Taylor Swift's the biggest star in the world ... so it's no shock she can kick off a conflict between two sovereign nations -- and all because of where she's performing next weekend.

Here's the deal ... obviously, T-Swift's over in Singapore right now, having just completed the first three of six concerts in the country. After her next three shows, she's outtie 5000 on Southeast Asia.

The reasons this is drawing ire ... a deal was reportedly brokered by Singaporean authorities that Taylor would not perform in other territories in the region thus making Singapore a must-travel destination for Swifties in Asia.

Well, one lawmaker in the Philippines ain't having that ... publicly calling out the Singaporean government for not exactly being neighborly.

Phillippines politician Joey Salceda is calling on his government's foreign affairs department to protest the grant allegedly given to Swift to keep an exclusivity deal with Singapore.

Salceda told a local outlet that the governments are supposed to be friends ... so in his mind, this is a very hurtful betrayal by the Singaporean gov.

BTW ... Thailand's Prime Minister Srettha Thavisin backing up Salceda's claim -- with Sky News reporting he said he asked AEG, the company behind Tay's tour why she wasn't coming, and they told him all about the exclusivity deal.

Taylor's clearly not letting all the bad blood ruin her mood though ... 'cause she's staying focused on her shows -- putting on several impressive performances for all the Swifties who traveled to see her.

Tish Cyrus is looking back at her parenting and seeing ways she could've improved ... chief among them, rolling up a joint and mellowing out a bit!

The mother of Miley and Noah Cyrus opened up about her parenting skills on a recent episode of her "Sorry We're Stoned" podcast ... telling guest Wiz Khalifa she regrets not doing some toking back when her kids were growing up.

The way Tish puts it ... she didn't pick up the Mary Jane until she was in her mid-40s, years after her kids were in their teens -- so she feels she wasn't as much fun as she could've been with a little pot.

Tish's daughter Brandi -- seated right alongside her mom -- said she probably woulda chilled out about a few things too ... a jab Tish couldn't have agreed with more.

BTW ... Wiz also has a song about smoking weed with Miley Cyrus titled "23" which came out in 2013 -- a song that made a then-anti-marijuana Tish really upset!

It's a bit ironic Tish is looking back on her parenting ... since a lot of people online are currently gossiping about her relationship with her daughter Noah.

Remember ... reports surfaced earlier this week that Noah was actually dating Tish's new husband Dominic Purcell first -- before Mama Tish swooped in and stole him away.

Nicki Minaj fans are clearly passionate ... both about her music and standing their ground, it seems -- 'cause a group of her supporters got into a fight during her tour's opening performance!

The Barbz brawl went down Friday night in Oakland ... the first night of her much-anticipated "Pink Friday 2 World Tour" -- and it definitely started the whole concert run off with a bang.

Just check out the clip ... a couple fans dressed in black are exchanging punches in one section -- with someone in an all-pink ensemble and dyed pink hair hopping into the scuffle.

The person in pink getting shoved back seems to set one of the angry fans off even more ... and they jump forward to start raining blows down on the other combatants.

Unfortunately for them, their opponents quickly put 'em in a headlock and start hitting them over and over while being held back against the seats.

Eventually, some security guards come over and break up the fight, but members of the crowd can be heard seemingly questioning the person in pink's gender -- overall, a pretty ugly scene.

The whole thing marred what was otherwise a very impressive show ... with Nicki breaking out all her classic hits including "Starships" which she said a few months ago she was done performing.

Elle King is back to performing live, getting on a stage in Arizona ... her first time since her "hammered" debacle at the Grand Ole Opry during a night celebrating Dolly Parton's birthday.

TMZ obtained this footage of Elle's show Friday night in Tempe, AZ ... where she was one of the singers playing the Extra Innings Festival.

Fans noticed the country singer kept a bottled water within arms reach all night ... and took several swigs of it during her set.

It's a total 180 from when Elle was last seen at the Opry in Nashville back in late January. She was admittedly drunk as she forgot the words to one of Dolly's tunes -- which wouldn't be the worst thing ever, but she followed that up by making up jibberish lyrics and berating the audience.

After one tune, she barked at the crowd, "I'm not even gonna f***ing lie … y'all bought tickets for this s***, you ain't getting your money back."

