailing it to Nashville -- quite the contrary, she'll be going to him and vice versa.

Sources close to the newly-married couple tell us, Miranda and Brendan McLoughlin will be splitting their time between Nashville and NYC -- regularly going back and forth. She's got a sprawling 400-acre estate in Tennessee where her music career is based, and he's an NYPD cop.

Considering Brendan's got a 9-5 gig on the force, it sounds like she'll be the one taking to the skies more often than him. However, we're told this travel arrangement will probably only hold up for about a year. We're told Brendan plans to be on the job for at least that long and will reassess after that.

Brendan's also got a new bundle of joy to consider. Our sources tell us he recently welcomed a kid from a previous relationship this past November, which is right around the time he met Miranda. They were first introduced on November 2 during her 'GMA' appearance.

We're told Brendan was single when he got with Miranda. His baby momma learned she was pregnant after they'd broken up ... so there was no overlap. For now, we're told he's got 50/50 custody.

Miranda announced her secret wedding this past weekend, saying she'd met the love of her life. They tied the knot late last month.

Draymond Green spared no expense when he proposed to his girlfriend last month -- TMZ Sports has learned the ring he used to pop the question is worth $300,000!!!

Remember, Warriors coach Steve Kerr accidentally broke the news a few weeks ago that Green got engaged to actress and "Basketball Wives" regular Hazel Renee ... but now, we've got deets.

There was a helicopter. There was a yacht. Oh yeah, and a big ass ring.

Turns out, Day Day hit up Jason of Beverly Hills for the 6-carat flawless diamond ring ... and the NBAer had his fingerprint on the whole thing.

"Draymond was very involved in the design process," Jason Arasheben, CEO Jason of Beverly Hills tells us.

"I took multiple trips up to the Bay to show him stone options and to choose the setting. He was very particular about the quality of the center stone. He wanted only the best for Hazel."

... and he got it!

Congrats to the couple -- and if you're wondering when the two will actually tie the knot, maybe ask Steve Kerr (he seems to know things).

Normally, UFC fighter Vicente Luque wouldn't give two craps how his face looked after going to war in the Octagon -- but this time it's different, he's getting MARRIED next month!

Luque was the winner of that INSANE 3-round brawl with Bryan Barberena on "UFC on ESPN 1" on Sunday night ... a fight that was so violent, each guy won a $50,000 fight of the night bonus!

Luque tells TMZ Sports ... he was in A LOT of pain after getting home Sunday night and could barely fall asleep because his face hurt so much.

"I was in a lot of pain, man. So, I would sleep like 10 minutes on one side and then my face was hurting and I would move!"

The 27-year-old -- who born in New Jersey -- says his fiancee has been encouraging him to ice his face in the hopes that his bruising and swelling will go away by the time he's got to pose for wedding pics ... but we think the damage will make the pics look that much cooler!!!

"I'm not gonna have the best face for the wedding, but we're gonna have a good time."

Despite the damage, Luque says he had a BLAST during the fight and can't wait to get back in the Octagon again as soon as possible.

We asked if he'd be down for a rematch with Barberena -- but he told us he wants to get a shot at a Top 10 fighter first ... and then maybe a rematch down the line.

He's got a ton of respect for Barberena -- telling us no one has hit him as hard as that guy -- but his main focus is climbing the ranks and getting a title shot.

Miranda Lambert has left Tennesse and is now back in the Big Apple with a hunk of a husband hanging from her arm ... and some sweet new bling perched on her finger.

The country singer was spotted hand-in-hand with Brendan McLoughlin Saturday in SoHo, where they were both rockin' their wedding bands, and a little something extra for Miranda ... her engagement ring. They also had matching leather jackets to boot.

Good choice in attire ... NYC reached a high of 42 degrees Saturday afternoon, so the coats probably kept them warm in the chilly weather. A new boo helps in that department too.

As we reported, Miranda announced her surprise nuptials this weekend to the NYPD officer, who seems to have come out of nowhere. Reports say the newlyweds got hitched in late January down in Nashville ... where she recently had a bit of a salad spat.

Like we first told you ... Miranda got into a heated argument at a Nashville steakhouse last weekend, which boiled over into her dumping a salad onto a woman's lap.

5:40 PM PT -- Miranda's husband, Brendan, is an NYPD officer who's assigned to the Midtown South precinct in Manhattan. We're told he has several years on the force and walks a foot post in Times Square. And, according to this 2015 photo, he's a dog lover.

Miranda Lambert is full of surprises -- in the same week she dumped salad on a woman's lap during a restaurant argument ... she's now announced she's got a brand new husband.

The wedding pics show Miranda wearing a gorgeous dress with her husband in the middle of a big open field ... but it's unclear when it happened or where they're at.

We do know Lambert was in Nashville last weekend, though ... because we broke the story that she was out to dinner with her mom and a male friend at Stoney River steakhouse when she got into a heated argument with another table of patrons.

It's possible, but hard to tell, that the male friend is her new husband, Brendan.

As we told you, the restaurant fight culminated with Miranda dumping salad on a woman who was allegedly provoking her. There were many 911 calls about the ordeal.

As you know, Miranda was married to fellow country star Blake Shelton from 2011 to 2015, and was linked to another singer, Anderson East, as recently as April 2018 ... when they announced their breakup after 2 years of dating.

Two powerful NBA families are set to be linked by marriage -- with Steph Curry's brother, Seth, proposing to Doc Rivers' daughter, Callie ... and she said YES!!

TMZ Sports has learned ... the Blazers guard popped the question to his longtime girlfriend in front of their families at Ruth's Chris Steak House in Charlotte on Thursday ... with brother Steph and father Dell present.

Doc, Austin Rivers and the rest of the Rivers gang was also on hand for the special moment.

It was the perfect op for Seth to get down on one knee ... considering it was Valentine's Day and everyone's in town for NBA All-Star Weekend.

Marilyn Monroe and Joe DiMaggio's marriage only lasted 9 months, but the memories of their honeymoon live on ... and you can own the photos!!

Hollywood's "it" couple for a hot minute in the '50s eloped in San Fran in January 1954 and took a plane to Japan shortly afterward to celebrate ... but there was also some baseball business to handle.

Their photo album from the trip features several shots of the couple, but there's also a running storyline of the MLB legend -- who was a few years retired at the time -- and his old baseball buddy, Lefty O'Doul, trying to get baseball up and running in Japan.

Looks like Lefty didn't mind being the third wheel either.

All in all, there are 30 honeymoon pics in the velvet-bound album, with each photo measuring 7x9 inches or larger. It hits the auction block on February 22 at Heritage Auctions with a bid of $5,520 to kick things off, but it's expected to fetch over $10k.