Days after that s***show, she abruptly postponed her next scheduled gig in Texas, but never provided any reason. She's been out of the public eye since then.

Elle was shown a ton of grace by Dolly herself, who told Extra ... Elle is a great girl who just had a bit too much to drink. She also urged fans to "forgive that and forget it and move on, 'cause [Elle] felt worse than anyone ever could."

We're told Elle did not make any reference to the Dolly disaster during her show Friday night ... however she did sing songs about boozing -- like "Chain Smokin', Hard Drinkin' Woman" and "Drunk (And I Don't Wanna Go Home)" -- she's a country singer, after all.

That being said, she kept it sober on stage, and by all counts sounded great.

Rihanna's absolutely glowing and grinning after her killer set at a wedding party thrown by the richest man in Asia -- and she even left the gig with some parting gifts to go along with an astronomical payday.

RiRi strolled through the Jamnagar Airport in Western India Saturday, and was clearly feeling pretty good about her performance. As we reported, she was hired to play the pre-wedding party for the son of Mukesh Ambani, the industrialist worth $112 billion.

By all accounts, he got his money's worth -- Rihanna reportedly played 17 songs on a stage fit for one of her stadium tours with all the lighting and special effects popping off around her as she belted out hits like "We Found Love" and "B**** Better Have My Money."

Hell, it might actually be a set from one of her previous concerts, judging by the massive crates of equipment she arrived with when she touched down in India.

The 1,200 friends and family of Anant Ambani and his bride-to-be Radhika Merchant didn't want to miss a second of the show as they had their phones out, recording the singer's stunning set.

BTW, the guests included scores of VIPs from around the world, including Mark Zuckerberg and wife Priscilla Chan, Ivanka Trump, Bill Gates and Google CEO Sundar Pichai.

As Rihanna made her way through the airport Saturday morning, she was carrying a giant box or bag that had "THANK YOU" printed on it.

Not that we've been in that situation, but we're guessing when you attend a party thrown by the 11th richest man in the world, everyone -- even the headliner -- leaves with a badass swag bag.

The real reason for her smile, though, is probably the direct deposit hitting her account -- she was reportedly paid $6 million for the one-night gig ... but, because the show was so long, there's speculation she even got up to 8 figures!

Taylor Swift is putting her romance with Travis Kelce into song ... reportedly writing a couple tracks about the guy on the Chiefs.

The pop star, famed for writing about her exes, has already written at least 2 songs about her current BF, and the lyrics focus on how she fell in love with him ... according to an Us Weekly report.

The outlet cites a source calling the new songs personal and special, but adds, that doesn't mean she's going to record and release them.

Taylor's got a new album coming out next month called "The Tortured Poets Department," but don't expect her odes to Trav on that project -- in fact, the report says she likely won't share them with anyone.

There's plenty of content for Taylor to write about with Travis -- his summer pursuit of her during the "Eras" tour, each of them appearing at NFL games and concerts and, of course, the Super Bowl and lots of private jet flights.

The speculation is Taylor's next project focuses more on her split from Joe Alywn than her love story with Travis ... so Swifties might not wanna hold their breath for Travis references.

Justin Bieber's celebrating his 30th birthday today -- but he probably wasn't expecting this gift ... a wax figure in his image and likeness, although people are asking ... is it really???

Madame Tussauds rolled out their latest creation Friday -- unveiling a new Bieber figurine just in time for him to celebrate the big 3-0 ...  and, per usual, folks are pretty divided on whether this actually looks like him or not.

Check it out ... Madame Tussauds says the artist modeled this wax Bieber after JB's look in his "Peaches" music video ... but some aren't really seeing the vision. On the other hand ... a good amount of people say this is actually a pretty decent rendition of the Biebs.

While the wax figure may have somewhat of a passing resemblance to JB ... a lot of the comments are saying there's something a little off about this version of Justin.

Some folks say the figure looks more like Brooklyn Beckham or Latin pop singer Miguel Pregueiro -- but hey, eye of the beholder on this type of stuff.

Of course, others are being a little meaner in the replies ... someone says it looks like "Justina Bieber" and another user says this "looks like Justin Bieber from China."

Frankly, there have been worse Justin Bieber wax figurines over his career -- this one just happens to be hitting the streets on a momentous day, which is why it's getting extra attention.

Lil Wayne and Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson recently spoke out against their own botched wax figures, but no word on this one yet from the man himself. He's been laying low today.

Justin Bieber hit a big milestone on Friday -- he finally turned 30 ... and let's just say, it's been a long, eventful ride getting to this number, which is worth looking back on.

It's been a wild ride for the Biebs ... who first caught the attention of super-manager Scooter Braun back in 2008. He signed with Braun and Usher not long after ... but, not before they had to outbid Justin Timberlake.

Since then, Bieber's music career has obviously taken off ... with Justin winning Grammys, embarking on world tours and rolling in millions over the next 15 years or so. Of course, his fan base has absolutely ballooned as well ... with millions upon millions of Beliebers.

Outside of his wildly successful music career -- Justin has proven to be popular with the ladies ... remember JB was linked to several famous faces over the years ... including Sofia Richie, Nicola Peltz, Kourtney Kardashian and, of course, longtime GF Selena Gomez.

None of those relationships lasted ... partly because of personal troubles Justin dealt with over the next decade. Justin's late teens and early 20s were full of controversy and tumult (who can forget the confiscated monkey) which included his notorious 2014 DUI arrest.

Bieber fought with personal issues for years ... that is, until he finally cleaned up his act and turned to God, while also getting back together with another one of his famous exes -- Hailey Baldwin, who's now Mrs. Bieber.

Justin and Hailey married in September 2018 -- the end of a whirlwind rekindling that reportedly began just months before the two said their vows. They've been together ever since ... looking lovestruck every time they're spotted together, and tied at the hip.

More recently, Justin's been plagued by health issues ... including Ramsay Hunt Syndrome which paralyzed part of his face and forced him to cancel his "Justice" world tour. He hasn't performed much since 2022 -- and there's no sign he's gonna hit the big stage again soon.

Remember, he'd been approached about performing with Usher at the Super Bowl Halftime Show -- but in the end, he passed on it ... even though he did attend the game itself.

Bieber chose to remain a spectator for that one, but it was still good to see him out and about. He actually hits the town a lot with Hailey these days ... but he ain't talking much.

And yet ... his fans absolutely adore him, to this day. For good reason obviously -- he's a star among stars, and then some -- and on his 30th birthday ... it's crazy to think we've spent all these years with him in the public spotlight.

Rihanna is set to perform at a lavish pre-wedding event in India this weekend for the son of Asia's richest man ... and she's already in town, with a crap ton of luggage with her.

The singer has been booked to perform at a pre-wedding party for Anant Ambani -- the youngest son of billionaire Mukesh Ambani -- and Radhika Merchant, who are set to tie the knot in July ... but who are raging early for 3 days straight starting Friday in Gujarat, India.

Countless celebs and tycoons have been invited -- and a handful have already flown into town to celebrate with the couple. Rihanna has been hired as the main talent -- although her fee has been kept a secret. Ya gotta figure it's quite a bundle ... 'cause she agreed to do it.

The Ambani family is known for hiring the world's biggest stars to perform at their parties -- Beyoncé notably performed at the 2018 pre-wedding ceremony for Isha Ambani and Anand Piramal. A year later ... Coldplay's Chris Martin and The Chainsmokers took the stage at Akash Ambani and Shloka Mehta's pre-wedding celebration -- which took place in Switzerland. Now, they got RiRi on the lineup ... so yeah, they go all out for their own.

It's clear that Mukesh is once again sparing no expense to celebrate the expansion of his family. Famed magician David Blaine has reportedly also been booked to perform throughout the star-studded weekend ... and his services probably don't come cheap either.

Meta CEO and billionaire Mark Zuckerberg and wife Priscilla Chan have already given a glimpse at the festivities -- posting on Instagram a photo of themselves dressed to the nines.

Ivanka Trump, meanwhile, was also spotted among the guests, with other reported attendees including Bill Gates and Google CEO Sundar Pichai -- who are all expected to follow an alleged nine-page dress code.

Now before you scoff at this display of wealth ... the couple has made sure to give back to the community -- kicking off their loved-up weekend with a communal dinner for 51,000 locals. Yes, they literally hosted a massive meal for tens of thousands of people in their area. Wild!

10:10 AM -- Karol G is giving an update on this morning's plane incident on her IG story ... thanking everyone who was worried, and says she's okay along with her family and team -- while also stating God blesses us with life and health.

Karol G had a super scary experience Thursday as her private plane filled with smoke midflight and was forced to make an emergency landing in Los Angeles.

The Grammy-winning singer was among 16 others on the private jet, which took off from Hollywood Burbank Airport in the evening, according to ABC News.

The aircraft flew east for a while, but then turned around at Cajon Pass about 70 miles away and flew back to nearby Van Nuys Airport after the pilot reported smoke in the cockpit.

Luckily, the plane safely landed on the runway and everyone on board seemed physically uninjured. Footage shows the aircraft touching down on the tarmac, as well as the dramatic aftermath.

Per the video ... Fire crews responded to the runway, directing the jet to a parking area. The passengers left through the exit door, climbing down a flight of stairs -- including a woman who appeared to be Karol, talking on her cell phone.

Karol's famous arm tattoo of a barbed-wire heart was also emblazoned on the side of the plane.

We've reached out to Karol and the Federal Aviation Administration for comment ... so far, no word back.

Beyoncé sure knows how to keep us on our toes ... with her country single, "Texas Hold 'Em" already topping charts, fans are now convinced she's gearing up to attack yet another musical genre.

The speculation kickstarted with Beyoncé rocking a mullet in a teaser for her upcoming shoot with CR Fashion Book -- while promoting her new haircare line Cécred, and fans are taking it as a sign the singer's ready to belt out some rock anthems for "Act III" -- even before the country-themed "Act II" album drops.

The Beyhive is buzzing with excitement over her potential rock era ... some declaring they're ready to let loose and experience their very first rock concert, all thanks to Queen B.

Others even bestowed the catchy new moniker "Rockyoncé" upon her. Now that's got a ring to it!

Of course, with all the excitement in the air, it's easy to overlook the fact she might just be wearing the edgy mullet to promote her new haircare line.

Speaking on SiriusXM's "Conan O'Brien Needs a Friend," Adam and host Conan discussed how 21st-century celebs didn't quite leave them fangirling like the ones from back in the day did -- but according to the actor ... one modern star broke that rule -- Tay Tay!!

Adam explained that he still gets "a little f***ing jumpy" around the singer cause of what she means to his teen daughters Sadie and Sunny ... and he doesn't want to risk blowing their chance to have an awesome experience by acting all awkward around TS.

In fact, it's like his comedy movie characters come to life when he's trying to get Taylor's attention ... 'cause he says he's super loud and excited!!

Conan totally got where Adam was coming from here, BTW ... adding TS was on a whole other level now with her superstardom reaching crazy heights and her Travis Kelce romance hitting headlines.

Fyre Festival founder Billy McFarland is proving folks can't resist a good comeback ... 'cause the pre-sale for the sequel to his infamous music event has made him a boatload of cash!

Billy boasted about this achievement on IG Thursday -- and he confirmed to TMZ as well ... saying FYRE Festival II has received applications for over $110,000,000 worth of tickets during its second and final pre-sale -- an impressive feat compared to sluggish Coachella.

Pre-sale tickets started up at $2,500 and soared up to a whopping $1M per ticket for the festival which is set for its Caribbean return in December ... and we're told that 40 of those ticket holders were invited to celebrate the $110M figure during an intimate dinner Wednesday night at Le Baratin in NYC.

While he's made another fortune, it looks like Billy's learned a few lessons -- 'cause this time around he's leaving it to the pros and letting his operation partners and entertainment bigwigs call the main shots at the festival.

Billy himself said in his IG clip Thursday that the next time people would hear from him was when his partners would officially announce the event ... so he's covering his bases here.

His do-over got off to a flying start when pre-sale was first announced in August 2023. Back then, they released 100 tickets, and they all sold out in a day!

Billy attributed the success to the massive curiosity and interest generated by the epic failure of the 2017 Fyre Fest, telling TMZ at the time that he's living proof of the saying "no publicity is bad publicity."

Liam Gallagher says a lot of the people who've been nominated for the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame this year don't deserve to be there -- taking aim at hip-hop/ R&B acts specifically.

The singer is nominated along with Oasis this year -- but he slammed the inclusion of artists who have barely dipped their toes into rock territory -- recently telling The Sunday Times, "As much as I love Mariah Carey and all that, I want to say, do me a favor and f*** off."

LG likened MC's inclusion in the category to tossing him into the rap hall of fame. In his mind, it just doesn't make sense to have non-traditional rock acts in the Hall.

He didn't stop there either ... Liam claims he's done more for rock 'n' roll than "half of them clowns on that board."

In addition to Oasis and Mariah Carey, the other nominees this year include A Tribe Called Quest, Sade, Mary J. Blige, Cher, Sinead O'Connor, Ozzy Osbourne, Dave Matthews Band, Eric B. & Rakim, Foreigner, Peter Frampton, Jane's Addiction, Kool & the Gang and Lenny Kravitz. So, it's definitely not your typical rock 'n' roll lineup, that's for sure!

BTW, this is the second time Liam's vented about the topic  ... he wrote on X earlier this month: "F*** the Rock n Roll hall of fame its full of BUMBACLARTS LG x" -- also telling a fan in the comments not to waste their time voting.

The HOF definitely has mixed it up in recent years when it comes to the types of inductees they usher in. In 2022, Dolly Parton was inducted, and they even got Eminem in there as well ... so yes, they clearly do consider outside genres to be rock and roll.

The Eagles might be stepping in to replace U2 as the Sphere's next big legacy act -- that is, if they can hammer out these negotiations they're currently involved in ... TMZ has learned.

Sources with direct knowledge tell us the iconic rock band are in active discussions right now to potentially serve as forthcoming talent to fill in at Sin City's newest music venue ... which would be a big deal, seeing how there's only been one so far in its big debut.

We're told that while The Eagles are in in talks at the moment, a deal isn't in place yet -- and it's unclear when exactly things might get finalized.

One thing we do know is the timeframe organizers have in mind for a would-be residency for Don Henley and co. assuming everything works out ... we're told they're thinking Fall/Winter.

That jibes with the Eagles' farewell tour they announced last year -- dubbed 'The Long Goodbye' -- which is supposed to kick off in September out in NYC. They have a number of shows scheduled all over the country, and those are supposed to run through mid-November.

Assuming this timeline ends up falling into place the way our sources say they might -- it would appear they'd be slated to start performing at the Sphere sometime around late November, and would probably keep on jamming out there for a few months.

Bono and the boys have been occupying the Sphere space since September, and their final shows are going down later this weekend ... marking about 4 months worth of music.

Of course, the reviews for the Sphere have been spectacular ... and people say it's truly one of those things you have to see to believe. Lots of cool visuals going on inside (and out).

One last thing ... the Eagles have been touring with a live orchestra lately -- and while it remains to be seen if something like that would manifest at the Sphere ... it's possible.

In terms of money, no word on how much the 'Hotel California' musicians would snag for something like this ... but U2 is said to have been raking in about $4 million a concert.

Adele's putting her iconic voice on ice due to illness, and that means ticketholders for any of her next 5 weekends -- the last for this leg of her Las Vegas run -- will have to change their travel plans.

The singer announced Tuesday afternoon she's officially pausing her Vegas residency at the Colosseum at Caesars Palace at the behest of her doctors. She says, "I was sick at the end of the last leg and all the way through my break. I hadn't quite gotten the chance to get back to full health before shows resumed and now I'm sick again, and unfortunately it's all taken a toll on my voice."

It's clear she's been battling health issues ... last Thursday she was out in rainy Beverly Hills wearing a facemask -- and while she still managed to perform this past weekend in Vegas, she told the audience she was struggling to hit her "head notes properly" because her "chest is on fire."

Adele's full run at Caesars was scheduled to end the weekend of June 14 -- but it's unclear what the postponement will mean for fans. She's supposed to start a series of shows in Germany after Vegas.

As of now the postponed Vegas dates are all 5 weekends in March, and she says ticketholders will be sent info on rescheduling ASAP.
